1. Good News: Where the Intel is Good
Celebrating Freedom
- The Associated Press, which hires docile morons it can
manipulate into "reporting" fake news in an effort to undermine
legitimate government and assist in the commission of scams, lost
its access to President Trump and key White House spaces. Instead of
cleaning up its act, the AP lawyered up and sued. They lost. The AP
is a disinformation feeder to several communist propaganda outlets.
This is a major win for the cause of freedom.

- Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is requiring all new
vaccines to be tested against placebos before being licensed.
Because of the misuse of "vaccine" to include experimental mRNA
drugs, those will also have to be tested (Big Pharma, aka Big Harma,
is being hoisted by its own petard in this case). Sadly, this will
apply only to vaccines for humans. People's pets will still be
subjected to physically harmful drugs that have no science behind
their alleged benefits. But it's a start.

- Senator Grassley releases FBI e-mails regarding things like the
illegal indictment of Peter Navarro:

criminals may soon go to jail for what they did while abusing their

- Now, children are far safer from the Surgical and Pharmaceutical
Mutilation Complex. As reported in The Epoch Times, "Children who
believe their gender is different from their biological sex should
receive psychotherapy treatment for gender dysphoria, the U.S.
Department of Health and Human Services recommended on May 1."
Formerly, these kids were gas lighted and their parents threatened,
with the goal of mutilating them and making them permanent patients.
- As reported in Blabber Buzz: "The April jobs report has
surpassed industry forecasts, adding 177,000 jobs, a figure that
even exceeded the most optimistic Wall Street prediction of 171,000
jobs. This development marks a consistent trend of economic success
under President Trump's leadership."
- Mexico is trying to sue US firearms manufacturers, and the case
reached the Supreme Court. The Mexican government's arguments are so
specious and factually flawed that all three liberal Justices (Sotomayer,
Kagan, and Jackson) are rejecting those arguments. America's First
Freedom magazine has some memorable quotes from Justice Jackson;
apparently, Justice Jackson simply cannot wrap her head around
arguments this stupid so kudos to her. If we were still under the
Communist Occupation, this outcome of fair and rational justice
would not have happened.

Commie Update
- In Commie-fornia, utilities are 85% higher than the national
average.
- Tampon Tim continues to embarrass the Communist Party with his
spewings of absolute stupidity.
- Cackling Kamala is claiming she's the leader of the Communist
Party and will be on the 2028 POTUS ticket.
- Nutcase Nancy is still spewing astoundingly brazen lies to her
base in Trans Francisco. It's hilarious stuff. They have to be
seriously stupid to believe it.

