1. Good News: Where the Intel is Good
Fighting Communism
- A federal judge struck down the Brainless administration to exclude
18 to 20 year old adults from exercising their Second Amendment rights.
When communists talk about "Diversity, Equity, and INCLUSION" they
clearly do exclude 18 to 20 year old adults. That's not very equitable
of them now, is it?
- One problem with the communism that we feel every day from our
federal, state, and local governments is we the sheeple tend to let them
single out and punish those who speak out. There is safety in numbers,
and if we all speak out then we rob the communists of their power to
intimidate and we pretty much neutralize their power to destroy. Don't
be afraid to speak out, be afraid of what happens if you don't. Take
care to speak out in smart ways, with the goal of changing minds rather
than merely venting frustration. You know the adage, think before
speaking. Just do that, and you'll nudge the ball toward where we need
it to be.
- On 05DEC, a Louisiana judge ruled an election for Sheriff void due
to clearly proven election fraud. He said it was impossible to know the
true results, so now the election will be held again. This is a major
victory for election integrity. If only this had been done following the
coup, our country would have been spared three years of communist rule
and the devastation that has brought to us and to the world.
- The House voted to overturn Brainless Biden's coal-powered car
mandate. Perhaps that will be enough to stop this particular strain of
idiocy. It would be nice if someone would provide a reality-based
justification for such vehicles, but thus far nobody has.
Maybe that's because EVs have a larger carbon footprint than ICE cars,
there's that whole childhood slavery to mine the lithium thing, EVs are
enormously impractical for anything but city driving, EVs unnecessarily
add strain to an already overloaded electrical grid, the battery changes
relegate them to being affordable only by the super wealthy (total
maintenance on my 21 year old Camry has cost me less than the cost of
one battery change and those battery changes are every 3 to 5 years),
EVs can't handle hilly terrain, EVs can't handle cold weather, EVs can't
handle hot weather, EV battery explosions are spectacular and the risk
of such an explosion isn't minor, and about 100 other problems that you
don't have with ICE cars exist with EVs. The only positive side is they
transfer the pollution from where the user is to where non-users are,
but that hardly seems positive for the non-users.
- Comrade Hakeem Jeffries, representing the socialist party
("Democrats") in the House , voted "present" on resolution
condemning antisemitism. This is the same tactic that Barry Soetoro
(aka, "Obama") used toward spending bills when he was an Illinois
Senator. This way, you don't go on record as for or against. We know
what Soetoro went on to do, upon being "elected" POTUS. We had eight
consecutive years of deficits and in each of those years the deficit
amount was greater than the deficits run by any other POTUS. In his
first year, the deficit was $1.2 trillion. None of the excess spending
was lawful, it all violated the 10th Amendment.
- In November, the Financial Times conducted a poll and found only 24%
of registered Democrats claimed we are financially better off under
Biden. To me, this figure is alarming--that anyone would believe this
devastation is an improvement bodes ill for the human race--but another
way of looking at it is 76% of voters in Biden's own party are cognizant
enough to see 100% inflation, food shortages, sharply higher prices, and
sharply higher interest rates as being the opposite of an improvement.
Looking at it that way, Democrats are overwhelmingly rejecting "Bidenomics".
- A grand jury indicted Hunter Biden on nine charges:three felony tax
offenses and six misdemeanor tax offenses. And it wasn't just any grand
jury, it was one in the communist country "California" where communist
criminals are coddled (but normal people are severely punished). This
was the most lenient venue Comrade Biden could get. If the same hearing
had been in one of the "rule by law" states, he probably would have been
indicted on nine felony tax offenses at the very least. This does not
bode well for Brainless, but it does bode well for freedom fighters
everywhere because it gut punches the Biden Crime Family.
- The FBI agent behind the Trump Russia hoax is being jailed for four
years. Hillary, of course, was never even indicted.
- Ford Motor Company is cutting production of its CO2-increasing,
child slave labor lithium mining, mercury poisoning of tuna cars despite
Brainless Biden's fixation on replacing far cleaner ICE cars with these.
