1. Good News: Where the Intel is Good
Celebrating Freedom
- The Trump nominees have been getting confirmed in the Senate. Unlike
their low-IQ predecessors, most of these people qualify for Mensa and
all of these people are A-level players. It is a new era, one in which
ability and ethics are valued. In contrast to the previous era, in which
stupidity and corruption were valued.
- RFK, Jr. was confirmed as the new Secretary of HHS. This is a
momentous change, and it will mean (among many other things) we will
be on the path to Make America Healthy Again. The Big Pharma
predators and the processed food industry have long counted on
corruption and government complacency, now they won't have those
advantages working in their favor anymore. Note that RINO Mitch is
the sole "Republican" who voted against confirmation. Mitch has to
go.
- Hours after RFK, Jr.'s confirmation, our national hero signed an
Executive Order creating The Commission To Make America Healthy
Again.
- RFK, Jr., being sworn in:
https://rumble.com/v6ks5k7-rfk-jr.-sworn-in-as-secretary-of-health-and-human-services.html
- It's looking like Title IX will be restored, no more men
competing in women's sports (at least in K-12 schools and
universities that accept federal funding). Our national hero signed
an Executive Order on 05 FEB to restore that protection. The commies
would have to use the courts or the Congress to put back in place
their female-endangerment policies, and the likelihood of that is
poor. Men took nearly 900 medals in women's sports during the
Brainless administration, and that is just unconscionable; IMO,
those men should have their ill-gotten medals stripped from them and
those medals should go to the women who actually won them.
- Remember Netscape? Its inventor, Marc Andreesson, later went on
to work with David Horowitz in the capital venture firm Andreesson-Horowitz.
I listened to Horowits' audiobook a few years ago, this is a
prestigious firm that has done much good in the world. One of the
latest good things they did was hire Daniel Penny, the Marine who
saved fellow subway passengers from a violent offender and for that
act of courage was targeted by the Criminal Advocacy Office of the
People's Republic of New York. That particular office carries out
the mission of protecting violent offenders from their potential
victims. While we can't do much about the appalling lawfare brought
against "the subway hero", this particular firm stepped up and hired
this man of courage. Now the voters of the People's Republic of New
York need to step up and elect people who actually have some morals,
replacing the degenerates who inflict upon them the hell they
currently live in.
- From my Congresswoman, improper payments:
https://x.com/DOGECommittee/status/1887626070905790791 (1:02)
- DOGE is auditing the terrorist organization known as the
Institute of Reprobates and Sociopaths (IRS). Here is what they did
to 4300 victims in one IRS employee personal enrichment scam:
www.mindconnection.com/hoyt.
- Want to keep up with DOGE? Go here:
https://oversight.house.gov/
- JD Vance, the first VP in four years who can give a coherent
speech, spoke frankly to the corrupt elites of Europe during the
annual Munich security conference. Europe has its own deep-state
swamp that stifles liberty, voids elections, and plunders the
citizens. His message was basically, "We liberated the USA a month
ago and now we will liberate Europe."
- The DOJ, controlled by Republicans, has formally asked a judge
to dismiss the charges against Mayor Eric Adams, a Democrat. Mayor
Adams was the victim of vicious lawfare brought against him by the
communists ("Democrats"). Under the communists, you go along with
their lawlessness and insanity or they come after you. Under Trump,
you aren't even investigated until there is reason to believe you
did something wrong. Upholding immigration law, as Mayor Adams did,
isn't a wrong-doing. It's a duty of the office of the Mayor.
- Our national hero removed Brainless' security clearance and
removed his access to daily intelligence briefings. Given the sheer
amount of destruction Brainless did to the USA during his illegal
term as POTUS, this only makes sense and will help protect America
from someone who has regularly shown contempt for our nation and
hatred for its people (us). Of course, the libtards are incensed by
this. It was just fine with them when Brainless did the same thing
to Trump, even though Trump (unlike Brainless) loves this country
and its people and has never posed a threat to either.
