1. Good News: Where the Intel is Good

Fighting Communism

  1. Here's a 5 minute video that covers a real-life case history of the "utopia" delusion that the "Democrats" (DINOS who are actually communists) have: https://www.prageru.com/video/why-i-left-utopia

  2. Sometimes, communists self-destruct. CK, for example, is attempting to run against Trump for POTUS. As she cackles her way through this, she decided that the only people who can work for her campaign are those who are fully up to date on their unsafe, ineffective experimental gene therapy jabs. In other words, if you're not stupid then don't apply.

  3. And here is CK demonstrating her mastery of demographics, such as what the population of the USA is: https://x.com/KimDotcom/status/1827971009930207611. Eerily reminiscent of Barry Soetoro's "57 states" gaffe, something for which we must forgive him for since he's an illegal alien and can't be expected to know all that much about the USA. CK, on the other hand, was born and "educated" here.

  4. CK is proposing "backbreaking" tax hikes, during a time in which most people cannot afford the basic necessities (and thus are going ever deeper into debt). It's as if the communists are signaling they don't care about the upcoming election because they will simply steal it. But if we have an honest election, CK cannot possibly win.

  5. Georgia, a key battleground state that was stolen in the 2020 attempt at an election, has passed another election integrity measure. As reported by Raheem Kassam in The National Pulse, "The Georgia State Election Board voted three to two to adopt a new rule requiring the total number of votes cast to be reconciled with the total number of voters recorded for an election. If discrepancies in the count are discovered, the issue must be investigated, and a resolution must be found before the vote can be certified." It's worth noting that over the years, Raheem has predicted this or that and been right every time. Amazing guy.

  6. The House investigation committee that looked into certain aspects of the Biden crime family just released a 291 page report that, according to The Red State Insider, "... lays out evidence of the Biden family’s foreign payments and the family patriarch’s role in meeting or speaking with partners." According to my Representative in Congress, "From 2014 until now, the Biden Crime Family received over $27,000,000 from foreign individuals and groups as part of a conspiracy to get rich from Joe Biden’s positions in government." That's 27 million!

  7. Footlocker is moving its headquarters from The People's Republic of New York to the free state of Florida. There's a lot of that going around.

  8. A great video on coming over from the dark side: https://twitter.com/i/status/1829291690277966165

  9. Devin Nunes says the elections were rigged, justice is next: https://rumble.com/v5d3gi1-devin-nunes-we-are-in-the-investigation-phase-justice-comes-next-elections-.html

  10. In the People's Republic of Illinois, a criminal safety law was ruled unconstitutional by U.S. District Judge Iain D. Johnston. The Illinois legislature really needs to reconsider its belief that violent criminals are some kind of endangered species that should be protected from their potential victims. The voters of Illinois need to stop putting up with this lunacy and vote the communists out.

The C*O*V*I*D* Scam

The communists are ramping up for another fake-demic. The new "vaccines" are out. And they are being hawked and hyped as if they are, by some stretch of a wild imagination, safe or effective (they are neither). I was in a grocery store recently when an announcement came over the PA about this latest round of population reduction shots. When the sociopath was done making the announcement, I shouted, "And they are deadly!"

The C*O*V*I*D* Crime Continues!

As reported in the Epoch Times, "The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has authorized a new COVID-19 vaccine from Novavax, giving Americans an alternative to shots from Moderna and Pfizer. Novavax’s protein-based vaccine will be available soon after regulators granted emergency authorization to the Maryland-based company for the product. FDA officials said that animal testing data supported the decision."

One big problem with this is there's no emergency. Brainless declared the fake emergency "over" on 11 April 2023--more than a year ago. Even the World Harm Organization (WHO) declared the fake "emergency" over, on 30 January, 2020--over four years ago! There never was an emergency to begin with, and the "vaccines" never were vaccines so could not have legally gotten emergency authorization even if there were an emergency. So here is the Fools and Dopes Administration giving emergency authorization to another non-vaccine!