*****The Scam Reports*****
Some Serious Scams to Know More About
"The Economy Shrank" Scam The communist news outlets are
claiming that under Trump the economy shrank last quarter, and this was
the first time it shrank in three years. But they are referring to total
economic activity, not private sector activity. The private sector has
been growing, in no small part because rampant federal spending has been
shrinking. The communists did things like pass a $7 trillion wasteful
spending bill and then add the $7 trillion to economic "growth". The
reality is our debt grew by $7 trillion while the real economy continued
to stagger and shrink. The reality of the last quarter is DOGE and other
efforts have decreased our overhead, allowing the private sector to grow
more quickly. And since wealth is created only in the private sector,
the real economy (the measure of our output of wealth) has grown
significantly. Also, trillions of dollars of new investment have
flowed into the USA over the past quarter and these are not even counted
in the economic output. The Covid Scam (yet another update)
- Since we're no longer under communist occupation, I am taking a
chance on using the censorship-triggering C word.
- Some Minnesota lawmakers have correctly identified the mRNA
"vaccine" as a bioweapon. They introduced a bill to prohibit
possession or distribution of mRNA injections and products in the
state. Further, classifying it as a WMD makes distribution an act of
terrorism. Let's hope other states do the same, and very soon.
The Mask Scam
I recently asked a mask-wearing store employee (in a friendly way)
why he was wearing a mask and if he felt it was protecting him from any
diseases. He said, "I wore it during Covid and I never got Covid. So I'm
wearing it now."
I said, "I understand. I wore a blue shirt every Friday during Covid,
and I never got Covid. So I'm still wearing a blue shirt every Friday."
He chuckled over that. He got the point, but said he still felt safer
wearing the mask.
Then while gesturing with my hands, I explained that the aperture in
the mask is so big it lets in an entire herd of viruses through each
pore in the mask. Plus the mask does not cover your eyes and is not
hermetically sealed to your skin. I said, "You might want to think about
the downside of wearing those, such as the expense and the fact it's a
bacterial Petri dish after less than an hour of wearing it. But there's
zero medical benefit because it's just a splash shield with a lot of
holes in it. There's a lot more protection from the simple act of
washing your hands before you do your business in the employee
bathroom." From his expression, I could tell he had not been doing this.
One of the many problems with the mask religion is it gives
low-information people a false sense of security and thus they don't
practice good hygiene because they believe the mask god will protect
them. Hey, wear a blue shirt on Friday folks!
The Seed Oil Scam Allegedly, RFK "reignited debate over
seed oils". The problem with this headline is there is no debate. I
repeat, there is no debate. These oils are outright poison. They
should not be added to any human food, regardless of what ignorant
stupidity the FDA and the medical care industry have pushed previously.
I have explained seed oils in this newsletter before. They CAUSE all
sorts of diseases and symptoms, including high cholesterol, Alzheimer's,
bowel cancer, liver cancer, kidney disease, and heart disease. The
reason is very simple. To extract them, they must be heated past their
smoke point. This results in shredded lipids, which have many hooks,
sharp edges, and other features that mechanically damage brain cells,
blood vessels, and delicate structures such as the filters inside
kidneys. The massive damage causes inflammation, and thus cancer.
Saying that there is some kind of debate over seed oils is like saying
we need to have a debate over the idea that chewing ground glass "might"
damage your teeth. It's just stupid to pretend that there is any
question on the topic. Some common seed oils: Canola, safflower,
grapeseed oil, and sesame oil. See a complete list here:
https://heartandsoil.co/blog/the-complete-list-of-seed-oils-to-avoid/.
Do not confuse these with nut oils, such as walnut oil. One way to tell
the difference is the price, most seed oils are really cheap. That's
because most seed oils are byproducts (waste) from industrial processes
or from "processing" food (converting it from real food to processed
non-food). Recommended oils include avocado oil, olive oil (only those
with a strong taste, the "mild" ones have been cut with linoleic acid),
and coconut oil. Butter is also not a bad choice, assuming it's
"organic" (not made from the milk of diseased cows). I read this
excerpt from one article that claimed there's a debate: "What Kennedy
contends goes against long-standing recommendations from nutritionists
and medical associations. Seed oils, usually sold under the labels of
vegetable, corn, canola, and sunflower seed oil, are recommended by the
American Heart Association for their cardiovascular benefits." That
doesn't mean there's a debate. It means those who've been making the
long-standing recommendations should not only be deeply ashamed, but
should go into a totally unrelated line of work. One in which they might
be at least marginally competent. The AARP Scam The
Association Against Retired People sends out propaganda to people over
50 alleging that it serves their interests. This is flatly false. This
organization backed self-proclaimed socialist Barry Soetoro (aka Barrack
Hussein Obama), using membership dues. The result was an increase in
nonsensical federal spending, which resulted in inflation, which
resulted in less buying power for those on Social Security. There was
other negative fallout for seniors, as well. The AARP also backed
Comrade Biden and then Cackling Kamala, due to a combination of TDS and
America Last Syndrome among the socialists and communists in the AARP
management who make decisions on what AARP will say politically and how
it will spend politically. No senior should be a member of AARP.
Period. There is a non-communist alternative that actually works FOR
seniors. It is the Association of Mature American Citizens, AMAC. If you
are currently being ripped off due to being a member of AARP cancel your
membership and go to https://amac.us/. If
you are under 50, then you owe it to friends and family members you care
about to bring this issue to their attention. You wouldn't let them be
conned by someone trying to sell them some other schemed that hurts them
(e.g., a super duper vacuum cleaner they can get for "only" $200 a month
over 5 years), so don't let them be conned into paying dues to an
organization whose mission it is to hurt them financially. The
Sharice Davids Scam I live in the Third District of Kansas. Ever
since Congressman Kevin Yoder was slandered out of office, we have been
misrepresented by an America-hating communist, Sharice Davids. She
represents Nancy Pelosi to us instead of representing us in Congress.
Comrade Davids has a terrible record, but she's got great skill at
lying, obfuscating, and gas lighting. Because this part of Kansas has
been over-run with brain-dead liberals (ah, but I repeat myself), it has
been impossible to unseat Comrade Davids. A few years ago, I wrote to
Comrade Davids and told her she's a terrible Representative and gave
specifics. I then said I was firing her would be taking my concerns and
my campaign contributions to Marjorie Taylor Greene who is now my
Representative. Now Congresswoman Greene wants to move to the Upper
Chamber. But that would leave millions of Americans (such as the few
sane people who live in Nancy Pelosi's district) without someone in the
House to represent us. I also fear the communists might regain control
of the House.
I would back Greene no matter what her choice, but the GOP needs to do
something about this problem in Kansas. Is the GOP going to make a
serious effort to take back this seat? Is there a plan to expose Comrade
Davids for the America-hating communist that she is? Would that make any
difference in a District that is so over-run with brain dead liberals
(ah, but I repeat myself)? If Greene does make that move, then I guess I
will have to get personally involved in prying Comrade Davids out of her
Congressional seat. The "Liberal Judges Are Compassionate" Scam
A woman assaulted a police officer who interrupted her while she was
messing with his car. She attacked him, requiring him to seek medical
attention. A liberal judge then let her out on a puny $10,000 bond. She
subsequently murdered Kansas City Fire Department Medic Graham Hoffman
by brutally stabbing him to death. When liberal judges coddle violent
offenders, they essentially endorse the violent behavior and ensure that
more innocent people will get hurt. That is not compassion, it is
psychopathy. Here's some info:

