1. Good News: Where the Intel is Good
Celebrating Freedom
- Look at the manufacturing investment flooding into the USA since
Liberation Day. It's in the trillions of dollars!
- Governor DeSantis is pushing for getting his Surgeon General,
Dr. Joe Ladapo, appointed as head of the Centers for Disinformation
and Censorship. Dr. Ladapo was alone among state Surgeons General to
oppose the harmful mandates of the C*O*V*I*D scam. If he heads up
the CDC, the agency would certainly change its core mission of
disseminating false information and suppressing the truth. It could
possibly become an agency that disseminates helpful information and
counters lies. That is a tall order at this point, but Dr. Ladapo is
no ordinary man.
- Now that the Rule of Law has been reasserted (since Liberation
Day) and the stench of communism has been almost scrubbed off,
foreign companies are again seeing the USA as the place to invest.
Hyundai, for example, recently announced a $20 billion investment in
the USA. Much to the chagrin of prominent communists such as AOC,
Nutcase Nancy, and Hiawatha, the changes that are lifting our
economy out of the economic depression the communists gave us will
continue. And at a much faster pace as the reforms continue to
accumulate.
- World Athletics is implementing mandatory sex testing for
competing in women's track and field events. See:
https://twitter.com/i/status/1904545911323136052 . Since your
sex is genetic, permanent, and determined at the moment of
conception (did that particular sperm have a Y chromosome or not)
any kind of DNA testing can identify any person's sex. Female
athletes will have to get it done once in their career (since sex
does not change, once is all that is needed).
- At the time the Department of Diseducation was created, the USA
was #1 in literacy among all countries in the world. A
generation later, we were at the very bottom. Dead last out of 102
countries. President Trump wants to abolish this anti-education
department, so that American kids have a chance of actually being
educated. Now we have a ringing endorsement for this move. Comrade
Pocahontas is adamantly against it, and has even released a gas
lighting episode on X to fight for illiteracy.
The commies want us to be illiterate, innumerate, obese, sick, and
disinformed. Look at what President Trump is doing, it's just the
opposite. On Trump's side, you have love of country, love of
freedom, and love of fellow human beings. On the other side, you
just have evil. We need to actively oppose the commies, not merely
tolerate them. They are constantly working to destroy us, they are
an enemy that does not rest. And, as mentioned, they are evil.
- Kristi Noem PSA about protecting Americans from illegal aliens:
https://twitter.com/i/status/1905034256826408982
- Teal, a US drone maker, is thriving after the new military
leadership (under Trump) banned the purchase of Chinese drones for
military use. I'll bet you can see at least one other major
advantage to this new policy.
- A TDS survivor speaks out in favor of Trump's use of tariffs,
citing facts to back her position:
https://twitter.com/i/status/1907606593509769654.
- The University of Michigan stepped back from racism and gutted
its DEI policies. Universities are supposed to teach people how to
think, so it's amazing that DEI gained any traction in the first
place. Except when you realize that nearly every university in the
country was captured by Marxist ideologues. Perhaps soon they can
get back to teaching something useful and positive.
- On Friday, 28 March, The Independent Women's Forum reported, "23
million women and girls are now safeguarded in the United States
because of our work — joining Montana are Kansas, Tennessee, Idaho,
Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Arkansas, Alabama, Iowa,
Indiana, West Virginia, Wyoming, and South Dakota." In the same
release, they said, "Just yesterday, Montana became the newest state
to sign into law protections for women and girls. Governor Greg
Gianforte signed a pro-woman legislative package defining ‘woman’,
and protecting women’s private spaces."
- Dr. Stella Immanuel, a hero for medical freedom in the C*O*V*I*D
war, had a HUGE cure rate among her patients. She did not lose any.
And now she's been appointed to serve as the Deputy CDC Director.
That is so awesome!
https://x.com/stella_immanuel/status/1907110488934166977
- HHS recently let go of about a quarter of its "work" force. This
will save the country a lot of money in terms of pay and benefits
for useless jobs, and will save far more money by preventing the
harm this "work" force will be capable of inflicting. If this is
done twice more, the agency will probably be at the correct size.
- The People's Republic of Wisconsin installed a communist judge
in an election where the commies outspent the competition 2:1. But
in this same election, voters approved a change to the state's
Constitution and that change requires voter ID. Now think about
this, why would the same voters go radical commie on the judge
contest yet enshrine in their Constitution an election integrity
reform measure that makes election-stealing far more difficult and
impossible for the commies to legislate away? Hmm. The logical
conclusion is the commies dumped everything into stealing the
judgeship via fraud while the actual will of the voters was revealed
in their support for election integrity. Wisconsin is on track to
become a free state with the next election!