What does it take to get the FDA to:

  1. Take our health seriously, assuming they are not clearly intent on destroying it (a dubious assumption, considering FDA's track record)?
  2. Follow our laws?
  3. Apply some common sense?

Masking is Worse than Useless

Masks don't stop *C*O*V*I*D* but "We also found clear evidence that values of certain contents/emissions are alarmingly high in all scrutinized mask types (N95, surgical, textile)...." News for the Confused

  • News for the Gender Confused. Sex change surgery realities, 5-part series: https://aflds.org/videos/post/the-gold-report-medical-mutilation-part-1-of-5-the-reality-of-gender-affirming-care-with-dr-melanie-crites-bachert

  • News for the Race Confused. I saw this quote from Malcom X in a recent newsletter from John Leake:
"The liberal element of Whites are those who have perfected the art of selling themselves to the Negro as a friend of the Negro, getting the sympathy of the Negro, getting the allegiance of the Negro, getting the mind of the Negro, and then the Negro sides with the White liberal and the White liberal uses the Negro against the White conservative so that anything that the Negro does is never for his own good, never for his own advancement, never for his own progress, he’s only a pawn in the hands of the White liberal. The worst enemy the Negro has is this White man who runs around here drooling at the mouth professing to love Negroes and calling himself a liberal and it is following these White liberals that has perpetuated the problems that Negroes in America have. If the Negro wasn’t taken, trapped, tricked, deceived by the White liberal then Negroes would get together and solve our own problems."

  • News for the CK Confused. Fentanyl is the primary cause of death for Americans aged 18 to 45, and it's been flooding across our open southern border. Cackling Kamala's one official job as VP is "Border Czar". And this is someone that people might vote for as President? Get the word out about this, and ask Trump haters to get past the left-wing newsfeed propaganda and have some concern for this real news. Vote for CK, you vote for death. Vote for Trump, you vote for life. It's really very simple.

  • News for the Babyfood Confused. The World Hoax Organization (WHO), which (perhaps jokingly?) calls itself the World Health Organization for some mysterious reason, recently reported that half of the baby food on the market is unhealthy. In other words, these disinformation superspreaders are claiming that half of the baby foods on the market are healthy. This is a bald-faced lie. Simply check for this one ingredient: corn syrup. That's in at least 90% of the formulations commonly sold in supermarkets. Also toxic are wheat, corn, and soy--all of which contain glyphosate. Here's an analysis of a very popular brand (Gerber): https://www.ingredientinspector.org/home/gerber-baby-foods-ingredients.
Solution: Invest in a food processor, some freezer bags, and a food bag sealer (affordable models are now sold on Amazon). Make your own "baby food" but keep in mind that it is not just ground up adult food. Babies need extra calories, so include more fat and fruit. You can quickly make many batches on a weekend or a weekday evening. This may seem like extra time to invest, but think of all the time you won't be spending taking your kid to the doctor's office or hospital.

  • News for the Credit Confused. The People's Republic of Commie-fornia recently passed a bill prohibiting medical debt from appearing on credit reports. This is typical libtard anti-reality at work. It is a fact that medical debt may severely impair a borrower's ability to repay the loan. This means lenders will have to allow for an increase in defaults by charging higher rates or simply denying credit to the otherwise credit-worthy. People like myself, who do not live the disease lifestyle and thus do not get sick, have no medical debts. But now Commie-fornia inmates (aka "citizens") in my age cohort will simply be assumed to have medical debt and age discrimination against them will be one tool lenders use to protect themselves.

  2. A good video by Bobby D about our economy: https://x.com/robertdunlap947/status/1825992455935631407 Note: We are not in a recession, we are in a depression. Much worse.

  3. I don't watch the lamestream news, read lamestream newspapers, etc. But usually, the people who do are all abuzz about the lamestream topics. Something they are not buzzing about is the attempted assassination of President Trump. The most unusual thing about this attempt, compared to others in our history, is perhaps the sheer number of shots taken. There were not two or three bullets, but eight. In fact, in all other attempts (successful or not), there was only one bullet. Often from a handgun, but sometimes from a rifle. And in this case, there was extensive "collateral damage. And yet, silence. These same "news" sources went on for days when Trump made a mean tweet during his first term. But eight bullets fired at him, and that's somehow no big deal.

