1. Good News: Where the Intel is Good
Defending Against Hate
- https://youtu.be/D5R1iAvKavo
The Junior Senator from Kansas on helping Israel.
-
https://twitter.com/RepMTG/status/1721612254536188205 MTG.
- Tlaib is becoming increasingly radioactive, and several Democrats
have already distanced themselves from her. Another member of The Squad
is about to take a fall and not come back. Two down, two to go. They
have added two more morons, but said morons don't have much pull and
probably never will.
- And, this whacko was officially censored by the House of
Representatives. Let's hope the voters in her District do the same
thing. She doesn't deserve to be in Congress, she deserves to be in a
padded cell.
Fighting Communism
- House Republicans are using their power of the purse strings to
fight communism, through a series of amendments to a government funding
bill. As reported in Blabber Buzz, "One such amendment, proposed by Rep.
Mike Collins, R-Ga., seeks to stop funding for the office of Vice
President Kamala Harris. Several other amendments are aimed at the White
House Office of Gun Violence Prevention. In a bold move, Rep. Marjorie
Taylor Greene, R-Ga., has proposed an amendment to reduce the salary of
Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Commissioner Daniel Werfel to a mere $1.
The Offices of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (ODEIA)
within the Biden administration have also been targeted by the GOP's
cost-cutting proposals. Rep. Greg Steube, R-Fla., has proposed an
amendment to defund the Treasury's ODEIA, while Rep. Harriet Hageman, R-Wyo.,
has targeted the Office of Personnel Management with a similar
amendment."
- See this 2 page document:
https://docs.fcc.gov/public/attachments/DOC-398244A1.pdf. That's
quite scary! I wish the author had a better grasp of grammar ("laying
fallow" instead of "lying fallow") but otherwise it was well-written.
Please share that with other people, because awareness of this
particular tumor in the socialist cancer would really help people to
understand why it is so vital that we support Republican candidates for
the House. Even if you are registered Democrat, you need to support the
Republican running for the House seat in your district; this will
actually help save your party (think about why that is). So share it
with your Democrat friends and let them see this example of vastly
destructive overreach that their DINO party is embarking on. And point
out there are so few Democrats in the DINO party that only Republicans
can stop the cancer from killing the host.
- I finally decided to check "Obamacare" (the unaffordabe care act
scam). Asking for the minimum "coverage" I found the monthly rate was
about $900 per scammer (er, I mean "health care insurance provider").
Even if I qualified for a govt subsidy, the fact remains this is
excessively expensive insurance. And it's not the government that
subsidizes, it's all of us. If all of use got "free" Obummercare, we'd
simply be taxed $900+ a month somehow to cover the subsidies. By
refusing this insurance and refusing any possible subsidy, I am helping
to fight communism (the elitist govt controls the means of production
and distribution, and citizens have no property rights).
- The censoring of Tliab was the first salvo that really hurt the
socialists. The next salvo is impeachment of Alejandro "refuses to
answer the question" Mayorkas. That is combined with an attempt to
reduce his salary to $1, which would still leave him overpaid by $1.
- The National Small Business Association is fighting hard to stop
this mis-legislation that clearly was intended to destroy the vast
majority of small businesses in the USA. Read the full story here:

The Ongoing Covid Scam: Tidbits
- The government of Germany is sitting on millions of doses of the
clot shot. While the gas chambers worked well for psychopaths in the
1940s, the toxic injection thing isn't going so well in Germany in 2022
and 2023. As reported in Frontline News, "Earlier this year the
government threw out 29 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine after
discarding 54 million doses at the end of 2022, resulting in a €1.6
billion ($1.7 billion) loss. As recently as June the German government
was sitting on 120 million unused doses and has purchased approximately
14.1 million more for the XBB 1.5 variant. But only 2.5 million people
have received at least one booster, leaving the German government facing
a total loss of more than €4 billion ($4.3 billion) according to rough
estimates." My advice to the German government? Destroy every dose of
the toxic injections and sue the manufacturers for the purchase price
and disposal costs.
- The experimental gene therapy that is dishonestly called a "vaccine"
affects genes. No surprise there. Now we know it damages genes, that's
its effect. It makes the spike protein factory persistent, causing a
state of permanent immunity loss and myocarditis risk in the jab victim.
Genes are inherited. That should also be no surprise. Thus, there is a
huge demand for sperm from men who never got jabbed (aka, the
"unvaccinated").

The Rocket Pen Reader is an affordable, powerful reading assistant and reading
tutor that erases the barriers created by dyslexia and other reading problems.
It can be used privately in the classroom, avoiding stigma, thanks to the
earbuds included in the kit (it can alternatively be used without earbuds).
