1. Good News: Where the Intel is Good
Fighting Communism
-
A federal court sided with Elon Musk, striking down Commie Fornia's
"content moderation" laws on the grounds they violate the First
Amendment. I would have provided the link to my source so you can read
more information, but that source is Blabber Buzz and a link to them
gets this newsletter censored. We are making progress, but we still have
a ways to go....
-
Dick Cheney now endorses CK for POTUS. All the more proof that Trump is
the correct selection.
-
A former Obama supporter explains why he's voting for Donald Trump. Very
factual. Share with others, especially anti-Trumpers:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-rfiLU1VSHI
-
Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee ordered the dismissal of two charges
against Trump, based on the fact that Fanni Willis did not have the
authority to bring those charges against Trump because she is not a
federal prosecutor. This precedent tosses a box of wrenches into the
lawfare being waged against Trump by rogue DAs and other imbeciles who
do not believe in democracy or the rule of law.
-
Meanwhile, as Jeff Childers reported in Coffee and Covid, "The Georgia
State Commission investigating Fani Willis for misconduct and for
conflicts of interest had subpoenaed her to testify and produce
documents. She was required to appear before the commission yesterday
afternoon but didn’t show."
-
You have to wonder if Oregon is actually communist (blue on the election
maps). They have such poor election integrity that it was recently
discovered 300 illegal aliens were "accidentally" added as voters. You
never hear about 300 conservatives "accidentally" being given a double
vote. The "errors" are always in favor of the communists, and adding
illegal aliens "by accident" while providing these people 2 years of
free rent and a host of other goodies is one of the many ways that
communists disenfranchise American voters.
-
Given the previous item, it is very likely the non-communists would have
at least 10 seat lead in the Senate and a 40 seat lead in the House if
not for the brazen election stealing. Plus a few governorships and state
legislatures that are currently under communist control.

safe.
Other News
- Cats in Ohio now:
https://x.com/PapiTrumpo/status/1833605627928514875
- The lying lamestream media have been pushing the communist
narrative that Trump is "a threat to democracy" when in fact the
communists are the ones who have done things like neutralize a
national election and bypass the Democrat Party primaries (twice).
As a consequence, yet another assassination attempt has been made on
him (this time at his golf course) by yet another Trump Derangement
Syndrome sufferer. This one was addicted to MSNBC, a propaganda
channel that serves the communists well but does a great disservice
to humanity in general and now Trump in particular. He is delusional
in the extreme, watch for yourself:

- Vitamin-infused vaping is now being hawked as something good for

gaunt and atrophied with the skin blemishes and eye bags of the
addicted.
- This press conference is worth watching (23.05):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-emxz8O44rQ
- Election integrity progress in the critical battleground state
of Pennsylvania: Luzerne County will not have ballot drop boxes for
the upcoming election. The county manager cited, among other
things, security concerns. Even if no other county does this, we
will have a baseline from which substantial challenges can be made
against counties that do have them and some huge % are for the
communist contender.
But with a population of about 326,000 people Luzerne is not in the top
five most populous counties so one might conclude this one measure
alone won't swing the state. However, in the 2020 Cheat-a-thon,
Brainless "beat" Trump by 1.2% of the vote (Brainless at 50%, Trump
at 48.8%, Jorgenson together at 1.1%). If just one mid-sized or
larger county in each battleground state adopts this measure, the
communists cannot possibly win.
CK (Cackling Kamala)
- She is so pathetic:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bvMSMEc_mRU (3:44)
- She thinks "the cloud" is in the sky:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cmrySyvOOqk (2.41)
- Fake accents, what a clown:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dvjWFuRvZRU (12:10)
- Elon Musk video about this idiot:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ykh89froj9k (8:35)
- Watch it and cringe:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dEwK5Bryr8U (7:06)
- Did you know that CK is the Chair of the National Space Council
and thus bears responsibility for the two stranded astronauts? You
don't hear the lamestream media refering to her as a "threat" to our
space program or to our southern border or to our alleged democracy
or to anything else.