Ford's decision is a major victory not only against communism but also
against Earth-haters.
Perhaps we should build a base on the moon and send Earth-haters there.
These are the idiots who aggressively advocate "green" technology even
though it is far more damaging to the planet than more traditional
options. Or just give the Earth-haters the option of being turned into
compost so they at least do something useful for a change.
The Ongoing Covid Scam: Tidbits
- The New Zealand whistleblower who released the data and analysis
showing the breathtakingly high death rate from the clot shots forced on
New Zealanders was awarded The Order of New Zealand, the country's
highest medal of honor. Actually, no. For his service to the country in
stopping these murders, he was arrested. Despite all the lives he has
saved and will save from this day forward, he is looking at a long
stretch in prison. As Ice Cube said, "If you tell the truth, they come
after you." But efforts are under way to shame the "government" of New
Zealand for their bad behavior, along with taking the legal route to
defend this New Zealander whose only "crime" was to expose rampant
homicide for what it is and stop the carnage. His case is well-supported
by long-standing international law, such as the Nuremberg Code.
- Pfizer has the gall to sue Poland for "breach of contract" for
refusing to buy more of its poisonous, worthless "vaccines". Under
contract law, a contract is void where there is underlying fraud. Pfizer
committed multiple counts of fraud and irrefutable proof is in Pfizer's
own documents. Also under contract law, a contract is voidable by one
party when the burden on that party is onerous. It is an onerous burden
to expect Poland to buy millions of doses of lethal injections for its
own citizens. Poland was severely traumatized by state-sanctioned mass
murder when the National SOCIALIST Party of Germany invaded Poland and
set up places like Aushwitz. The gross insensitivity to the feelings of
the people of Poland shows just how mentally ill the Pfizer executives
are.
- When people say "long Covid" they usually mean a person is
exhibiting flu-like symptoms and that must be due somehow to Covid-19.
But I have a new definition for you. Long Covid is when a business fails
three years after the "flatten the curve" shutdown due to mortal
injuries done to it by the shutdown. In the past few months, business
failures and announcements of "we're closing our doors at the end of the
year" have proliferated. Covid policy-related problems cited include:
A. Being unable to fire employees who came back with a poor work ethic
because the company took paycheck protection funds.
B. Supply chain issues.
C. Unable to obtain affordable capital.
D. Saddled with debt caused by the shutdowns and no longer able to float
it.
E. Issues resulting from jab mandates and other criminal edicts
companies were forced to comply with.
F. Some employees now insisting on wearing dust masks all the time and
consequently suffering from significant cognitive impairment.
G. Employees who are "vaccine" injured and barely able to function.
H. Non-Covid issues such as more regulations, racial hatred,
antisemitism, wokeness, pressure and harassment from LGBTQ activist,
DEI, higher energy costs, higher supply costs, and higher insurance
costs.
Other News
- Brainless wants to inflict on us taxpayers subsidies for
"sustainable" corn-based jet fuel. We already know that ethanol for
automobiles is stupid in many ways, and not just because it takes more
petroleum to produce a gallon of ethanol than it does to produce a
gallon of gasoline (apparently, Brainless has never heard of such things
as fertilizer and farm equipment). And not just because the extra land
sucked away to grow the corn means less land for carbon-sinking trees
(that's also a huge drawback to wind farms and solar farms). And not
just because ethanol damages seals or that it runs hotter than gasoline
so damages rings and other metal parts. The list goes on.... In any
case, there is no economic justification and no ecological
justification. It's just another ignorance-based dumb idea from the
libtard alternate universe.
- May Golan, Minister for the Advancement of the Status of Women of
Israel, said that when she asked former first "lady" Michael Robinson
(aka, "Michelle Obama") to condemn Hamas for its vicious attack on
Israeli women including multiple rapes and murders in the October 7
massacre, she was met with silence. And she went on, "I sent her a
description, in authentic, sworn testimony, by people who told about the
collection of severed female organs from women who had been raped, on
broken pelvises, about shocking things that … I don’t want to continue
to say in the Israel media. We know that the request has been received."
