1. Good News: Where the Intel is Good
Celebrating Freedom
-
After four years of aggressive assaults on our liberties, the Rule of
Law, and our economy, America became a free republic again at noon on 20
January.
-
During his four years of showing what a mentally retarded pedophile with
a chip on his shoulder could do to damage a country, neither Brainless
Biden nor his supporters can name a single thing he did that was good.
Not one. Trump has already done much good, even this early in his
tenure.
-
On Liberation Day (or thereabouts), the Senate unanimously confirmed
Marco Rubio as Secretary of State.
On Liberation Day, our national hero was already at work. He:
- Signed
dozens of executive orders, most of which were intended to stop further
communist action against our country. That is, these negated or
suspended the most harmful Brainless Biden edicts that executive orders
could be used for. Among these were 78 idiotic executive actions/orders
of Brainless Biden.
- Issued a full and unconditional
pardon to over 1,500 of the January 6th hostages / political prisoners.
- Placed all federal Disrespect, Exclusion, and Ignorance (DEI)
"workers" on leave. Good riddance to this race-baiting ideology.
Elon Musk calls it DIE.
- Announced that he was removing thousands of Biden appointees
from his administration. Most probably have useless jobs they aren't
even good at doing.
Since Liberation Day, our national hero has kept his momentum to:
- Secure our borders. For example, he sent 1500 troops to our
border in his first couple of days since taking office.
- Reverse our economic depression.
- Reduce our energy costs.
- Restore the civil rights of thousands of American political
prisoners.
- Restore free speech.
- Help save the whales. This is, of course, by halting new
offshore leases on windfarms (which are not at all the "green
energy" they are purported to be) and initiating a review of
existing projects.
- Establish the Government Office of Efficiency.
- Sign into law the Lakin Riley Bill.
- Write an executive order for the release of the remaining files
about the 1963 "termination" of John F. Kennedy (he signed that on
23 January, only 3 days after Liberation Day).
- Free the January 6 political prisoners and issue pardons for the
offenses they allegedly committed (the commies went nuts over this,
conveniently forgetting the Brainless pardons of actual --and in
most cases egregious--offenders).
- Reverse Brainless' election corruption Executive Orders
- Rename the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America. Among other
benefits, this makes moot the executive orders from Brainless about
not drilling in "the Gulf of Mexico".
- Withdraw us from the World Hoax Organization (WHO). This
organization that has made people sicker as if spreading death and
disease is their sole mission.
- Withdraw us from the Paris Pollution Accord, a stupid set of
rules that nobody follows but if they do they will pollute more (our
CO2 output went up after Brainless signed us into it).
- Take multiple actions that will make killing Americans with
fentanyl a whole lot harder.
Others in the new, America-first administration are not exactly
sitting on their hands, either. For example, upon arriving at her new
office, Stefanie Spear (HHS's new Deputy Chief of Staff) ordered the
three big health disinformation agencies (CDC, NIH, FDA) to cut off
external communications. That is a HUGE step forward toward sensible
public policies related to health and medicine. And in the case of the
Centers for Disinformation and Censorship, it means they can't be
publishing their dishonest bird flu reports--which have caused
nationwide shortages of eggs. BTW, the bird destruction forces focus on
birds that are humanely cared for rather than the big factory farms.
That way, anyone producing eggs that aren't loaded with stress hormones
and antibiotics will go out of business. This attacking of our food
supply will also be fixed.
The Senate, which is no longer under communist control, is not going
to recess until Trump gets his cabinet. This is what many Republican
senators are promising. They delivered in spades by confirming Pete
Hegseth; we will no longer have a castrated military.
And life in the USA will keep getting better. |
Other News
- The Number One song across the charts is about our national
hero. Here it is:
https://x.com/i/status/1883338744209838102
- Speaker Johnson signs the Lakin Riley Act before sending it on
to our National Hero to sign:
https://x.com/i/status/1882525220864766235 .
- China, Mexico, and Canada decided to play the game of "chicken"
(who quits first) with our national hero. They all lost. The tariffs
went into effect on 01 FEB. Let this be the first and last lesson
they need.
- Probably not news to you by now, but Pete Hegseth was confirmed
as Defense Secretary by the Senate. Big smiles on that one. A new
blurb noted that Lisa Murkowski of Alaska and Susan Collins of Maine
"broke ranks with Republicans" to oppose the confirmation. Since
both of these women are staunch Democrats who run on the Republican
ticket, they didn't break ranks with anybody. They voted in defiance
of common sense and goodwill toward America to stay within the
dictates of their ideological clan. Not all Democrats harbor ill
will toward the USA, for example Roger Wicker of Mississippi
advocated to his fellow Democrats to confirm Hegseth. Perhaps the
emergence of free speech in America will embolden more Democrats to
speak up FOR America rather than silently going along to get along
with the country's internal enemies in Congress.
