1. Good News: Where the Intel is Good
Celebrating Freedom
- The Centers for Disinformation and Censorship (CDC) has been
sued for illegally pushing its 72+ vaccine schedule onto school
children without testing the cumulative effect. This
hypervaccination program is, on its face, ridiculous. I am amazed
the CDC has gotten away with it this long. This could be a
game-changer for health in America, and very much for the good. It
was not that long ago that anyone seeking to challenge such insanity
would be professionally ruined and personally destroyed.
- You've no doubt heard the the New York Court of Appeals erased
the >$500 million fine that was lawfared against Citizen Trump as he
ran for POTUS. During the Communist Occupation, judges were
routinely threatened, intimidated, and abused if they upheld the law
instead of upholding whatever scam the communists were running. What
was done to certain Supreme Court Justices was horrible, and the
perps got away with it. Now that the Trump administration is tough
on crime and supportive of law enforcement personnel, judges show
less fear about rendering correct decisions. The ripple effects of
this new freedom to uphold the law will be immense.
- In any tort, the plaintiff seeks remedy. And to determine the
amount of remedy, the amount of harm must be established. Since the
loans were all repaid in full, there was no harm. Yet Trump was
fined over half a billion dollars. The case should have been
dismissed, not adjudicated. Not only that, the excessive amount
clearly violated the 8th Amendment. So when conservatives talk about
"the Rule of Law", this case is a poster child for its absence. This
was a legal lynching. Restoring the Rule of Law prevents these kinds
of sordid attacks on individuals.
- Home values and income are rising faster than debt. This is what
the communists call a "disastrous" economy. People are making more
and owing less, which is the opposite of the situation during the
Communist Occupation. What's great about this is people know about
their own money, so when the commies lie about the economy they are
raising huge "we cannot be trusted" signs. And people are reading
that message quite clearly.
- Freedom from Woke is making our military strong again. Check
this out:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9uxSUrraWrM
- Trump will rescue Chicago. The city's illegal denial of Second
Amendment rights has predictably made it a killing zone. "In 2024,
Chicago had 573 homicides, more than in any other U.S. city,
according to Wirepoints, an independent Illinois research
organization." [Epoch Times].

The Communists Cry Wolf About Tariffs

e-commerce giant has not seen diminishing demand or meaningful price
appreciation in the first half of the year." [Cruxfinder]
Woke Reporters Get Owned
In this PolitiBrawl video, Stephen Miller whups woke reporters
who ask stupid questions. It's worth watching and sharing:

Solving the violent crime problem, #1
Nearly all of the violent crime is being committed in
communist-run cities in communist-run states. The ultimate solution to all the
violence is to restore civil liberties in states that have de facto seceded from
the Union. The People's Republic of Illinois is among the worst of them, thus
Chicago. Why should these states get federal funding, Senate seats, and House
seats when they refuse to do their part and follow our Constitution as if they
are not part of the union? They are having their cake and eating it, too.
Solving the violent crime problem, #2
Believing that you can change your DNA via surgery, drugs,
cross-dressing, and lying about it is irrational. People who take a deep dive
into this irrationality are mentally ill. We call them "trans". It is usually
the case that after seeing how they have been duped and manipulated by the
genital mutilation predator industry they are despondent. They almost always
lash out at others, passive-aggressively, aggressively, or violently. Lots of
violence, sometimes, as in mass shootings. President Trump has floated the idea
of denying these individuals their Second Amendment rights, since we have had a
wave of violent assaults by people with this particular mental illness. We
already have precedent for this, so is it a bad idea?
Before answering that, I will note here that this puts the
lefties in the position of defending the Second Amendment. Well-done, President
Trump. Now the lefties must choose between making work safe for violent
criminals via their usual gun ban insanity or tossing trans under the bus. No
matter which choice they make, they lose.
Now setting aside the political chess game and focusing on the
trans violence problem, is this a bad idea? On the one hand, it could be
considered a slippery slope. People who, for example, opt out of the vaccine
religion might be deemed "mentally ill" despite being the sane ones. On the
other hand, do we really think that people who lack enough basic judgment and
are so reality-impaired that they buy into this obviously fake narrative about
their own bodies can be trusted to make judgments about when to fire a weapon?