  4. Great interview with RFK: https://vigilantfox.news/p/the-rfk-jr-interview-they-dont-want

  5. The SCOTUS is keeping its block on Brainless' debt transfer plan, whereby Brainless would force people to assume the debts of perfect strangers. Brainless and his fellow communists call this scam "Student Loan Forgiveness" as if a debt owed for services rendered can simply be taken off the books instead of paid by somebody. Common decency says the debt should be paid by the one who incurs it, not by someone who derives zero benefit from the services that were performed and who had no say in the original contract for services.

  6. Ford Motor Company joined the ranks of companies scaling back or ending their Discrimination, Exclusion, and Ignorance (DEI) policies. The theory behind these idiotic policies is that if you force everyone to accept a particular narrative instead of think, punish people for the "crime" of refusing to be racist, and exclude merit as a consideration for hiring or promotion, somehow you will get better results than if you reward people for their contributions.

  7. A hilarious "Hitler Rants" parody of the moron Cackling Kamala: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MWSRgPpYKrg

  8. The median homebuyer's down payment is now $180,000 in the top ten USA markets. Not coincidentally, the  communists ("Democrats") have been in charge for 12 of the past 16 years.

  9. Socialists International has formally endorsed CK. This should come as no surprise, she's about as Marxist as they come.

  10. CK is now promoting tax breaks for small businesses as part of her campaign message. What she doesn't realize is that 98% of small business owners have an IQ above the moron level. The inflation tax hikes passed by her communist party, along with all the other economy-destroying actions they have inflicted upon us, have made survival tenuous for the vast majority of small businesses. Since the coup, the small business failure rate has been extraordinarily high. So we are going to get some dinky tax break in exchange for another four years of harshly anti-business behavior? She's just insulted small business owners, who are almost totally backing President Trump and a return to economic sanity. Now we have even more motivation to help ensure election integrity and the debrainwashing of those opposed to Trump or even merely on the fence.

3. Brainpower tip

Here's a video on liars:
https://www.prageru.com/video/lying-liars?utm_source=Iterable&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=campaign_9488604

Be sure you can detect them readily, so as to avoid being stupidified by them or needing to burn brainpower up dealing with the consequences of trusting them.

4. Finance tip

We are constantly subjected to BS about things we "need" to spend money on. For example, pet vaccinations.

Vaccines for humans are not required to be tested for efficacy or safety. Consequently, vaccines are not tested for those things. Rather than prove their products are safe and effective and thus create demand for them, the drug companies rely on gas lighting, lying, fear, propaganda, and government mandates to con or force people into getting them.

For humans, the locus of lying is the Center for Disinformation and Censorship (CDC), an agency we must call harmful instead of merely useless. For our pets, it's our vets. Usually.

My elderly feline companion is having some problems right now, and to address those we are proceeding from the science instead of from the narrative. I am so glad her vet is not Anthony Fauci, because that con artist is about as far from science-based as it is possible to get. Millions of Americans have died as as direct consequence of the lies and stupidity that have come from Tony's mouth. Well, enough about that psychopath, let's move on to the actual topic.

With science, you test for things and only then discuss medications. A science-based vet, for example, doesn't make your pet sick by administering a bunch of vaccines. Sadly, in my ignorance and misplaced trust, I allowed that to be done to my kitty and I saw what it did to her so now she gets no vaccines except the legally mandated rabies one.