- Mitch "The Turtle" McConnell voted AGAINST confirming Hegseth.
The old coot is long past his freshness date and has been working
against America for decades. The other Senator from Kentucky, Rand
Paul, can't stand this guy. Let's hope the good people of Kentucky
take that position the next time Mitch is up for re-election. Maybe
the Republicans can primary him.
- Pressure has been building for extradition of Anthony Fauci to
stand trial for his crimes in several countries. His pre-emptive
pardon from Brainless pardons him only from being convicted in a USA
federal court. It does not protect him from being financially ruined
by being taken through federal court, so I think the DOJ should file
charges and go down that path. It doesn't protect him from a civil
suit, and that could also ruin him. The Attorney General of each of
the 50 states can charge him, and he can be convicted on felony
charges and sent to state prison. But a foreign country can mete out
the death penalty to this sociopath. Let's hope he gets extradited
to Nuremberg.
- Two other criminals who must be careful which countries they
visit are Dick Cheney and Bill Gates.
- Josef Mengel fan Anthony Fauci no longer has a federally funded
security detail (four guys and a limo!). Fauci is one of the most
evil men of our time, he should have already been hanging from a
rope in Nuremberg, forcing us to pay for armed protection of him was
just wrong.
- Why the AG of California has not yet issued an arrest warrant
for Gruesome Newsom is beyond me. You would think that the LA fire
would have been the final straw, especially since Gruesome cut fire
prevention funding just prior to the disaster. We need to let
California sleep in the bed it has made, not one penny of federal
relief. When they decide to ban stupidity instead of gas furnaces,
then we can consider helping them out. I think another requirement
would be that the citizens are allowed to have elections there. No
elections, no federal funds.
- The Communist News Network recently went through another round
of layoffs. Their official lie about this is they are cutting back
to prepare for their shift to digital and launch their streaming
service. Duh, when you engage in a new venture you need more people
not fewer. When will CNN stop assuming the targets of its
disinformation spewing (aka "news") are abject morons? Probably
never, because you have to be an abject moron to trust anything CNN
says.
- Target, which suffered greatly under our four years of communist
occupation, has significantly "rolled back" DIE (Disrespect,
Ignorance, Exclusion -- commonly the death of one corporation or
brand after another).
- The sprawling Chrysler Plant in Belvidere, IL was a fixture in
my life until I left Illinois in my early 20s. It has always been
important to friends and family; my second Kung Fu instructor
retired from there, my mom's second husband retired from there, two
of my cousins retired from there, my dad's sister worked there until
she passed away, etc. Those retirees I mentioned worked there for
decades. This plant provided many jobs and a healthy dose of capital
to the local economy. It was one of the victims of communism, and
the effects were devastating to the small community of Belvidere and
significantly harmful to the larger nearby Rockford metroplex.
Thanks to our national hero, Stellantis (which operates the plant)
is moving production to there from outside the USA. Another 1500
jobs at that plant! This was praised by Shawn Fain, the UAW
President. Here's a video:
https://twitter.com/i/status/1882180647579795544
- A Saudi prince told our National Hero that the Kingdom will
invest $600 billion in the USA over the next four years to boost
trade relations. If we have a free election in 2028, the communists
will not take back the White House in which case you can expect even
greater investment by the Kingdom going forward from there. And
since stealing elections via fraud is a vital tool for the commies,
you can also expect that tool to be badly damaged over the next 18
months.
- The commies keep conflating the concept of securing our borders
against illegal aliens as somehow being against immigration. These
are not even remotely similar. Our national hero has not only said
he wants to aid lawful immigration, he married an immigrant and so
did his VP. The spewing of this lie has contaminated the Pope, who
has lectured our national hero on immigration. The Pope needs to
remove all televisions and newspapers from the Vatican, if he is at
all interested in knowing the truth instead of being gas lighted.
- Remember the tennis champ who refused to undergo experimental
medical treatment via the immunity reduction jab? Here's a nice
recap:
https://x.com/i/status/1882462273395974580
- The communist governor of The People's Republic of Illinois (JB
Pritzker) has formally directed state agencies not to hire the J6
political prisoners who were pardoned for their alleged crimes. The
thing is, why would any of these victims want to live or work in the
PRI? Pritzker is just underlining the obvious fact that the PRI is a
communist country with zero respect for civil liberty or the rule of
law. It may be worth noting that most of my high school class fled
from there. The brave souls who stayed are good people, I hope now
with the Chicago machine in trouble they can free themselves of
communist domination.