- Norman Lear passed away on 06 DEC, at the age of 101. His insight
into human nature was exemplified in hilarious television shows such as
All in the Family (and its six spin-offs), which not only entertained us
but helped us see that other people close to us are complex and flawed,
yet and part of what makes us who we are. And nobody is perfect. His
many film successes included the unforgettable Stand By Me. It's worth
noting that he was a child of Russian immigrants and served in our Air
Force in WWII.

The Rocket Pen Reader is an affordable, powerful reading assistant and reading
tutor that erases the barriers created by dyslexia and other reading problems.
It can be used privately in the classroom, avoiding stigma, thanks to the
earbuds included in the kit (it can alternatively be used without earbuds).
How it teaches reading
Before the early 1980s, public schools relied on phonics to teach reading.
This allowed any student to "sound out" a new, unfamiliar word and also
recognize its root and thereby often grasp its meaning even without a
dictionary. Then schools switched to the "Look See" method, which treated words
as individual pictograms to memorize. The results were dismal, plummeting the
USA from the top of the literacy ranks to the bottom among industrialized
countries.
The Rocket Pen puts phonics back in.
It also adds a context-driven dictionary and a context-driven thesaurus, both
powerful tools for improving reading skills. See the reading tutor functions in
the chart below.
It is the answer
The Rocket Pen Reader is the answer for helping the reading-challenged in the
classroom, special needs classes, home-schooling, and adult education. Because
of its mobile-friendly design, you can carry it with you and use it anywhere.
Not only does it read to you, it helps you learn to read (for example, by
showing you the syllable breakdown and the definition). It is super easy to use,
no need to watch a dozen videos to figure out what to do.
Based on the highly
successful ReadingPen 2 and vastly superior to the cPen Reader Pen, the
RocketPen is the latest generation in a reading tutor scanning pen. It is a
quantum leap or two beyond anything else on the market. This amazing device
retails for $499, sells for $399 on Amazon and Walmart.com, but is on sale
now for a limited time only via our eBay store at only $379!
It beats the competition

3. Brainpower tip
The Covid scam is inarguably the biggest fraud perpetrated on humanity. Ever.
What lessons have we learned from this in regards to tuning our bulls***
detectors? Here are 15 BS signals that come to mind:
- Emotional appeals such as scare tactics. When someone uses these instead
of rational arguments, your BS detector should peg its needle.
- Appeals to authority. This classis propaganda technique was heavily
used. Constant references to the CDC, as if they are infallible, with zero
supporting facts. In nearly all cases, the CDC was dead wrong and in most
cases spewing absurdities.
- Spewing of absurdities. This is a clue the vast majority of people miss.
They fail to question things. When the CDC was advising people to wear dust
masks to protect against a biohazard, that should have set off major alarm
bells. It didn't. The vast majority of people believed this stupid nonsense,
and some of them were fervent about this idiotic belief.
- Claims of omniscience. Mr. Fauci famously said, "I am the science." Yet,
everything he said (other than his early statement that masks don't work)
was wrong. Some of his BS was patently wrong on its face, and people should
have picked up on that and insisted he be removed from his highly
influential position.
- Censorship. When only one viewpoint is allowed to be expressed, it is
almost certain that viewpoint is wrong. Science, for example, is all about
challenging a hypothesis (which is why Fauci should have said, "I am
definitely NOT the science, I'm a con man.").
- Intolerance. This characteristic is rampant on the political left, which
likes to make false claims of being diverse, equitable, and inclusive. They
tolerate no diversity, they live by extreme double standards, and they
exclude (very actively, such as via deplatforming) people who do not follow
their ideology. We saw this to extremes during the height of the Covid scam,
and we are still seeing it to extremes.