If you want your pet to be healthy, don't spend $300 on useless or harmful shots. Get a thorough check-up and baseline data via a blood work panel. And then ensure your pet has the following:

  • A diet devoid of wheat, corn, and soy. I could go into why, but you have only so much time to read this. Note that Hill's Science Diet is not scientific and they do put these pet poisons into their foods. Blue Wilderness does not. Don't go cheap on food, and don't rely totally on kibble (which is processed food, by the way). Also feed your pet appropriate whole foods that you prepare yourself, at least some of the time.
  • Plenty of exercise. This includes play, walking with you, etc. But you should also pay attention to whether your pet needs structured physical training to avoid (or correct) atrophy.
  • Respect. Disrespecting your animal will cause emotional stress that is unhealthy and could be expensive. Learn about your particular pet's emotional needs, space needs, etc. Cats are especially sensitive to things that dogs take in stride, so educate yourself and don't make mistakes here.
  • A clean, hygienic home. Always worth the time and money.
  • Grooming by you. Whatever you can do, but make a solid effort. Your pet may also wish to groom you, it's a bonding thing. Whatever you can't do to ensure adequate grooming, have it done.
  • Mental stimulation. Boredom is unhealthy, interact with your pet and also provide toys and an interesting environment.
  • Affection. Cats and dogs love to be praised, same as people do. They also need physical affection. Even a few minutes in the morning can set a very positive tone for the day.

That list does not contain a single big ask. Yet, the typical pet parent fails at most of these while also shelling out money for vaccines that "might" be effective against diseases the pet has almost no chance of getting.

A holistic approach to your animal's health adds to your personal joy, while saving you money. Taking the approach that letting a stranger inject your pet with medications that are of unknown safety or efficacy will make up for everything you don't step up to take responsibility for is normal but not good. Strive to be abnormal in this area, and you will save money while making both you and your furry friend much happier.

5. Security tip

This is from Citi, www.citi.com, and it's about how to avoid being scammed:

  • Legitimate people won't rush you. If someone is rushing you: Stop. Hang up. Call a trusted friend or family member.
  • Internet search results don't always lead to legitimate business websites. To make sure you're logging into the correct website, check your statements or bills and type in the website. When in doubt: Stop what you're doing. Call the company.
  • Providing personal identifiers to anyone can jeopardize your identity. If someone asks for your one-time password, PIN, online credentials or SSN: Stop. Hang up. Call your bank.*
  • Citi won't ask you to send money to anyone (think ZelleŽ, wires, etc.). If someone claiming to be from Citi asks you to send money: Stop. Hang up. Call Citi.
  • Banks, governments and utilities will never ask for payment through non-conventional methods. If you're asked to do something unusual (like buying gift cards, precious metals or digital currencies), leave your money where it's stored: Stop. Hang up. Call your bank and the authorities.
  • Gut feelings are there for a reason. If you feel like something isn't right, it probably isn't. Stop. Hang up. Call a trusted friend or family member.
  • Stay vigilant to protect your accounts Bookmark our site, citi.com/fraudprevention, and visit often for the latest updates on common scams and how to spot them. If you think you may have been targeted for a scam, report it to the FTC at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/

I would also add:

  • Never trust the CDC or the FDA for health advice or any "news" related to disease. Both of these organizations have totally destroyed their credibility.
  • Never trust someone who claims to be a doctor but who cannot do second grade math. Anthony Fauci, for example.
  • If your small business, church, professional association chapter, amateur club, etc., gets a copyright fee demand from PicRights, simply remove the image and do not respond. Don't respond when Higbee (their attorney) sends you a letter, either. They troll the Internet and send out intimidating letters. They make enough from the small % who simply pay that they aren't going to sue you (they have to go to federal court, they can't collect the outrageous "legal fees" such as $1200 for a paralegal to send you a form letter, etc.).

  • Don't believe whatever diet advice is going around. It's all nonsense. Eat whole foods instead of highly processed ones, get a variety, and eliminate known toxins such as seed oils, wheat, corn, and soy--and you'll be fine. And no, it is not possible to become obese on such a diet. Nor do you need to limit fruit. I often have half a dozen pieces of fruit in a single day, and I keep below 5% body fat most of the year.
  • Don't supply financial statements to "working capital" or "loan consolidation" firms that are hawking loans at 5% interest. They mean 5% per month, not 5% per year. That is, they mean 60% and nobody can afford to borrow at that sky-high rate.
  • Don't vote "Democrat" without checking the candidate's actual voting record, legislation sponsorship record, and position on the Second Amendment. Usually, the candidate is disqualified on ALL of these, not just one. It did not used to be this way, for example JFK was a Life Member of the NRA.