How it teaches reading
Before the early 1980s, public schools relied on phonics to teach reading.
This allowed any student to "sound out" a new, unfamiliar word and also
recognize its root and thereby often grasp its meaning even without a
dictionary. Then schools switched to the "Look See" method, which treated words
as individual pictograms to memorize. The results were dismal, plummeting the
USA from the top of the literacy ranks to the bottom among industrialized
countries.
The Rocket Pen puts phonics back in.
It also adds a context-driven dictionary and a context-driven thesaurus, both
powerful tools for improving reading skills. See the reading tutor functions in
the chart below.
It is the answer
The Rocket Pen Reader is the answer for helping the reading-challenged in the
classroom, special needs classes, home-schooling, and adult education. Because
of its mobile-friendly design, you can carry it with you and use it anywhere.
Not only does it read to you, it helps you learn to read (for example, by
showing you the syllable breakdown and the definition). It is super easy to use,
no need to watch a dozen videos to figure out what to do.
Based on the highly
successful ReadingPen 2 and vastly superior to the cPen Reader Pen, the
RocketPen is the latest generation in a reading tutor scanning pen. It is a
quantum leap or two beyond anything else on the market. This amazing device
retails for $499, sells for $399 on Amazon and Walmart.com, but is on sale
now for a limited time only via our eBay store at only $379!
It beats the competition

3. Brainpower tip
A long-time friend who is a liberal (but not a libtard) got into a friendly
exchange with me, where he was referencing the New York Times. The issue at hand
was socialism. He just doesn't see it as the mental illness it is. He actually
sees it as something to aspire to, even though it has always left a trail of
impoverishment wherever it has been tried. Liberals hold up the Scandinavian
countries as examples of socialism success. What they don't know, because they
live in a echo chamber and rely on socialism cheerleading rags like the NTY, is
the Scandinavian countries have been backpedalling on socialist programs and
policies. That is, rejecting them and going back to non-socialist ones. These
countries started off wealthy, unlike most countries that go into socialism.
Most countries that try it start out poor and end up even more poor. Some, like
Venezuela, start off wealthy and end up totally devastated. The Scandinavian
countries saw themselves heading down this same path and "reversed their
thrusters".
And socialism inevitably impoverishing? Because when you remove the
motivation to work hard or to innovate, you no longer get hard work or
innovation. A major strength of the Scandinavian nations was their work ethic.
That went away among their youth, with young people staying on the dole and not
working. When they did work, they did so almost grudgingly. You can see this
reflected in the fortunes of companies like Nokia, once a major player. You now
see this playing out in the USA. Small business owners (who provide the vast
majority of jobs) report in survey after survey that they can't find people who
are reliable and willing to work.
I explained the Scandinavian results to my friend, who replied that he'd
never heard of such a thing. I told him of course not, extremely biased
disinformation sources like the NYT doesn't publish the truth so he won't find
it there. He replied that he trusted the NYT and then he disparaged the Wall
Street Journal as if I am stupid enough to trust that publisher of
disinformation. In his world, the WSJ is the "right wing" alternative to the NYT
and people align themselves with one or the other. In reality, they both lead
you to a badly distorted view of the world. Both are tertiary sources, and such
sources are inherently unreliable. He automatically assumed since I wasn't in
the NYT echo chamber I must be in the WSJ echo chamber, and he made that
assumption due to the "us vs. them" propaganda of the left.
Below is what I wrote to him. Some good brainpower lessons are in this
response, see if you can identify them:
My response about "sources"
You should not trust the NYT. It is extremely biased and it seems almost as
if they have a fact checking team removing facts. The rag is into political
propagandizing, not reporting. I won't subscribe to WSJ, either--another
fact-averse rag. Like the NYT, it is based in NYC so everything is seen through
that cultural lens. But the world is much bigger than NYC.
It is likely the case that every publisher of "news" has to slant it to
appeal to their subscriber base. This is why I have avoided all "news" sources
for decades--they are tertiary sources so inherently suspect. Primary sources,
such as actual videos of events taking place, are inherently authentic. That
kind of information is heavily censored, but it can be found.
I do read non-news magazines, and I learn a lot that way. I'm just not up on
the latest narratives except for what people tell me. And what they tell me is
almost always wrong. I generally don't cite "sources" because I don't believe
they can be trusted. People will see what they want to see, and that's how they
choose which sources to trust--the ones that align with what they already
believe. Echo chambers abound.
Often, you just need to understand the subject. Socialism, for example,
always ends badly and that is an inherent effect of it. We have over a century
of case histories, and so far not a single "win". And there never will be. The
same goes for unregulated capitalism, which is another name for cronyism.
