1. Good News: Where the Intel is Good
Fighting Communism
-
We now have less than one month until a lawfully elected President
retakes the office from appointee Brainless Biden. One more month until
the relentless assaults on our economy stop. One more month until dozens
of other really bad things stop. And then the healing begins. Followed
quickly by growth.
-
I am so pleased that my Representative in the House (MTG) is now the
Chair of the DOGE committee. I recently sent her a paper letter, and on
the envelope wrote "America's Congresswoman" under her name. I live in
the 3rd Congressional District of Kansas, and we do not have our own
Representative in the House. There is a crazy, Pelosi-worshipping
communist occupying that slot so it's either go without or "adopt" a
Representative who actually gives a sh** about her constituents and the
country. I "adopted" MTG. Here is a 3:35 video where she talks about
what DOGE will be doing:

You probably know that Nutcase Nancy, who is way past her freshness date
and should have retired with the conclusion of World War I, fell while wearing 4 inch heels
and broke her hip (joking about WWI, not joking about the heels). That hip has been replaced
with an artificial one. Perhaps this purveyor of
hatred, lies, child mutilation, financial loss, increased public debt,
vindictiveness against those who disagree with her, and anti-American
behavior in general is taking some time during her convalescence to
ponder on things and be less evil. One can hope. After all, she
benefitted greatly from insider trading and the power to manipulate the
markets during her reign of terror as Speaker of the House. So why
continue to push her sick agenda? Again, one can hope.
-
Wow! Representative Victoria Spartz (Republican, Muncie, Indiana) is not
fooling around. She said, “I will stay as a registered Republican but
will not sit on committees or participate in the caucus until I see that
Republican leadership in Congress is governing,” and “I do not need to
be involved in circuses. I would rather spend more of my time helping
@DOGE and @RepThomasMassie to save our Republic, as was mandated by the
American people."

The C*O*V*I*D* Scam
- In the first week of December, Justice Clarence Thomas revived
an emergency application to block the Washington Medical Commission
from investigating licensed physicians in the state over their
criticism of policies enacted as part of this scam. What's important
to understand is the leaders of the criminal cabal that murdered
millions of people to make trillions of dollars are using their
considerable financial and influential powers to play a rear defense
game. They know that they personally would be held criminally liable
for what they did, and if extradited to certain countries would face
capital punishment (e.g., death by hanging).
- We will be feeling the financial repercussions of this scam for
decades to come. Most small business owners are now saddled with
debt from it, and most will die before recovering from that debt.
New small business owners are also hobbled by the financial
repercussions, including no access to cheap capital, limited access
to the very small pool of healthy employees, and lingering bad work
ethics that arose during the scam and persist to this day largely
unabated.
- The Brainless administration, as part of its ongoing effort to
inflict as much damage on this country as possible while they still
control the Deep State, the White House, and the Senate, has
extended liability protection for the immunity reduction /
myocarditis / turbocancer shot to the makers of this poison plus the
"health" (medical) care providers who should have refused to
participate but violated their oaths and were a big part of the
problem. The extension is until 2029. The outgoing head of HHS,
Xavier Becerra, who has been exposed as a fraud multiple times,
signed the order on 11 Dec. Let us hope the incoming head of HHS,
RFK, Jr., has the authority to revoke that baseless extension so
that injured parties can seek justice in the civil courts and some
AGs can prosecute the criminals criminally as well.
- What needs to happen: Swift and brutal criminal justice against the
perpetrators, with all of their personal and business assets seized.
Gates and Fauci, for example, have significant personal assets. Add
up the personal assets of all the leading criminals and their
corporations (e.g., Pfizer) and foundations (e.g. Bill and Melinda
Gates) and you have trillions of dollars of ill-gotten gains. If
those are seized and used to provide at least partial financial
relief to the "shutdown injured" small business (via forgiveness of
the EIDL loans) and of the "vaccine" injured, it will go a long way
toward healing the financial damage. Beyond asset seizure, adding
fines and penalties can provide further relief. True justice would
also see Pelosi homeless and crapping on the sidewalk in Trans
Francisco.
Bye Bye from Brainless
On 10 DEC, Brainless teleprompter-read a farewell speech bragging
about his "economic achievements" and saying he hopes Trump will build
on those.
Somehow, putting us into an economic depression, inflicting 100%
inflation over a 2 year period, destroying millions of jobs, and
aggressively waging war against small businesses is an "achievement". He
says this economy is strong, even though it's the worst economy in
nearly 100 years. It was one of the strongest in history when he took
office. Note also that USA manufacturing output continues to drop,
falling along the trajectory that started with the C*O*V*I*D scam and
perpetuated by the communist regime headed by Brainless.
If you recall, Cleveland ended his first term with a strong economy
and then Harrison mired it in debt during his term. Cleveland came back
for a second term to fix what Harrison had done. History repeats itself.