But we also must consider what is happening in the UK, where criminals simply
opt for a different weapon (knives and cars are popular). Do we start banning
trans people from driving automobiles? If so, what about ADD people? Where does
it stop?
The solution here is to go after the predators who rob these
individuals of their sanity. There is no medical or ethical basis for what they
do, it is all about taking out their aggression fantasies on other people. You
like to mutilate children? Off to prison you go. You get off on mind-f**ing a
preteen into becoming yet another medical experiment? You get removed from
society.
When you think about it, these predators are no different from
the proverbial creeps who drive around in vans and offer candy to children. They
need to be handled the same way. Don't blame the kids who later become violent
adults, they are victims. Blame the ones who did this to them. And take them out
of circulation.
Separating church and state--finally!
Governor Ron DeSantis is taking the highly unusual step of
respecting the First Amendment and no longer establishing a state religion. He
"will end all mandates not written into state law, and called on the state’s
Republican-led legislature to eliminate the others." [1440 Digest].
Requiring repeats is a tacit admission that vaccines don’t
confer immunity. Natural immunity never wears off, but vax immunity does? I call
BS on that one.
Polio is often cited as “proof” they do, but polio’s rise and
fall correspond with the rise and fall of DDT and there have been no outbreaks
among the Amish (unvaxxed). So that particular defense of this religion as
somehow being "science based" fails the smell test.
Also:
-
Vaccine “side” effects are well-proven, which is why Big
Pharma got the 1986 law exempting them from liability for their dangerous
and useless products.
-
Ten studies published in peer-reviewed journals show unvax’d
kids are healthier than vax’d kids.
-
Outbreaks of diseases like measles and pertussis have
occurred in highly vax’d populations, with a significant proportion among
the vax’d; ergo, vaccines do not work.
-
Vaccine particles are encapsulated in polyethelyne glycol.
When that polymer unravels, as it will, you have antifreeze.
There is a science-based alternative to these dangerous drugs.
It’s called bolstering your immune system. It works for pets and humans. It has
zero side effects. Keep reading my Health and Fitness column if you want to
abandon the vaccine religion but have been afraid to.
Insider Trading Bill Not the Solution
Legendary inside trader Nancy "Nutcase" Pelosi has managed to
avoid prison so far. But she has not managed to avoid embarrassment and
increasing scrutiny over her crime spree. It has gotten so bad with her, that a
bill is now pending in Congress: The PELOSI Act (Preventing Elected Leaders from
Owning Securities and Investments. I've seen some Senate debates on the issue,
and I disagree with the bill's sponsor, the legendary patriot and Champion of
the People Josh Hawley. Also disagreeing with him is Rand Paul.
I think this bill provides the wrong solution. Senator Paul has
described some alternatives. One of the dangers he noted is this bill would
prevent highly successful people from joining Congress. Or running for POTUS.
And we'd wind up with low-IQ people like Nutcase Nancy and even dumber people
like Cackling Kamala becoming the norm. The communists already have a low-IQ
problem to begin with, could you imagine if it got significantly worse? Then
again, there aren't that many highly successful people in politics; most of
those who go into politics simply cannot make it in the real world. This is not
an easy problem to wrap one's head around.
Hawley says this is the same kind of hand-wringing that has
stopped Congress from doing anything so far. Paul likes the idea in general, but
the specifics need to be hashed out better.
Suicide Shots, Slow Progress
The Suicide Shot, aka, the Covid mRNA experimental gene therapy,
offers zero benefits and produces immense harms. Only those with a death wish
would get one of these injections, so to call this a suicide shot is not being
hyperbolic.
Every single person who got an active (not inert) dose of this
gene therapy drug now has compromised health. Those who kept getting the
"boosters" have measurably diminished health, and all of those people have spike
proteins (the dangerous part of the virus) being replicated by their own cells.
The premature death rate among the "vaxxed" is huge compared to that of the "unvaxxed",
for obvious reasons.
CVS and Walgreens are now putting restrictions on administering
this therapy, which is good. But if they had any moral fiber at all, they would
have refused to deal in this illicit trade completely. Still, it's progress.
Just too little and just too late for millions of victims.
Self-Inflicted Gut Punches
President Trump is so brilliant. He cut federal funding in ways
that "seemed to have targeted" Blue states and cities. In response, those idiots
are passing massive tax increases on "the rich". Which means they will have an
exodus of the very people who could support their communist political campaigns.
