1. Good News: Where the Intel is Good
Fighting Communism
-
For the previous issue, I left out the tidbits on the C*o*v*i*d
scam. And amazingly, the usual censorship didn't happen. This is a big
clue for those of us trying to detect conspiracies that aren't mere
theories.
-
The movie The Matrix came out in 1999. After watching it, I referred to
it as a documentary. I was a couple of years into my 17 year ordeal with
the government-sanctioned terrorist organization known as the Institute
of Reprobates and Sociopaths (IRS). As I have noted many times, they do
not fund the government. This organization's sole purpose is to
subjugate the population through systematic abuse and terrorism. They
are like those machines in the Matrix, enforcing the will of the ruling
junta by enforcing an alternate reality through deception and force.
Today we are subjected to the nonstop lying of the ruling junta, mostly
through a weaponized lamestream media propaganda machine. And like the
delusions in the Matrix, the official narrative bears no resemblance to
reality.
If you're a reader of this newsletter, it's because you took the red
pill (blue pilled people write to me with inane comments and baseless
criticism, along with a dose of the usual name-calling and they don't
subscribe). Please forward this to your blue-pilled friends and try to
discuss some of the insights with them in hopes of red-pilling them.
-
Red pilling is not nearly as difficult as it used to be. That's because
in our Matrix world with the nonstop lying, people are wising up and
tending to see the lies for what they are. The extreme lying of the
c*o*v*i*d scam has really pushed things there. It has turned millions of
blue pilled people into "red pill ready" people. Now instead of
desperately clinging to their delusions out of fear, they are tapping
another emotion (anger) that opens a pathway to reality for them.
-
Readers may recall that I have stated Mr. Anthony Fauci is not actually
a doctor. My Congresswoman, Marjorie Taylor Greene, raked him over in a
Congressional hearing and refused to call him "doctor". Anyone who
insists that 70 is larger than 300 clearly is not capable of earning a
doctorate in a STEM field. The guy's a fraud. Here's the video:
https://twitter.com/i/status/1797666729759502365
-
Of course, the Communist News Network is coddling this con artist by
airing his whiney complaints that people are unreasonably angry with him. Yeah, when
a psychopath racks up a death toll, people tend to get angry. And when
someone pretends to be a doctor but can't do second grade math, people
don't find him credible. And when he spews nonsense while claiming to be
the science, people aren't exactly enamored of him. It's about time
someone exposed this monster publicly, and MTG did that. Too bad if it
makes him unhappy. He has managed, at least so far, to avoid extradition
to Nuremberg to be tried and then hung for his crimes. He should be
happy about that, instead of complaining.
-
Several commentators now refer to the commie psychopath Mr. Fauci as
"the human cockroach". I take offense at this, as it is grossly unkind
to cockroaches.
-
Several states are being sued for violating their own election rules,
and that presents a problem for the communists. An article in the
Federalist Wire covered some interesting details, but I chuckled when I
read the concluding sentence: "As the 2024 election approaches, the
integrity and security of the voting process remain critical issues that
both parties are keenly focused on." Well, yes. The Republicans are
keenly focused on trying to make elections fair and honest, while the
communists are focused on disenfranchising the voters through massive
and pervasive fraud.
-
Due to censorship, you will notice in this eNL that a certain word has
asterisks inserted into it. That is necessary now due to the communist
takeover and the disregard not only for science in public discourse but
for public discourse itself. Or even private discourse. No more First
Amendment in this country until the cancer of communism is cured here.
-
SCOTUS ruled the bump stock ban illegal. That is a major victory for the
Second Amendment. Since bump stocks are pretty much cosmetic, this slams
the door on future bans on firearms with blued steel, rubber grips, or
whatever inconsequential things they can dream up.

On 11 Jun, the AGs for Texas and Montana filed a law suit against an HHS
rule that requires medical care providers to pay for sterilization /
genital mutilation procedures (aka "gender reassignment" butchering) if
they receive federal funds. Generally, extortion to commit an immoral
act is illegal. I'm not saying that trans people are immoral due to
going down that particular delusional rabbit hole. I am saying that
taking advantage of their delusional state by pretending this invasive
and disfiguring surgery will make them happy is immoral.