3. Brainpower tip
I was very active in the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics
Engineers) from 1997 through 2014. During this time, I had the privilege of
associating with many A+ players. One such person was Jack Cussen. I think he
was a generation older than I, but in any case I looked up to him. Jack
approached me once about a problem. He had designed and taught an industrial
motors course. This was administered by a large local electrical distributor and
offered to their commercial and industrial customer base. Jack had prided
himself on being an excellent teacher (as a sideline to his engineering work),
and he had a stellar reputation in that arena. So he had been quick to filter
out the students who were unprepared to take the course. Just getting through
motor theory, the core of the first semester, requires a solid grasp of algebra
and trigonometry. Most of the students failed the math screening test, and did
so spectacularly. Jack reported this back to the distributor, said those
students would be wasting their time, and suggested offering a remedial math
class. Except, it would need to take them from basic math all the way through
pre-algebra.
The program managers at the distributor were stunned when they saw the math
screening test results. They had a pow-wow with some of their customers, who
were similarly stunned. They said that regardless of the motor course, they
needed employees with fluency in basic math and a decent degree of understanding
in algebra and trig. Could Jack recommend someone who could possibly endow these
skills in a 12 week class that met for 90 minutes twice a week?
Jack asked me if I would consider the job. I said yes, and we then discussed
what the strategy would be. He remarked that those with such poor math skills
might not put out the effort to master the material, and thus make me look bad.
He said due to the compression of so much learning in so little time, I would
have to assign them homework and if they didn't do it then they wouldn't learn
at the rate needed. We decided I would give them the final exam on the first
day, and then again on the last day. That test consisted of 50 math problems to
be solved in 45 minutes.
So on the first day of class, I gave them "a pretest, to see where you are
and where we need to focus." Nobody passed it, the highest score was 50% and the
rest were below 40%. I told them not to worry, I'd get them up to speed if they
worked at it. One student whose name I have forgotten over the years, let's call
him Steve, derided the test and the class in general. He said it had nothing to
do with motors. I told him I had been a plant engineer over a 63 person
maintenance department and had even written a book on motor maintenance, the
math is essential.
I told the students that I would not be grading their homework and they did
not even need to turn it in. The point of it was for them to learn the concepts,
and I would be calling on individual students in the next session to solve
similar problems. I would also be calling on individual students to create those
problems. Then we would solve them together as a class. Steve said this was a
dumb idea, and he didn't have time for homework.
In the subsequent classes, the students, except for Steve for a while, were
fully engaged. It was a lot of fun. They arrived jazzed and ready to show what
they had learned. But Steve was behind because for the first few classes he
didn't apply himself. He asked me if I could tutor him privately to catch up,
and I told him he could ask any other student in the class to do that but I was
not available for that purpose.
At the end of the twelve weeks, I asked the students if they wanted to take
the final exam first and then just go home or if they wanted to spend some time
doing our usual review of the homework and then take the exam. I was amazed that
not a single person wanted to go home early. Not even Steve.
The first student to turned in her test remarked that it was only fair that I
also take the final exam. The others chimed in. Though I had not prepared for
this and we had barely 15 minutes left, I agreed to do it. I put the woman in
charge of the timer and also said that we would all need to grade the exams if
they wanted to know their scores before we left since I was going to be tied up
taking the exam. I would call out the answers and whoever had whatever paper
would mark the answer on that paper as correct or incorrect. But for auditing
purposes, I would need to collect these and review them. We would have to agree
that any erasures or crossouts would be considered a wrong answer. They all
agreed to this. Then I rushed through those 50 questions, finishing just before
time ran out.
Here are the results of the exam:
- 100%. The woman who was first to finish.
- 98%. One other student and me.
- 50%. Steve. This was a big improvement over the first time, which was
(if I recall) 8%.
- 90%. One student.
- Everyone else got between 92% and 96%.
These results produced some quick discussion about altering the grading
curve, since the instructor could not even get 100%. I told them they knew ahead
of time they would be taking the test and this test was sprung on me. Plus I had
only 1/3 the time. I said that the results, including mine but without mention
of the time constraint, would go to their employers and anyone who beat or tied
the instructor is going to look awfully good. And that's how it went down.
Poor Steve. By the time he realized that it's fun and rewarding to learn, he
