The C*O*V*I*D* Scam

Let's review some things about this scam, for the year 2020.

  • All-cause mortality was only slightly up for the year, even though we had a "pandemic" that was "killing millions of Americans".
  • Many diseases appeared to have been cured. People were "dying by the millions from C*O*V*I*D," yet practically nobody was dying from other diseases anymore. Amazing!
  • People who went to the ER with signs of a respiratory infection were put on ventilators, denied anti-inflammatories, and given Remdesivir (Run, Death is Near). In other words, they were murdered. That's where the upward bump in all-cause mortality came from. Not from C*O*V*I*D.
  • There was no flu that season. Amazing!
  • Anthony Fauci, the Centers for Disinformation and Censorship, Joe "Brainless" Biden, and Nancy "Nutcase" Pelosi were calling for people to wear face diapers even though these clearly cannot stop a virus.
  • Anthony Fauci was telling people to stay indoors, even though sunlight quickly destroys viruses (hospitals use UV light to sterilize).

Keep these facts in mind when the next big "pandemic" scam comes along.

Here's some excellent news about the toxic jab: https://x.com/MdBreathe/status/1777660266194333723

  5. K-Mart is closing its last full-scale store on the 20th (date of this edition). Oddly enough, it's not because of the communism that has destroyed thousands of other businesses in the past few years. It's because of the same stupidity that causes people to embrace communism, though.

Bidenomics

It is still "working." That is, it is working to demolish businesses, and has had great success at so doing. Some of the latest victims are:

  1. 7-Eleven, which is shuttering 400 stores! Various sources give the original figure to be about 9,000 stores. So just doing quick math here, you can see that's about 4%. It doesn't sound like a lot when put in those terms, but these are not evenly distributed. In some cases, there's no longer a 7-Eleven near city dwellers (e.g., poor blacks who live in a food desert) for them to walk a few blocks and pick up necessities.
  2. Walgreen's. They are shuttering 1,220 stores out of about 9,000. That is three times the damage that was done to 7-Eleven.
  3. CVS. Closing 900 stores.
  4. Rite-Aid, just emerged from banktrupcy with only 1,300 stores left

You have to wonder what is wrong with anyone who would support more of this economic carnage. Mental illness is certainly one problem such people have. You can readily identify many by the Harris/Walz signs in their yards. Maybe they think it's a good thing to put thousands of low-skill, no other alternative people out of work. Or maybe they just don't think.

CK (Cackling Kamala)

I am starting to think this election is a sham. Here we have a proven executive whose first term ended with vastly improved metrics versus when he started. And his alleged opponent is about as stupid, offensive, inarticulate, incompetent, and accomplishment-free as someone can get along with a track record of failure, policy flip-flops, and spewing of delusional statements. In other words, the one is highly qualified and the other is not even remotely qualified. It's not a contest. It's not a difference in ideologies or vision. It's just a parade of stupidity by the challenger, who was not even chosen in her party's primary.

3. Brainpower tip

Even before the coup, libtards displayed this annoying habit of spewing absolute nonsense about some topic they know less than nothing about. It's gotten worse since the coup. I don't know why they do this. Based on their behavior, I doubt they care to actually know anything.

I still believe that bolstering your own brain power is a great way to defend yourself against the gaslighting, BS attacks, and related abuse. The goal isn't to debate the topic, as you might with a sane person. The goal is to shut the libtard down so he (or she) stops wasting your time. I've provided many tips on this, but it dawned on me recently that I may have missed one that I have used for many years.

I listen to audio books. Among the offerings my library has is "The University Lecture Series". This is a goldmine for learning, it's like (no surprise here) attending a series of university lectures. Had I received credit hours for all the ones I have listened to, I would have a Master's Degree in at least a dozen fields not just one (Business Administration). That is a lot of knowledge, all gained in a pleasant, no-pressure way. And without plunking down several hundred thousand dollars of tuition!

Libtards seem to pick up, en masse, the stupidity flavor of the month. Maybe it's a theme from the low IQ show "The View", or maybe it's something else. In any case, various libtards whom I can't exclude spew the same nonsense at me to show how "smart" they are relative to any conservatives. Due to years and years of studying, including this audio book series, I am always well-prepared with something that eviscerates their narrative. There is one libtard, however, who comes up with stuff to "make me wrong" about, all on his own. I think he spends hours researching on liberal media and then unleashes.