He didn't exactly target those places. They are run badly, and
they have long sucked on the federal teat to try to make up for that. They have
abused the system, wasted funds on stupid things, and engaged in extensive fraud
to misappropriate federal funds to themselves. Now that the DOGE effort has put
a serious crimp in waste, fraud, and abuse they no longer can drink at the pig
trough. They have opposed DOGE from the start, for precisely this reason. It was
a threat to "their" so-called "democracy" (kleptocracy).
Flippin' Red
Every American city that is under communist (aka, "Democrat")
control has major crime problems, and the residents do not feel safe. The
"solution" the communists have is to defund the police and tax the rich. Yeah,
it's low IQ stuff but that's their time-tested formula. It works for them,
because it keeps their victim supporters in a constant state of fear. And they
can more easily manipulate fearful people, because fear suppresses rational
thought.
Now Trump is rescuing those cities. For example, he's sent in
federales to stop the violence in Los Angeles. He's now cleaning up Washington,
DC (District of Corruption). And he's contemplating a rescue of the citizens of
Baltimore. Now, why do you think the commies are so adamantly opposed to this?
Because they know the grateful citizens will largely vote Republican next year.
The commies rely on lies and histrionics, Trump's team produces results. And
results are far more persuasive.
Nutcase Update
Nutcase Nancy keeps repeating the lie that the OBBB (which she
refers to as the "Ugly" bill) has cut half a billion from Medicare and "denied
health care" to millions of people. On the one hand, this blatant lie angers me.
On the other hand, only the willfully ignorant will believe this lie and it
insults the intelligence of everyone else. Which means the more she tells this
lie, the more she helps alienate the Communist Party from voters. This kind of
despicable dishonesty played a major role in the sagging fortunes of the
Communist Party and their propaganda arms (Communist News Nutwork, MSNBC, New
York Times, etc.).
Nutcase has such an OCD for lying, she just cannot help herself.
What's really a problem for the Communist Party is this mental illness appears
to be a requirement for membership. Every one of the "leaders" of the Communist
Party is a pathological liar. It's not that they told a white lie here or there
or exaggerated a tad. It's when they speak or write, the lies are blatant and
copious. People can take only so much of this before they feel deeply
disrespected. And so there's been a massive drop in Registered "Democrats" with
a correspondingly larger increase in the number of Republicans.
Instead of stepping down or seeking help, Nutcase and her fellow
crazies double down and contribute heavily to turning one voting precinct after
another from blue to red. And this is good for the country. They are just too
far gone mentally to see it.
Note: It is well-documented that no eligible person has been
kicked off Medicare. The communists know this. And since Medicare is about
paying for a medical doctor (MD after the name), not a health doctor, nobody is
being denied health care either. The people who have been kicked off are one of
the following: dead, double-dipping (getting it in two or more different states
at the same time), or claiming it fraudulently by submitting false documentation
to the government (which is actually a felony). By ending the waste, fraud, and
abuse, we keep Medicare solvent a lot longer. The Communists should be
applauding this, but they are soul-less creatures whose only goal in life is to
make the world a worse place for everyone else to live in (as we empirically
know from our own four year Communist Occupation).
Gun Control Reality Alert
The UK has long been supportive of violent criminals, helping to
ensure their safety by not allowing even the police to carry firearms. The
unarmed populace there is undergoing a tidal wave of knife attacks. The rich now
leave their expensive watches at home and hire personal security teams (who are
unarmed, of course). They never could connect the dots, same as the anti-gunners
in the USA. They like to quote our murder rates, which are quite high, as
evidence that guns should be banned. They forget that criminals, by definition,
break laws and won't be stopped by gun laws.
They also ignore the fact that if you remove just FIVE of our
gun-ban cities from the stats, we have the lowest murder rate in the world.
Which pretty much obliterates any gun ban "logic".
Common Sense Alert
So-called "green" or "renewable" energy is neither green nor
renewable. It's not carbon-free, either. Wind turbine farms have a lifetime CO2
output per kW just barely less than that of coal-powered plants. To build them,
you must of course kill and remove CO2 sequestering trees and other vegetation.
In Iowa, millions of acres of formerly productive farmland that sits on some of
the most fertile soil in the world is wasted by erecting these bird-killing
machines.