Clearly, a move like this is legislating not merely executing existing
law. Therefore, HHS is in violation of the Separation of Powers
principle that is integral to our Constitution. Separation of Powers is
one of the bulwarks against tyranny, because it creates counterforces
between government powers rather than concentrating them into one ruling
body. So this is a very big issue, for that reason alone. This overreach
by HHS isn't just illegal, though; as I have pointed out it is also
immoral. More AGs need to step up and stop the communism.
And whether we agree or not on world overpopulation, we should agree that
subjecting people to sterilization without their informed consent or
while they are not of sound mind to agree to it is barbaric in the
extreme. It's the kind of stuff the Nazis did, and I am not saying that
hyperbolically.
Will we have a Presidential Election this November?
-
States that weren't election-neutralized in 2020 are presently under election
integrity attack. Kansas, which has weak election integrity measures,
recently repelled such an attack at the Kansas Supreme Court. Sadly, a
lower court upheld the initial attack which is why the case ended up in
the SCOKS. The issue was ballot trafficking. In KS, as in many other
states, a person can bring another person's ballot to the polling place
or other point of collection (not sure why they don't just mail it in,
but here we are).
The intention of this (as I understand it) is so farmers who live far from a polling place
don't all have to travel there (just send Junior in the pickup truck) or
a well member of a family can bring a disabled member's ballot. No
problem there. But without certain limitations, it can be abused. For
example, a person can go door to door meeting strangers simply
"harvesting" their ballots after lying about one candidate to get them
to vote for the other. This is a favorite tactic of the communists. The
disaster brought about by election neutralization in 2020 has made
courts and legislators less than enthusiastic about further weakening
election protection measures that already proved insufficient to the
task.
-
You may recall that when American voters were denied a Presidential
election in 2020, the modus operandi was to simply neutralize our votes
with fake ballots. That gave a final tally of 306 for Brainless to 232
for Trump. Keep those numbers in mind, they bear on what you'll read
through the end of this piece.
-
In Pennsylvania, which President Trump won by a landslide even with the
initial cheating, the election was neutralized with a flood of obviously
fake votes (nearly all for Biden) after the polls closed. This cost
Trump 20 Electoral College votes. Not enough by itself to neutralize the
election (it would still have been Brainless 282 to Trump 252), but this
was the biggest theft of Electoral College votes among the swing states.
We also have overwhelming proof that Arizona was stolen, and that's
another 11. Now we're looking at 271 to 263, still a Brainless win. We
also know Georgia was stolen, another 9. We add up 20+11+9 and it's 40
Electoral College votes or 266 for Brainless and 272 for Trump. That's
only half of the 6 battleground states, all of which Brainless "won" by
very thin margins (once the polls closed, not before).
-
Now in Pennsylvania, Governor Youngkin has signed into law a major
election reform. The gist is it provides a way to coordinate the voter
databases and prevent things like the same dead people voting multiple
times, non-existent voters voting (e.g., the recurring problem of more
votes for Brainless than there are voters in a district), and people
(fake or real) voting in multiple districts -- all of which were key in
stealing those 20 Electoral College votes.
-
This Pennsylvania development is fantastic news for those who, unlike Nutcase Nancy
(who spews on
about "saving our Democracy"), actually believe in democracy or a
democratic republic. The communists aren't going to steal those 20
Electoral College votes this time around.
-
There's also been progress in Arizona (11), Wisconsin (10), and Georgia
(16), though not as firm as this. If progress in those three states is
enough to protect voters, then (along with PA) we have 57 Electoral
College votes that won't be stolen this time around. Thanks to Gruesome Gretchen,
there hasn't been enough progress in Michigan (16) to protect voters
there. She is in office because of "big city politics" (welfare
recipients and deceived minorities in Detroit keep her in office the same
way trans activitists in San Francisco keep Nutcase in office). Virginia
(13) also has massive voter neutralization problems, but that doesn't
really matter because the huge libtard population around Washington in
the District of Corruption means they actually vote commie anyhow.
-
Colorado (9), is more a victim of Republican
Party incompetence than of outright communist fraud, but many people
there are distraught over the effects of communism in their once great
state. Possibly, it will flip "red" but more likely the uniparty dynamic
(screwed no matter what) may keep "revenge against the Republocrats"
alive and well this November. But we don't need Colorado if the
aforementioned three just do their job.