- Our national hero signed an Executive Order witholding federal
funding from universities that require students to undergo the
experimental gene therapy that has shown zero benefit while
inflicting massive harm. This would never have happened under the
communist regime that we left behind on Liberation Day.

Attacking Christians and Jews is a Constitutional Right?
The commies are claiming that recent action on the part of the
Trump administration to stop the persecution of Christians and Jews
in the USA violates the Constitution because it violates the
principle of the separation of church and state. Here we go again,
more of their non-sequitur stupidity. The administration is not
establishing a state religion (which is the one thing that would
violate the separation principle). It is merely protecting the First
Amendment rights of people to exercise their religion. Here is the
actual text:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,
or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom
of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to
assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of
grievances."
According to the commies, we must go overboard to accommodate the
delusions of mentally ill people who cannot tell what sex they are, but
attacking Christians and Jews is a Constitutional right.
If you ever need a reason to never again vote
Democrat, there it is.
Nuclear War News
In a nutshell, we have informed NATO and Ukraine that Ukraine will
never be part of NATO. We have also told them we are sick of their proxy
wars. Mr. Putin is a much happier camper, now. Brainless tried to goad
him into a nuclear war, but Putin didn't take the bait. And so now here
we are three weeks past Liberation Day with world peace once again
becoming "a thing". We also told Europe they are now responsible for
their own conventional defense systems (we said we'd still provide
nukes, but that also is being addressed).
Other News
A "regressive" is anyone who calls him/her self "progressive" but
advocates policies, practices, and laws that damage our economy, social
fabric, civil liberties, etc. In other words, they give us the opposite
of progress. This is a broader term than communist, but almost all
regressives are commies. They regress not to the mean, but to the bottom
of the cesspool.
- Because regressives such as Nutcase Nancy believe that killing
police officers is "peaceful protesting" and being killed by a
Capitol guard while on a guided tour of the Capitol is
"insurrection", regressives in general hate it that President Trump
pardoned the J6 political prisoners. A few of them may have done
something wrong, but all the evidence was destroyed by Nutcase's J6
Commission. Since we hold that you are innocent until proven guilty,
this lack of evidence means the State cannot prove guilt. This is a
priori grounds for acquittal of all of them.
- The regressives also believe it was perfectly fine for Brainless
to pardon or commute the sentences of convicted rapists and murders,
among others. The also see nothing wrong with his pre-arrest pardons
of people like mass murderer and con man Anthony Fauci.
- The regressives who operate the insane asylum known as
"California" are refusing to honor Title IX, despite President
Trump's executive order in that regard. One solution is for all
women in that awful place to vote a straight Republican ticket
instead of supporting the mentally ill for public office. Men who
care about women should do the same. Then California can be a
law-abiding part of the USA, rather than a rogue nation that
continually and egregiously abuses its citizens. The sane outnumber
the insane in California, they just need to be more aggressive in
having their own kind, rather than the crazies, running the place.
- The communists and other regressive America-haters are now
claiming the tariffs aimed at Canada, Mexico, and China will fuel
inflation. Inflation occurs when the supply of money grows faster
than the basket of goods and services does. This idiotic claim of
theirs is a non-sequitor (it cannot possibly follow from the facts).
Among the insanity that fueled the breath-taking inflation during
the four years of communist rule were all the massive spending
boondoggles such as the Green Raw Deal, the Infrastructure Ignoring
and Jobs Elimination Act, and the Inflation Enhancement Act. Our
national hero and his team have not announced any spending
initiatives and have in fact been working on the opposite via DOGE
and other measures. To predict that the current administration is
fueling inflation is both absurd and deceptive to the point of
immorality.
- Our new Secretary of Defense has kicked out several communist
propaganda "news" outlets from the Pentagon. And he has replaced
them with more honest media outlets.
- Our new AG, Pam Bondi, has filed federal charges against Kathy
"I hate America and the citizens of New York" Hochul. She filed
charges against other miscreants who hold the same hatred, plus she
filed against the State of New York. The main issue is the chronic,
blatant, and egregious violations of federal immigration laws.