The Trump administration is putting the brakes on this insanity,
but will surely face challenges from the ignorant communists who would prefer
more dead birds and less food for humans. Since Liberation Day, however, we have
seen one win for common sense after another. Perhaps this win for common sense
will be a stepping stone toward recovering that farmland and toward making the
skies safer for birds.
Liar Alert
Someone signed me up for the Democrat Party e-mail list. Every
single message has been devoid of any truth and the blatant lying assumes an
astonishing degree of stupidity on the part of the reader. So I wrote to them
about their latest one, where they said President Trump said he wanted to steal
100 more seats in Congress. He never said any such thing.
"No, he did NOT say that. Would you please stop the compulsive
lying? It is very insulting when you treat your readers like little children
rather than like adults."
Their response was to send me an unsub link. In other
words, if they can't lie they don't want to say anything at all. Wow!
Idiot Alert
Texas Congressional districts have been way out of whack for a
long time, favoring the communists. We're all aware that the commies are
incensed the the Republicans want to redraw these, as they are authorized to do,
for better balance. This redrawing would give certain minorities a
representative boost, and would likely also give the Republicans five seats. The
commies have engaged in all kinds of antics to stop this, some of them blatantly
illegal. You probably also know that Gruesome Newsome is retaliating by
redistricting in the People's Republic of California, which does not even
operate under our laws, as if that is some kind of problem for the Republicans.
Since the PROC is a lost cause already, this is a "how dead is he" proposition.
It's also known as the 32 bullets threat. "I'll shoot you in the head with 32
bullets instead of 6".
The solution is to ignore this threat and fix Texas. Then go
after the election fraud problem in the PROC. The situation there is dire,
people are unhappy, and the place is ripe for a Republican revolution no matter
how the districts are drawn. The only thing stopping freedom from emerging in
the PROC is the people there are not allowed to vote in free and fair elections.
The fraud is so rampant, it should be easy to identify and prosecute a few dozen
perpetrators. The federal government has the Constitutional authority to do
this. Once the inmates of the PROC have the ability to vote, the commies will be
out no matter how the districts are drawn.
The commies believe they can invoke the 32 bullets threat in one
state to protect their corruption in another. This foolishness is the best the
commies can come up with. What idiots.
Commie Court Alert
"A Washington state restaurant that resumed indoor dining in
violation of a 2020 state COVID-19 pandemic order must pay a fine of more than
$900,000, an appeals court has ruled." [Epoch Times]. That appeals court is at
the state level, and Washington is a communist state. So this should go to the
9th Circuit Court, where it will surely be reversed. Among other reasons, none
of the Covid bans made any sense. For another thing, the idiocy was applied
inconsistently. And, of course, the whole Covid scam was a scam.
Free Speech Double Standard
The commies believe in censorship of people they disagree with,
but maintain that they can say anything they want, no matter how hateful,
damaging, or wrong. This video with Congressman Russell Fry gives an overview of
the double standard on college campuses:
https://youtu.be/rdDDemNbRto (6:29).
2. Product Highlight
We are proud to offer the Rocket Pen Reading Tutor. Click the image for more
info, such as videos. Highlights:
- READING TUTOR: The only reading pen with learn-to-read functions, and we
have six: spelling, syllabication (how the word is "built"), lookup of
phrasal verbs, lookup of idiomatic expressions, colors for different
dictionary fields, and it highlights words as it reads from scanned text.
These combine to dramatically improve literacy and reading fluency.
- READER PEN: You scan, it reads aloud individual words and even multiple
lines of text in natural voice. Helps those with dyslexia or other
reading-challenges gain reading independence. Earbuds automatically mute the
built-in speaker to avoid classroom stigma. Select different voices for
playback, lefthand or righthand use, left or right scan direction.

other screens - not just paper. We could not find a single other reading pen
that can do this. But the Rocket Pen can.
- MASSIVE ONBOARD DICTIONARIES: The Rocket Pen has the New Oxford American
Dictionary with Oxford Thesaurus of English (Americanized) with over twice
the entries of the best competing products. It also has the Oxford American
Children’s Dictionary with Oxford American Children’s Thesaurus (both
Americanized). The Rocket Pen scans English and French only, but also
contains an English to Spanish dictionary and a French definitions
dictionary (French to French).