How I became a target of libtard gas lighting exactly, I don't know. But I do know I am far from alone in being thus targeted because I hear the same complaint from other non-retarded people. The libtards never give up, always hoping to show their superiority via audacious BS. I tell them I do not wish to engage and we cannot discuss [whatever topic] and then I toss out a brief debunking as the reason why. For example, a particular libtard wants to "debate" law with me. I passed the West's Law Practice Bar Exam on my first attempt, while he insists the Constitution is not the supreme law of the land. Every law program begins by affirming this truth, and it's stated in Constitution. It's also something you're supposed to know to pass high school civics. So I tell him that topic is off-limits because he wants to gas light me instead of discuss it.

Being able to repel libtards isn't my motivation for learning. But it is a nice benefit. I see it as a way to address the behavior (you are spewing nonsense at me and gas lighting me) instead of attacking the person. Of course, libtards typically respond with an ad hominem attack. Which is their way of conceding the point.

4. Finance tip

Aside from a house, the single most expensive asset owned by the typical American is their automobile. I've had mine since late 2002, and it still looks shiny and new. It still runs great and rides nice. The interior looks good, too. Keeping your car in good condition not only makes it last longer, it makes the niceness of it last longer. It's a bit like comparing "health span" to mere "life span". Here are some tips to help you have an "almost new" car for many, many years. And thus get your money's worth from the original purchase while delaying the big expense of replacing it:

Driving:

  • Use defensive driving techniques. If you do not know what these are, take a defensive driving course.
  • Maintain a space bubble around your car when on public roads.
  • When using a public parking lot, don't park up close. Also, avoid pulling in backwards (head first, which many people somehow believe is not backwards). Instead of backing out into traffic and pedestrians, back into the parking spot (there won't be any car or person behind you). This does not inconvenience other drivers any more than backing out does, so don't feel pressured.
  • Limit the use of cell phone to hands-free, when driving. Absolutely no texting while the car is on any public road (even if stopped, you need to be situationally aware).
  • Remember that "merge" means "merge" not "obstruct". When using an onramp, accelerate to the speed of the traffic you are merging with. If some fool in front of you does not understand what merging means, flash your lights and honk, but avoid tailgating if possible.
  • To the extent possible, avoid driving at rush hour and in adverse weather.
  • Don't blast loud music on your sound system while driving. Not only does this lead to speeding and aggressiveness, it deprives you of one of your senses for situational awareness.

Exterior:

  • Don't park near trees, the sap spots can ruin your paint.
  • Unless you know how to do it, have a pro detail your finish with a hard polymer. I use the Meguire's system, and it's a booger to do that whole job.
  • Check your car for bird poop, if you park it outside. Don't wipe it off, rinse it off. If you don't have a way to do that, you will probably need to ante up for a self-service car wash.
  • Never touch your hands to the car's finish. Many people do this, for example grabbing a door by the window frame instead of the handle. You leave skin acid on the paint.
  • Never set things on your car. That includes grocer bags, tools, purses, and even your mail. This is a good way to scratch the paint, even if you don't forget the stuff was there and drive off.
  • Do not let people sit on or lean against your car. Don't worry about offending them, they aren't the ones who will need to fork out $8,000 to get the car repainted.
  • If you are forced to drive on gravel surfaces, drive slowly. Each rock that kicks up can knock a chip of paint out.

Interior:

  • Avoid eating in the car. If you can't avoid that, don't have messy things to eat. If you have anything that can make crumbs or leave spots of chocolate on your seat (as in protein bars), lay a towel over your lap.
  • Install good floor mats.
  • Wipe your car's interior with a microfiber cloth, then vacuum. How often? Whenever needed.
  • Don't use car air fresheners. These are not only toxic to humans, they tend to emit substances that damage interior surfaces and even your wiring.
  • Do not put things on your dashboard.

Engine/Chassis

  • Change oil and filter at 5,000 miles. Use only synthetic oil (not a blend).
  • Do not use a Fram air filter. Tests show these are highly restrictive, essentially choking your engine when you put it under load. Knowing this, I don't buy Fram oil filters either. I use K&N permanent filters for engine and cabin air, and either a Mobil One or K&N oil filter. I don't change my transmission filter or adjust the bands, because I have a stick not an automatic.
  • Keep your tires inflated to what is stated on the door jamb info plate. This will tune your tires to work with your suspension, helping to reduce the wear on your suspension.
  • Regularly check the fluids, perhaps once a month is good depending on how much you drive. Check the radiator overflow tank, brake master cylinder, power steering reservoir, and windshield washer reservior.
  • Rotate your tires. If you don't have a safe place to do this, then take your car to a tire center to have it done. Keep track of the mileage so you don't miss the next time. Use the rotation pattern and frequency recommended for your vehicle.