- Anthony "mass murderer" Fauci, who has been posing as a doctor
while running various scams to defraud the government, abuse
animals, and kill people, was pre-emptively pardoned by Brainless
Biden. But "The Modern Mengle" is still open to trial and punishment
by foreign courts, civil courts, and state courts. He can also be
dragged before Congress to be exposed and humiliated. Now 17 state
Attorneys General have formed a coalition to go after him.
- This poor family (thanks to Mike for sharing):
https://x.com/elonmusk/status/1888325741156118744
- Jeff Childers reported in his newsletter (C&C) that the Google
calendar no longer displays a bunch of woke "holidays" and special
months. Adios to National Butt Plug Day!
- Democrat Congresswoman Jan Shakowsky is making a stink over the
"man" in "manufacturing". This focus on meaningless minutae shows
you just how disconnected Democrats are from the regular people.
People who have been suffering through a severe economic depression
ands lots of other problems inflicted upon us by the disconnected
Democrats.

3. Brainpower tip
In looking back over major events of the past few years, it would seem that most
people are incredibly stupid. But we have proof they are not, namely in the
landslide re-election of President Trump despite the fabrication of millions of
fake votes for his cackling competitor. So what is the explanation for why so
many non-stupid people end up believing really stupid ideas? I believe
it is language abuse. Some related examples include calling the experimental
gene therapy a "vaccine" and calling the Chinese virus a "deadly" "pandemic" and
later calling it a "pandemic of the unvaccinated".
This last charge was technically true, since nobody was actually vaccinated.
But the language abuse meant that Brainless and others (including Arnold
Schwarzenegger) were accusing those who did not take the immunity reduction jab
of somehow being the only ones infecting others. The reality is those who got
the jab were significantly more likely to host and spread the pathogen. And the
practice of claiming the jab was "safe and effective" but then turning around
and saying it wasn't effective because there were people who refused to get it
was especially idiotic--yet many people believed this! Contributing to that
belief was the blatant lie that it was a vaccine--a great example of language
abuse to manipulate others.
How do you protect yourself from language abuse?
First, choose your own words correctly and say what you mean. Don't speak in
clichés (e.g., "circle back") or use one word to mean something else (e.g.,
"impact" to mean "affect" or "podium" to mean "lectern"). Don't change the
meaning of a word by adding a modifier (e.g., don't say "very unique" because
something is either one of a kind or it isn't). Use simple words where possible,
to avoid confusion. But not so simple as to create confusion.
Second, insist that others choose their words correctly and say what they
mean. Some ways to do this:
- Ask for clarification. I am confused when you say this is absolutely
unique, because something is either one of a kind or it is not. Can you
please rephrase what you mean so I can clearly understand your message? Do
you mean it's special? If so, in what way exactly?
- Ask for directness. I'm sorry, but your meaning is hidden behind trite
expressions that people routinely misuse. While these are convenient, they
don't tell me what you mean. Can you please speak more plainly and directly
to me?
- Ask for plain English in place of "New Speak". I would appreciate if you
stopped referring to the Inflation Enhancement Act as the Inflation
Reduction Act, because just about everything in that Act demands spending
lots of money we do not have which of course means the Fed will create money
out of thin air which will inflate the money supply. This is like calling
Obamacare "affordable". It's despicably dishonest.
- Challenge backward word usage. How is it that tossing firebombs into
occupied police cars during the summer of 2020 is not an insurrection, but
peacefully entering the Capitol building unarmed while security personnel
open doors for you is an insurrection?
- Challenge words used to mischaracterize. I'm having trouble
understanding what you mean when you say the J6 pardons mean those people,
who suffered for four years in filthy, horrible conditions, are getting off
with no punishment even though their sentences are invalid because the J6
Commission destroyed all the evidence? And even though Black Lives
Manipulated goons shot, stabbed, and burned people to death only a few
months earlier and were not even arrested for it?