See all of my climbing videos here: https://tinyurl.com/ClimbingSigChannel. Some cool climbing  videos:

My hardest climb ever, a 5.11d on lead: https://youtu.be/UT5h0heUUBc . I made a dumb mistake initially, letting the rope wrap over my shoulder. Watch what happens.

The scale:

  • Beginner: 5.6. 5.7. 5.8, 5.9
  • Intermediate: 5.10a, b, c, d 5.11a, b, c, d
  • Advanced: 5.12a, b, c, d 5.13a, b, c, d. Almost nobody climbs at this level at any of the 5 local climbing gyms.

See what health lessons you can learn from what I am about to tell you.

I'm not the only old person in my family. My cat recently turned 15. Like cats her age tend to do, she got a urinary tract infection. This spread to her kidneys, and she got very sick. One of the consequences is she experienced severe atrophy in her rear legs. Humans who are "healthy" normally experience observable leg atrophy, starting in their 50s--the tight hamstrings, for example, are tight because those muscles are weak and shrinking. In her case, it was due to illness and I really didn't spot it as quickly as I should have.

She's had a full blood work-up twice and a urinalysis twice. Unlike Anthony Fauci, her vet is a real doctor. And unlike Fauci, he proceeds based on actual data instead of on stupid guesses. The first battery of tests confirmed what he suspected and she was administered a time-release antibiotic. Other steps were also taken, laying the groundwork for building back those lost muscles.

She's now almost a month past her antibiotic injection, which nixed her infection. She's on a special diet (by prescription), plus a potassium prescription. Her second blood panel showed excellent progress. But the muscle loss doesn't reverse right away and rising levels of potassium do not equate to having adequate potassium. She had gotten so weak, she would fall and then drag her rear legs. She looked distressed and despondent at these times, like "What is happening to me?" I kept encouraging her and comforting her, telling her we would beat this. Together.

With her infection gone, I began physical therapy with her. For example, holding most of her weight so she could walk a few feet of distance. Stroking her to make her put her butt up in the air and other techniques were effective in strengthening her quads and hamstrings. When hamstrings are weak, they shorten and in elderly humans it's often painful--same for a cat. I showed her how to stretch those, and she's doing her stretches (not as much as I would like, but she's doing them).

Now when she's downstairs and I am upstairs, she will call out to me from the bottom of the steps. She waits for me to walk down to where she is, then she starts going up. When she first started doing this, she would really struggle but she was showing me what she could do. I would encourage her and cheer her on--when she arrived at the top, I would praise her and then offer her something to eat. Now she walks in a straight line for a decent distance, for example across the living room or down the hallway. She keeps going longer distances. And she's doing these little workouts many times per day, without being prompted. Recently, she jumped onto my bed under her own power and that's a sign of real progress.

Big takeaway

A big takeaway for my readers is the "normal" physical decline that comes with age is both preventable and reversible (to a baseline that actually is normal and far above what is "normal"). Yes, age does take its toll. But for most people, it takes that toll far faster and far deeper than it actually should.

No stopping

I'm a lot like a Trane air conditioner ("nothing stops a Trane"). I had a hernia repair in early June, and gradually worked my way back up to an extreme athlete lifestyle by mid-August. I'm half a pound heavier than in the picture above, but I am more ripped and  vascular than at that photoshoot. How can this be? Part of it is I hugely increased the metabolic stress aspect of my training. I use the "don't stop" concept in my training.

Twice this August, I went into the RoKC Underground bouldering gym (it's in a cave deep under the earth, this area was once covered by ocean and the limestone is very deep) and climbed every V1, 2, and 3 plus some 4s without resting. And on the 6th of September, I stepped that up by climbing every V1, V2, V3, and V4 plus a couple or V5s. For a V6 climber (where I am, presently), each of these is a very strenuous workout. And it's nearly 100% metabolic stress. In case you are wondering, I had zero arm pump because I did these in nearly perfect form. The second and third time each took me just under 20 minutes, after which I was sweaty and feeling like I had just sprinted for 20 minutes. Which isn't far from the truth.

