1. Good News: Where the Intel is Good

Evil

Good

  • Deranged haters posting deranged and hateful comments celebrating the murder of Charlie Kirk are finding out their companies aren't woke and don't tolerate such insanity. And it's not just private companies firing these nutjobs; universities and even leftwing media are firing them. So are government agencies at the federal, state, county, and municipal level. How far we have come from the moral cesspool that defined the Biden era.

  • Airlines have been firing pilots who post or make deranged comments celebrating the murder of Charlie Kirk. This is a public safety measure. Anyone who is mentally unstable enough to join the hate cult and be open about it could just as easily decide to fly the plane into a building.

  • From The Capitalist, 19SEP2025: "In a striking bipartisan nod to conservative activism, the U.S. Senate unanimously passed a resolution Thursday declaring Oct. 14, 2025—Charlie Kirk's birthday—as the National Day of Remembrance, urging Americans to celebrate his fervent push for civic education, faith-driven liberty and robust public discourse."

RIP, Robert Redford

He died at age 89, so he had a long life. He was remarkably fit in his old age and was handsome up to the end. Redford was a liberal, but not a libtard. I always enjoyed listening to him on those rare occasions he would share his views on politics or the environment. Any time a movie billed Redford, I made a point of watching it because I knew he would never make a bad movie.

Rate Cuts

The Fed has finally done it. The long overdue rate cut is here, and it's the quarter point I have been predicting. More cuts will follow. The official narrative surrounding the Federal Funds Rate is the Fed increases them to "fight inflation" and reduced them to "stimulate the economy". That is not the reality.

First, inflation exists if the growth in the supply of money exceeds the growth in the value of the basket of goods and services. That's because each additional dollar waters down the value of the others. A problem in determining inflation is we use dollars to determine the value of goods and services. But we know that the Fed either "prints money" or sells bonds to cover the spending deficits. Bonds are poor investments and we can assume the market for them is fairly fixed; that is, only so many buyers of bonds and only so much money spent on them. Which leaves "printing money". So when the commies ran trillion dollar deficits year after year, we could do a few calculations to infer the inflation rate. For example, in the two years ending August 2023, the supply of money increased 83%. We know at the same time there was a sharp contraction in the output of goods (remember all those bare shelves?) and of services as well. So inflation for those two years exceeded 100%. The Federal Funds Rate had nothing do do with this.

Second, lowering the rate enables the federal government to make lower interest payments. This means that mountain of debt, which is now about the same as our GDP, can be paid down faster. With the Trump administration running budget surpluses month after month, there's no new deficit to cover via inflating the money supply.

Rate cuts are:

  • Not going to "overheat" the economy, they will help millions of small businesses pay down their SBA loans, MCA loans, and other high-rate loans they took during the Occupation. Similar effect for large businesses.

  • Not going to reduce employment. The Fed positions this as choosing between reducing employment via a cut and fighting inflation via an increase. Reducing the rate increases employment and reduces inflation. Increasing the rate does mean the bonds are more attractive and if bond demand were linear with the rates then increasing the rate would mean less need to inflate the money supply. But there's a limited pool bond buyers so at some point a rate increase produces no additional bond purchases and is purely inflationary.

  • What we need to reduce the amount spent on interest on the debt. That amount is currently more than we spend on "Defense".

  • Economically necessary, politically stymied. Given the facts on rate cuts, why has the rate not been cut every quarter since Liberation Day? Answer: Trump Derangement Syndrome, combined with a slavish devotion to the oligarchs, combined with a complete lack of both character and love of country. When Trump fired one such mentally ill person, she took him to court and the commies are making a lot of noise about that. These people, however, have violated fiduciary responsibility to an egregious extent.

Russia Hoax

Here's a good article on this criminal conspiracy: https://imprimis.hillsdale.edu/the-significance-of-the-recently-released-russia-hoax-documents. Why is Hillary not serving time for this, along with the other perpetrators? We need one Justice System, not one for us and then a toothless one for the worst examples of humanity.

The Wages of ....

Just as "The wages of sin is death," the wages of communism is poverty. To wit, the People's Republic of California is now tied with Louisiana for the highest poverty rate in the country despite the fact that Louisiana has always been poor due to factors that don't affect the PRoC. Before it went commie, California had the lowest poverty rate of any state in the union. Now the PRoC acts as if it's not even in the union and is a cesspool of poverty. There is a big cause and effect relationship in this one.