- Challenge the underlying assumption. You parroted that voting for
Harris/Walz was "doing the right thing." In what way would continuing the
horribly destructive communist policies of the Biden/Harris regime be "doing
the right thing"? Are you saying you are pro-poverty, pro-war, and
pro-censorship? I'm just asking.
A couple of tips beyond just the language abuse:
- Ask for evidence. What you just said doesn't smell right to me. Can you
please cite a credible source for that?
- Attack sources that are not credible. It's beyond dispute that the New
York Times peddles fiction and cannot be trusted to get anything right. Do
you have a source that's credible, instead?
- Learn some statistics and trot them out as needed. I realize you believe
Trump lost the 2020 election. I was just wondering how you explain the fact
that when the polls closed in the battleground states he had won but by the
next morning a flood of mail in votes, 83% of which were for Biden, caused
him to lose in five of those states by less than 2%. You don't consider that
to be as mathematically impossible as the fact that in a few counties that
went to Biden there were significantly more votes than voters?
- Provide obvious facts in the face of an obvious lie. I realize you
believe Barrack Obama was born in Hawaii. But his mother was a minor at the
time, and it was a big deal for a minor to hop on a plane. She was not old
enough to have a credit card. Someone had to pay for her travel there (very
expensive at the time, regular people simply did not fly), go with her to
arrange for lodging and transportation, provide her meals, and have legal
authority to sign her in at the hospital. There is no record of her or an
accompanying adult going to Hawaii for Barrack's birth. Nor is there any
evidence of a newspaper announcement or return flight to Kenya. So his
mother wasn't there when he was born. How is it possible he was born there?

4. Finance tip
Do you own a pillow top mattress? This type of mattress first appeared in 1973.
Prior to that, you had a pillowless mattress that you flipped over each month.
Flipping the mattress made it stay comfortable for a very long time compared to
one that doesn't get flipped. It's kind of like rotating the tires on your car.
What you do in the case of the mattress is use the same force that compressed
the upper part of it to push it back out from the bottom. If you don't flip a
mattress on a regular basis, it becomes uncomfortable due to compression of the
material. You have difficulty sleeping and you get "mysterious" aches and pains
in your hips, legs, and back. It feels lumpy, too.
Nobody really needed a pillow on top of their mattress, but it did add a tad
more comfort. But people who bought these were told not to flip their mattress.
This meant instead of getting twenty years of use out of it (by also keeping it
in a mattress bag, washing bedding weekly, applying non-toxic dust mite spray,
and vacuuming it) you would get maybe 5 or 6. The solution was the double
pillow-top! It was significantly more expensive than the single pillow-top, but
you could flip it.
Here's a newsflash for you. You can flip any pillow-top mattress. Why is
this? As noted, they did not even exist until 1973. You can go every other month
without the pillow. If that's not good enough for you, then you can use a
separate mattress topper. Or do what I do and use a high quality mattress pad
(changed monthly, along with flipping or rotating the mattress).
Here is my recommendation on how to flip or rotate your mattress, based on
how we rotate the tires on our cars (I rotate my own). It's a three month
pattern:
- Month one. Flip the mattress along its long axis.
- Month two. Rotate the mattress 180 degrees so the foot is at the head.
- Month three. Flip the mattress along its short axis.
If flipping the mattress along its short axis is impractical due to ceiling
height implications or other factors, or it's just too complicated, then flip it
on its long axis instead and keep the same schedule. If keeping track of this is
too much hassle, skip rotation and go with flipping only. I did that for over 20
years with one mattress and it felt just as comfortable as a new one on the
showroom floor. I finally replaced it simply due to its age, but it was likely a
perfectly good mattress anyhow.
What damages mattresses:
- Fabric softeners and other chemicals that might be in your bedding.
Since these also damage your brain, liver, and kidneys, just don't use them.
- Standing on the mattress. This causes far more local pressure than the
mattress is intended to take.
- Going to bed without showering first. You will shed orders of magnitude
more skin particles into your bedding, mites will feast on these, mites will
inhabit the mattress, mites will poop in the mattress, there will be
significant biological activity inside the mattress.