- Why would the communists choose such a ludicrous moron as CK to
run against Trump? Would that not guarantee a loss? The answer is
the same reason they ran such a ludicrous moron as Biden against
Trump. They don't worry about elections, they use fraud to steal
elections. But this time around, it's not going to be the cakewalk
it was in 2020. Zuckerberg, for example, is not participating in
election fraud this time. And in Arizona, where fraud was blatant,
epic, and well-documented the last time, disenfranchised voters have
organized and acted; Communist Katie Hobbs is now facing a lawsuit
for over-reach in her position as Governor, which she has
egregiously abused with illegal executive orders that clearly abet
and enable election fraud. The case against Comrade Hobbs is so
strong, an injunction against her illegal orders is almost certain.
- The communists have been inciting mentally unstable ignoramuses
with their false and inflammatory rhetoric, libel, and slander.
Lawfare hasn't stopped Trump. One assassination attempt hasn't
stopped Trump. A second assassination attempt hasn't stopped Trump.
So now they are trying to bomb rallies. This makes it self-evident
that the communists know they are a bad choice and cannot win in a
fair election.
- The communist use specific inflammatory terminology to demonize
Trump, deliberately inciting crazy lawyers, crazy journalists, and
crazy violent offenders to come after him. Perhaps most notably,
they spew the word "threat" repeatedly, as in he's a "threat" to our
(mythical) "democracy". What do many people do in the face of a
threat? They try to eliminate it. If the communists had an even
remotely attractive platform and/or performance history, they would
not feel compelled to do this. Trump can run on his record and win
rational people to his side, they cannot.
- Let us not forget that CK cast the deciding vote to allocate an
astounding $80 billion to grow the cancer known as the Institute of
Reprobates and Sociopaths. Part of this involves giving practically
unlimited power to an additional 87,000 more mentally ill people
whose mission is to destroy innocent individuals and small
businesses. The IRS does not fund the government, in fact the
compliance costs it generates run roughly 20X the amount it collects
for the Treasury, thus it reduces overall federal revenue. It is
very good, however, at subjugating the population through systematic
abuse and terrorism. It has no place in a society that values human
dignity, civil liberty, due process, or the rule of law. And
Cackling Kamala believes it should be bigger and more powerful. She
belongs in a padded cell, not in the White House.

3. Brainpower tip
When you hear or see a statement of (alleged) fact, don't accept it at
face-value. Ask a probing question. For example, millions of people who were
duped into getting the highly toxic gene therapy that they allegedly needed to
protect them from an allegedly deadly virus would not have been duped if they'd
merely asked for substantiation of the "safe" claim ("safe and effective"). How
do you know this is safe? Who tested it? Can I see the test results?
People sometimes learn "facts" that they repeat, only to end up looking
stupid later. This fate can be avoided by asking for substantiation. For
example, a fellow told me that most of the residential garages in Chicago have
floor drains. As Chicago is a very big city, there is no way he could know this
from personal experience. So I asked him how he was able to get access to the
city records that showed this statistic or, failing that, how did he come across
a survey of residential garage owners in Chicago? Now this is not a major issue,
nobody really cares. But it's an example of the kind of BS that can surround a
major issue about which many people care. If you don't question assertions,
that's a problem. If you repeat the assertions and they are false, that's an
even worse problem.
Pick the prover
When people take opposing positions and only one of them provides any
substantiation, take that as a major clue. Example:
CK has been saying she offers a "new way forward" and blames Trump for our
dismal economy (which she also says is doing great, thanks to "our
accomplishments"). Yet, she is all smoke and no fire because she doesn't provide
any substantiation. Trump, by contrast, has been articulating specifics and
explaining how he's going to get us back to where we were before the coup. His
plans easily pass the "smell test" because things like reducing energy costs by
replacing the idiotic "green energy" delusion with relatively cheap, far less
polluting natural gas will boost our economy hugely. Reducing regulation,
eliminating harmful mandates and other Soviet-style government over reaches, and
replacing extremely inept agency heads (DEI appointees) with people hired based
on their qualifications will produce major results quickly. And those are just a
few of the things he will do. And we know from the results of his first term
that he will do what he says.