All of the items below are related to the Charlie Kirk murder. It's more of a montage than a rehash, I chose items carefully to avoid "me too" and copycatting. I have my own thoughts on this also, but long-time readers could probably write those out without reading them from me.

Democrat Party Motto

"If you can't win through debate, then resort to hate". We have tolerated their abuse and violence for far too long. No more politely taking it, call them out on it. Ask them if they can offer any rational argument, instead of defaulting to hate. They can't so they won't. But at least they will know that we know, and perhaps they will see hate-mongering as a losing game.

Observations from Senator Mike Collins

  • Assaulting ICE is NOT a winning issue.

  • Shooting at law enforcement isn’t a “peaceful protest.”

  • Shielding human traffickers isn’t “compassionate reform.”

  • Radical trans activists storming schools while children are praying is NOT “tolerance.”

Unprotected Speech

For too long, the authorities have allowed the communists and other lefties to spew their message of hate and violence. It's a message spewed with the clear intent of instigating violence and more violence. That is not protected speech. Just as you cannot yell fire in a crowded theater (unless there is a fire), you cannot engage in non-stop messaging that reliably produces violence. Nor can you engage in crime diminishment speech by lying about things afterwards; that is obstruction of justice and it is aiding and abetting. The penalty for aiding and abetting can be as high as that for the original crime.

Charlie Kirk engaged communists, leftists, bigots, gas-lit kids, and ignoramuses in polite debate (they were not always polite, but he was) in public. By issuing the Fatwa on Charlie via their well-proven formula of spewing lies to instigate a violent assault, the communists instigated a violent assault. The ring leaders are as guilty of the murder as the imbecile who pulled the trigger. At least a few of them should get the death penalty.

Update on "Right Wing" Violence Following Charlie Kirk's Murder

There hasn't been any.

This is par for conservatives, who reason with people (as Charlie did) rather than kill them. The communists and other lefties have shown their true colors by spewing even more of their hate. It's their hate that is behind every one of the killings that made national news over the past ten years. They are too chicken to pull the trigger themselves, so they incite mentally unstable people to do it for them. If they incite a mass riot that involves bombing occupied police cars, they call it "peaceful protesting".

We need to continue to show our grace and our restraint, invoking the Rule of Law rather than the madness the lefties invoke. And we need to use the DOJ and its resources to identify, arrest, and indict the people whose continued sedition almost killed Donald Trump and actually did kill Charlie Kirk. See previous item. Share that thought with your two senators and your House Representative. Sedition is a crime, and it should no longer be tolerated out of a misplaced fear of more sedition. That fear is misplaced, because those engaging in sedition never stop. They are sure they can get away with it. Which means the authorities need to show them otherwise.

We also need to show our disapproval of leftie virtue-signaling. Now I confront masktards with, "What's with the mask? Are you planning to rob the place?" Lefties have no virtue, and we need to let them know that we know.

Update on "Right Wing" Prayer Following Charlie Kirk's Murder

In contrast to the leftist violence that follows whatever fake trigger gets them going (such as George Floyd's suicide being misportrayed as a murder by police), the reaction from people on the right following Charlie Kirk's murder has been a spiritual awakening. Not just the prayer vigils and such, but people coming out in large numbers to get involved in conservative causes. People in the communist party need to be quoting a famous Japanese Admiral, "We have awakened a sleeping giant".

People are also publicly committing to things like "living a purposeful life", "serving others", "serving God", "rededicating my life to living on the right path". But most amazing is how this murder has spurred millions of young white male Christians to reject the feminization and demonization of young white male Christians. Their voice has gone from despondency and hopelessness to purpose, hope, and asserting their manliness. As a demographic that has been quiet and retreating in the face of years and years of being told by the leftwing system that they are toxic and useless, most are now stepping up and being bold Christian men. And among young men who are not Christians, something similar is happening.

In short, killing Charlie only made millions decide to be like him. The commies made yet another strategic blunder. And they piled more strategic blunders on top of that with their public response, which has been repulsive in the extreme. They are spewing even more of the same hate that got Charlie killed, and that cannot end well for them as a societal force. The age of the mentally ill telling the rest of us what to do and what to think is over.

Update on Nutcase Nancy Following Charlie Kirk's Murder

In her September 12 newsletter, Nutcase has a section "Standing with Veterans". In the accompanying photo, she is seated.