If your mattress feels heavier than when you bought it or feels heavier than
a similar model on the showroom floor, it is probably loaded with mites and
other critters. Time to replace it. A more scientific way to judge end of life
is to use a thermal gun or infrared camera to see if it's generating heat. Flip
it over, wait 10 minutes, then measure the exposed side. Compare that to
something nearby that is about the same color and texture (to avoid emissivity
issues). Also check the ends versus the middle.
By taking care of your mattress you can make it last a long time. A really
good mattress is going to set you back a couple thousand dollars. How many 50
cents off grocery coupons would you need to clip every five years to match that? |
5. Security tip
Perhaps you've come across
convincing information that the 1040 tax ("income tax") is not legal.
Technically, this is true from a statutory view. But that is a meaningless
and useless fact.
There are shysters who
extrapolate from this technical point that you don't have to pay the 1040
tax. They are wrong. There is massive case law behind the idea that you do.
And, technically legal or not, the 1040 tax is legal in the eyes of all
three branches of the federal government.
The shysters hook their
victims by claiming they can protect you from any retribution you might
incur from refusing to file and/or refusing to pay. For this alleged
protection, one shyster has you fill out a Form 1040 and from the amount of
Tax Owed you pay him 10% and you are good to go. What he doesn't tell you is
it costs about $3 million to get through Tax Court and into Federal Court,
and there is no argument that will persuade either court to let you off the
hook. You will owe taxes, penalties, and interest. The penalties can be
arbitrary and severe, especially if the IRS attorneys successfully label you
a tax protester. Once they do this, they can isolate you socially and
destroy your reputation while they take away your job or business, home,
car, and any family heirlooms. Few people survive this, it's basically a
death sentence with no appeal. And in Tax Court, you don't have as many
protections as in a criminal court; there's no discovery, for example.
What is especially ironic
about this particular form of predation is the target demographic really
doesn't pay all that much in 1040 taxes--it's usually much less than they
pay for rent, and many of them shell out more for car payments than for 1040
taxes. All of them pay far more in the form of the inflation tax, which most
of them do not even realize is a tax.
Yes, we in the USA are the
most highly taxed people in the world. Sadly, very few of the myriad taxes
we pay are identified as such. But the 1040 tax, with the out of control and
wickedly mean IRS in charge of abusing people in the name of "administering
it", is very visible. So, wow, getting out of paying that would be nice!
Except you can't. So don't go there.

In the February, 2025 edition of Reader's Digest, Charlotte Hilton Anderson
told her story of having gone through exercise addiction. She was doing
several "workouts" each day. At one point in her story, she said she
couldn't fit meals in between her workouts. Near the end of her story, she
said that in addition to teaching exercise classes at a gym she still works
out every day "but I keep it to two hours max." Then she said, "I
mainly dance, lift weights, and do barre, Pilates, and yoga. Clearly, she
is not training for the adaptive response. She is just exercising. All of
that exercise does stimulate an endorphin response, but at the cost of her
health. But to her mind, she's doing great now. I am happy that she's no
longer exercising herself into bone fractures, passing out, and the other
problems she had. But she's not doing great now.
What she needs to do is assess her desired activity level and come up
with a sustainable plan. Part of that will include one or two rest days in
her exercise program. Then she needs to:
- Design, or have a trainer design, a split routine weight lifting
program that consists of 5 workouts per week with those lasting 20 to 30
minutes (depending on the muscle group).
- Alternatively, design or have a yogi design, a 5 day a week yoga
plan to follow instead of weights.
- Pick two performance activities (e.g., dancing and barre) and do
them on one of the two days she is not weight training. If that is not
possible, cut out either one performance activity or one weight workout
day. If she has six weight workouts and four weight workout days, then
the weight workouts will "rotate" among the available training days.