The C*O*V*I*D Scam
- There is still "debate" about whether the shutdowns were
necessary. I find this amazing. I would like to see the perpetrators
of this particular aspect of the scam brought to justice, but that
isn't likely to happen.
- Many people echo the lie that C*O*V*I*D killed one million
Americans in 2021 (and according to Cackling Kamala, it killed over
150 million Americans). Yet in that year, the all cause mortality
barely budged instead of increasing by a million. We had a PCR test
with an 80% false positive rate. So even the numbers for dying WITH
C*O*V*I*D are extremely exaggerated.
- Many people echo the lie that the mRNA experimental gene therapy
was not only a vaccine but a vaccine that saved millions of lives.
The evidence against this lie is overwhelming. For example, the
vaxed had a much higher case rate of confirmed C*O*V*I*D (the
symptoms) than the unvaxed and with each round of boosters the
percentage went up. Which means immunity went down. How does
reducing your immunity to a pathogen save you from dying from that
pathogen?
- Peter Marks, the head gas lighter at the FDA, quit. His whining
resignation letter is hilarious, in the sense there's not one true
statement in it. Good riddance to bad rubbish, I hope he finds a job
cleaning toilets in a sanitarium.
- Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders has enacted legislation
permitting the sale of Ivermectin without a prescription. While the
fake "vaccine" only makes C*O*V*I*D worse, Ivermectin has
demonstrated excellent results against the virus. It's good that we
are increasingly following the science instead of the ideology.
- A great documentary on why people disagree on this scam:
https://x.com/FlexFilmsTV/status/1819827423636234504

The Avian Flu Scam
This is an even dumber hoax than the Fauci-led C*O*V*I*D scam. We're
supposed to believe that it is sensible to kill chickens to prevent them
from getting sick. No, the whole point of killing the chickens is not to
protect them from a virus but to create an egg shortage. Eggs are an
ideal food, and the USDA's masters (Big pHarma) just don't want us having them in our diet. Now,
here's a question. Where are all the dead birds? How many dead robins,
pigeons, owls, blue jays, starlings, finches, and hawks have you seen
lately? Does zero sound about right? I have a suggestion. Let's arrest
the whackos behind the chicken killing and throw the book at them. Send
them to prison, with the idea that they never get out. The Ukraine
War Scam It's way past time to end this Biden Crime Family
project. Here's a clip of a Charlie Kirk interview with Elon Musk that
gets to the meat of it (2:07):

Idiocy and Democracy Any time you hear or read "Save
Democracy", just remember that it is a slogan used by the idiotic
communists. I have an idiot neighbor who stuck a sign in his yard
reading "Save Democracy. Protect Federal Worker Jobs". This ignores the
fact that we, as a nation, cannot afford those jobs. We are up past our
eyeballs in debt. The Kamala campaign, which was a coup on top of a
coup, was as undemocratic as you can get yet she and her idiotic
supporters kept repeating this slogan. Now the idiots are anti-Elon,
because somehow eliminating waste, fraud, and abuse is a "threat to
democracy". Instead of trying to understand basic finance, their
response is to physically assault people and property. They are, in
other words, unreasoning animals. A bunch of these idiots showed up to
"save democracy" by torching a Tesla dealership in New Jersey. But over
300 Trump supporters, outnumbering the idiots 20 to 1, were also there.
The idiots backed down. This example of decent people facing down
unreasoning animals happened all across America on the idiots' "Day of
Rage". Another example of this idiocy is a sign in my neighbor's
yard: "Save Democracy. Protect Federal Jobs". Our national debt is a
staggering $37 trillion and once we can no longer even make the interest
payments our system will collapse. So according to this idiot, by
wasting money on useless jobs and thus collapsing our economy, we will
"save democracy". As if democracy is in any way a product of a faceless,
unelected bureaucracy. One thing this idiot is oblivious to is the fact
that every household and business must keep overhead from growing out of
control. As our national overhead continues to shrink, private sector
jobs are being created. Here's an excerpt from 1440 Digest: "US
employers added 228,000 nonfarm jobs last month, higher than the 140,000
jobs economists had estimated and up from the revised 117,000 jobs in
February." Keep in mind, these new hires, unlike federal (non)workers,
are contributing to economic growth. Many of them are, in fact, former
federal nonworkers. Now these people are engaged in useful work, how can
that possibly be a bad thing? Only in the dim mind of a "Save Democracy"
idiot. We vastly outnumber the idiots. And now they see their attacks
on people and property will be met with an overwhelming force of
numbers. We need to keep this up on every front. Shame a masktard, speak
out about the idiocy of "killing chickens so they don't get sick from a
non-existent bird flu", call Democrats anti-democratic Marxists (what
they actually are), and don't let dudes waltz into women's bathrooms
(grab them and start a fight, you will have plenty of backing). Idiots
can never save democracy or anything else. So far everything they have
done in the past 20 years to "save democracy" has made things more
authoritarian instead of more democratic. They need a different rallying
cry. So now when someone says they are going to "save democracy" maybe
we should reply with, "Based on what your people have done so far, I
think you mean save stupidity." In any case, we need to be DONE
putting up with their tantrums, destruction, and criminal misconduct. I
think that also includes being DONE with their virtue signaling, idiotic
comments, and verbal abuse. We should make a point of disagreeing with
them. If they find that "offensive" then they'll just have to get over
it. Commie
Update
- Ellen Degenerate has decided to leave the USA. Good riddance.