Only this time, he's had four years to revamp his approach. Now he is
coalition-building. It's as if he's Captain America assembling the Avengers.
We're going to get Iron Man, Thor, and the Incredible Hulk. On CK's team,
however, you have to prove your stupidity by getting all the unsafe, ineffective
experimental gene therapy shots. Or she doesn't want you. So it's the Avengers
against the Retards.
A libtard might read what I just wrote and scoff that it's mere opinion. But
I am merely passing along what the two combatants have said, and anyone can
easily verify that. Anyone who's been paying attention doesn't need to verify if
they said this or that, because you already have heard these same things
from the proverbial horse's mouth and you have already lived through one term of
Trump followed by a hellish four years of communist rule.
Spark a brain?
The masktards are at it again. Now is the time to ask them what the mask is
for. Not to be confrontational, but to seek their thoughts on the subject. If
they say the C word (which I cannot use in this newsletter due to censorship),
as them if 300 is at least 4 times bigger than 70. Then ask how it is that a
leaky mask with a mesh size no smaller than 300 microns can possibly stop a
virus that is only 70 microns big. "Just asking. Maybe you can think about that
for later, if you are uncomfortable answering me now. And don't fall for the
saliva answer, all cars have windshield wipers only on the outside.") If you can
get one of these brainwashed, frightened people to do even rudimentary thinking,
you may just spark that person's brain back to life. |
4. Finance tip
You can save significantly on home improvement projects by asking about
commercial remnants and commercial upgrades. You may not get exactly the color
you wanted, or there may be some other glitch. But often, you can get an
industrial product at residential prices. I recently saved 40% on new gutters by
using this technique. Some other examples:
- Flooring. My basement has industrial tiles. The remnants weren't enough
for the project and I had to buy additional tiles, but I still got a sweet
savings. For kitchens, upgrading to industrial flooring is an excellent
approach especially with today's heavy refrigerators that don't roll well
and still need their coils cleaned.
- Carpeting. My living room, main hall, dining room, and bedrooms have a
hotel-grade carpet padding. This wasn't exactly a remnant, but by choosing a
high-grade carpet this also became an option. Now, here's the twist to this
story. The carpet contractor was unable to obtain a small enough quantity
for my house, but he knew of a project that would likely have some left
over. If I could wait a few days, he could probably snag that. I waited, he
snagged, I got it at 50% off.
- Siding. Most single-family residences use vinyl siding, due to the cost
of using other types. I didn't score a commercial coup here, because you
don't find vinyl on commercial buildings. But there are other siding types.
If you're in the market for siding, get quotes from various contractors and
each time play like you're in no hurry and ask about commercial remnants for
some kind of siding upgrade from the regular vinyl. If you actually are not
in a hurry and you do connect with a firm that is likely to have such
remnants in the future then ask them to contact you when something is
available. Or you can piggyback on their big commercial order and save maybe
20%.
Save even more
You can save even more by asking about upcoming sales and specials. These
often occur over holiday weekends. Don't overplay the discount thing, because
you need to compensate companies for doing good work. The cheapest bidder will
do the cheapest work, and that is often very costly. Timing your purchase with
sales is a great way to save money on water heater, HVAC, toilet replacement,
etc.
You can save even more by doing many projects yourself, even if you're not
particularly handy. For example:
- Remove outlet covers on outside walls and place a foam insulator over
the receptacle. Then put the cover back on.
- Buy the minimum-expansion foam and seal around pipes under your sinks.
Also seal around openings outside.
- If you have a cold wall, remove the receptacle cover and stick the foam
can nozzle behind the receptacle box (do not spray into the box, that needs
to be free air space).
Windows
Many people have problems with ants in their kitchen, so they hire a pest
control firm or pay for toxic ant baits. The number one cause of ants in
kitchens and bedrooms, however, is improperly installed windows. They aren't
properly sealed, so the wood around the window opening rots enough that ants
find it easy to build their homes in it. Ants do more damage to residential
structures than termites do. Here is the solution, assuming you are fairly
handy:
- Buy a new drip seal for your window, and learn exactly how it goes in.
The typical window company gets this wrong.