- COMES COMPLETE. Self-contained, no computer or Wi-Fi required. Kit

3. Brainpower tip
You may have noticed that in the current "political discourse" environment, the
communists rely 100% on falsehoods and innuendos. That is because they are
low-information people. They don't care to know anything about anything, they
just want to push their toxic ideology and oppose anything that is good. Being
grossly ignorant is a virtue to them, and they put a lot of effort into it. But
this "virtue" comes at a heavy cost. Far from being bliss, ignorance is a heavy
burden. It makes you less able, less independent, and more malleable. Some of
us put a lot of effort into learning, but most of us are simply curious about
the world and aware, learning almost by osmosis. Most of us also have the
ability to use logic to accurately deduce facts from facts we already know and
we make a habit of doing so.
By contrast, libtards and communists actively work at being stupid,
irrational, and ignorant. Here are some of the things they do:
- Treat conversations as virtue-signaling events rather than opportunities
to connect emotionally and intellectually with other people.
- Limit their intellectual intake to propaganda sources that basically get
everything wrong or totally backwards (e.g., CNN, NYT, the CDC).
- Treat differences of viewpoint as declarations of war rather than
something that may enlighten them.
- Speak and listen in a language abuse dialect where words don't mean what
they mean, instead of choosing the correct words based on what those words
actually mean.
You can take the opposite of those "practices" to increase your effective IQ
and level of knowledge without making a big effort. But if you want to really
shine, you can put in more effort. Here are some things you can do (and many of
my readers already do most or all of these things, what an amazing group!):
- Listen to audiobooks, especially non-fiction university lectures in STEM
subjects.
- Pick a topic and watch every YouTube video you can find on it. I don't
mean binge-watching, I mean just mix these into your normal viewing habits.
- Pick an area of interest and subscribe to a magazine that covers it. For
example, maybe you'd like to improve your handyman skills? Great, there's a
magazine for that (called "Handyman", naturally).
- Do something stimulating you have not done for a long time. Or ever. For
example, visit a local museum. Take your time to drink in the exhibits,
rather than rushing through them to "cover the most ground". If you spend an
hour in one particular section becoming very familiar with what's there,
this is much more intellectually beneficial than taking a shallow view of
everything you can run to.
- Join a social group. Most people have no idea how to do this. Here is
one way I do it. When I'm climbing and meet someone new, I arrange to meet
them again at that gym or another one on X date. We might do this only 2 or
3 times, and that social group just kind of dissolves. But I might run into
them a year later and it's like we saw each other last week. In a couple of
cases, the gap has been many years. There's a lot of benefit to doing this,
as opposed to the libtard method of hanging only with people as obnoxious
and clueless as every other libtard.
- Volunteer to teach a class or tutor someone. Or offer to do so for a
fee.

4. Finance tip
I was thinking of buying an outdoor shed. Instead of spending that money to
store things, I simply got rid of them. This included scrap wood and scrap
drywall, which I had been saving "just in case" I needed it. Granted, I did need
a bit of scrap drywall a few years ago. But it is cheaper to buy several sheets
of it than to buy a shed to store scraps of it in. Similarly, my garage
cabinets were getting a bit jammed. Solution? Go through two of the shelves in
one cabinet and toss out anything I don't actually need. One of those was a
coffee can full of springs and linkages for a race care I sold almost thirty
years ago. This gave me the idea of going through select drawers in one of my
toolboxes; I tossed out a bunch of chipped and damaged screwdrivers. I never
used these because they were chipped and damaged, so no point in keeping them.
Whenever you start thinking about spending money on storage, think first
about having less to store. Then once you've culled out the things you don't
need, you can organize what's left to make it easier to find it when you need
it. |
5. Security tip
None of the pilots in the USA can pass the cardio part of the fitness exam
due to the clot shot they were mandated to undergo, and Boeing build
defective planes due to wokeness. Question: Is it safe to fly? That's a
rhetorical question, with an obvious answer.
From Dr. Peter McCullough's Substack, we have these shocking statistics:
- 40% increase in early pilot deaths (before retirement age) since 2021.
- Pilot long-term disabilities tripled starting in 2021.
- Near-miss aviation events exploded — from just 1 per year pre-2021 to 28
per year at Washington National Airport alone.