- Cackling Kamala is still giving her stupid speeches to people
who remind me of the Walmartians.
- Cory Booker, a communist senator not exactly known for his
intellect, wasted 25 hours whining and lying about the Trump
administration instead of submitting a concise and accurate
statement from which some sort of action could be taken. This
pointless grandstanding shows what disregard the commies have for
this country, its voters, and the concept of working out a
solution to whatever problems they perceive. It's just more of the
same bullying and idiocy. This moron is the senior senator from New
Jersey, let's hope the voters there remember this bad behavior with
disgust and revulsion when Booker is up for re-election next year.
He is 55 but acts as if he's 5; that also should register in a big
way.

3. Brainpower tip
Something that really matters for brainpower is how well you are prepared to
receive information. Generally:
- People want only information that confirms their opinions, flatters
them, sells them hope, clues them in on the weather, satisfies their need
for "being informed" (disinformed), gives them anxiety, or helps them
complete a task. On this last item, think of going on YouTube to learn how
to change an oxygen sensor on your car or typing in a store name to see if
they are open yet.
- People will filter out information that corrects their opinions, shows
them how to improve, gives them an accurate picture of the situation, or
expands their knowledge in a meaningful way.
Why the difference? One of these generalities covers people who lack
confidence and the other covers people who have confidence. Can you see which is
which?
So the first step in being prepared to receive information is to be
confident. You don't need some affirmation of your correctness or brilliance,
you just need information that is correct. How can you tell correct from
incorrect?
Let's take a simple example. You may recall a medically-illiterate charlatan
who was posing as a doctor and telling people to wear a mask to protect against
C*O*V*I*D. Now, you could assume that because he had the title "Doctor" he might
be correct. The "call to authority" is one of the seven classic propaganda
techniques. His title is not relevant. What is relevant is the mask itself. A
person prepared to receive information would ask a few questions, such as:
- Are not the eyes an entry point for contamination? Yes, they are. So
unless the mask also covers your eyes it cannot protect you from a virus.
- What is the rating on the mask? A quick look at the package tells you it
filters out "up to" 95% of particles 0.300 microns or larger. That "up to"
could mean zero (it actually does, since the mask is not hermetically sealed
to the skin), but even at 100% it would not stop a virus since the largest
viruses are only 0.070 microns.
Yet, look at the national panic over masking. To this day, people are even
allowed to enter banks wearing them "out of a need to protect against
C*O*V*I*D".
The second step is to have a general understanding of the topic, at least of
the basics. When people talk about a "recession" you should know the definition
of it (two consecutive quarters with negative growth in GDP) and that GDP is a
fabricated, manipulated number. So a "recession" is BS. If you don't have a
general understanding of the topic, then you are not prepared to receive
information about it. You are prepared to be gas lighted about it.
The third step is to remind yourself to be open-minded. Open-minded does not
mean gullible. It means that instead of rejecting something out of hand because
it doesn't confirm your opinion, flatter you, sell you hope, give you anxiety,
etc., you decide you will give it a fair hearing. However, part of a fair
hearing does involve rejecting things out of hand when they are absurd, don't
follow from the facts (non-sequitor), or smell strongly of manipulation. If
someone's trying to manipulate you instead of inform you, that's unfair and you
are not obligated to hear them out. That's only fair.
An example where all three elements were present was the lamestream media's
push for the mRNA gene therapy. The absurdity was that if you didn't concede to
uninformed consent and allow the medical experimentation to be done on your body
then you were putting at risk those who did concede to it (and according to
Governor Hochul, you belonged in a concentration camp for that). The idea that a
blood injection would protect you from a respiratory illness was a non-sequitor,
as it does not follow from any facts in what we know about immunology (or common
sense). The stench of manipulation was overpowering.