was already too far behind.
When I discussed all of this with Jack during an IEEE dinner, he said that
making learning fun was important. But it's tough to do when the material is
dry. In our case, we had the advantage of material that isn't dry. It's just
difficult to grasp quickly. He went on to say that a disregard for the basics is
why many people simply cannot be taught beyond a certain level. Math is one of
those basics. You simply cannot jump to the advanced material without laying the
foundation first.
In the case of motor theory, math is the language used. And you must know the
math to calculate things like Power Factor (which is an issue with industrial
motors). If I draw a vector diagram and you don't have the math, the diagram
makes no sense to you. If I say voltage leads inductance (every licensed
electrician knows what ELI means, the E standing for Electromotive force or
voltage) or that there's a phase imbalance, you can't understand that without
the math.
If you don't have the theory, then the practical application is much harder,
if impossible, to grasp. This applies to every subject, not just engineering
types of subjects.
Take weight training for example. Let's drill down and look at one popular
exercise, the bench press. Very few people who use this exercise understand the
theory and principles involved and what you can and cannot accomplish with bench
pressing. The vast majority of people start off by counting how many reps they
can do with X weight, and that becomes their goal. Performance, not training. So
they use too much weight and only 80% of the range of motion (making it easier
to lift all that weight.
What I do:
- I use a bit less than my body weight, this feels light to me because I
have been training for decades. I lower the bar and pull my elbows as far
down as they will go. This puts me at the extreme extension position. It not
only opens my chest, it produces the highest possible stimulation of the
muscle (because it feels like such an overload). I do four sets of eight.
Because it's a compound movement, I don't do these to failure. Very little
rest between sets.
- I follow this with inclined dumbbell presses, again going back as far as
I can and using half the weight that would be used in a more typical
movement. My hands actually go lower than my chest. I alternate these with
sets of French curls, that's how short my rest period is.
- I follow with two sets of inclined flyes and two sets of flat
flyes. The flye is typically done with from a starting position of about 20
degrees to fully overhead. This is pointless. I start at about 25 degrees
and lower the weights to about a foot below where my chest is. This opens
the chest and puts stress on the pecs at full extension. I alternate these
with sets of triceps kickbacks.
- Finally, I do four sets of 3-position cable flyes on each side (using
bands instead of cables). That's a ton of reps, and for each one I fully
contract the pecs by bringing my hand well past my center line. You cannot
get this full contraction on the bench.
According to my chiropractor, the normal method results in shoulders being
rounded forward and pecs that are misshapen and weak. He sees it all the time,.
Always super-tight pecs, and the patients get binding when they attempt any kind
of movement you'd need as an athlete--this is where the idea of being
musclebound comes from. Working at full extension and paying close attention to
how the joint is rotating produces bigger, stronger muscles that aren't bound by
shortened tendons.
Because I understand the theory, I do great with the application. That's the
brainpower tip for today. Rather than jump in and flail away at something, build
a solid foundation of theory and principles. Once you do this, you will know
many of the details intuitively even if you have never been taught them. |
4. Finance tip
I recently received a free issue of "science" magazine published in the UK.
Remember that avian flu that isn't killing any birds that anybody can find dead,
yet our "health" authorities said it was important to kill millions of chickens
so they wouldn't get runny beaks from this flu? This "science" magazine
contained an article entitled, "Wildlife under threat as bird flu reaches
Antarctica." Yes, it's the typical leftwing, reality-challenged fear mongering.
After Fauci said that he is the science, I am no longer swayed one bit by the
science claim by any person or publication. Brainless Biden recently opined
that "Trump has done so much destruction in not even 100 days". I wonder how he
can consider a $500 billion (5 followed by 11 zeroes) investment in USA
manufacturing by Nvidia as "destruction", especially when that's just one
example of the flood of companies newly investing in the USA in the past (not
even) 100 days? Is it destruction to "tit for tat" those countries that have
been abusing us with tariffs to make them stop? On and on it goes, with the left
saying something bad about every good thing Trump does. And he is doing a lot of
good things. And so is this all-star team he has assembled. I used to say that
the fact it was an historical anomaly that our founding fathers consisted of so
many brilliant people. Now I realize there are always brilliant people, they
just need to assemble as a team and commit to the vision.
The commies, leftists, idiotniks, and other people who lack not just critical
thinking skills but any thinking skills at all, don't come up with solutions to