-
Remember Trump's warm reception in the Bronx when masses of residents
turned out to cheer for him? This is a deep blue city, one where parents
are likely to wash a kid's mouth out with soap for saying the R word
(Republican) in polite company. Well, OK, maybe not the soap thing. But
you get the point.
The thing is, the Bronx is not a one-off. People are sick of the ill
effects of communism (which is why Nutcase got heavily booed when she
appeared before a traditionally blue NY audience) and they want what we
had before the coup. If Trump captures the big cities, he will likely
capture the states those cities are in. That could mean Michigan (see
above) but also the People's Republic of Illinois (Chicago, which was
ravaged by defund the police and other leftwing stupidity) at 19
Electoral College votes, Washington state (12), and Maryland (11).
Though it might seem impossible, a win in two or three communist cities
of
California could deliver 55 Electoral College votes to Trump. With
Gruesome Newsome pulling out all the stops to make life intolerable for
those living in California, don't write this one off just yet.
-
And one more kicker. In the communist country we call Minnesota (10
Electoral College votes), Brainless now leads Trump by only 4%. With the
Brainless administration continuing its damaging attacks on the economy,
international relationships, the food supply, the energy sector,
housing, education, civil liberties, and everything else of value to
regular people, that margin will continue to shrink. It's looking like
Minnesota will go red this November.
Before we get too giddy about this, remember that the people in charge
of the communist cabal are likely to switch hit at the 11th hour. My
prediction, as noted in past issues, is they will put Big Mike in place
of Brainless. If the Republicans focus on what a failure Brainless is
instead of focusing on what a disaster communism is, Big Mike would
likely trump Trump in several of the states just discussed. But if they
focus on the failures of communism and contrast today's mess with the
four years of Trump's first term (plus enforce election integrity), it
will go hugely lopsided for Trump.
Possibly as lopsided as winning all five swing states (11 + 9 + 10 + 20
+ 16 = 66) plus CA (55), CO (10), and MN (10) for a total of 66 + 75 =
141 added to the 232 from the EC votes he didn't get cheated out of last
time. That would be 373 to 165. It would send the communists a very
clear message. But more importantly, it would send a message to those of
us who have been under communist rule these past 3 and a half years that
we actually matter and have been heard loud and clear. And it is with us, not with them, that the true
power resides. We simply have to use it.

The C*O*V*I*D* Scam
As this is the biggest, most destructive fraud perpetrated in human
history, I don't want to take the easy way out and ignore it to avoid
censorship. How can I write about brain power while not addressing this?
Or security or finance or health and fitness? Thus, I'm keeping it in
the program. I'm also sticking to my general idea of providing readers
with something other than a rehash of what everyone else publishes,
while still citing other published sources. I've gotten a lot of
positive feedback on this approach, but do let me know if you feel a
course correction or other adjustment is in order. Thanks!
Why the Scam?
I have not watched this video yet, because I have other items in the
queue and like most working folks today and short on personal time. But
it came to me from an intelligent person who has been well-informed (and
red pilled) about the scam from almost the beginning. She says it's
excellent, which to me means it's a "must watch":
https://x.com/SpartaJustice/status/1800316638719361422
Huge win
This from the 9th Circuit, which traditionally decides against
plaintiffs with solid cases:
https://x.com/SageListener/status/1799209522340499956.
If THEY reached this decision, you know it's not "right wing". It's
just -- right. No more mandates, plus the door is wide open for civil and criminal
litigation against the perpetrators and their accomplices.
Are you vaccinated?
Here's part of an e-mail conversation I had with my sister (who is
very up on these things, so I'm not telling her anything she doesn't
already know here--just recapping for her):
You know how I jump on people for saying "vaccine" in reference
to the clot shot. That's the first lie that starts the series of
lies. It's like referring to medical care as health care, it is
dishonest and misleading.
Nobody has ever been vaccinated via injection against C*o*v*i*d
because no such injectable vaccine has ever existed. But I am fully
vaccinated against it, by dint of my usual vaccination program
against pathogens. Remember, a vaccine stimulates the body to
produce an immune response (not a toxic spike protein). Using this
definition, and the fact that I have been immune to pathogens for
over 50 years except in cases of being injected directly (bypassing
the skin barrier) by a tick or similar, I am fully vaccinated.