Sometimes, it's very easy to spot the BS. When Fauci and the CDC blathered
about wearing a dust mask to stop a biohazard, I went back to my third grade
math and determined that 300 is over 4 times as big as 70. And that's just the
filter medium and its maximum capacity. The spec is the mask filters out "up to"
95% of particles .300 nm or larger. Did you know that I own up to 95% of the
nuclear missiles in the world, in addition to holding up to 95% of its gold
bullion?
I have also had sex with up to 95% of famous actresses. "Up to 95%" includes
any number from 95 down to zero. When they called the experimental gene therapy
a vaccine, I smelled a rat. When they said taking it was necessary to stop
transmission, I was unable to observe a single vaxxed person duly encapsulated
in a hermetic bubble (the only thing that can stop transmission). I didn't need
some newspaper or some studies to inform me, just understanding basic facts and
applying common sense was sufficient to sort the BS from the reality.
Once I got my hands on the Pfizer trial document, I saw this scam for what it
really is. I have attached that for your perusal, and I am sure the NYT has been
totally quiet about this devastating (to the scam) information. Pfizer knew
their drug was neither safe nor effective. It took attorneys filing multiple
FOIAs to get this. Now jab victims are winning one lawsuit after another.
===
Anyhow, I would never make our friendship conditional on your agreeing with
me on larger social issues or anything else. And I know you would cop that
attitude either. Besides, nobody in power cares what either of us thinks. And
there's the fact I don't like echo chambers. I would really start to worry if
everyone I know agreed with me on most everything. I would conclude we have all
been snookered. |
4. Finance tip
Have you been fooled by the federal jobs reports? Allegedly, unemployment is
down. As economists say, "In relation to what?" And therein lies the key to
understanding this big lie. Each month, the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS,
or "BS" if you want to be accurate) publishes the data on how many Americans
hold jobs, how many are officially unemployed, etc. Then they massively revise
the historical data and publish the current data unrevised the same way. This
creates massively distorted numbers.
For example, let's say (for simplicity's sake) last month there were 10,000
Americans working but this month there are 9,950 working. That's a significant
decrease. But if we go back and revise the historical data (coming up with some
rationale that we don't apply to the current numbers), then last month there
were 9,000 Americans working and this month 9,950. That's a significant
increase.
The Biden misadministration has been doing this kind of revision to every
economic indicator the federal government publishes. This is why those numbers
do not align with what you see in the real world of buying groceries or finding
a better-paying job. Those numbers do not align with the massive increase of
small business debt, consumer credit card debt, mortgage rates, apartment
leasing costs, automobile costs, etc. Nor do they align with the nearly total
disappearance of affordable business credit.
On this last point, we used to be able to get an unsecured 18 month loan at
less than 2% APR--even as late as President Trump's last year in office. Now,
not even three years into the coup, we are being pitched 5 month loans at 60%
APR (no typo, sixty percent) dozens of times per week (mostly e-mail, but also
robo-dialers). A lot of small business owners don't understand the math and are
taking these loans. Before the coup, these loan sharks charged 30% APR; their
cost has doubled. What about those sources that offered the <2% APR loans? They
have risen to about 7%, but the terms are typically 6 to 8 months. Capital is
much more expensive, much harder to get, and much harder to service. On this
last point, being able to service it, that's because revenues are sharply down.
Many small businesses are scraping along at 20% or so of what they were earning
before the coup.
And yet, the socialists would have us believe the economy is strong. That's
like expecting us to believe a dust mask protects you from a biohazard, pretty
stupid isn't it?
Since the numbers are obviously false and your experiences are obviously
true, what are you to do? Here are some tips:
- Point out the farce to people you know, especially if they usually vote
Democrat. Don't argue, just explain.
- Identify ways you waste money. Even small ways add up, for example
standing in front of the freezer with the door open to get ice cubes,
instead of removing the tray, closing the door, getting your cubes, and
putting the tray back. Standing in your doorway to speak to someone on your
porch in the winter is another way of essentially writing a check for an
extra payment to the utility company. If you use paper towels instead of
washable rags, you have identified yet another way to waste money.
- Identify ways you can save money. For example, combine trips. Or buy
econo size containers of things that keep for a while such as oats, beans,
and rice.
Repeat the above for your city, county, state, and federal governments. Send
your rep a short explanation of the bogus numbers, and state:
The supply of money increased 83% in the two years ending August of 2023
while at the same time the basket of goods and services shrank sharply as is
evidenced by shortages everywhere. This means an inflation rate of over 100% in
that time. We must do some belt-tightening, so please identify two ways the City
(or whatever entity) wastes money and identify two ways the City can save money
in addition to eliminating that waste. Then pursue it and let me know how I can
help you make your case. Thanks! |
5. Security tip
Some common ploys used by criminals and psychopaths:
- An IRS agent disguised as a human being. Some of them are very
convincing. Don't be fooled.