- It boggles my mind that the commies call themselves
"progressives" when everything they do is counterproductive and
anti-progress. We need to avoid the enabling behavior of using their
dishonest terminology. We can say "regressives" and we would be
accurate. Meanwhile, "conservatives" have been making awesome
progress since Liberation Day.

3. Brainpower tip
You are probably aware of the study published in Nature Medicine in January,
stating that dementia cases in the USA are expected to double by 2026. At the
risk of being censored, I am providing the link here:
https://www.nature.com/articles/s41591-024-03340-9. I first heard about this
statistic on an episode of VSRF (Vaccine Safety Research Foundation). The
reasons given for the dementia explosion include an aging population, obesity,
hypertension, lack of exercise, mental illness, and unhealthy diets. Aging does
not cause dementia, the brain damage resulting from years and years of unhealthy
diets make age a correlation. Unhealthy diets cause obesity and mental illness.
Watching television causes mental illness. Lack of exercise is often due to poor
meal planning (as in sitting in front of the TV with a bowl of chips) which
causes a lack of energy.
Here is how you prevent dementia (99.9999% guaranteed to work):
- Do not eat highly processed foods, seed oils, wheat, corn, or soy.
Wheat, corn, and soy cause brain damage due to being contaminated with
glyphosate. Highly processed foods cause sugar to "glycate" to neurons, and
when the sugar burns so do the neurons. Seed oils cause mechanical damage to
blood vessels and to the brain itself. Autopsies of Alzheimer's victims
always show the amlyoid plaque that results from this damage.
- Ensure your diet is at least 85% fruits and vegetables.
- Do not eat fruit sprayed with appel.
- Eat six meals per day, not only 2 or 3. The reason has to do with how
little protein your body can actually handle at a time. If you get too much
at once, a lot of bad things happen including an insulin spike, nitrogen
depletion, and kidney strain.
- Have a fairly strict bed time routine. Go to bed early enough that you
do not need to set an alarm clock (thereby shortening the available brain
maintenance cycles), and be consistent about your bed time.
- If you do not normally sleep well, systematically solve for each
possible cause until you do.
- Ensure you have some short periods of downtime throughout the day,
otherwise you will be keyed up all the time. This state of mind not only
makes you less productive, it makes you sick.
- Do not hold grudges, but instead focus on success. This doesn't mean to
forget things that have been done wrong to you, it does mean to stop
dwelling on them or stewing on them. Forgive and move on.
- Celebrate your own successes. Just don't be boorish about informing
others, there are classy, considerate ways to do so.
- Treat your failures as learning experiences, not indictments of your
competence. What did you learn from the experience and how will you apply
that in the future?
- Celebrate the successes of others. Appreciate others. Look for the good
in others. Resist the urge to nitpick. But don't be a doormat or a sponge
for abuse.
- Ask other people about THEM. This will get positive energy flowing back
your way.
- If you do not have an assertive, constructive way to handle conflict
then take the time to learn how to do that. It's important for a lot of
reasons.
- Being more active than a sloth is a start, but it's not enough. Do
physically challenging things on a regular basis. For example, a structured
weight lifting program. Or take up a sport that you engage in on a regular
basis. Also look for ways to use some muscle. I park far out and carry my
groceries out rather than roll them in a cart. I rake, shovel, scrub by
hand, etc.
- Do mentally challenging things. I chose a career that is, like the
careers I had before it, full of brain power challenges. Some of these are
beyond my ability to solve, but the effort is a mental workout.
- Don't engage in brain-deadening activities, such as trying to reason
with liberals. Or watching their idiocy-inducing television shows, reading
their disinforming newspapers, or accessing their disinformation websites
such as www.cdc.gov. In other words, don't
eat processed food of the mental variety! Garbage in, garbage out. These
people are permanently brain-damaged from doing those things so take a
lesson from that and don't do those things!

4. Finance tip
Since Liberation Day, our national hero has been pedal to the metal to pull us
out of this severe economic depression that the commies gave us. The commies,
who want us all to be poor, do not like this. They are doing what they can to
sabotage Trump and defy the will (and financial security) of the American
People. For example, I am receiving e-mails from the Democrat Governor's
Organization, in which they spew hateful lies and solicit assistance in
preventing economic recovery. We must all fight this. Fight, fight, fight.
An easy thing you can do is take 15 minutes (more than enough time) to locate
your governor online and send a message that you expect a reasonable level of
cooperation with President Trump and will not be happy about any active sabotage
or "resistance" against his common sense policies. Just go into your browser and
search for "Governor of Kansas" (use your state in place of Kansas) and you have
only a few clicks until you are at the Send a Message page. Then repeat this for
both of your senators. Finding your Congressional rep is a little trickier;
instead of your state you can try your zip code.
This is not "political activism". It is financial security activism.
