1. Good News: Where the Intel is Good
Fighting Communism
- The legislatures of a few states have introduced bills outlawing
Discrimination, Exclusion, and Intimidation (DEI) programs in
educational institutions. The idea behind barring these is to foster an
academic environment where diverse views are not only tolerated but
accepted, people who think aren't treated as lesser beings, and students
don't need to conform to some form of idiocy to be included.

The Ongoing Covid Scam: Tidbits
- The clot shots should be banned, but there are still mandates for
people to be subjected to them. It is time to seek criminal indictments
of the people behind such mandates, as they break a multitude of laws.
If there are mandates in your state, file a complaint with the State
Attorney General. Private practice attorneys are contesting jab-related
cases in court and winning.
- The Veteran's Administration is still injecting veterans with the
clot shot, when instead they should be providing care for the "vaccine"
injured.
- Senator Rand Paul wrote an excellent piece on the Covid scam,
including some insights on Mr. Fauci. It appeared in Imprimus, a
publication that I have a very high opinion of. I would provide a link
to it, but that would get this newsletter censored. I did a Bing search
on "imprimus" and it came up first in the results. So it is easy to
find.
Other News
- The Brainless administration released a report showing the
number of illegal aliens entering the country last year. It turns
out that number is twice as large as the number of children born in
the USA.
-

- The Brainless administration has decided to back off a bit on
its CO2-increasing, pollution-enhancing, cost-escalating, lifestyle
diminishing war on gas stoves. There is some speculation that
someone in that administration accidentally fired two neurons and
had a positive IQ moment. If the so-called "environmental groups"
wanted to help the environment via stove policy, they would have
sought to ban electric stoves. Natural gas is, by far, the cleanest
scalable energy source we have. Compared to electricity, it is a
much cleaner way to heat your water, heat your home, and run your
range. And that is true even if all of your electricity comes from
intermittent sources such as wind and solar.

The Rocket Pen Reader is an affordable, powerful reading assistant and reading
tutor that erases the barriers created by dyslexia and other reading problems.
It can be used privately in the classroom, avoiding stigma, thanks to the
earbuds included in the kit (it can alternatively be used without earbuds).
How it teaches reading
Before the early 1980s, public schools relied on phonics to teach reading.
This allowed any student to "sound out" a new, unfamiliar word and also
recognize its root and thereby often grasp its meaning even without a
dictionary. Then schools switched to the "Look See" method, which treated words
as individual pictograms to memorize. The results were dismal, plummeting the
USA from the top of the literacy ranks to the bottom among industrialized
countries.
The Rocket Pen puts phonics back in.
It also adds a context-driven dictionary and a context-driven thesaurus, both
powerful tools for improving reading skills. See the reading tutor functions in
the chart below.
It is the answer
The Rocket Pen Reader is the answer for helping the reading-challenged in the
classroom, special needs classes, home-schooling, and adult education. Because
of its mobile-friendly design, you can carry it with you and use it anywhere.
Not only does it read to you, it helps you learn to read (for example, by
showing you the syllable breakdown and the definition). It is super easy to use,
no need to watch a dozen videos to figure out what to do.
Based on the highly
successful ReadingPen 2 and vastly superior to the cPen Reader Pen, the
RocketPen is the latest generation in a reading tutor scanning pen. It is a
quantum leap or two beyond anything else on the market. This amazing device
retails for $499, sells for $399 on Amazon and Walmart.com, but is on sale
now for a limited time only via our eBay store at only $379!
It beats the competition