We have another scam going today, in which allegedly there's a deadly avian
flu and the only way to protect chickens from it is to kill them. First of all,
where are all the dead wild birds? I have gone to every yard on my block to
count the dead robins, dead owls, dead hawks, dead crows, dead cardinals, and
dead blue jays. There weren't any. Second, murder as a disease protection is
idiotic in the extreme; what if we adopted that policy to prevent outbreaks of a
flu in public schools? Look, Johnny's got a runny nose, we need to kill all the
other kids so they don't get sick!
The reason they are killing the chickens is eggs are a perfect food and Big (p)Harma
needs malnutrition to help sell their drugs. Not enough people are going to fall
for another C*O*V*I*D hoax, so they are doing an avian version of the same hoax.
It is despicable beyond measure, but what saddens me is that so many people are
too poorly prepared to receive information and are actually falling for this
scam. The solution to the avian flu is to arrest the executives who are pulling
the strings of their FDA operatives and anyone else involved in this scam, and
then try them for crimes against humanity. Until life sentences and death
sentences are handed out to these monsters, the deadly scamming will continue.
But they are protected by people (like lefties) who are poorly prepared to
receive information and thus believe in things like killing an animal to protect
it from getting sick. |
4. Finance tip
The biggest financial burdens on regular Americans have all come from the
federal government. Think about these:
- Trillions upon trillions of dollars counterfeited by the Federal Reserve
to pay for spending by the communists, which has caused staggering
inflation. Solution: Election integrity reform.
- The C*O*V*I*D scam, which was among the top ten costliest rackets of all
time. And also the deadliest scam ever run. Solution: Election integrity
reform.
- The Avian Flu scam, in which communist-hired bureaucrats have created
the policy of killing birds so they don't get sick. Solution: Election
integrity reform so intelligent people make the hiring decisions.
- Rampant disease at levels unknown in other countries, because the FDA
gas lights people into eating seed oils and engaging in other
disease-causing behavior. Solution: Election integrity reform so the efforts
to clean up this agency and many others can continue.
In looking at the solutions, do you see a pattern? What can you personally do
to help make that happen? If you write to your County Election Board saying you
want less cheating in the elections, that probably won't help. It's too general.
We do know that mail-in voting is egregiously abused to steal elections.
Remember when 83% of the mail-in votes that came in after the polls closed in
2020 were for Brainless? So you write to your County Election Board and
specifically ask that they ensure mail-in voters must provide a Real ID or
similar and that mail-in votes not be counted after the polls close regardless
of the Post mark date. Just those two changes, if made in every county, would
keep enough communists out of office that the communist party would be
effectively eliminated. Which would be very good for everyone's personal
finances.
To find your County Election Board contact information, just do a browser
search. For example, Boone County IL Election Board.
Bring this idea up to other people and try to persuade them to help. Our
votes matter, but not when the communist can offset them with fakes to
disenfranchise us. We must secure our elections a bit more everywhere. |
5. Security tip
Scams by phone and e-mail
come in all sorts of variations. Some general tips:
-
If you get an e-mail
from a communist posing as a Congressional "representative" (for
example, Nancy Pelosi sends out such e-mail) simply inverse everything
they say to arrive at the truth. Same thing applies to the e-mails
coming from Cackling Kamala.
-
Don't give out
personal information to unsolicited callers. They aren't your new best
friend, and you have no obligation to even talk with them.
-
If you hear a pause,
then a beep, then someone picks up -- hang up immediately. It's a boiler
room operation.
-
Anyone promising to
help you recover tax dollars has no clue about your tax situation and is
merely using that as a lead to rip you off.
-
IRS never calls you to
help you with a tax problem. If you get such a call, hang up
immediately.
-
There's no way around
filing your Form 1040 and paying what's due. If someone contacts you
about a "little known secret" or claims to have a way you can waltz into
court and make tax obligations go away, take down their contact info and
report them to the IRS.
-
Microsoft does not
have a customer service department or a technical support team. Calls
claiming to originate from there are fake. Hang up.
-
Companies that try to
offer you cash for your home will typically pay you less than half of
what you could sell it for.
-
Most class action
lawsuits do not require a payment upfront. If you are organizing a class
action lawsuit and retaining a law firm, that is a different story.
-
No bank or credit card
company will ask you for your password over the phone.
-
Don't sign on with any
firm that promises "funding" by getting you special credit card promos.
You can get those cards on your own, and it's not funding as in cash
deposited into your account. It's a credit card that you charge for
purchases.