any problems. They do come up with ways to make us all poorer. A lot poorer. It
is the only thing, other than bullying and lying, that they are good at. And we
must stop them.
If you do social media, add to the comments some truth bomb or another. If
you deal with people from left-leaning, far-left, or communist countries, don't
ignore their TDS-induced comments. Fire back with a truth bomb. One of my
company's suppliers messed up their export paperwork (I got that fixed) and then
said, "I see the problem. It's Donald Trump." I didn't directly argue that,
instead I pointed out that it's the unelected bureaucrats in Brussels who are
the root cause of this. And I listed some other facts. And then I fixed their
mistake and made everyone happy. I used competence in place of arguing, and it's
hard to argue with results. That is what President Trump is doing also. And it's
something you can do.
Rather than let the commies and their cohorts badmouth and undermine our
recovery from The Occupation, shut them down with calmly stated truth and your
own excellent performance. Don't argue opinions, show the facts and show how
your own performance is part of Making America Great Again.
By doing this, we will not only succeed, we will convert many of the
currently hijacked minds. The Left has no argument it can possibly make for why
it is a better choice in any way. It can only try to make us fail. And if we
succeed, their movement will simply die. It is on life support now, with
hate-spewing and sabotaging its only tools in its fight for survival. We have
much better tools. Let's bring our A game every time, and use those tools. This
is how we will all be better off financially. As our President said, we will,
together, Make America Rich Again. |
5. Security tip
Most of us take basic
security measures, such as locking our doors at night. This basic security
measure is a way we prevent someone from coming in and robbing or hurting
us. But the majority of us fail to take another basic security measure that
prevents someone from robbing or hurting us. In fact, you can sometimes see
people LINING UP to be robbed and hurt.
A key tool in the critical
thinking toolbox is something called a "question". Here are some questions
you should be asking about one of the major ways that people are robbed and
hurt. It is via an ideologically driven medical procedure that has no basis
in science. It's called a "vaccine". Hold on now, don't roll your eyes. Ask
these questions and you'll see what I mean.
-
Why is there a federal
law exempting the makers of vaccines from testing their products for
safety or efficacy?
-
Who oversees vaccine
manufacturing? How do they ensure the batches are what the manufacturers
say they are, or is it no different from how street heroin is
unregulated?
-
Why is it an MMR or
polio shot is good for as long as you live, but you have to redo the
tetanus shot every ten years?
-
Why are cats and dogs
required to get a rabies shot but the humans who live with them are not?
Could it be rabies is not a problem? How many people routinely invite
rabid animals into their home to play with their pets?
-
Why does the rabies
shot come in a one year and a three year formulation? Is there any
difference (no, there isn't)? Does the three year shot have some special
coating that dissolves over three years and if so what is it made of and
is it safe (there isn't one)?
-
When a child is bitten
by a raccoon or squirrel, the typical medical intervention is to give
the child the rabies vaccine. But if the child is already infected with
an active virus from a rabid animal, how does giving the child even more
of the virus help the child?
-
We know allergy shots
work by repeatedly exposing the immune system to a protein so the immune
system stops reacting to it. Yet, we are supposed to ignore this effect
when told we need repeated vaccinations. Which way is right, the one we
see in real life or the theory that so-called experts keep stating?
-
In 1960, children got
almost no vaccines; polio and MMR were about it. Today, the schedule is
enormous, yet kids are sicker than ever. Why is this?
-
With the MMR shot,
boys can get only two of these diseases; why are they required to be
inoculated against all three?
-
Babies do not have an
immune system capable of producing antigens until they are at least two
weeks old. Which means every vaccine given to them is pointless. Why are
they given so many vaccines on their first day? And why are they given a
Hepatitis B vaccine when this disease is sexually transmitted and babies
are not sexually active?
-
Many groups, such as
the Amish, don't get vaccines. Yet among these groups, the disease rate
is far lower than in the general population. Could it be the vaccines do
more harm than good?
-
How does it make any
sense to inject your body with a pathogen (weakened or not) to prevent
disease, yet have a diet that works against your immune system? Since a
vaccine allegedly stimulates the immune system to produce at least part
of the needed immune response against a specific pathogen, shouldn't the
emphasis be placed on strengthening the immune system rather than
attacking it with a specific pathogen in hopes it will rally?
-
If vaccines actually
work, why are there no studies showing better health outcomes among the
vaccinated versus the unvaccinated? And what about the various data
analysis released in the past two years that show the unvaccinated
actually have far better health outcomes?