- A con man pretending to be a doctor. A prime example is Anthony
Fauci, an ignorant little troll who is also a compulsive liar. His
deceptions are responsible for millions of deaths in the USA alone.
- A member of the House of Representatives claiming to represent you.
Since so few members of Congress actually represent their constituents
(it's estimated to be about 12 out of 435) rather than large
corporations (Big Pharma, Big Agra, etc.), you likely face this ploy.
- An idiot who is skilled at gaslighting and backbiting pretending to
be a manager, just because s/he fooled others into giving him/her
repeated promotions.
- And, of course, the oft-mentioned gas company man who comes to your
door asking to come in but he's not really with the gas company.
The list of ploys is, of course, much longer. How do you identify the bad
actors and avoid becoming a victim? Some tips:
- Look for inconsistencies. For example, nobody with a conscience
would become an IRS agent. A person who does that gives up his humanity
to become something else, something evil. Then there's the alleged gas
man whose "company vehicle" isn't parked in sight because it doesn't
have the utility's logo on the door because it's his own 15 year old
beater sedan. Also look for inconsistencies within what this person
tells you. This is probably your most powerful tool for detecting a con
artist or BS slinger.
- Look for implausibilities. As soon as Fauci said a dust mask
protects you from a biohazard, any credibility he had should have been
zero from that point forward.
- Follow the money. Who stands to profit?
- Look for competence. Not claims of competence, and not titles or
diplomas. Actual, demonstrated competence. Fauci, for example, bilked
the taxpayers for decades pretending he could lead a team to develop a
vaccine against HIV (this isn't possible, because of the rate of
evolution of HIV). He never did any original research and his "work" is
not cited in any medical publications.
- Sense the sweetness. Does this person give too many compliments or
in other ways act too positive? You can spot the idiot boss, by
observing the contrast between his buttkissing behavior toward the
higher-ups and the butt-kicking behavior toward his subordinates.
- Keep things real. Fat old men who fall for the idea that a 22 year
old hottie they "met" online would want to have a romantic relationship
with them are not being realistic. They send her $5,000 for some
"emergency" and they don't hear from her again. Actually, "she" is a fat
old man in Romania or somewhere simply conning the other fat old man.
In essence, you need to be alert and aware. Rather than extending the
benefit of the doubt until some major proof (e.g., the "gas man" pulls
out a knife) something's amiss, look for what is out of place or simply
"off". Try to tell if it doesn't smell right. Look for behavior that is
too creepy, too cloying, or too harmonious (and thus manipulative). Look
for signs that it's scripted or insincere. If someone offers you
something for nothing (a common ploy of the socialists aka "Democrat
Party"), you are almost certainly a target of a con. If it sounds too
good to be true, well, you know the rest of that adage I am sure. Am I
saying you need to be paranoid and suspicious of everybody? All the
time? No, that would take the fun out of life. But so does being conned
out of large amounts of money or being conned into getting an injection
that has far more harm than benefit. Or simply having your time wasted
by a BS slinger when you could have been spending your time doing
something useful and fulfilling. So I guess what I am saying is to vet
people by being paranoid and suspicious until you get to know them by
observing how they behave under a variety of conditions and
circumstances. Showing initial trust is a good social skill, but having
initial trust is a poor security practice. Balance the two. |

A common strategy for reducing body fat is to "cut carbs". While this
appears to be effective, it's a flawed strategy. I will explain why, and
then outline a correct strategy. First, if by "cut carbs" the person means
to reduce highly processed foods such as pretzels, bagels, bread, cane
sugar, HFC, etc., those are things you should not be eating anyhow. I have
absolutely none of these in my diet. They serve no purpose, they damage your
health, and they are not satisfying. Going from having them in your diet to
not having them in your diet will of course result in lower body fat unless
they are replaced with an equal amount of other calories.
It's also worth noting that "low fat", uh, "foods" are nearly always
heat-damaged foods that have had their fat replaced with sugar and/or
detergent. That's right, detergent. Fat is creamy and satisfying, if you
remove it from, say yogurt, you need to replace it with something that kind
of do a similar job. If you read the ingredients label and then look up each
ingredient, you will almost certainly find a surfactant (detergent) has been
added. Low fat dairy has the added "benefit" of being sterilized (robbed if
its digestion-aiding enzymes and other nutrients), so don't drink low fat
milk and don't eat low fat cottage cheese, yogurt, or cheese. Also, these
taste so bland and are so unsatisfying that a person consuming them almost
certainly is adding sugar somewhere.