-
If someone calls
offering a timeshare investment, simply hang up.
-
Your nephew is not
dying in a hospital and in need of emergency funds for life-saving
surgery.
-
There is no vaccine
that is effective against any flu; do not consent to come in and get a
shot even if the call or e-mail is from your doctor or "health care"
organization.
-
There's no miracle
supplement or "secret diet" that will extend your life, help you quickly
lose excess fat, prevent Alzheimer's, etc. Save your money, and focus
instead on eating unprocessed food.
-
No employer will ask
you for a fee to "process your application" and no executive recruiter
will ask you for a fee.
-
Beware of a "job
offer" that doesn't have the usual rigor of an interview. Or if the
interview is particularly softball in nature. These easy hire situations
are nearly always scams.
-
Reject a "job offer"
that sounds like you don't have to do much to get paid.
-
Don't click on links
in unsolicited e-mails.
-
Don't open attachments
in unsolicited e-mails.
-
Just because the
"from" looks legit doesn't mean the e-mail is legit; this is often
faked. Same thing for phone calls, the Caller ID might show a name you
recognize or an area code you are familiar with but that can be faked.

If you are involved in any sport, you will have injuries. That is because of
dynamic movement, often in a dynamic environment. If you have good technique
and stay in fairly good form, then these injuries will tend to be minor in
nature. We athletes live with the injuries because we enjoy the sport. My
chiropractor is a racket ball nut. He has injuries from that. But I show up
with climbing injuries nearly every time I see him. He knows he doesn't have
to specifically mention that injury X of mine is from climbing, because that
is almost always the cause and I am usually telling him that. We were
discussing the nature of athletes and why we love our sports despite getting
injured all the time. I said if you want to avoid injuries, then stick to
weight training and yoga but with strict form. One of the things he brought
up is he treats people who are injured in their training, specifically
weight training. They get injured because they see the weight training as a
sports performance. They injure tendons and ligaments by using too much
weight, and they injure their backs by twisting while lifting. Their concern
isn't that of strengthening their body, but of moving more weight than they
can safely handle and calling that an accomplishment.
If you are training for strength, flexibility, joint health, and the long
game, you try to see how little weight you can use to get the same muscle
tension. For example, consider the median deltoids. The typical way to do a
side arm raise is to stand with the shoulders back and raise a dumbbell.
Let's say 30 lbs. But in doing this, you are recruiting the traps and other
muscles. You are only indirectly working that deltoid and you are sparing it
from being taken to the limit. You can improve upon this by leaning forward
with your shoulders slightly rounded. Now a 20 lb dumbbell feels heavy.
That's progress, but suppose you do it this way. For your right delt, put
your left hand on the bench and lean way over to the left. The leverage here
is really poor. Now an 8 lb dumbbell feels heavy. And you are really burning
that delt.
If you carry this mentality into how you do your exercises for each
muscle, you will find you get better results and indirect stimulation on
those ligaments and tendons. They will still thicken (get stronger), but
they won't tear or even get sore.
You can't do the leverage thing with big compound movements, but what you
can do is a lot of sets. This, as opposed to using more weight but not
taking the mover and stabilizer muscles into the red zone.
Another way to use this mentality is to work at the full extension, where
you are weakest. You cannot use much weight in this position. This seems to
violate the full range of motion rule, but the fact is most people hang out
in the mid -ange while training. So do a couple of sets at only the full
extension part of the range. If you normally curl 25 lbs, you will be using
only 10 at full extension.
These principles are now being touted as how people over 40 should train,
due to being older and more fragile. But it is how everyone should train, so
that as you get older you are not fragile. Check the ego at the door and
train with weights instead of perform with them.

The views expressed in this e-newsletter are generally not shared by socialists or
other brainwashed individuals. That's because those fools live in an alternate reality
and have not bothered to learn the basics of how life works. They cannot do
basic math, cannot apply logic, and cannot be bothered to learn the basic facts
relevant to any topic that they are passionate about.
Except where noted, this e-newsletter is entirely the work of Mark Lamendola. Anything presented as fact can be independently verified.
Where sources are not given, they are readily available to anyone who makes the effort.
Mark provides information from either research or his own areas of established expertise. Sometimes, what appears to be a personal opinion is the only possibility when applying sound logic--reason it out before judging! (That said, some personal opinions do appear on occasion).
Personal note from Mark: I value each and every one of you, and I hope that shows in the diligent effort I put into writing this e-newsletter.
It is an act of service, almost no money is generated for me through this
effort. Thank you for being a faithful reader.
Please pass this newsletter along to others.