Here is my original vaccine:
- Vitamin C via many servings of fruit per day
- Very low intake of immune suppressing drugs such as refined
sugar
That was my original formula. It worked right away and kept me
safe for decades. My refined formula is this:
- Zero processed food, thus heavy on nutrient-dense foods
- Supplemental Vitamins B, C, and D
- Quality fats via olive oil, Amish hen eggs, avocadoes, nuts,
etc.
- Probiotics such as sauerkraut
- Supplemental L-glutamine
- Plenty of sunlight
- Special attention to getting enough sleep (not by accident,
but specific steps I take each day)
- High intensity interval activities such as weight training
(the way I do it) and climbing; these flush toxins at very high
rate due to lymph and circulatory response
- Stress management, including a daily supplement of "I don't
give a sh** about how offended you are" (I prefer the 50 mg
capsules)
- Friends and family I care about and who send me love in
return (yourself included)
Using the correct titles
One of my state's US senators is a medical doctor. He has been at
odds with Mr. Fauci for a long time, and he recently sent out a
well-written, intelligent letter to Kansas voters about Mr. Fauci. The
one thing I disagreed with in that letter was his misuse of the word
"doctor" in reference to Fauci. Here is what I wrote back to him (note
that due to censorship there is a certain word I am not spelling
correctly):
If you read on the box, you will see an N95 mask blocks "up to"
95% of particles .300 microns or larger. The C*o*v**i*d virus is
only .070 microns. Mr. Fauci, who is not a doctor, defrauded the
govt for 40 years pretending to find a vaccine for the fast evolving
HIV (immunology 101, it cannot be done).
Why do I say this crook is not a doctor? Visit any second grade
class and write two numbers on the chalkboard: 300 and 70. Then ask
the students to vote on which number is the larger of the two. None
of them will say 70. But Fauci has INSISTED it is bigger. Therefore,
his degree, like his bogus HIV research, is a fraud. Who gets
through medical school without the ability to do second grade math?
This also says something about his IQ, though he is a savant at
lying.
Let's not feed his deadly deceptions by giving him a title he
clearly is not qualified to have. If we can't put him in prison or
cancel his pension, we can at least stop pretending he is a doctor.
Doing so besmirches every other doctor on the planet, including you.
Thanks.
The NYT slipped and let truth get published!
According to John Leake, the New York Times published something true.
No, that is not a typo!
This amazing event occurred on 03JUN2024, a day that will surely live in infamy at
that rag. The true item was just an opinion piece, but still--something
true in the New York Times! According to Leake, it "acknowledges the
evidence that SARS-CoV-2 did not originate in nature, but in a lab."
Well, duh, that lab was the locus of research on that virus and it
certainly didn't originate a few yards away in a meat market instead of
in that lab. We all knew this all along, but for the New York Time
to finally allow someone to say it in their propaganda rag is truly
amazing!
While this isn't nearly as momentous as an actual story that states
actual facts, it is really something that the New York Times actually
acknowledged evidence that goes against the commie narrative. Being
brain-enabled, I did not risk my sentience by reading the piece myself.
I'll just take John's word for it. If John is telling the truth, then
was this a mistake (their fact checkers found a fact and failed to
delete it) or is this mental sewage source starting to come clean? Time
will tell (no pun intended).
The Six Foot Rule
This was a very destructive aspect of the biggest fraud perpetrated
in human history. Aside from common sense, we know it was bogus because
Mr. Fauci never once could back it with a study or anything related to
science. But science did show it was nonsense, as in the Cochrane study:
https://www.cochrane.org/news/featured-review-physical-interventions-interrupt-or-reduce-spread-respiratory-viruses.
We have all smelled halitosis or flatulence from farther away than six
feet, so this rule literally did not pass the smell test!
In what ways was it destructive? Quite a few, actually. Here are
some:
- It was the basis for closing schools.
- It was the basis for arresting people for holding religious
services.
- It forced restaurants and gyms to be less than half full,
causing the owners severe financial distress (including, in many
cases, losing the business).
- Idiotic things like lines and lanes taped to the floor in
grocery stores.
- People who believed the lie suffered emotional trauma and
anxiety attacks when their six foot "protective" space got violated.
- People simply had less social interaction, and the consequences
of that continue today with things like hyper aggressive driving and
antisocial behavior in general.