- The FAA’s Incapacitation Data Registry was discontinued in 2022, leaving
no centralized tracking of pilot health.
Some people will try to defend the experimental medication ideology by
nitpicking at the numbers. But let's remember how the mRNA shot was intended to
work. You can easily verify this, if the truth matters to you over the ideology,
because even the pro-jab people say this. It stimulates the body to produce the
toxic part of the virus, which is the spike protein.
But the modified RNA doesn't just stay local or expire quickly. It keeps
replicating and spreading to cells all over the body, causing them to also
produce the spike protein. This means, for one thing, the body's immune system
will start attacking those formerly healthy cells. It means, for another thing,
there's a whole lot of spike protein goin' on. Those form many fibrous masses,
which clog up the circulatory system. This is why the afflicted (with the jab)
pilots fail the cardio stress test. It's also why so many pilots black out, die,
get brain fog, etc.
Remember, we're not just talking theory or opinion. We are looking at
empirical evidence. Until the pilots are replaced and the planes are repaired,
we are going to see more "near hits" (what people mean by "near miss") and
actual hits.
Not that our highways are safe, the stats are terrible there also. The roads
are full of brain-damaged (due to those clots, the inflammation, the weakened
heart pumping less oxygen for the brain, etc.). Defense here is to follow
defensive driving techniques (if you have not had the class, take it). If you
were subjected to this experimental medication and got one that worked (many
people got a placebo due to a variety of reasons), there are some treatment
protocols that show early signs of success. If I were researching those, I would
start with Dr. Peter McCullough because I have heard him provide expert
testimony many times and the guy is rock-solid.

Over the past few years, I've replaced many tools that I've used for
decades. They just wore out. While writing this, I took a look at my
keyboard. The lettering is worn off several keys (I'm a touch typist, so
this doesn't particularly bother me). I've also replaced shoes, shirts,
sheets, and so forth. Our stuff just wears out. But there are ways to keep
it from wearing out prematurely. For example, to keep sheets from premature
wear, wash them after one week of use, use a front loader, add only 1/3 of
the recommended detergent, don't use fabric "softener", don't use bleach,
let them air dry after a brief (15 minutes) toss in the dryer on low heat or
tumble dry.
This brings me to the subject of body wear. I'm muscular, but not huge
like a football player or a steroid-jacked bodybuilder. On the outside, this
appears to be an unfortunate genetic limitation for me. But the reality is
different. Those huge guys experience overloading in their joints, which are
made of the same material as my joints. Something like 80% of us have this
limitation. We can train as effectively as possible, with no fear of getting
too much muscle for our joints to handle.
But many people in our cohort train in a way that damages their joints,
experiencing worse outcomes than some of the mass monsters do. With the
right training techniques, your joints should actually become stronger
instead of wearing down. Too bad the same is not true for my tools. I've got
sockets my dad bought me when I was in grade school, and I have used them so
much the lettering is worn off. I've even worn out tape rules. These items
cannot self-regenerate they way our joint faces and other structures can.
The trick is to reduce the damage down to a point where the body's minimal
regeneration abilities can accommodate it.
Eighteen training tips:
- Avoid the "look at how much I can lift" mindset.
- Use mechanical disadvantage and isolation to put tension into the
targeted muscles, rather than more weight. More weight simply means your
body will compensate by drawing on other muscles. It becomes performance
rather than training and thus becomes a complete waste of time.
- Watch those angles. Poor form is normal and often driven
subconsciously. Always check if you're cheating, then make a correction.
- Don't bounce the weights. Squeeze them, instead. Controlled motion
challenges the muscles and stimulates growth. Momentum weight training
damages the joints offers zero benefits.
- Deliberately train at the extreme extension; this is where you
develop joint-protecting strength. Just don't neglect the mid-range and
full-contraction.
- The bodybuilding formula of four sets is good for joints, partly
because it pumps the blood that is needed for joint health. So do four
sets.
- As form deteriorates in a given set, cut back on the weight, the
reps, or both.
- Train to failure" doesn't mean train until you can't lift that
weight. It means train until you can't quite do a rep in good form.
- Don't try to crank out X reps, focus instead on that feeling you get
when the target muscle is under high tension (when this goes away,
you're done with the set because you have triggered compensation).
- Always do a split routine. Never do a "full body" weight workout.