3. Brainpower tip
Seed oils, processed sugars, and fragrances all cause brain damage.
- Seed oils. These are extracted at temperatures above their smokepoints,
causing the lipids to shred. You get all these little spikes, hooks, and
barbs floating in your blood and ripping up blood vessels. They also cross
the blood-brain barrier and rip up brain cells. The result is scar tissue,
most notably amyloid plaque (which is a signature marker for Alzheimer's
because it's always present in Alzheimer's victims).
- Processed sugars. These glycate (stick) to neurons, then oxidize (burn),
taking neurons with them.
- Fragrances. These are loaded with various toxins, most notably endocrine
modifiers. They screw with your brain chemistry, causing the organ to
malfunction. Extended exposure can cause permanent changes.
Don't reduce these in your diet, eliminate them.
- Instead of seed oils, consume coconut oil, avocado oil, and olive oil.
Butter is also good, if made from the milk of non-CAFO cows. Look for an
Irish or Amish brand. Vegetable oils are not good, don't eat them.
- If you eat a varied diet of whole foods, you don't need to add
sweeteners. But if you do, some good choices are stevia, honey, and
molasses. Regarding the last two, get genuine products not the fake ones.
- If you have a clean diet, you don't stink and therefore don't need to
cover up your smell with petroleum derivatives. In fact, your natural scent
should be pleasing and attractive.
Some other brainpower reducers:
- Chronic stress. Determine the root cause, and solve for it.
- Interpersonal conflict. Either suck it up or talk it out. Decide whether
what's bugging you is really even an issue. If so, confront the issue (not
the person) with the offender and ask this person to help you get this
problem resolved.
- Poor sleep. Set a bedtime and stick to it. That is the number one thing
to do.
- Screen addiction. Set aside time for reading print publications (books
and magazines).
- Inactivity. Get up and move about, on a regular basis. Sitting around
puts you into a sort of shutdown mode.
- Lack of stimulation. Try hard things. Work puzzles, learn a trade, learn
a skill, take up a sport, do a project, etc. Challenge your mind.