- Chairs, urinals, and toilet stalls were blocked off "every other
one" in public places like airports and train stations.
And, the most costly of all, it was the rational for the mail-in
ballots that permitted the communists to overturn the 2020 election.
What has transpired since then has cost us trillions of dollars and
untold human suffering, along with:
- Severe economic effects.
- Vastly more crime due to open borders.
- A sharp rise in human trafficking.
- Multiple new drug epidemics, a response to the hopelessness
inflicted by the communist policies.
- Harsh censorship despite the First Amendment.
- Government sponsored racism.
- Severe damage to the energy sector.
- Food shortages.
- Staggeringly high inflation (100% inflation over the two years
ending August of 2023).
- A huge rise in general prices.
- An even huger rise in the cost of housing.
- A high death toll international situation that is shaping up to
be WW-III with nukes.
It is amazing what a little bit of stupidity can set in motion. We
brain-enabled people have learned, I hope, that we can't tolerate
stupidity in hopes it will just go away as others "get it" and move on.
We must stand up to it and point it out whenever it occurs. Look at what
happened when we went along with the seemingly harmless six foot rule. |

3. Brainpower tip
A reader pointed out some facts about IQ scores being correlated with specific
ethnic groups, and he used the word "average". This is an important clarifier.
There's nothing inherent about the physiology of one or another ethnic group
that has any effect on IQ (as far as we know, anyhow). But when there are social
aspects of a given group where learning is discouraged then the average will be
driven down. An individual member of that group may have a stellar IQ, or may be
a total idiot. A person's ethnicity says nothing about that person other than
probabilities based on norms and averages. Brainpower is like physical
strength, you can work at it to improve it. Or you can neglect it into abject
atrophy.
I've written previously on specific things you can do to build your
brainpower (work puzzles, hang around smart people, learn some new skill, etc.).
But as with physical training, brainpower training also requires setting aside
time to do it. I haven't missed a workout since 1977, because I make it a
priority. I think a person can make brain training a priority, the same way.
It may be more correct, at this point, to say that I don't miss workouts
because I am passionate about them and have incorporated them into my
lifestyle--they are part of my daily routine just as eating breakfast is. That
is how I have done brain training, also. But while I set out to do the physical
training, the brain training just happened. I have been a voracious reader ever
since my mom got me addicted to reading. She taught me herself, and by age four
I was reading those Jack and Jill primers all the time. By first grade, I was
reading Classic Illustrated comic books and Readers Digest Condensed Books.
Trips to the library were common for me (in fact, I was just at the library two
days before writing this article).
I buy fat crossword puzzle books and do all the puzzles, not to avoid
senility but because I enjoy them. Sometimes I will design something very
unusual and build it, I get great joy out of this. Or I will figure out how to
fix something after studying on it a while. That's very satisfying. I enjoy
experimenting with pie recipes, although I don't actually use a recipe per se. I
think about what kind of nontoxic pie I might bake and come up with a new
creation. These are invariably delicious.
Do you notice the theme, here? Find multiple things you enjoy doing. But when
choosing those things, ask a few questions:
- Is this challenging enough that not just anybody can do it?
- Is it interesting?
- Does this hobby or project require concentration?
- Will I have to learn a new skill or two to do Project X?
- Is it something that might make another person say, "Wow!" (like a
10,000 piece crossword puzzle versus a 500 piece one).
- And for us guys, "Does it mean I will need to buy a power tool I don't
already have?"

4. Finance tip
The inflation tax is by far the single largest tax most Americans pay. It's a
tax not just on income, but also on existing assets. The inflation instigated by
the Brainless administration (and before them, the Nutcase Nancy-controlled
Congress, ala the Unaffordable Care Act and other money pits) is astronomical.
Note: I am speaking English here, not politician-ese. By "inflation" I do not
mean a general increase in prices, I mean inflation. If you don't know what this
word means, that's understandable. It's the amount of money created out of thin
air to bridge the gap between spending and income. When you inflate the money
supply this way, it's called inflation. The value of each dollar is diminished
proportionate to the amount of inflation.
If we live on a remote island and have a system of exchange based on 10
seashells with a letter X etched on them and I suddenly add an 11th one to pay
you for the two fish you provided to me, I have just created 10% inflation. The
effects are not immediate, but they are corrosive. If I keep doing this until I
have ginned up 10 additional shells, then the value of each shell is no longer
two fish--it's only one.