She concludes the newsletter with a very short blurb, only two sentences, about the assassination of Charlie Kirk. She refers to it as "gun violence". As if the gun used by the deranged killer was the problem, not the killer who had become deranged because of the non-stop hate campaign waged by Nancy Pelosi and her fellow communists.

3. Brainpower tip

Problem-solving is something I enjoy, do often, and am very good at. I know quite a few people who can say the same thing, but I know even more who can't. And they are the majority.

If you solve the wrong problem, you are right where you started. Minus the mental effort and use of resources expended. If you solve a problem in a wrong way, you might create another even worse problem. Wrong approaches are also less efficient than good ones, which is why some people can labor for days over something that another person solves in a matter of minutes (I have an example to share in a moment).

The first step to accurately, efficiently, and correctly solve a problem is to identify exactly what it is.

Here is an example. In the 1980s, I was a contractor working on instrumentation systems during a maintenance shutdown at a nuclear plant (Calvert Cliffs) owned by Baltimore Gas & Electric. This plant would have feedwater system trips that would result in a reactor shutdown at about $1 million a pop. Three times a year. This had been going on for several years. My in-house supervisor pulled this folder out of the Unsolved Problems file and handed it to me. "Take an afternoon and see if you have any ideas about why the feedwater system is so unstable." I came back an hour later with the solution and a set of marked-up drawings.

Previous problem-solving attempts had defined the problem as "feedwater system instability". But the theory of operation behind the protection was variance between the levels in the different feedwater tanks. It had to be no more than a certain value. I forget now what that was. So I defined the problem as a variance between the levels of the different feedwater tanks.

My next step was to determine what the reference was for those levels. The drawings showed each level transmitter as being referenced to the grating upon which the tank sits. This is fine if you care only about the one tank. But we had multiple tanks.

I measured from the grating to the center line of each tank and found the distances varied. So much that there was almost no room for normal fluctuations among the tanks. Thus, the tripping. I redefined the problem again, this time as "incorrect reference point". Solving this was simple. I recommended, very strongly, to use the center of each tank as the reference for that tank's level instrument. This eliminated a whole slew of variables. No surprise, this solved the problem.

If you get the first step right, you often don't need a second step. The solution simply shows itself.

But how often do we try to solve the wrong problem?

  • It's not that you are overweight. It's that you eat too much processed food. The solution is obvious.
  • It's not that you don't make enough money. It's that you spend too much money.
  • It's not that other people don't find you interesting and thus avoid you socially. It's that you don't show them they are interesting.
  • It's not that your boss won't give you a promotion or raise, it's that you have not taken the initiative to add enough value that he wants to ensure you don't leave for a better job elsewhere.
  • It's not that your repair bills are too often and too high, it's that you haven't done the necessary maintenance.

Take any problem that has been bothering you, and redefine it. This isn't very helpful advice on its face, though. Redefine how? Playing word games solves problems? So here is some insight on that. Identify the apparent problem. Then mull over what might cause that apparent problem. Why does this happen? Then ask why THAT happens. Keep going until you have come to the end of potential causes. Notice the sequence I used in solving the feedwater problem. The apparent problem was system instability. But there was no instability in the system. There was a measurement variance. What could cause such a variance? Only one cause, using different points of reference.

In case you don't understand the reference issue, here's more about it. How full is a cylindrical tank? Well, when the water is at the halfway mark (centerline) of the tank, it is half-full. When calibrating the level transmitter, you start there because no matter where the tank is sitting that 50% point will always be the same. You can go halfway up for 75% full and halfway down for 25% full. But if you reference Tank A and Tank B to the grating and their centers are 43 inches and 46 inches, respectively, from the grating then you already have a variance of three inches.

Much of life is that way. We reference something that gives us an erroneous reading. And then we act on that reading and things don't turn out so well.

4. Finance tip

After spending the previous four years sending us into an economic depression via delusional economic policy, the communists are alarmed that the majority of people see them as communists. So they are lamely trying to defend their image with statements such as this one: "If you call Democrats communists, then by the same logic Republicans are fascists."