- Incriminatory or accusatory statements. "If you don't get vaccinated,
you put everyone at risk" (my medicine doesn't work if you don't also take
it), and the reality-opposing, "It a pandemic of the unvaccinated". Such
statements have no bearing on the facts, they merely redirect blame from the
guilty party to the innocent ones. Most married couples have arguments in
this manner, which is why most marriages end in divorce. It's dishonest, to
say the least.
- Distorting of pertinent facts or data. It's a crime to tamper with
evidence at a crime scene, and for very good reasons. When people distort
the facts, they are trying to manipulate you. Died with Covid became "
died of Covid" even though almost nobody died of Covid. Scam!
- Hiding of pertinent facts or data.Suppose I tell you my neighbor burst
in on another neighbor while she was naked. Oh, what a terrible man. I left
out the fact her house was on fire and he risked his life to enter the
building, found her collapsed on the floor, and carried her out. She just
happened to not have any clothes on, but I focused on that and left out the
real story. We saw this tactic used repeatedly during the Covid scam.
- Illegal or immoral behavior. The so-called vaccines did not have the
fact sheet that is supposed to be in the box with every bottle of every
injectable drug. There was no informed consent. That violated a basic tenet
of Western law, including the Nuremberg Code.
- Ad hominem attacks. Why were people attacked for simply asking due
diligence kinds of questions?
- Strong-arm measures. If the "vaccines" were safe and effective and the
masking had any value, why were we not simply given evidence to back these
wild claims? Instead, hundreds of millions of people were threatened with
bank account closure, job termination, yellow stars sewn on their clothing
(whoops, I meant vaccine passports), and even being force into internment
camps.
- Claims that human rights must be subverted for the greater good. When
Arnold Schwarzenegger made his infamous "Screw your freedom" video, that
should have been the mother of all red flags. He has yet to apologize for
this, but I hope some day he will. He was one of many people using this very
abusive form of manipulation.
- Emotional responses to any attempt to discuss the issue. This was the
only response I ever got from the face diaper evangelists. No facts to back
their position.
- Citing of disreputable sources. I am shocked than anyone in Mensa would
actually read the New York Times, given how overtly biased it is. Yet when
exchanging e-mails with some Mensans about masks, they referred to articles
in that joke of a publication while I simply pointed out the pores in the
mask material were 4X the size of the virus. This always got the "saliva
cloud" argument back, to which I responded that no car has windshield wipers
on the inside and thus the saliva cloud thing is just fiction.

4. Finance tip
For the two year period ending in August of this year, the money supply grew by
83%. At the same time, the output of goods and services sharply contracted (as
evidenced by shortages of so many things). This means we have had inflation of
at least 100% in only two years, and that's a tax of 50% on every dollar-based
asset and on every dollar earned. Consequently, we have seen rents increase by
50%, and groceries not far behind and we have seen thousands of small businesses
undergo revenue losses of 80% or more as consumers close their wallets. No
amount of coupon clipping or turning down your thermostat can make up for this.
Awareness of this fact is widespread, as evidenced by the sharp decline in
discretionary spending. But those measures deal with the symptoms. What we need
is a cure.
To fix a problem, you must know its cause:
- The expansion of the money supply occurred because the socialists rammed
through one massive (trillions of dollars) spending plan after another.
These were funded by the Federal reserve, which simply "printed" the
necessary money; that is, these spending orgies were paid for with
counterfeit money.
- The contraction of output occurred due to multiple attacks (by the
socialists) on the energy sector, small businesses, and the supply chain by
various means including abuse of War Powers, Executive over-reach, and
legislation based in extreme ignorance of how things work in real life.
It does not take much analysis to show that the core problem is the
socialists have power. Therefore, the solution is to take that power away from
them. Some ways to do that:
- Boycott socialist-coddling businesses, such as Facebook, Disney, Dick's,
etc.
- Boycott Big Pharma. Stop taking their drugs to the extent possible, and
make it more possible by practicing responsible eating (eliminate highly
processed food from your diet).
- Support businesses that are obviously not woke. For example, use Rumble
instead of YouTube.
- Write to your County Elections Commission asking what measures they are
taking to ensure that voters are not disenfranchised by election fraud.