4. Finance tip
At the end of President Trump's first term, the economy was very strong.
Consumer debt was dropping, business debt was dropping, interest rates were low,
inflation was low, unemployment was the lowest in 50 years, etc. We had no
supply chain problems, no shortages, and no over the road trucking crisis.
Energy was cheap, and we were not only a net exporter but also were the only
country that met its CO2 targets per some "green" accord we didn't sign on to.
Brainless Biden and his fellow communists changed all of that during President
Trump's second term, the one he was lawfully elected to but unlawfully prevented
from assuming. Now our economy is very weak, consumer debt keeps setting new
records, business have been folding at a very high rate, most surviving
businesses are saddled with heavy debt, interest rates are rising, companies
can't find people who want to work or who do a good job if hired, etc. We have
severe supply chain problems, chronic shortages of food and other items, and an
over the road trucking crisis. Energy costs have risen, we have been depleting
our Strategic Reserve, we are a net importer in no small way, and we no longer
meet our CO2 targets.
That's just a quick thumbnail of the disaster that we call our economy.
If President Trump is allowed to assume his third term in office, he will
need to strike a treaty with The Swamp. Something like, "I am not going to drain
the swamp, but in return I need you to help protect me from the communists so
that I can do my job and we're all a lot better off."
Draining The Swamp cannot be our priority at this point. We need the
creatures of The Swamp as our allies. They are skilled at corruption,
sneakiness, and deception. If they believe Trump won't bother them, they will
likely see him as their means to "grow the pie". The pie is shrinking rapidly,
and this is costing the creatures of The Swamp dearly. So they would make good
natural allies. Trump's VP, and you can bet it will not be the lying, spineless
traitor Mike Pence, would be in line to succeed Trump. Assuming Trump does the
right things in his first 100 days (just as he did following the disaster known
as "8 years of Mike and Barry Obama"), we will have a much stronger economy, a
much safer society, and a much freer citizenry. His successor could then serve
out two terms, during which time he or she can stealthily reduce the size and
power of The Swamp.
What practical value is this analysis to you? That depends on what you do
with it. If you Tweet Trump that recovery from Biden is more important than
draining The Swamp, you'll help change the trajectory in a good way. If you
volunteer to monitor polls or do something else to assure election integrity,
that will help him get into office. If you make remarks about the high price of
this or that and blame Biden, you help undermine Biden's chances though in a
fair election those are about nil anyhow.
Think about something you can do to help replace our Communist in Chief with
someone who is not out to actively and aggressively destroy the American
economy. Then do it. |
5. Security tip
During President Trump's first term, human trafficking in the USA took a
major hit. The southern border had been made more secure, and special
investigative teams were finding and raiding various small bases of
operation (they are all small). You'd read about 23 children rescued here,
15 children rescued there, and so on. The rescues were frequent enough that
the numbers added up to significance. During President Trump's second
term, which was stolen by fraud such that Brainless Biden now "serves" as
POTUS, human trafficking in the USA has greatly escalated. The southern
border has all but disappeared, and we simply do not read any reports of any
bases being raided or kids being rescued. This also is significant, and you
might want to think about why the people behind Brainless have basically put
human trafficking on steroids. Logic tells us these people are the ones
exploiting the victims of human trafficking.
These people are powerful enough to negate the Democrat convention and
make the person in a distant fourth place the party's nominee, powerful
enough to overturn a national election, and powerful enough to insulate
themselves from any sort of investigation that could lead to their arrest.
This also means they are powerful enough to have a presence anywhere in the
USA. Perhaps where you live. Which means the could kidnap little boys and
little girls in addition to adults, from anywhere they decide to victimize.
Here are some tips to prevent that kind of reach from affecting your
kids:
- Never drop them off anywhere that a "known" adult is not present for
their protection. If you watched the movie The Sound of Freedom, you
understand what I am talking about. Leave them only with someone you
know, not with someone you only recently met. You can consider a school,
church, or similar place to be safe if it's during normal hours.
- Enforce the "don't go off with strangers" rule. One ruse is to tell
a child, "Your mom sent me to get you." If the child has a cell phone
and can call or text to verify, this may be safe once the verification
is complete. Else, the kid needs to immediately go to safety. The kid
can learn a ruse such as, "That sounds great. I really have to go to the
bathroom, I will be right back. Can you wait 5 minutes so I don't pee my
pants?"
- Teach them basic self-defense moves. For example, if someone grabs
you, then grab one of their fingers with your entire hand and snap it
back or sideways as hard as you can.
Here are some tips to prevent that kind of reach from affecting kids you
know, but aren't yours:
- Same as above, to the extent you can influence them.
- Keep an eye out in your neighborhood or, if you go there, the local
park or playground. If you see someone suspicious, discreetly monitor
that person for at least a few minutes. A van driving slowly by is
suspicious. If you can't ascertain what is going on, call the police.
State your location and what you are observing. Ask them what you want
them to do.
- If you see a child who looks "out of it" (drugged), struggling
against someone who appears not to be their parent (for example, not
using the child's name or there's scan resemblance), call the police and
do the same drill as before.
Here are some tips to prevent that kind of reach from affecting someone
who isn't a kid anymore (assume this is you):
- Learn several self-defense techniques. The finger break is good,
also learn the kneecap break and the collarbone break.
- Don't let people box you in. Keep a space bubble such that there's
not someone between you and an escape path.
- Try to avoid walking next to a parked van, give it a wide berth such
as crossing the street.
- Stay off your cell phone, pay attention to your surroundings
instead.
- Be alert to items you can instantly use as weapons. For example,
stones or bottles in the street. In a parking lot, a shopping cart can
do serious damage to an attacker if you have thought out how to inflict
it (so think that out, now--and go practice in an actual parking lot).
- If someone threatens you to force you into a car or other vehicle,
don't go. They don't want to draw attention to themselves "here" so they
are almost certainly not going to carry out their threat. On the off
chance they would, it defies logic that you'd be safe going with them
anyhow. Say no, and make a hasty escape.
- Because of the police shortage, there is much more crime than there
used to be. Avoid dicey areas as much as practical.