Let's parse this out to show just how dishonest and idiotic this is. First of all, communism is an economic system and fascism is a governmental style. Communists are typically fascists because their economic system is so profoundly negative in its results people don't want to stay under it. The communists are also blatantly lying that President Trump is a fascist, to misdirect attention from their own failed economic system and their brutal fascism that we experienced during the Communist Occupation. By "brutal" I mean the violence against dissenters, the deplatforming, the forced medical experimentation, the debanking, and the other things they did to silence dissenters. This seemed unstoppable until Elon Musk bought Twitter, and that one action moved mankind back from the precipice of nuclear annihilation to a chance at a more free and prosperous world led by a free and prosperous USA. None of this is hyperbole, it's just reality being described without the sugar coating.

Let's define some terms:

1. Fascism. " Extremely authoritarian, intolerant, or oppressive ideas or behavior"

In regard to Trump, none o these apply despite the communists' repeated and baseless assertions:

a. Extremely authoritarian. This is just total fiction. Compare his use of the power of his office to broker peace, end corruption, reduce waste and abuse, and enforce our civil liberties against Biden's many attacks on freedom such as his "our patience is growing thin" statement and related efforts against those who refused to consent to undergoing experimental medical treatments.

b. Intolerant. His "big tent" approach to the 2024 election and governing since shows this to be inapplicable.

c. Oppressive ideas or behavior. Under Trump, the censorship of the Occupation ended. A year ago, if you spoke "the truth, they come after you" (Ice Cube). Today, we have First Amendment rights. That's the opposite of oppression. However, the communists still have massive influence and if you speak out against the forced sterilization of children that Nancy Pelosi is so fond of you have a strong risk of being physically attacked.

2. Socialism. Under this system, the government controls the means of production and distribution. We shifted sharply to this modus after the coup, it's not open to debate as to whether that happened. And it was heralded as "progress".

3. Communism. Marx called socialism a transition phase to communism, which he defined as socialism without property rights. This also was painfully obvious.

Three examples of communism (taking away property):

  1. During the two years ending August of 2023, the money supply grew by 83%. At the same time, the production of goods and services sharply contracted (remember all the empty shelves?). So for those two years, we had >100% inflation. And inflation is a tax (a taking by the government). In this particular case, dollar-based assets lost 50% of their actual value.

  2. The communists objected strongly to the One Big Beautiful Bill, which retained and increased the huge standard deduction (to $15K), provided an additional $6000 standard deduction for those 65 and older by claiming it was a tax break for "Trump's billionaire buddies" that would increase taxes on the poor and middle class. The facts are, as usual, not on the side of the communists. What they proposed was going back to a tiny standard deduction with no extra for seniors and retaining the tax on tips.

  3. The communists also proposed an "unrealized capital gains" tax. This meant if you were 75 and on a fixed income but your home's appraised value increased you would pay an additional tax on that amount. For many, this would force them to sell their home to pay the tax. And they'd pay income tax on the proceeds of that sale.

I don't want to belabor this too much. I just wanted to quickly expose yet another idiotic lie from the communists. Their economic system is the single biggest risk to your financial security. Expose and oppose not just their lies, but their dismal track record so that even the badly gas lighted can understand it's in their own best interests to vote against "Democrats" consistently and not just at the polls.

Remember, their economic system sprang from the sick mind of Karl Marx, an angry academic who had never held a real job, risked his future on owning a business, or even pondered human nature. In theory, it cannot possibly work to the good. In practice, it has always been a spectacular failure. Lying about it doesn't change the reality. No matter how many times you lie and no matter how unhinged you become while lying.

5. Security tip

The brutal stabbing of Iryna Zarutska followed the next day by the assassination of Charlie Kirk are not only related, they are from the root cause. The leftist (communist) messaging after her death was it wasn't racially motivated (even though her killer said, "I got the white bitch"). The leftist (communist) messaging after his death was that he was "divisive and polarizing" (despite the fact he calmly took hostile questions from people and treated them with respect) and initially that his killer was "a supporter who fired off a gun in celebration".

If I told you that you are a sinner but God loves you anyhow and there is hope for all of us, and pretty much everyone around you said this to you for the whole time you were growing up, how would you turn out? Well, in the past 100+ years, we have had exactly zero killings by people who were messaged this way. This is a message of faith (in God), hope, and love.

Even if I told you there is no God and the world is a tough place that nobody leaves alive, but if you conduct yourself with honor and integrity and work hard you can have a good run and life that's worth living, how would you turn out? Probably not too bad. You certainly wouldn't be inclined to divert your energy into killing people, there's no honor or integrity in that. This is a message of faith (in yourself) and hope.