5. Security tip

New York City banned the public wearing of masks for over 175 years, until the idiocy of the C*O*V*I*D scam made mask wearing mandatory. So now here we are in late 2024, and public mask wearing is permitted everywhere. Even inside banks. This is a direct threat to everyone's safety and security, a problem made abundantly clear during the various insurrections and other violence that occurred during the summer and fall of 2020. Nutcase Nancy referred to these as "peaceful protesting", so you know they were extremely violent.

Despite being a leftie, the governor of NY wants to resume the ban. So there is hope. But we have a considerable army of gaslighted, brainwashed, unthinking masktards who will continue to push for their freedom to wear "I am stupid" signs on their face and thus provide cover for criminals. Facial recognition software is greatly impeded by masks, plus there are other advantages for criminals to be wearing them. On top of that, they simply feel emboldened by their apparent anonymity the same way social media bullies feel emboldened to behave badly.

Pushing back

Most of us are polite and don't want to start a scene, so we don't say anything. But the same government that started this threat to our safety and security isn't exactly keen on ending it. So (as with disaster relief), it's up to us. I politely confront people, with the goal of getting them to reconsider in the near future. Here are some of my "pick up lines":

  • Big smile, "You look like Darth Vader. What's going on with the dust mask? Allergies?"

  • "We both know a mask does absolutely zero to stop a virus, but I see you are wearing one. Am I missing something, like maybe an area-wide high dust alert?"

  • "You have a nice mask. A friend of mine used to wear those until he got a bacterial infection and they had to remove two thirds of his nose. I hope you're going to be OK."

  • "Are you wearing a mask to make fun of the discredited Anthony Fauci?"

  • "I'd like your mask better if it had the slogan This Mask is as Useless as Joe Biden."

All of these are delivered with non-threatening posture and tone, plus a smile. I work up the smile first, so it's genuine. I just think about how I might set in motion a jumpstart of that person's brain.

Go with the science, not with Fauci

What's interesting is even the primary misinformation sources have said masks are pointless. Of course, they did this before the biggest scam in human history made it mandatory for them to lie, obfuscate, and gas light:

So have these far more reputable sources:

  • 3 year old neighbor kid, 2024:
    "300 is bigger than 70"

Be gentle

Of course, you cannot reach masktards and other "brain suspended" people with facts and logic. They operate strictly in the "fear sphere". This is why the communists created Trump Derangement Syndrome and other forms of fear-based manipulation. It is important for YOU to know the truth, as that helps you stay confident and out of the realm of mere opinion. To reach the manipulated, we merely need to look at how intervention is done for cult members. There are some key techniques involved, and these revolve around introducing doubt into their belief system while providing them with emotional "safe space" to work things out. That's why you can't simply attack a masktard head-on for wearing an "I am stupid" sign on their face. They will simply see you as a threat, instead of seeing their manipulators as the threat.

An individual wearing an "I am stupid" sign on his or her face isn't immediately a threat to you. What is a threat is the collective effect of this, behind which criminals can hide. So there's no reason to go into attack mode on an individual. Instead, provide gentle nudges. And keep in mind that they see us normals as potential threats to their health, as if we are the crazy ones.

*********

See all of my climbing videos here: https://tinyurl.com/ClimbingSigChannel. Some cool climbing  videos:

My hardest climb ever, a 5.11d on lead: https://youtu.be/UT5h0heUUBc . I made a dumb mistake initially, letting the rope wrap over my shoulder. Watch what happens.

The scale:

  • Beginner: 5.6. 5.7. 5.8, 5.9
  • Intermediate: 5.10a, b, c, d 5.11a, b, c, d
  • Advanced: 5.12a, b, c, d 5.13a, b, c, d. Almost nobody climbs at this level at any of the 5 local climbing gyms.

Let's talk about shoulders. I used to have very small shoulders. I just didn't think shoulder size or shape was important, so my training consisted of only three sets of only three exercises:
  • Lying arm raises for rear delts.
  • Seated side lateral raises.
  • Overhead presses.