What does Brainless mean by "build on" when he and his fellow commies
have waged an all out assault on our economy in a last ditch effort to
finish the job of making America incredibly poor. As a consequence, the
DJIA has slid for 10 straight days (as of 19DEC)--something we have not
seen since 1974. That was a tumultuous year, marred by the Watergate
scandal and Nixon's resignation. That was also Year Two of the 1973 - 74
Stock Market Crash, brought on partially by Nixon's Marxist policies
such as wage and price controls. All of this was a consequence of
runaway spending during the Johnson years (Guns and Butter). Johnson was
POTUS from 22 November 1963 through 20 January 1969. He spent that time
spending massively on both the Vietnam Farce and Marxist social
programs. This is much like what Brainless has been doing, spending on
needless wars, the New Green Scam, the Inflation Enhancement Act, and
several other "utopian" expenditures that have zero benefit to the
taxpayers.
Other News
- The Pentagon announced on the 7th it would be sending another
nearly $1 billion to Ukraine in its suicidal war with Russia. This
kind of insanity will continue until the communists are out of
power, but how much more of this inflationary financial drain can we
take?
- On the 10th, Brainless gave a speech highlighting his "economic
achievements". What a load of crap. How is it an "achievement" to
plunge the nation into an economic depression, inflict us with
massive inflation (it was over 100% for the two years ending August
of 2023 -- the money supply increased by 83% to cover reckless and
unlawful govt spending while the supply of goods and services
sharply contracted), continued increases in unemployment, and a
national debt on which the interest payments now exceed the defense
budget? Had Congress not been dominated by America-hating communists
for the past 12 years, the House would have impeached Brainless and
the Senate removed him no later than fall of 2021.
- As you surely know by now, Daniel Penny was cleared of all
charges. But the fact remains that his having to stand trial at all
is an indictment of the "justice" system of the People's Republic of
New York and clear evidence that the DA is a mentally disturbed
individual who should not be in office. Biden could have pardoned
Penny the instant his absurd case went to trial, and spared him the
expense and misery. But such clemency is reserved for drug-abusing
perverts who engage in influence peddling, such as Hunter Biden. The
left loves criminals, but clearly hates everyone else. By contrast
JD Vance invited Penny to watch the Army-Navy football game from the
President's Box with him and Trump. This is an honor Penny will
never forget. I am pretty certain that other good people will honor
him in other ways over the coming years.
- Gender Confusing Care, which the child mutilation industry calls
gender "affirming" care, has been getting a lot of press lately.
This particular form of Child Abuse for Profit is facing increasing
resistance and pushback from the public. Perhaps now that we will on
20 January have a Health and Human Services Director who is not
delusional for a change, parents of the victims are speaking up in
increasing numbers. Good for them, as long as they don't do it at a
school board meeting where they could be arrested for the crime of
being a responsible parent. Maybe within the next few months, the
civil lawsuits (that are being won, by the way) will give way to
criminal trials and the appropriate punishment. The monsters who
push this mutilation clearly do not belong in our society. Let's
lock 'em up and throw away the key.

3. Brainpower tip
Since the coup, I've read with amusement the libtard fantasy of "green energy".
In this fantasy, millions of small storage batteries would be located in homes
and small retail locations (e.g. strip mall sites). What the average person
probably doesn't know is the batteries in places like data centers require not
just space but also qualified maintenance personnel to conduct regular
maintenance. What the average person does know, however, is a car battery lasts
only three to five years and smoke detector batteries have to be changed out at
least once a year (or recharged quarterly if using rechargeable) and flashlights
always seem to have dead batteries when you need to use them. There's not
enough lithium on the planet to provide even a thousandth of the batteries
needed for this scheme. So the technology used would be the flooded lead acid
battery, same as what's used in data centers. This battery is similar to a car
battery, so you can use the car battery as a basis for understanding.
If you go into any auto parts store and look at the car batteries, you
will see they are displayed on racks. Now imagine having such a rack in your
home, condo, or apartment. Where would it go? Would you want those batteries
off-gassing into your living space, or would you want them in a separate room or
building? How will you ensure the floor has adequate strength to hold the
battery rack? Now, those power system batteries are much larger than car
batteries. Who is going to lift those batteries on and off the rack? And those
batteries would be undergoing much more frequent and severe cycling than a car
battery, so would that not mean more frequent and intense maintenance?
The more you look at just the battery part of this libtard fantasy, the more
you see it's totally nuts. You would have to be an idiot to go along with it.
And that's without even going into the fact that the allegedly "green" and
"renewable" wind and solar power sources are not green, renewable, affordable,
or practical.
What is the brainpower principle here?