People will go on an exercise binge like hers for the endorphin high,
typically in response to some traumatic event (in her case, sexual assault)
or in response to general depression. Once the medical problems take their
toll, the binger will cut back enough that things seem OK. But there's not
an intelligent, thought-out plan that provides a systematic way to stimulate
the adaptive response. A famous bodybuilder once said, "You stimulate, not
annihilate, your way to growth." This means more isn't necessarily better
and at some point it becomes profoundly worse. Don't read too much into the
word "growth," we are not talking about getting Mr. Olympia big. We are
talking about stimulating the body to grow muscle, while also realizing we
are ultimately at war with atrophy as we age.
Some people will say, "We are all different with different goals so you
have to train the way that's right for you." This sounds good on the
surface, but it's always used as an argument against putting in the effort
to have an effective training program. It also ignores the fact that we
humans all have the same basic physiology and must follow the same
principles. The personal variation is not over the big things (e.g., whether
to do squats) but over the small things (such as correcting your particular
muscle imbalance or working around your tendon issues or whatever is a
problem for you).
The outline of a good program covering 5 days/week of training will be
the same for everyone other than people with extreme limitations and elite
athletes such as Usain Bolt. And even he does a weight program not all that
different from what a drug-free bodybuilder does. The exercises themselves
may vary, as will reps, sets, resistance, and angles. But everyone will
still need to focus on one muscle group (e.g., back and biceps or triceps
and biceps) per session, one session per day, hitting the metabolic stress
red line, doing some muscular damage, and getting enough time under tension.
None of that is possible with an unstructured program.
As an example, you'll hear "Leg Day" if you hang around most athletes or
most gyms long enough. Leg Day involves several kinds of squats, deadlifts
(unless prohibited by a doctor due to back problems), and several isolation
exercises (e.g., leg curls, hamstring curls) and perhaps a smaller compound
exercise or two (e.g., bench stepups). There may also be a kinetic exercise
or two. Leg Day training does not last long because it is so exhausting
(high metabolic stress) and does so much muscular damage. You can do a very
effective one in 20 minutes. If you take a whole hour, you are either
resting so much you fail to get adequate metabolic stress or you are on some
kind of drug. Leg Day is short, but it is extremely brutal. It takes many
days to recover from, and so it's common to designate one day per week as
Leg Day and not train legs on the others. Of course the "Leg" part doesn't
tell the whole story. Front squats hit just about everything from the
sternum down, and they work the heck out of your heart and lungs. |

7. Factoid
A person's sex isn't "assigned at birth" or chosen later.
It is determined when the sperm meets the egg; the sperm either passes a Y
chromosome to the egg and makes a male zygote, or it doesn't. |
8. Thought for the Day
Gender is an artificial construct that is based on a
person's sex. Because there are only two sexes, there are only two genders. The
construct is, in essence, the societal role. In 1950s America, a man was "the
breadwinner" and a woman was "the homemaker". This did not mean that women who
had careers were transgender, it simply meant they didn't adhere to a particular
aspect of their gender. A good example is Marilyn Monroe, who was no homemaker
but who was an icon of the female sex. Betty Crocker was an icon of the female
gender. Nobody suggested that Marilyn Monroe get her breasts amputated simply
because she wasn't a homemaker, but this kind of "thinking" permeates today's
"gender ideology." Think about how stupid that is!

Authorship
The purpose of this publication is to inform and empower its readers (and save you money!).
The views expressed in this e-newsletter are generally not shared by socialists or
other brainwashed individuals. That's because those fools live in an alternate reality
and have not bothered to learn the basics of how life works. They cannot do
basic math, cannot apply logic, and cannot be bothered to learn the basic facts
relevant to any topic that they are passionate about.
Except where noted, this e-newsletter is entirely the work of Mark Lamendola. Anything presented as fact can be independently verified.
Where sources are not given, they are readily available to anyone who makes the effort.
Mark provides information from either research or his own areas of established expertise. Sometimes, what appears to be a personal opinion is the only possibility when applying sound logic--reason it out before judging! (That said, some personal opinions do appear on occasion).
Personal note from Mark: I value each and every one of you, and I hope that shows in the diligent effort I put into writing this e-newsletter.
It is an act of service, almost no money is generated for me through this
effort. Thank you for being a faithful reader.