- Political activism means you favor one fairly decent policy over another
fairly decent policy, there's no right or wrong answer. Just a matter of
preference.
- Financial security activism means you are asserting your right to defend
your financial security. There are definite right and wrong answer, as
abundantly demonstrated during the communist occupation we endured for four
years.

5. Security tip
Do you remember Ashli
Babbitt? She was murdered by a rogue government employee on January 6, 2020.
Said agent was not even indicted.
Ashli:
-
Was in the USAF and
had been deployed to the Middle East four times. She was not some leach
or ne'er do well.
-
Believed in America,
which is why she went to Washington on that fateful day. She was merely
exercising her First Amendment rights.
-
Never made any
threatening gestures, statements, or movement toward the man who shot
her.
The man who shot her:
-
Was not in uniform.
-
Never identified
himself as law enforcement.
-
Never made his
presence known to Ashli or gave any warnings, it was a straight-up
ambush of an unarmed person.
Had Ashli shot a civilian
in cold blood like that while serving in the Middle East, she would have
been tried in a military tribunal and probably sentenced to prison for life.
This guy totally got away with it.
So much evil was done
during the four-year communist occupation. Ashli's killer was never brought
to justice, and that was made possible by the Deep State. If our National
Hero does not succeed in dismantling the Deep State, then none of us will be
safe.
The tip? Be outspoken
about supporting our National Hero. Don't accept commie complaints, counter
them by citing things like this. Make a list of things you can do to help
ensure we have free elections, and then pick one thing from that list and do
it. Encourage people to boycott the legacy media, which work incessantly to
make us less safe, less prosperous, and less free.

In the bodybuilding world, it has long been standard practice to eat six
meals per day. This practice took root because people who ate six meals put
on more muscle and were leaner than people who ate only three meals per day.
It's also been standard practice outside the bodybuilding world. If you look
at the labor regulations, you will see that on an 8 hour shift the employer
is required to provide one morning break (15 minutes), one lunch break (30
minutes), and one afternoon break (15 minutes). People eat something on all
three breaks. When I worked construction, we always had fruit and some kind
of protein, for example an apple and some peanut butter in the morning and
maybe and orange and a boiled egg in the afternoon. Those who skipped the
food at break time had less energy and made more mistakes. Those of us who
ate every three hours got a lot more done than our one-meal counterparts.
Why does this work so well?
We evolved during lean times. Early humans had to eat a lot of small
meals throughout the day, that's all there was. So there's a limit as to how
much protein we can handle at one time. We cannot store protein, either.
Once you exceed that limit, your body converts the excess protein to sugar
and then releases insulin to turn the sugar into fat. There's also a
negative nitrogen problem and there's extra waste that puts a load on your
kidneys. By spreading out the same protein over the day, you don't get the
testosterone-killing insulin spike and you use all of the protein you ingest
(unless you really overdo it).
Nutrient absorption in general is improved when spread over more time,
also. If you make nutritious meals that taste good, there's that whole
endorphin and pleasure thing to help you feel better as well.
Some take-aways:
- Sucking down a big protein shake after a workout (or any other time)
negates the primary benefit of that workout.
- Make your meals smaller so that you can spread the same amount of
food across your waking hours. Eating every two to three hours works
well for this purpose.
- Eating six meals a day means you are unlikely to snack on processed
junk
- Now you know why intermittent fasting is not healthy, it does the
opposite of spreading protein intake over time because it shrinks the
window of time in which you eat.
To make this work:
- Plan your meals, even before you shop.
- Set aside specific times to eat, and always eat at those times. You
may need to make the occasional exception, but that's OK. Just don't let
work or other things routinely push you into late or missed meals.
- Come up with a meal prep and meal storage system that works for you.
There are plenty of products to help with this and plenty of free advice
online. Or just ask an athlete, since most athletes are also six/day
eaters. If you go to a serious gym, you may find someone there gracious
enough to give you a crash course or at least point you in the right
direction.
- Adapt as needed, but stick to the general program.

articles on maintaining a lean, strong physique. It has nothing to
do with long workouts or impossible to maintain diets. In fact:- The best workouts are short and intense.
- A good diet contains far more flavors and satisfaction
than the typical American diet.

7. Factoid
I have tried to determine how anyone with a conscience can
be a Democrat after four years of communist rule, and I couldn't do it. |
8. Thought for the Day
I was thought really hard to come up with something
positive about Brainless Biden. And it's this. He showed the world what a
disaster communism is. Under his reign of error, not one thing was left
unscathed. Our values, economy, social fiber, health, education, etc., all under
severe attack and the worse for it. The past four years were like being tied
down and worked over with a soldering iron. First your left big toe, then your
right ring finger, and so on. It was awful. And now it is over. Let us not
forget.