You might think, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." And that
would be a fair conclusion, that's not the principle I am getting at. The
principle I am getting at is you can quickly evaluate the plausibility of an
idea by imagining how it would be implemented using what you can readily see
with a little effort. Libtards make no effort to understand implementation or to
readily see things that would aid in such understanding. This is why unworkable
things such as "green energy", communism, and undemocratic "democracy" hold such
appeal to them.
Those of us who do make the effort are at odds with libtards for this reason.
But you don't need their approval so don't let them dissuade you from applying
some basic critical thinking skills. |
4. Finance tip
How to save money on filters
- For your coffee maker, use a model that has a screen and doesn't require
a paper filter. Not only do you save a small fortune on filters, you forego
the toxic chemicals that leach from the filter into your coffee.
- High efficiency pleated furnace filters are not only expensive to buy,
they shorten the life of your expensive blower. Instead, replace these with
an electrostatic version such as the AireMan. Yes, they are available in the
one inch media version.
- If you have an electrostatic furnace filter, use a small blower such as
the A2 to blow across the surface (outdoors) to remove the worst of the
dust. You can cut your filter replacement costs by 80% this way. If in a
pinch, use a leaf blower.
- If you have HEPA or other air filters in your home, use the blower
technique on the prefilters. Check to see if your filter elements can be
blown off to extend their life, also.
- Use a microfiber cloth to dust. If you don't have a set of these, buy
them. A typical rag will mostly kick up the dust, which means your filters
have to remove it. Shake the microfiber cloth outside.
- When washing a microfiber cloth, use only a fraction of the detergent
recommended. This improves the ability of the cloth to do its job, thereby
reducing the dust your filters must handle.
- To extend water filter life, periodically remove the filter's incoming
line (or disconnect the filter if it's an on-faucet type) and run a cup or
two of water to remove the filter backwash from the line (versus refiltering
it).
- Clean your dishwasher filter weekly. It's not considered a replaceable
filter, but if it's clogged you will reduce the life of your dishwasher
motor. That motor is costly, and it's a booger to replace.
- For your car, use K&N permanent filters for both engine and cabin. K&N
provides superior filtration and you don't need to discard filters all the
time. Just be sure to establish a schedule for checking and cleaning.
- I use the K&N oil filter, also. It's very costly compared to other
brands, but it has its advantages.
- Clean your dryer's lint filter before and after each use. To prevent
excessive lint, use only low heat and remove items before they are fully
dry. Lint means damage to the fabric. Less damage means less lint.
- Your washing machine also has a filter or two. Learn where these are and
check them regularly.
- Sink traps are a kind of filter, when you think about it. Don't pour
caustic down these if they clog. If they seem slow, use a suitable tool to
remove the growing clog (typically hair). Use a basin filter / trap to
prevent undesired items from entering. Else, you may have plumbing headaches
that you don't need.
- What other kinds of filters do you have? Think of how you can extend
their life, reduce the backpressure they provide, and maintain the systems
that use them.

5. Security tip
When the communists, led
by such insane people as Nancy "Nutcase" Pelosi, pushed the "defund the
police" movement, they made America a lot less safe to live in. Especially
if you were poor, and especially if you were poor and black. Only the ruling
class, with their private security guards (or in Nutcase's case, the Secret
Service) in their gated communities, didn't experience a profound
downgrading of the safety of their homes, streets, and neighborhoods. The
ill effects are still with us today.
Early into this insanity,
my sister paid a trip to her local Police Department. She brought with her
some delicious treats she purchased at a local grocery store. She stated
that the purpose of her visit was to personally thank her city's police for
their service. And she gave each officer a personal thank you.
Now, how do you think that
plays in an individual officer's mind? In the mind of the group, their
collective vibe? That, as opposed to calling them pigs or in some other way
being hostile to them? The psychological damage done individually and
collectively is something each of us can contribute to fixing. My sister's
example isn't the only way.
What a simple thing it is
when you see a police officer to offer a smile. A genuine one. That simple
thing communicates volumes. I make a point of thanking police officers and
firefighters when I see them. They are in grocery stores every so often. On
more than one occasion, I have loudly thanked a police officer or fire crew
as they were walking by, only to hear customer after customer say the same
thing to them even several aisles down and completely out of sight from me.
How do you think that makes them feel? Respected and valued, for sure. This
is one way we can support these people who put their lives on the line for
the rest of us. They don't do it for the money, that's for sure.
And when you see a fire
truck, don't park anywhere near it. I was walking into a store and saw some
guy park right in front of a fire truck. I hollered to him, "Bro! Look where
you parked!" I started walking toward him, smiling rather than in anger. He
looked at me, then the truck, then his car. He got it! He turned around and
moved his car. I waited for him and then walked in with him. We joked about
it. He didn't intend to block them in, he just wasn't thinking. But by
moving his car, he avoided adding any additional stress to their day. And I
avoided adding stress to his. You'd think we'd known each other for years,
but we'd just met due to that little parking error.