But suppose I told you that you live in poverty not because of generations of personal failure but because white people oppress you because of the color of your skin. And I said there is nothing you can do about that, it's systemic and you will never amount to anything or have anything. This is a message of despair, and if you heard it day after day the despair would lead to anger. We see this all the time, people who call themselves black and have been gaslighted this way engage in passive aggressive behavior against "white" people. And sometimes, it's not aggressive at all, someone gets stabbed to death for no reason other than being "white". A corollary message, "You're black so you can get away with it" is also continually broadcast.

This is the messaging of the left, and is purpose is to subjugate people who call themselves black; it is the worst kind of racism.

Now suppose I told you that a popular politician who was running on a platform of fighting corruption and restoring civil liberty is "Hitler". And suppose you kept hearing that message, along with other wild claims along those lines. Lie after lie supporting the idea this man is the new Hitler. You know Hitler was a very bad man. Suppose you are in your early 20s, lacking full brain development (still a few years off for you) and are still loaded with those teen hormones. Among other issues, you are insecure, prone to fantasies, and a bit unstable mentally. You are also unstable financially and in other ways. But you can redeem yourself and win adoration by killing Hitler. If you got the messaging sent from Brainless Biden and the other commies about how Trump is Hitler and maybe you even listened to the Cackler blame Trump for the results of leftwing policies, what might you do if you don't live very far from a certain place in Pennsylvania where he's going to have a rally? This is what the commies were banking on.

Suppose a school counselor had told you in third grade that you were in the wrong body, and then coconspirators gas lighted you and your parents for the next ten years that this was the case. And they backed it up with viable threats to make you a ward of the state if you didn't go along with it. So you go through chemical castration and surgical mutilation while living a lie that doesn't make you any happier. It diverts your energy away from fulfilling your promise to playing this role. Then at 25 your brain matures and you start regretting what was done to you. Time wears on, and you get increasingly angry over it. This is why we have had a spate of "trans" mass killings. Prior to the rise of this ideology and the mass induction of gas lighted kids into it, there were zero such killings. I grew up in the 1960s, zero. Every decade after that, 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, 2000s, 2010s, zero trans people going on killing sprees. But starting with the coup that put a vegetable into the Oval Office, these sprees are the most common type. All because of leftitst messaging.

The leftists (communists) spew a message of hatred, despair, and anger. It incites not just the incivility they are so well known for, it also incites violence. The commie leaders want to kill the people they disagree with, namely those who believe in things such as faith, hope, love, integrity, honor, and hard work. But to avoid prison, they incite others to do the killing for them. We saw this with Pelosi's "peaceful protestors" who committed millions of dollars of property damage and murdered police and civilians in cold blood during the summer of 2020. We have seen it in many other places, too. This messaging is exactly why south Chicago is a killing field.

The people who do this messaging are never held accountable, even though they are clearly accessories to murder. That is starting to change, with some of these "liberal" judges being investigated and maybe arrested. But generally, the DAs, judges, mayors, and governors who commit these acts have total immunity.

Rather than wait on the government to solve this problem while more refugees are stabbed and more "bridge building" conservatives are shot, we, as regular people, need to move to fix it. Some tips:

  • Don't act like a white liberal and patronize people of color to "prove" you aren't racist. This merely proves you are.
  • Keep those Christian values at the forefront of your life, even if you aren't a Christian: love, hope, faith, honor, integrity, and hard work. Your example speaks far more loudly than leftist lies do.
  • Be fair to others, even if that means getting the short stick sometimes.

  • Actively counter the leftist (communist) message. Those people live in their own echo chambers. Charlie Kirk went to some of those chambers (college campuses) to engage in dialog with these people. That's very effective and it liberates their minds, which is why Charlie is dead now. Let's make sure he didn't die in vain.
  • Disagree firmly but respectfully.
  • Disparage their "information" sources. CNN is the Communist News Network, the New York Times has an accuracy rate of under 1%, and so on.

  • Share your own positive message and explain (briefly) why it matters.
  • Call out the negative messaging for what it is. State flatly that the message is toxic and false. Back this assertion with a brief take-down of one point. "Not to get into a debate about it, but for example...."
  • Ask questions like, "What do you hope to accomplish by repeating such absurdities?"