If vaccines actually
work, why does an Obamacare medical insurance plan for a single person
cost over $1200 per month?
-
If vaccines actually
work, why are new medical schools being established and existing ones
expanding their programs?
Now that you have read
these questions about vaccines, do you see what I mean? The vaccine
religion, in which we are expected to accept by faith that vaccines actually
work, follows a false god. That religion threatens your personal security
and will rob you of your health unless you assert your critical thinking
skills to oppose it.

My hardest climb ever, a 5.11d on lead:
https://youtu.be/UT5h0heUUBc . I
made a dumb mistake initially, letting the rope wrap over my shoulder. Watch
what happens.
The scale:
- Beginner: 5.6. 5.7. 5.8, 5.9 (roped) / VV, V0, V1, V2
(boulder)
- Intermediate: 5.10a, b, c, d ;5.11a, b, c, d / V3, V4, V5, V6
- Advanced: 5.12a, b, c, d; 5.13a, b, c, d. / V7, V8, V9, V10.

I wrote this to a supplement company:
****
I noticed you are selling CLA as a fat loss product. It does not cause
fat loss; you can confirm this with the Lipids Society (most members are
PhDs).
What CLA actually does is not good.
First, there's no way that consuming an omega 6 fatty acid reduces body
fat. It actually increases it by increasing overall caloric intake.
Second, CLA is always made from safflower oil or a similar seed oil
because these are cheap oils. Check yours and you will find this is the
case. Safflower is an omega 6, definitely not what people should be
consuming. But that's not the worst of it.
Third, to extract this oil requires exceeding its smoke point. That means
the lipids get shredded. These shredded lipids feature hooks and other sharp
edges. As they float through the vascular system, they damage arterial walls
and cause leakage (which signals the liver to increase cholesterol in the
bloodstream). Once these shredded lipids cross the blood-brain barrier, they
rip up brain cells and leave scar tissue in their wake. This scar tissue is
called amyloid plaque, a nearly definitive marker for Alzheimer's.
I'm asking All Star Health to stop participating in the harmful fraud
that is the CLA scam. That is your ethical choice. Continuing to sell this
health-averse product under the false claim that it assists with fat loss is
not even remotely ethical.
Thanks, Mark Lamendola Sickness-free since 1971