Unfortunately, these
people usually are not allowed to accept gifts from the public. I tried to
pay for a cop's coffee once and he told me it was against the rules. I tried
to pay for a fire crew's grocery run, they told me the same thing. But I
have paid for the meals of military people in uniform.

Lately, I've heard a lot about low carb and no carb diets. You probably
have, also. So I am going to talk about that. Regarding the low carb or no
carb approaches, is there something to it? No, it's all BS.
But, wait, how can that be? Plenty of people have lost a lot of weight
with this or that low carb or no carb diet. True, look at them a year later.
Usually, they have regained all that lost fat while also having less lean
mass than before. It's very common for people who manage to stay on a low
carb (or worse) regimen to look and feel considerably older a year later.
There is an exception. An acquaintance of mine went on a "low carb" diet.
He clarified that he cut out highly processed foods. Mostly, he stopped
eating bread. He also stopped eating crackers. He told me he doesn't eat
popcorn "because of the carbs" and I told him if you make popcorn
properly (using real butter or some non-toxic oil such as avocado oil), you
can consider popcorn to be a fat. There aren't many calories in plain
popcorn. He's not going to die from a
lack of popcorn, so he actually got this right. He still eats sweet
potatoes, rice, beans, fruit, and other foods that certain people classify
as "carbs". I got the feeling you could pry his daily banana from his cold,
dead fingers....
Why it seems to work
There are three reasons people lose weight (including fat) when they
knock out "carbs":
- They are suddenly more conscious of what they eat, so they eat less.
- They are, like my acquaintance, getting the calorie-dense,
nutrient-poor highly refined grains out of their diet. This spares their
endocrine system a lot of trouble.
- Their total calorie intake plummets. However, this can work to their
detriment and often does.
Some of these diets ban eating root vegetables. Beets and sweet potatoes
are superfoods, they are also root vegetables. Root vegetables tend to be
nutrient-dense. Such diets, therefore, do more harm than good.
You need carbs
Every serious athlete takes in a prodigious amount of carbs. I weight
train 6 days per week, I need those carbs to fuel my workouts. I also climb
in gyms, and it's normal to burn several thousand calories in an afternoon.
I carboload before heading to the gym. Those who climb on rock faces will
often have carb-heavy snacks with them, such as oats with honey and raisins.
Iron Man athletes use glucose monitoring during training to figure out when
they need a carb boost during competition.
If you deliberately put yourself into a carbohydrate depletion state,
there are consequences. Among them:
- The general tendency is to make up for the carbs by consuming extra
protein. A big problem there is your body can manage only so much
protein at a time, it converts the excess into sugar and several waste
products, thus taxing both your pancreas and your kidneys.
- They lack the energy to push their workouts enough to get the
adaptive response. Among its many positive effects, the adaptive
response results in a testosterone spike, an increased base metabolic
rate, and prolonged fat burning. Hop off a treadmill, and your fat
burning, if it ever started, stops. Complete a "leg day" style workout
on Monday, and you will still be burning fat on Friday.
- They generally lack energy, so subconsciously do things to save
energy.
- Their brains may not get enough glycogen to operate properly. The
damage can be permanent. Same thing for heart muscle, lung tissue,
bones, etc.
- They go into starvation mode, which causes them to burn fewer
calories while sitting still than a properly carbed person burns.
In short, you can't change your fat setpoint or anything else by merely
restricting "carbs" as if they are somehow the cause of your excess body
fat. Your body will adjust to the deficiency as long as it can. And when it
can no longer adjust your health will decline.
What does work?
Remember what my acquaintance did. That's all he did, and his appearance
gradually improved and so did his sense of well-being. He didn't cut out "carbs"
in the strictly technical sense and really there is no food that is just a
carb. All plants have the same 20 amino acids that a hunk of steak does. But
some foods have more starch or other carbohydrates and your body needs those
carbohydrates. What it doesn't need is a diet loaded with highly processed
grains, corn syrup, and other endocrine modifiers. If you simply eliminate
the "made by man" stuff, you're going to have a reasonably healthy level of
body fat unless your portions are absurdly large.
So enjoy the rice with your beans, enjoy the sweet potatoes, and eat
beets often. Don't worry about "the carbs". In fact, you need to make sure
you have sufficient carbs to fuel your physical activity, whether intense
like an athlete or not. If you find yourself to be a little heftier than
you'd like, cut back your portions of just one of your meals and see how
that goes. One thing I do when leaning down for a photoshoot is I cut down
on fats. Jut a little, as those fats are good for me. I use a little less
olive oil over my greens. I cut an avocado wedge in half rather than adding
the whole thing to a meal during meal prep. I skip eating the yogurt
(grass-fed, cream on top) for a month or two. Maybe I buy smaller sweet
potatoes or use a little less rice, but not on leg days and not on climbing
days. |