  • Ask questions like, "Can you explain why communist-run cities are so over-run with crime while those run by Republicans are not?
  • Make statements like, "Did you know that Hitler was a socialist? That's where the acronym Nazi comes from, National Socialist Party. Trump is no socialist, Bernie Sanders is."
  • Watch some videos of Charlie Kirk and note how he interacted with the brainwashed. Learn from it.

Whether you are Christian, Muslim, Hindu, Jewish, agnostic, atheistic, or some other persuasion that does not stem from Marxist ideology, you have a set of core values based on a positive outlook and based on the idea that you  can make a positive difference. Karl Marx was an angry, delusional man whose ideas have made hundreds of millions of people victims of his angry, delusional followers.

A neighbor has boys between the ages of 7 and 12. I often tell them things like:

  • The world is full of mean people. Make sure that when you grow up, you aren't one of them.
  • Your dad is a good role model. You know that, right?
  • Do what your mom says. She's a good mother.
  • Study hard, work hard, smile often.

6. Health tip/Fitness tips

See all of my climbing videos here: https://tinyurl.com/ClimbingSigChannel. Some cool climbing  videos:

My hardest climb ever, a 5.11d on lead: https://youtu.be/UT5h0heUUBc . I made a dumb mistake initially, letting the rope wrap over my shoulder. Watch what happens.

The scale:

  • Beginner: 5.6. 5.7. 5.8, 5.9  (roped) / VV, V0, V1, V2 (boulder)
  • Intermediate: 5.10a, b, c, d ;5.11a, b, c, d  / V3, V4, V5, V6
  • Advanced: 5.12a, b, c, d; 5.13a, b, c, d. / V7, V8, V9, V10.
  • Elite and Pro: Even harder. Almost nobody climbs at either level at any of the 6 local climbing gyms.

I recently turned 65 (the photo above is recent), and I am bombarded with solicitations that basically assume I am quickly moving toward immobility if not there already. Also, I signed up for Medicare A&B because there is a very strong "twist your arm" incentive to start on it right away. And thus, I am bombarded with solicitations from "experts" and "advisors" trying to sell me their rip-off Medicare Plan C products. They paint a picture of huge medical costs besetting me any day now.

My county publishes a very nice magazine, and I am in the 50+ demographic so I get the content aimed at that group. Nothing about climbing or martial arts (my two passions), of course. What strikes me most about these activities is they are geared toward people who have not been very active.

There is normal aging. There is premature aging. Then there is aging the way I do it. The vast majority of people are in the middle group, sad to say. "Normal" would be the actual norm if people simply did not eat processed food. That is the number one ager.

To age normally, you are reasonably active. You don't mind shoveling snow, mowing the lawn, weeding by hand, or engaging in other physical labor. Maybe you play a little pick-up basketball or hit the gym sometimes. You generally don't skip meals, and avoid overeating except at Thanksgiving or when that chocolate cake comes around the table a second time. All minor sins. You're not Zen-like, but you tend to stay fairly calm instead of being frequently rattled by the latest "news". You've got a decent social life and a sense of purpose for life in general. You are going to beat the average age of death by quite a bit. And you will experience a decline in health and mobility but it will be tolerable enough that you will remain independent until your last year or three. That's normal. More or less.

The day I wrote this, I manually removed about 1500 lbs of dirt and rock left out front by an AT&T contractor. I pushed wheelbarrow after wheelbarrow up a steep hill and dumped it out a block from my home. And it was 94 degrees outside. I worked nonstop, didn't get out of breath, and barely broke a sweat. This would have killed many a man far younger than I.

So how do you go beyond normal, so that you are not just mobile at 65 but physically powerful with excellent balance and coordination? Where you can go like the Energizer Bunny and outlast other athletes who are half your age? Well, there's a lot to it. But here are 21 tips:

  1. Eat a diet almost exclusively of "super foods".
  2. Eat real foods, not fake foods. Butter is a real food, margarine is a fake food.
  3. Eat enough. Many people under-eat and over-train, in a crash program to "get fit". Instead of cutting carbs, ensure you have sufficient energy by eating fruits, sweet potatoes, rice, etc. I have a high calorie intake and eat "a lot" of carbs, but am (as you can see in the photo) ripped. You need the carbs to do the training. What you don't need is excess protein via big whey shakes (those do more harm than good).