Some people advise to never eat at restaurants. This is generally good
advice, because restaurants are generally disease acquisition centers. But
this is not absolute. You can find healthy options at almost any restaurant,
but you'll typically have to order ala carte. Sometimes, a visit to a
restaurant just makes sense. Maybe you're at the end of a long trip or you
have guests and no desire to cook for everyone (plus clean up). Or you just
want to have some alone time with somebody. A caution here is to make such
visits infrequent. Not only are restaurant meals extremely expensive
relative to home-made, but you can't be absolutely sure about the toxicity
or lack thereof. So what about those healthy options? I once met my sage
friend Joseph at Houlihan's for a business lunch. He ordered a plate of
black beans, and for very little money he had a huge amount of unprocessed
food. Another time, a few years before that, I picked my mom up at the
Memphis airport for the 90 minute trip to my home in Jackson, TN. She
suggested stopping at a steak house. I ordered a plain sweet potato with a
side of plain, steamed broccoli. She got a small steak, green beans, and
some other sides. Nothing processed for either of us. No deadly dressing,
etc.
You can't do this at fast food joints, but at most restaurants it's easy
to do. And some chains, Chipotle for example, already have healthy options.
I stayed at a 3-star hotel last summer, and they provided as self-serve hot
breakfast. In addition to the pancakes, waffles, muffins, and cereals, they
had scrambled eggs, several kinds of fruit, and hot coffee. I had my coffee
black, of course. Black pepper on the eggs and some fruit to go with them, I
had a great breakfast every morning.
Some tips:
- You do not need to "get a protein" to go with your sweet potato or
beans. Every plant has the same 21 amino acids as a piece of meat, and
is thus a complete protein. Having that sweet potato with the beans will
give you a more balanced amino profile than either one alone.
- Avoid anything prepared in oil, unless you can verify the oil isn't
a seed oil (e.g., canola) or a "vegetable oil" (corn-derived). Good oils
include sesame, olive, avocado, and coconut. Any nut oil is good, also.
- Aim for European size portions. Even a non-toxic meal can be a
calorie overload meal.
- Ask for things to be served plain. A sweet potato can be baked
without being immersed in margarine. If they have butter, it is probably
made from the milk of factory-farmed cows and thus is unsafe. So plain
it is.
- How do you flavor up plain broccoli and plain beans? Black pepper
works great for both, as does a little olive oil.
- Ask for condiments on the side. At a steakhouse, for example, you'll
get plain cinnamon (not mixed with sugar) on the side. This is popular
with sweet potatoes. Ask for olive oil and vinegar on the side, instead
of dressing.
- Recognize that your options are likely to be limited and it's just
not the same variety of foods you get when eating at home. But a little
change-up is good.
And from the "don't be a jerk" department:
- Be sure to tip the waiter/waitress based on what a regular meal
would cost because we tip based on % of cost which is rather unfair. So
if you get a bowl of beans for $5 but the processed food selections run
about $20 each then tip 15% of the $20 not 15% of the $5. This will help
ensure cooperation in the future, and it's only fair.
- Before ordering, explain this to the waiter. Let him or her know you
will be tipping based on the typical entree price, not the price of your
side dishes. This will eliminate 20 minutes of that person's feeling
gypped y having to wait on you.
- Don't bombard the waiter with questions or ask to speak to the chef.
Just make a plain request and be efficient with the waiter's time.
- Don't complain about the other choices on the menu or go into an
explanation of your choices. This only wastes the waiter's time. And
it's negative energy that makes your meal less enjoyable.
- Thank the waiter for accommodating you, and say it with a smile.
And from the "no excuses" department:
- You can't easily "work off" a 2500 calorie restaurant pig-out. So
don't throw caution to the wind. Carefully manage your restaurant
experience.
- Using "I'm training" to avoid restaurants entirely is an excuse for
being too lazy to manage the experience. The high cost is far more a
factor than the health risk.
- If you have a plan going into the place (and have selected the right
place), don't use stress as an experience. I had a lovely time at the
hotel, sharing a table with the same two contractors each morning
because we hit it off and enjoyed each other's company. Have a plan, not
an excuse.

7. Factoid
The socialists (aka "Democrats") talk about diversity, equity, and inclusion.
But they demand conformity, abuse people based on social class, and exclude
people they don't agree with. |
8. Thought for the Day
When holders of idiotic viewpoints punish you for not
agreeing with them, they merely confirm their viewpoints must be defended by
coercion rather than by reason. But you already knew that....

The views expressed in this e-newsletter are generally not shared by socialists or