Not content with this impoverishing arrangement, the communists are now
saying they will not renew the key provisions of the 2017 Tax Reform Act. One of
those, which I personally helped push through the system after coming up with
the idea, is the big standard deduction. That deduction had several major
benefits, such as:
- Keeping the Institute of Reprobates and Sociopaths (IRS) out of the
lives of millions of people. This was my main impetus, having endured a 17
year illegal and baseless attack on my basic human rights.
- Filing simplification that saves, collectively, millions of unpaid hours
to file taxes. I believe the average for itemizers was something like 19
hours--nearly two full work days (this includes record keeping) for those of
us with real jobs (which demand long hours).
- Massive reduction in compliance costs. Things like paying an attorney to
respond to the many idiotic letters from the IRS, going to court--and paying
taxes, fees, and fines you don't owe just to get them off your back.
- A total reduction in your 1040 tax bill, for more than 90% of filers.
The commies are saying they need to end this citizen relief because somehow
increasing our time wasted filling out forms, making millions more people pay
attorneys to deal with IRS assaults, and increasing stress levels among millions
of Americans who receive the dreaded Collections letter will reduce the federal
debt. This defies not only logic, but imagination. Any extra revenue raised by
eliminating the total reduction in 1040 payments will be offset by the chilling
effect of the increased compliance costs (which are about 15X the revenue
raised). So it is a net negative revenue move that will actually increase the
federal debt.
What can you do about this?
Very simply, get the commies out of power. Unfortunately, this means a
political solution. And that comes about only when people invest funds into
"election" campaigns, demand election integrity (very often), and expose the
brainwashed to the basic facts. If the commies keep the White House and Senate
this November, they will also have the power to destroy the judicial branch and
end the balance of power that has only weakly been a counterforce since the
coup. The House has a razor thin majority, and many of those are commie RINOs.
Now is the time to protect your future. Once the ballots are cast,
miscounted, fabricated, lost, etc., this November, we will be either heading to
a major acceleration in poverty or we will be in a position to stop the
insanity. If the former, it will be impossible to recover because the remaining
vestiges of the rule of law will be erased and opponents to this will be
eliminated at an even faster rate than they are now. It will be very ugly for
decades to come, and the "lower 98%" of us will not be financially secure in any
meaningful way. Act now. |
5. Security tip
The communists have gone all out to prevent President Trump from winning the
general election a third time. They cheated massively in 2016, but not quite
massively enough because Trump defeated Hillary "I like to mock black
people, lie about being under fire, and let Americans needlessly die in
Benghazi" Clinton. So to defeat him in 2020, they used the C*o*v*i*d scam as an
excuse to break election rules and we saw what happened there. Trump had won
by a landslide at the time the polls closed, but then all these mail-in
votes suddenly poured in after the polls closed and 85% were for Biden. So
Biden "won" despite having been clearly and soundly defeated.
Now after a disastrous Presidency in which Biden has not accomplished a
single thing good and by which we are worse off on every single metric, the
communists are 110% sure they cannot win a fair election. But given the
massive revulsion and rejection of Bidenomics, woke-ism, and all the other
bad stuff we've been enduring, they know they will have to go to even
further extremes. Recall that a year before the 1964 election, they
"terminated" the incumbent President. Shot him in the head. President Trump
won't ride in any open-air motorcade, but you can bet there will be attempts
on his life (especially evident now that the sham trial has passed and they
are talking about removing his Secret Service detail and sending him to
jail).
My prediction is they will fail to kill our President and they will fail to
steal the election from him twice. Which means the transtards, libtards,
woketards, and Covitards will be coming after the rest of us. Laws don't
matter to them and legal relief is often not available to the wrongly
accused and attacked (look at what happened to the January 6 Capitol
tourists, whom Nutcase Nancy branded as insurrectionists despite the fact
not a single one was armed and one of them was actually shot to death by a
Capitol Policeman who was under no threat from her [Ashely Babbit]).
In addition to doing the cancel culture thing, filing frivolous lawsuits,
making false accusations, throwing tantrums, and behaving violently in
groups (as was done to Jewish students recently and to Riley Gaines before
that), they will be MORE aggressive until we stop "upsetting" them and
"offending" them.