The former gets you the adaptive response, the latter just burns
calories and pumps some blood.
- Do not skip workouts. Ever. Consistency is the key. If you have
something come up, just move your workout to an earlier or later time.
- Training in the mornings allows you to flush waste via your normal
daily movements. And if something comes up later, that day's workout is
already done.
- Don't try to "work through the pain" if something hurts or a joint
is particularly stiff. Work around it.
- Don't stretch before a training session, unless you feel especially
stiff. In which case, stretch lightly and only enough to get rid of the
kink.
- Stretch after a workout.
- Avoid tight hamstrings by working your hamstrings. A tight hamstring
is a weak hamstring and vice-versa.
- Stretch your quads more than you stretch your hamstrings. People who
touch their toes and do other hamstring stretches but fail to stretch
their quads are forcing the hamstrings to fight tight quads. Recipe for
pain and dysfunction!
- Always remember that it takes less time to eat right and train right
than it does to take go to doctors for the joint pains and other issues
that arise from doing otherwise. Plus, you can easily add two decades of
mobility, and that's a huge return on the time investment.
Five tips on diet:
- Don't consume inflammatory foods such as wheat, corn, soy, or seed
oils. Or anything processed.
- Don't consume endocrine disrupters such as fruit juice, large
protein shakes (these will cost you muscle mass, not add it), or
"energy" drinks.
- Don't consume multi-vitamins. These have overloads of many
nutrients, putting a strain on your kidneys and other organs.
- Do consume mostly fruits and vegetables.
- Spread your nutrition across six meals, rather than trying to cram
it into three. You can make three of those meals "large snacks" and the
other three correspondingly smaller if that works better for you than
six equal meals.
But it costs too much!
What if you can't afford a gym membership? Then spring for $25 for a nice
set of bands. You can use those anywhere. If you can set aside a bedroom or
nook in your basement or other place, set it up with at least a rack of
dumbbells; this does not cost much. For many suburbanites, it's
cost-effective to have a 10 x 10 shed in your back yard. That's plenty of
space for an Olympic weight set, and it will cost you about four years of
gym membership to get it set up.
What if you can't afford organic foods? Well, I didn't say organic. You
do get an edge that way, and if you can grow some of your own (in pots, if
you live in an apartment). But the important thing is to get most of your
food from the produce department and generally avoid things that come in
cans, bottles, and boxes. If you "don't have time" to meal prep fresh food,
do what I did in my last few years of corporate life: buy frozen. It takes
maybe five minutes to dump some frozen food from a few bags into a wok (or
any fry pan), toss in a handful of nuts or seeds, break a couple of eggs,
and stir-fry it. While that's going, put a sweet potato in the microwave for
seven minutes at power level seven. |

At
www.supplecity.com, you'll find plenty of informative, authoritative
articles on maintaining a lean, strong physique. It has nothing to
do with long workouts or impossible to maintain diets. In fact:- The best workouts are short and intense.
- A good diet contains far more flavors and satisfaction
than the typical American diet.

7. Factoid
Thanks to the One Big Beautiful Bill, taxpayers 65 and
older get an additional $6,000 added to their Standard Deduction. Also thanks to
the OBBB, Medicare will be around a lot longer for those who are entitled to it.
And yet, the commies claim the OBBB is "devastating" to retirees. |
8. Thought for the Day

on the support of Paul. - George Bernard Shaw

Authorship
The purpose of this publication is to inform and empower its readers (and save you money!).
The views expressed in this e-newsletter are generally not shared by socialists or
other brainwashed individuals. That's because those fools live in an alternate reality
and have not bothered to learn the basics of how life works. They cannot do
basic math, cannot apply logic, and cannot be bothered to learn the basic facts
relevant to any topic that they are passionate about.
Except where noted, this e-newsletter is entirely the work of Mark Lamendola. Anything presented as fact can be independently verified.
Where sources are not given, they are readily available to anyone who makes the effort.
Mark provides information from either research or his own areas of established expertise. Sometimes, what appears to be a personal opinion is the only possibility when applying sound logic--reason it out before judging! (That said, some personal opinions do appear on occasion).
Personal note from Mark: I value each and every one of you, and I hope that shows in the diligent effort I put into writing this e-newsletter.
It is an act of service, almost no money is generated for me through this
effort. Thank you for being a faithful reader.