- Write to your House Rep and both of your senators every other month or
so some message about reducing federal spending dramatically, saying it
starts with the low-hanging fruit and goes from there. Ask them to say no to
any new spending, no matter what the "justification" is because we simply
cannot afford it. Don't advocate for across the board cuts, because those
are political suicide and your suggestion will be ignored. Target something
specific such as the disgraceful CDC.
- Write to the House Minority Whip and the Senate Majority Leader (both
are America-hating communists) and ask them to stop pretending that money
grows on trees. They won't stop, but at least they will receive negative
feedback on their destructive behavior.
- Write to any Ivy League University and ask that they go back to teaching
academics instead of proselytizing failed communist doctrine.
- Where you can scrounge the funds, support strongly anti-socialist
members of the House such as MTG even if you are not in their district.
- Drop truth bombs into conversations. Just a wry observation here and
there.
You cannot count on elections to oust America-hating, economically
destructive socialists from office. That's because in the USA we have huge
election integrity problems and we sane people are often disenfranchised due to
the fraud. Nobody in their right mind willingly votes for more unemployment,
vastly higher food costs, uncomfortably cold homes in the winter, food
shortages, electrical blackouts, increased violent crime, or the other
"benefits" bestowed by socialist politicians. Therefore, the existence of severe
election fraud is obvious. As lawyers say, it's "prima facie" and needs no other
proof than its mere existence. We must cut off the socialists from their
corporate sponsors and we must also work toward gaining a modicum of election
integrity. |
5. Security tip
You don't need fancy kicks or advanced martial arts techniques to take out
an attacker, even if that person is much larger than you are. The mistake
many people make in a self-defense situation is they put their hands up as
if they are in a boxing match, and they then try to go toe to toe. This
usually means they need to be a pretty good boxer. And that comes only with
a lot of practice. Even with a lot of practice, do you really want to slug
it out? Hit, get hit, hit, get hit. Or, if you do traditional karate, it's
like this. Block, counterpunch, block, counterpunch. These approaches are
not how you stop an opponent and quickly end an attack. These approaches are
how you dance with an opponent and count on luck that you won't get hurt.
And to top it off, most people will punch at their opponent's face. The
face is hard bone and it's going to hurt your hand, possibly even break some
bones.
You need to practice a little to position yourself to strike one of these
soft targets:
- The throat. This is usually fairly well-guarded, but if you face
your opponent and strike dead-on, he won't see it coming. But if his
hands are up, you won't nail this target without going through his
hands.
- The collarbone. It's not really a soft target, but if you break it
the fight is over. This requires a sharp downward strike. It's not the
easiest thing to hit unless you are in a prime position to do so.
- The femur. A downward hard blow to the femur will nearly always
disable an opponent. The pain is unreal, and one leg is taken out. If he
doesn't pass out, at least you can now easily outrun him. Drop down as
if quickly dropping into a squat and at the same time drive a hard blow
between the two muscles at about the middle of the thigh.
- The kneecap. It takes 16 lbs of sideways pressure to dislocate the
kneecap. But it the leg has to be fairly straight. This is an
opportunity strike, the opportunity might not be there.
- Side of the knee. Deliver a sharp palm strike or kick to the side of
the knee; with moderate to severe force, the knee will be taken out of
service. The pain is unreal.
- Top of the instep. Stomp down hard. Very painful.
- Fingers. If you can grab the hand and punch his fingers from the
ends, you will probably break at least three of them. A hard punch to
the back of the hand is also effective.
You probably noticed I omitted gut-punching and I omitted hitting the
solar plexus. Why? First of all, these are usually too well-guarded. They
are not easy targets. Second, a gut punch may not work because your opponent
might stiffen his abs or have a big roll of fat there and the solar plexus
is a fairly small target. If you are accurate enough and skilled enough to
punch the xiphoid process back, you can do serious damage to your opponent;
but that gets back to hours of practice.