My advice:
Don't enable.
-
Don't worry if they
are upset. They have no reason to be upset, so it's not your fault.
-
Don't worry if they
claim to be offended. They are offended if you don't do everything they
say, which is ridiculous.
-
Refuse to fly their
flags, use their gender terms, go along with "Christians are bad and
Jews are worse" worldview, or in any other way validate their
viewpoints.
Don't lower yourself to
their level.
-
Treat them with the
same normal human kindness that you treat everyone else with. No special
deference, but no special mistreatment either.
-
Engaging in a
discussion is OK (good luck with that), but don't argue with them (it
only makes them feel offended).
-
Don't spew your views
at them. This only makes them believe it's OK to engage in non-stop
view-spewing.
If verbally assaulted in
public, don't escalate.
-
If in person, simply
smile, say something like, "I'm sorry you're upset", and walk away.
-
If online or similar,
just log off.
-
If they persist in
dogging you, don't take the bait.
If physically:
-
Threatened, get thee
hence to a safe place. Walk away, but report the person.
-
Attacked, go on the
offensive and beat your attacker viciously. Someone who physically
bullies only to have a broken collar bone, three broken fingers, and a
knee cap that's no longer attached loses the taste for that sort of
thing and future victims are spared. I have always countered a physical
attack with massively disproportionate force. If you're a cop who puts
your life on the line for the rest of us every day, you are pretty much
limited to slapping the attacker (ever so gently) on the wrist. The rest
of us aren't, unless you live in some whackjob place like Commie Fornia
or I-feel-Ill-inois.
-
Your property is
damaged (car keyed, phone knocked out of your hand and broken), file a
police report. Sue the person, even if it's just Small Claims Court.
You could try to befriend
these people, but their interest is in punishing those of us who do not want
their insanity shoved our throats. Now here's the thing. We vastly outnumber
them. And they know it. Which is why they will go to ridiculous lengths to
attack one of us and make an example of that person. If you come under any
of the above modes of attack, it's not because you are a bad person who is
opinionated and abnormal. It is because you are not a bad person, you are
not opinionated, and you are normal. They hate such people. But we are the
majority by a huge margin. Like an order of magnitude.
Whatever comes this
November will be bad. If the communists can't cheat a win from this
election, they will engage in all the behaviors above. Be prepared for that
so you can deal with them correctly. Think it through now. Role play with
some friends so you have mastered the situational skills needed. If they can
cheat a win from this election, then I am afraid there's no hope--we will be
priced out of food, clothing, and shelter. We will be silenced, forced to
take experimental drugs, and lose all of our Constitutional rights. So I
would also say, donate to good candidates if you can afford to do that. And
speak out now so others who are also in the majority know they are not
alone.
Get people to shut off
their televisions, cancel their New York Times (or similar) subscription,
and read a book or two on critical thinking.
If we get the right buzz
going,
we will change the narrative and thus the outcome. Else, we are all screwed.
Do what you can.

Should you use sunscreen? The Centers for Disinformation and Censorship
(CDC) recommends that you do:
https://www.cdc.gov/skin-cancer/sun-safety/index.html (I hate to
actually link to them, but I want to show what they say).
For many people, this CDC backing alone is reason to reject sunscreen
entirely. After all, the CDC's pronouncements during the c*o*v*i*d scam
violated medical principles, basic immunology, and in many cases common
sense. Not to digress, but their misinformation got a lot of people killed.
For political reasons, this harmful organization has not been defunded nor
have any of its principals been indicted. That said, even a stopped clock is
right twice a day. Could the CDC actually be right about anything? If so,
what about sunscreen?
Here is one source of many that looks at sunscreen chemicals:
https://www.ewg.org/sunscreen/report/the-trouble-with-sunscreen-chemicals/.
In addition to what they talk about, you can peruse sunscreens at the
drugstore (or wherever you might buy them) and read the labels. Carcinogens
like benzene are used in some of them, and if you read the page linked just
prior you will see other carcinogens commonly used in sunscreens.
We can agree that rubbing carcinogens into your skin will not reduce your
chances of getting skin cancer. We can further agree that the opposite
effect will result. So this advice from the CDC does not solve any potential
sun safety issue. It simply jacks your health hazard up by a few orders of
magnitude.