At
www.supplecity.com, you'll find plenty of informative, authoritative
articles on maintaining a lean, strong physique. It has nothing to
do with long workouts or impossible to maintain diets. In fact:- The best workouts are short and intense.

7. Factoid
In the past 16 years, every bit of legislation that moved
our country backwards socially or economically was dreamed up by and passed by
so-called "progressives". In that same period, every bit of legislation that
would be good for our society or our country was defeated was defeated by
so-called "progressives" with the notable exception of the 2017 Job
Creation and Tax Cuts Act. Congress will be the opposite of progress until the
communists are largely gone from Congress. |
8. Thought for the Day
"In my many years I have come to a conclusion that one
useless man is a shame, two is a law firm, and three or more is a congress." --
John Adams
"Suppose you were an idiot and suppose you were a member of
Congress; but I repeat myself." --Mark Twain

Authorship
The purpose of this publication is to inform and empower its readers (and save you money!).
The views expressed in this e-newsletter are generally not shared by socialists or
other brainwashed individuals. That's because those fools live in an alternate reality
and have not bothered to learn the basics of how life works. They cannot do
basic math, cannot apply logic, and cannot be bothered to learn the basic facts
relevant to any topic that they are passionate about.
Except where noted, this e-newsletter is entirely the work of Mark Lamendola. Anything presented as fact can be independently verified.
Where sources are not given, they are readily available to anyone who makes the effort.
Mark provides information from either research or his own areas of established expertise. Sometimes, what appears to be a personal opinion is the only possibility when applying sound logic--reason it out before judging! (That said, some personal opinions do appear on occasion).
Personal note from Mark: I value each and every one of you, and I hope that shows in the diligent effort I put into writing this e-newsletter.
It is an act of service, almost no money is generated for me through this
effort. Thank you for being a faithful reader.