Memorizing these seven targets and then practicing attacking them with
punches (and kicks, if you can) will greatly improve your personal security
(unless you have already done so). You should practice (gently, in slow
motion) with a partner to get a feel for how these work and how they don't
work (your partner needs to react in slow motion and try to counter you).
You should also practice at high speed but with "ultra soft contact". Once
you have these down, then you can recall that training through visualization
and program yourself for immediate, automatic responses where you easily
obliterate one of these soft targets.
Yes, carrying a firearm is a good idea. But there are criminal safety
zones everywhere, the gun is heavy, and in most cases you will use it to
psychologically stop your opponent. I personally prefer to inflict injury on
someone who takes on the predator persona, and striking one of these seven
soft targets is how I have done that when confronted.
Which brings up another point. I haven't been confronted by an assailant
in a very long time. I think it's because I no longer work and travel in
places where there's a high rate of violence. But I am prepared, no matter
where I am. You would do well to prepare, because you just never know what
is going to occur in places you thought were safe. |

Now is the time of year that people are fattening up, and next month many
will yet again resolve to get fit in the new year. And yet again, they will
start out and yet again they will drop out. The main reason people drop out
is they don't get much in the way of results so they don't get the emotional
reward that keeps them going. Here is how to have a really great workout:
- Make a plan and a schedule. Decide on which workouts you will do and
on which days. Remember, you must push a given muscle group to its
limits and you must generate a high level of metabolic stress.
- While training, remember it's only a half hour not all day. Use that
half hour to totally focus on what you are doing.
- Ensure each muscle that is worked gets worked to its full range of
motion. Emphasize training at the stretched position, this is where the
most gains happen.
- Don't skip workouts. If you train right after breakfast (and get up
early enough that you have time to do that before going to work), your
workout for the day is done and you don't have to worry that something
will get in the way of doing it.
- Use the best location for you. I have equipment at home and train at
home. Thus, I don't have to add 30 minutes of roundtrip driving to a gym
and don't have to pay membership fees. For some people, not going to the
gym is an obstacle; they need the ritual and they need to be with
others. Some people do "body weight only" workouts at a park near their
home.
- Remove obstacles. What was an excuse you used or heard someone else
use last year to delay, defer, or derail training? Find a solution.
- Ask for help. Have a qualified person look at your routine for
whatever muscle group you are doing on a given day and make suggestions
for improving it. If you need to hire a trainer to get this, hire a
trainer. Small changes can make huge differences.
- Don't show off. Forget about 1 rep maximums, and don't be at all
concerned whether other people will think you are a pansy for not using
enough weight. Your results will speak volumes to people who understand,
so focus on form instead of how much weight you are using.
- Balance volume and intensity. This is a tough one, and exactly where
the balance point should be varies with the individual. You need
intensity to get the cellular damage and you need volume to get the
metabolic stress, the time under tension, and the capillarization. A
good general formula is 6 to 10 reps in good form (intensity) and 4 sets
of each exercise (volume) plus multiple exercises for each muscle or
group (e.g., for lats narrow grip pull-downs, wide grip pull-downs,
pull-ups, and chin-ups).
- Use cheater devices where necessary. For example, I use bands to
help me do more pull-ups and chin-ups to get my volume up.
- Change it up sometimes. I don't always do things in the same order.
And sometimes I just replace an exercise with something else. This keeps
you from pacing yourself. You want to challenge yourself with each rep
and each set.
- Keep a positive mental attitude. Look forward to your training
sessions. They aren't something to "get through", they are something
that will make you physically, emotionally, and mentally better. They
significantly boost your immunity, improve blood flow to your brain,
release endorphins, help optimize your endocrine system, signal your
body to store calcium in your bones, retard aging, etc.

7. Factoid
There has not been a single verified death from Covid-19 in over three years.
But deaths from the "Covid vaccine" have surpassed the deaths from all vaccines
combined in all of history and the number is still rising. |
8. Thought for the Day
The perpetrators of the Covid scam devastated small businesses, attacked
religious freedom, and (via the "vaccines") killed millions of people. If they
can get away with this, what will they try next?