- Remove window blinds, curtains, etc.
- Locate the window mounting screws. There are typically two on each side.
Remove them and save them.
- Remove the window trim.
- Remove the window. Put it in a safe place.
- Cut away any rotted wood. Spray with ant killer. Let sit for 20 minutes.
- Spray the BLUE foam into any gaps.
- Replace with new wood (that is rated for contact with cement, not just
regular 2x4s), use wood putty as needed, etc. Paint this with an exterior
paint; spray paint is fine.
- Install the drip seal correctly.
- Reinstall the window; use shims to get it the holes to line up as
closely as possible. But level it with the assistance of a helper as the
original installer probably didn't get it in there squarely.
- Once the window is mounted, fill any voids with the BLUE foam.
- Let the foam dry, and cut away any bulges that might interfere with the
trim.
- Reinstall the trim, blinds, etc.
If you're not comfortable doing this window project or you have too many
windows with a rotting problem to make it feasible for you, then hire a local
handyman (not a window company) after discussing the problem. Another option is
to contact the Home Depot via their website and ask about Andersen Windows.
A consultant will visit you and recommend their composite product (Fibrex). The new
windows will be installed in such a way as to cover the preceding steps. Note
that you can also contact Renewal By Andersen, but the cost will be
significantly higher and you won't get the Home Depot 24 month, 0% interest
financing. Fibrex windows are almost as good as fiberglass but cost a lot less,
and you can get them in almost any color you want.
Replace vinyl!
What if you have vinyl windows and they are less than two years old? Take a
look at your dining table. Now imagine building a table just like it by gluing
business cards together. That is essentially how a vinyl window is built. It
does not hold its shape for long, and it will leak around the window panes after
only a few strong thermal cycles because the vinyl will flex and the panes won't
thus the seal to the panes will fail. The failure is even sooner with triple
pane windows. Fiberglass windows do not have this problem, and neither do
Andersen's composite product windows. And vinyl windows rarely come with an
adequate seal encompassing the box, you are lucky if you get a couple of thin
foam strips. Aluminum-frame windows don't have this problem either, but they are
inherently big thermal leakers.
Another factor is your vinyl windows are almost certainly installed wrong.
This includes inadequate sealing measures taken around the window (so thermal
leakage around the window), mounting method creates cross tension, drip seal is
upside down, windows not square, and weep hole plugged or not oriented
correctly.
Replacing vinyl with the Andersen composite product is less expensive than
doing so with fiberglass, but it's still expensive. Open a store credit card
account with Home Depot and wait for one of those 24 month financing offers to
come through. Then use that to finance your window project. |
5. Security tip
The communists have a pair
of morons running against Trump. This means they are going to go all out to
cheat and subsequently neutralize the election this November. The last time
they did this, they used a fake "pandemic" as an excuse to (among other bad
things) suspend election laws.
Now there are rumblings of
another SARS virus, and exhortations to "get vaccinated" abound. You can
expect new restrictions and mandates to appear, even something as absolutely
stupid as mask mandates. You can fight these, and you do not need to prove
that the virus isn't an exceptional threat nor do you need to prove any
idiotic new mandates don't work. The burden of proof is on those liars who
claim that virus X (whatever it is this time) is actually a threat to
normally healthy people and whatever measures they wish to force on us are
actually effective in stopping transmission or infection.
As before, they can offer
absolutely zero proof on either score. As before, they will simply make the
assertion. If their previous assertions were true, they would by now have
evidence to back at least one of those. They don't.
Also, instead of censoring people on the issues of safety and
effectiveness they would--if they had any evidence--openly debate and debunk
"misinformation spreaders." But they don't. They hide the data instead of
sharing it, and they engage in measures to deplatform, silence, and censor
the opposition. Which is tacit admission that they are lying.
The burden of proof is a key concept in our legal system. In a criminal
case, the prosecution has 100% of the burden of proof and the defendant
merely needs to show reasonable doubt; because you are innocent until proven
guilty. If you were guilty until proven innocent, then you would have the
burden of proof but that's not how our system works.
The one making the assertion must prove it. Not the one hearing the
assertion.