Why cutting carbs makes no sense
The idea of "macronutrients" has been hyped up in the bodybuilding world.
It's a simple way to look at food. It's too simple. For one thing, no whole
food falls into the category of fat, carb, or protein (only highly processd
foods do).
For example, what about a banana? Bodybuilders say it's a carb. Yet, it
has the same 20 amino acids that a steak does. And that would make it a
protein. What about an avocado? It's a great source of healthy fats, plus
like any other plant food it has the same 20 amino acids as any piece of
meat does. And it contains carbohydrates.
Let's set this science aside for a moment and assume you actually can
divide foods up this way. Perhaps you identify the major micro and that
would make meat a protein and kale a carb (even though kale is high in
protein). So following the "low carb" path, you cut back on fruits and
vegetables. And oats, rice, and sweet potatoes. What happens as a result?
You don't have the fuel to truly push your workouts. That's major flaw
number one, because you reduce the adaptive response which, due to the
higher testosterone it provides, makes you leaner. So you cut carbs and get
both fatter and weaker.
What is the normal response to this? Eat more protein! The problem here
is if you have a whole food diet (you ditched the highly processed junk),
you get plenty of protein in your diet already. Maybe all you need. Scarfing
down protein drinks to help make up for what is a carb deficiency means you
get excess protein. Your body cannot store protein. So your body breaks down
protein, and that process uses up at least some of the nitrogen you need to
build muscularity and vascularity. In addition to breaking the protein down
into amino acids (good), your body converts the excess into carbohydrates
which then get converted to fat and stored in the liver and other places.
What to do instead
You want to reduce total calories, not play games with macros. That said,
you will find the highest calorie density in fats. So we do play the macro
game just a little. Avocadoes, olive oil, and nuts are commonly eaten fats
in the body building world. Fats are twice as calorie dense as
carbohydrates. So reduce foods high in fat, but keep eating them because you
need the fat. But we don't focus on fats. Or any other macro. You can eat
smaller sweet potatoes rather than cutting them out (because they are "carbs").
Definitely reduce the amount of protein supplementation you do.
Am I advocating portion control? That is very hard for most people,
including me. So that's not what I aim for. Even though I meal prep and have
a lot of control over portion size during that process, I don't quite seem
to get the meals much smaller. That's partly because I use many different
ingredients. So what you do is eliminate an ingredient temporarily; that
will make the meal a little smaller and you won't really notice. For
example, during my leaning down phase I run out of avocadoes so a few meals
that normally get prepped with them don't get prepped with them. I like a
banana every afternoon. Even though it's only 90 calories, skipping a banana
every now and then helps me reduce overall calories. The same with skipping
a protein shake. You don't have to work hard at this or skip consistently to
see results in a reasonable time. All you're doing is snipping at the edges,
the way a sniper helps fight a guerilla war by taking out a few troops here
and there.
What about skipping entire meals? That's a very bad idea. Eat all six.
Remember what I said about excess protein? If you spread your protein out
over six meals (or eight, as some ultra-athletes do), you have less to
absorb and any one time and therefore less to create uric acid and less to
convert to fat.
Get your "carbs" because you need the energy. And also because the foods
classified this way have the highest nutrient density and you cannot be
healthy without them. |

7. Factoid
"Guns for criminals only" is a core belief among Democrats. It wasn't always
this way. JFK, for example, was a member of the NRA. |
8. Thought for the Day
Nothing tastes as good as slim feels. Plenty of food that doesn't make you
fat, sick, or stupid tastes quite good. So don't give in to eating something bad
just because it tastes good.

The purpose of this publication is to inform and empower its readers (and save you money!).
The views expressed in this e-newsletter are generally not shared by socialists or
other brainwashed individuals. That's because those fools live in an alternate reality
and have not bothered to learn the basics of how life works. They cannot do
basic math, cannot apply logic, and cannot be bothered to learn the basic facts
relevant to any topic that they are passionate about.
Except where noted, this e-newsletter is entirely the work of Mark Lamendola. Anything presented as fact can be independently verified.
Where sources are not given, they are readily available to anyone who makes the effort.
Mark provides information from either research or his own areas of established expertise. Sometimes, what appears to be a personal opinion is the only possibility when applying sound logic--reason it out before judging! (That said, some personal opinions do appear on occasion).
Personal note from Mark: I value each and every one of you, and I hope that shows in the diligent effort I put into writing this e-newsletter.
It is an act of service, almost no money is generated for me through this