The CDC also blames exposure to UV for skin cancer. I had a neighbor who
was pale as a ghost, she died from skin cancer. So that theory is
correlation, not causation. However, common sense tells us that getting
sunburn can't be good for you. And we have all seen sun worshippers with
prune-like skin. We can deduce from this that overexposure, which seems to
be undefined, is bad for your skin.
I used to have sun hypersensitivity. I would burn through a tee shirt in
ten minutes or less. This persisted into my mid-50s (or maybe early 50s, I
don't exactly remember), when Dr. Cohen of Pure Clean Performance convinced
me to ignore the FDA's RDA tables and increase my D3 intake per his
instructions. It worked. I keep my D3 high, now. I go into the sun and never
burn. I don't work outdoors, so my exposure is relatively brief, a couple of
hours at a time at most. And I avoid being outside much between 1000 hrs and
1500 hrs (between 10 and 3), to reduce allergen exposure.
If you eliminate the regular health destruction factors (which I have
mentioned many times in this eNL), you are already way ahead of any study
group that might possibly have been used to come up with exposure times and
related information. That's Step One. In addition to upping your D3 and
adjusting your timing to avoid 10 to 3, I have these other recommendations:
- Use only an "organic" type of detergent in your laundry. The big
brands are loaded with carcinogens. 7th Generation is a famous safe
brand, there are others. I like ECOS.
- Use minimal detergent in your laundry. If you can rinse a wash cloth
in a bowl of water and see suds, you are using too much detergent in
your wash.
- No bleach in your home. That includes the dishwasher detergent.
- Wear a sun hat when outside doing yardwork or taking a walk. Any
wide-brimmed hat is helpful. Bonus: The brim will help reduce your
chances of eye cancer.
- Don't wear polyester.
- Pay attention to how you feel when outside. Check your skin
periodically. At the first sign of discomfort or redness, retreat to the
shade.
- Never sunbathe. There's no reason to lie on a towel basking in the
sun, unless you are competing in a tanning contest (which isn't a good
idea). Instead, do some kind of activity where you are in the sun
anyhow. A big risk with sunbathing is you can fall asleep. Back in the
1980s, two sailors on an American light cruiser died from burns
sustained due to falling asleep while sunbathing.
- Avoid being a target of sunlight reflected off water. People will
lounge or play at the beach, not considering they are also getting an
intense bombardment of reflected light.
- Avoid suntan lotions. These usually have toxic ingredients, and they
will prevent you from detecting early signs of overexposure such as a
slight reddening of the skin.
- Check your toiletries for toxins. Most shampoos, conditioners, body
"soaps" (actually detergents), and shaving lotions are loaded with
carcinogens and other toxins. Safe replacements are readily available at
any Natural Grocers store or similar outlet. Jessica Alba has a line of
nontoxic skin care products, including shaving cream for men. I use that
shaving cream, it's great.
- Don't use fragrances on your skin. In addition to making you stink
(in my opinion, anyhow), they are nearly always petrochemical-based and
highly toxic.
- Don't use under arm deodorants. If you have an odor there, you
either have a medical condition that needs attention or (more likely) a
dietary error that needs correction (e.g., you're eating some processed
food). These deodorants get applied not far from your lymph system, and
the vast majority of them are highly toxic. Unless dying from a lymphoma
is on your bucket list, do not purchase or use these products.
- Rid your home of special-purpose cleaning products (use them up and
don't replace them, or simply toss them). In addition to being greatly
overpriced, these are typically very toxic. Vinegar and baking soda work
great. I've been "corrected" on this, because if you have a glass top
stove you still need stovetop cleaner. I have found that using vinegar
with a microfiber cloth gets the glass top clean. I suppose if you have
something very stubborn then the rare use of a stovetop cleaner is fine.
Just use adequate ventilation and don't get that stuff on your skin.
- Do not use antibacterial cleaners, wipes, or sprays on your kitchen
counter or elsewhere. They are typically carcinogenic. Use a UV wand if
you are concerned, or just make a point of frequently cleaning those
surfaces with spritzed vinegar and a cleaning cloth and don't worry
about it.
- Do not use antibacterial soap. This disrupts the flora and fauna on
your skin, allowing harmful bacteria to flourish.