When talking with (or writing to) people, including your local
legislators, you don't need studies. The other side needs studies, and they
don’t have any. Where is the nursing home reporting how many people the jabs
saved, because all cause mortality went down instead of up? What happened
instead is all cause mortality sharply increased, thus the pro-jab people
don't report what really happened.
On masking, the assertions are simply absurd. You can always start there
and then ask, "When they get something so blatantly wrong after pushing and
mandating, how can you trust ANYTHING they say?"
If enough of us take action to stop the next fake "pandemic", we will
take a huge step toward securing our election. This particular election is
the most crucial in our nation's history. We will come out of it either a
communist banana republic with a declining economy or we will come out of it
with a Constitutional government whose executive branch is headed by a
capable man who loves this country and its people. Merely hoping for the
latter won't make it so.
Use your brainpower to
stop the insanity, so that the insanity doesn't stop us as a nation. |

"All you need is a good multi-vitamin." This is advice many doctors have
provided for many years. While I didn't take it to heart (because I use, for
example, creatine), I did take the multi-vitamins. The "whole food based"
ones usually require 2, 3, or 4 capsules per day. A couple of years ago, I
dropped down to just one capsule of whatever I was taking. Then in June, I
was preparing for my hernia surgery and the instructions required not taking
any multi-vitamin for two weeks prior to the surgery. I inquired as to why,
and the answer was along the lines of, "You would not believe what some
companies put in these things." All kinds of herbals that you don't need but
that can really jack around with your system, for example.
This got me to thinking about why I even bothered with a multi-vitamin.
Insurance against malnutrition? Not with my diet. I eat a varied diet that
is very high in fruits and vegetables and totally devoid of wheat, corn,
soy, HFC, and the various processed foods that would otherwise take the
place of actual food.
So a month ago, I decided I would take my remaining multi-vitamins
periodically until the bottle is empty. And that's it. There is no need for
me to waste my money on multi-vitamins. Of course, these are usually
multi-mineral also. As with the vitamins, my diet provides far more than the
minimum needed.
Other vitamins and minerals
Vitamin C is another supplement we can generally do without. I eat many
servings of fruit each day, plus I eat other foods high in vitamin C. Among
those is sauerkraut, which ounce for ounce has more vitamin C than an orange
does. I eat broccoli, kale, and bok choy daily. Most days, I also eat green
or red cabbage. And, of course, peppers (garden-grown throughout the summer
and fall). No need to supplement with C.
What about vitamin B (all the various ones)? I eat these foods daily, and
all are high in B vitamins: sweet potatoes, avocado, and dark leafy greens.
Well, sometimes I don't have avocado. But I do eat nuts daily, and those are
also good sources of B vitamins. These same food are loaded with the
minerals you need. Vitamins A and E, same thing.
What is left?
So this leaves Vitamin D. Spinach, kale, sweet potato, and broccoli are
all good sources of D and I eat them daily. However, you have to eat quite a
bit to get much past double the RDA. And the RDA provides maybe 20% of what
you should be getting (to know how much you should be getting, obtain a
Vitamin D test kit online or ask a physician to order one for you). See what
your serum level is. The NIH (National Imbeciles of ill-Health) claims it
should be between 30 nanograms/milliliter and 100 n/m. They claim over
100 is too high, but there's no reliable study demonstrating that level is
anywhere near what's required for vitamin D toxicity. Which means you should
probably shoot for 500 n/m as an upper limit but be happy with 200 n/m
because at some point more isn't better it's just more.
So do this:
- Know your eating pattern, for test purposes. Keep it fairly
consistent.
- Use a vitamin D test kit (usually requires a finger-prick onto a
stick).
- Note your results.
- Supplement with D for one month, using the same known qty daily.
- Use another vitamin D test kit.
- If the results show you're at 200 n/m, call it good and retest after
six months.
- If the results show more than 500 n/m, reduce D supplementation and
retest after one month.

Personal note from Mark: I value each and every one of you, and I hope that shows in the diligent effort I put into writing this e-newsletter.
It is an act of service, almost no money is generated for me through this
effort. Thank you for being a faithful reader.