This is something that a person half my age would find intimidating, if not impossible, to do. But I can do it because I am consistent with my training and I focus not on how much weight I can lift but on how accurately I train to achieve the three triggers of the adaptive response: cellular damage, time under tension, and metabolic stress. Compared to the other two, metabolic stress gives you the biggest bang for the buck. That is, the least amount of time and least amount of damage to joints, tendons, and ligaments if your form is correct.

I push as hard as I can. My heart isn't going to give out. What "gives out" is the fuel and oxygen can be delivered only so fast. That's the limiter. There are ways to artificially boost the delivery, but I don't see any of them as safe. Use the body's built-in RPM limiter, and you don't spin your main bearings (leading to catastrophic engine failure). I have two different Leg Day workouts and three different upper body workouts (chest/tri, back/bi, shoulders), all of which make use of supersets and minimal resting to jack up the metabolic stress as high as I can stand it.

Note that lifting in this manner means you don't need nearly the weight and joint stress for a given muscle group to "lift heavy things". Doing 4 sets of 35lb dumbbell squats to just past parallel interlaced with 4 sets of deep squats after already having done other supersetted leg exercises is a lot kinder on your back than doing 250lb back squats. And yet, it's just as effective. In fact, for most lifters it is far more effective because you have more control with lighter weight and can more easily avoid poor form and other kinds of cheating that defeat the main purpose of the back squats.

What to do

If you've been on a wimpy training program or none at all, or if you sustained injury or illness, do not take your current fitness status as your permanent peak. My cat is coming off a serious condition by dedicating herself to training several times a day. She's gone from staggering and falling to walking a straight line. And she's doing a fair job with those steps. Yes, she has me to cheer her on and "spot" her when she needs it. But whether she succeeds is really up to her. She's decided she's a winner, and she's going to succeed.

The normal progression for an American man is to deteriorate away, so that by age 50 he has a flat butt, scrawny legs, and an unstable gait. It's not obvious to the regular person, but it is reality. By age 65, he has trouble getting in and out of a chair (or a car). He gets less and less mobile, until at age 75 he is dead. I'm 11 years away from age 75, and when I tell my climbing friends I'll be lead climbing well into my 80s they have no doubt that's what I will be doing. Because I'm not stopping.

At www.supplecity.com, you'll find plenty of informative, authoritative articles on maintaining a lean, strong physique. It has nothing to do with long workouts or impossible to maintain diets. In fact:
  • The best workouts are short and intense.
  • A good diet contains far more flavors and satisfaction than the typical American diet.

7. Factoid

The United States is not a democracy. This fact becomes abundantly clear when you read the very first sentence of Article 1. Therefore, politicians who refer to the USA as "our democracy" should be ignored until they at least care enough to know the basics of American civics.

8. Thought for the Day

It is amazing that the communist party of the USA calls itself "Democrat" while excluding RFK, Jr., censoring him, and engaging in an all-out war against him. It is also amazing that this party's only message is one of hatred, exclusion, censorship, destruction, stupidity, ignorance, and violence--and yet there are people who support it.

That's because those fools live in an alternate reality and have not bothered to learn the basics of how life works. They cannot do basic math, cannot apply logic, and cannot be bothered to learn the basic facts relevant to any topic that they are passionate about.

Except where noted, this e-newsletter is entirely the work of Mark Lamendola. Anything presented as fact can be independently verified. Where sources are not given, they are readily available to anyone who makes the effort. Mark provides information from either research or his own areas of established expertise. Sometimes, what appears to be a personal opinion is the only possibility when applying sound logic--reason it out before judging! (That said, some personal opinions do appear on occasion).

Personal note from Mark: I value each and every one of you, and I hope that shows in the diligent effort I put into writing this e-newsletter. It is an act of service, almost no money is generated for me through this effort. Thank you for being a faithful reader. Please pass this newsletter along to others.