What I liked about this workout was the time-efficiency. It was easily my shortest workout. I almost considered shoulder-day a day off from training because this was done in about 10 minutes. But investing the extra time to get good-looking shoulders would have been a much better way to go. Now shoulder day is my longest workout.

I went through several years of frozen shoulder, which resulted in significant atrophy of my right shoulder and an overdeveloped right trapezius. After freeing my shoulder, I took shoulder development seriously (thanks to Janet, who got me to thinking that way and invested her own time in getting me up to speed on how to do it).

If you look at my climbing videos from about that time, you'll see shoulders with absolutely no curve to them and side delts that are flat and stringy. After three years of correct shoulder training, my shoulders looked like this a year ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8UI1AFvlIz0.

Not bad, but look at how much mass I added by only a year later, including a 6 week "light duty" period due to a hernia repair: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y2gNHS3IFN4. Or here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9AsPZaKP_QM. In only a year, the size of my delts about doubled--despite having to reduce training for about 6 weeks.

Keep in mind my shoulders were bigger than average to begin with, and I am 64. Do not let anyone ever tell you that muscle loss is an inevitable result of aging. I just proved it's not. Yes, at some point a person moves into the geriatric phase of life and muscle loss there is probably inevitable. I will let you know in 15 or 20 years!

I don't have "boulder shoulders" but getting there is the plan. Had I done 40 years ago what I am doing today, I would have had boulder shoulders for almost all of my adult life. While muscle loss in old age isn't inevitable, muscle gain at this age requires extraordinary effort, discipline, and attention to detail. It is much harder won for a 64 year old than for a 24 year old.

OK, but how?

Now (for the past three years or so), I do four sets of four exercises for the rear delts, four or five sets of three exercises for side delts, and four sets of three exercises for front delts. Front delts get a lot of stimulation in other ways, so I am thinking of replacing one of those front delt exercises with a fourth exercise for side delts.

Back when my shoulders were small, I used a lot more weight per exercise. Looking at the ones in the bullets above, the poundage was 15, 20, and 40. Now for those exercises I use 8, 10, and 30. Why less weight if I want more size? Here are some reasons:

  • I super-set. This pre-exhausts the muscles so less weight is needed to get the same adaptive response.
  • The heavier weights meant less isolation. I was recruiting my traps a lot, thereby defeating the point of the exercise.
  • The heavier weights mean less range of motion. We are weakest in the stretched position, putting a muscle under tension here produces the greatest gain in muscle by far compared to at any other part of the movement arc.
  • The lighter weights allow me to forcefully squeeze near the end of the range of motion, as opposed to struggling with the weight.

I said "correct shoulder training." Does that mean I stumbled upon the ideal workout and secret methods? No. There is no ideal workout. The body adapts all the time. One of the adaptations is you unknowingly recruit the traps. So I introduce small changes all the time. I don't do a total rework of a workout plan, because it takes time to learn the plan and execute it well. But I might swap the order of two exercises, do six sets of X and only three sets of Y, or whatever. Not every time, but often enough. Some people call this introducing "muscle confusion", but it would be more accurate to say that you are avoiding training adaptation.

Getting that tension while in the stretch position and while pushing that stretch position as far as is practical is one of my key principles now. You cannot do that with heavy weights, and you cannot to that by counting reps with the idea you must do X number of reps per set. I do track how many reps, but only as a general guide. I want enough so I get ample time under tension, but not so many that the tension is inadequate. So instead of thinking I have to do exactly 8 reps (or whatever number), I try for a range. For most of the shoulder exercises, I want to do at least 5 reps. If I can't do 5, I might take an additional 30 seconds of rest or I might use less weight. What I won't do is allow my form to suffer just to crank out X number of reps. If I can't make the rep count, then I don't do it.

At www.supplecity.com, you'll find plenty of informative, authoritative articles on maintaining a lean, strong physique. It has nothing to do with long workouts or impossible to maintain diets. In fact:
  • The best workouts are short and intense.
  • A good diet contains far more flavors and satisfaction than the typical American diet.

7. Factoid

The UK high court is debating the question of defining what a woman is. How cute. It's a simple matter of genetics, she is a human who does not have the Y chromosome. And that's all there is to it.

8. Thought for the Day

Have you ever interviewed for a job position? Was your approach to show them your track record and credentials, or to say they should hire you because you hate the other applicants? The former approach is what Trump is doing, the latter is what Kamala is doing. If you were the interviewer, which person would you hire and why?