  4. Keep a consistent schedule for normal biological functions. Rise at the same time each morning (more or less), eat all six meals at the same six times daily, have a relaxing "shutdown" time before bed, and go to bed at the same time each night.
  5. Have some flexibility with these, but don't sacrifice them.
  6. Take time to laugh. If it's getting late in the day and you haven't had a laugh yet, go online to find cat videos or something. Or look at pictures of clowns, such as Rosa DeLauro.

  7. Boycott Daylight Carnage Time, if at all possible. It's one of the dumbest little things that people do, and they do it twice a year. If you can't outright boycott it, then start adjusting by 10 minutes per week six weeks away from the clock change time (or do something similar).
  8. Schedule things, using an Outlook calendar or other device. This has many benefits, most of which reduce stress.
  9. Keep a clean, uncluttered home.

  10. Design a rigorous physical training program, then implement it faithfully. This is ambiguous as stated, most people grossly underestimate "rigorous". The key is to stimulate the adaptive response, not to check off the box, count reps, or just put in the time.
  11. Engage in regular physical activity that will cause you to use your "mobility muscles", stabilizers, etc. Develop and maintain balance by using balance. Everybody has a floor, try cleaning it by hand without kneeling or bending over (hint: deep squat and duckwalk).
  12. Stretch daily. Do this with purpose, knowing which stretches you are going to do and why.

  13. Don't over-stimulate to compensate for lack of sleep. Get caught up on your sleep, instead. Many people are way over the safe limit for caffeine. This is really hard on the adrenals, and it will age you prematurely.
  14. Do things that stimulate your mind.
  15. Be interested in other people.

  16. Don't waste time and energy arguing with libtards or other mentally absent, mentally ill people. It is more productive to simply spit into the wind. Btu do engage in respectful conversation with people whose outlook differs from yours. [Note that this is not possible with libtards, as they hate diverse view and people who, like Charlie Kirk, engage in respectful conversation].
  17. Say something nice to somebody at some point in the morning, before you have lunch.
  18. Smile at strangers. People love being smiled at, and they smile back. One benefit is the oxytocin release you both get.

  19. Stay away from prescription drugs. Nearly everybody my age is on multiple prescription drugs. Do you know anybody who is on only one prescription drug? Nope. And that's because these drugs have "side effects" that require you to take yet another drug. Which also has side effects. It typically starts with cholesterol. If your cholesterol is too high, then fix the problem by eliminating seed oils from your diet and also eliminating inflammatory non-foods such as wheat, corn, and soy.
  20. Don't go nuts with supplements. If you're going to use any supplement, then understand exactly what it does and take it only to meet a certain goal. Generally, non-athletes don't need supplements; a notable exception being D3. Magnesium might also be correct for you, but get tested before taking it.
  21. Don't take multi-vitamin formulations. These contain vitamins and minerals you are not deficient in if your diet is mostly superfoods. So the are not necessary for "insurance". They contain megadoses, which means extra strain on your kidneys and liver.

At www.supplecity.com, you'll find plenty of informative, authoritative articles on maintaining a lean, strong physique. It has nothing to do with long workouts or impossible to maintain diets. In fact:
  • The best workouts are short and intense.
  • A good diet contains far more flavors and satisfaction than the typical American diet.

7. Factoid

The Democrat Party went solidly socialist (then communist) when the illegal alien Barry Soetoro took office as POTUS following the 2008 "election" (which was rigged against John McCain). Since then, its core message, oft-repeated, has been one of hate and despair. Also a blizzard of lies.

8. Thought for the Day

A message of hate and despair has a predictable outcome of hate and violence.

Authorship

The purpose of this publication is to inform and empower its readers (and save you money!). The views expressed in this e-newsletter are generally not shared by socialists or other brainwashed individuals. That's because those fools live in an alternate reality and have not bothered to learn the basics of how life works. They cannot do basic math, cannot apply logic, and cannot be bothered to learn the basic facts relevant to any topic that they are passionate about.

Except where noted, this e-newsletter is entirely the work of Mark Lamendola. Anything presented as fact can be independently verified. Where sources are not given, they are readily available to anyone who makes the effort. Mark provides information from either research or his own areas of established expertise. Sometimes, what appears to be a personal opinion is the only possibility when applying sound logic--reason it out before judging! (That said, some personal opinions do appear on occasion).

Personal note from Mark: I value each and every one of you, and I hope that shows in the diligent effort I put into writing this e-newsletter. It is an act of service, almost no money is generated for me through this effort. Thank you for being a faithful reader. Please pass this newsletter along to others.
