1. Good News: Where the Intel is Good
Fighting Terrorism, #1
After facing intense scrutiny from Congressional Republicans, the
Institute of Reprobates and Sociopaths has ended its decades-long practice
of "field visits". These are unannounced visits to victim homes, where the
IRS whacko typically gains entry via deceit. Once inside the home, the
terrorist goes into a flurry of gaslighting and emotional abuse.

Mayorkas waffles on anti-Semitism:

Fighting Terrorism, #3
Let's not castigate Muslims in response to the terrorist attacks on
Israel. It's not an us vs. them situation, though Brainless and the other
hatemongers are trying hard to manipulate it into one. For example, consider
the strikingly beautiful (inside and out) Muslim immigrant Dalia al-Aqidi.
She lives in the People's Republic of Minnesota, and is a Republican seeking
to unseat the very insane Omar. She had visited Israel only days before the
terrorist attacks. Here are two quotes from her:
- "Hamas is a terrorist group and whoever supports these terrorists
don't belong to the United States of America, the land of the free."
- " When they call for a free Palestine and call ‘from the river to
the sea,’ this is a call for a genocide. Black Lives Matter and all
these far-left progressives have no clue what they're chanting about."
In the immediate aftermath of the 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center,
President Bush called upon Americans not to go into Muslim-hating mode. Many
Muslims died in those towers as well. At the time, I was heavily involved in
the IEEE, Kansas City Chapter as an officer. There were a couple of Muslims
who were heavy contributors and they were the kind of people you can't help
but like and respect. They were as shocked and outraged as the rest of us,
but they were also scared because of a possible backlash against people of
their faith. Nothing of the sort precipitated here, but what did happen was
many non-Muslims told these fine fellows, "You are my friend. If anything
happens, call me."
What we have are some bad actors. Castigating Muslims and hating them in
response to the attacks on Israel would be like hating all Irish people
because of the attacks of Irishmen Barry Soetoro (aka Obama, who is 50%
Irish and something like 46% Arabic) and Brainless Biden on America. And,
yes, those attacks unleashed a sh**storm of violence. Not on par with the
rockets on Israel, but pretty bad.
Israel's response has been to try to wipe out Hamas. Not Palestinians.
The Hamas terrorists have used the tactic of hiding in civilian areas, but
Israel really has no choice but to go after them. It's a fight to the death,
and if there's collateral damage that's just unfortunate. The USA should
step up by punishing our own bad actors, starting with Brainless himself who
instigated this whole thing. Forget about impeachment, send him to Nuremberg
to stand trial and then sleep better at night after he's been hung.
Fighting Wildfires and Propaganda
Recently, I remarked to a liberal that this summer Canada had almost 600
fires that were officially "out of control". Her response was to blame
global warming. The reality is only 13% of fires are from natural causes.
The rest are due to humans. This includes deliberate arson and carelessness,
plus things like equipment malfunctions. We can all see today how carelessly
people drive cars and also that many are deliberately dangerous. So the idea
that the increase in fires from these two causes is no stretch. We need to
avoid jumping to conclusions that support the propaganda, and instead look
at the actual data. Regarding the fires, there's a good article in the
November/December issue of Discover Magazine.
The Devil Among Us
- The Democrats fought against ending slavery.
- The Democrats gave us the IRS.
- The Democrats fight against election integrity.
- The Democrats steal our property through ever-higher taxation,
ever-increasing government waste, and absurdly irresponsible spending.
- The Democrats steal our liberty by imposing useless regulations.
- The Democrats make us unsafe by defunding our police.
- Not a single Democrat in Congress has come forward to stand against
the Covid scam. Several Republicans have (Ron Johnson, Rand Paul, Roger
Marshall, etc.), and the number is growing.
It's also true that the Democrats gave us both World Wars. Wilson said
we'd stay out, so everyone else went to war and THEN we joined. Then Wilson
pretty much dictated terms; these were so harsh, they guaranteed a second
world war. As if the Holocaust were not slaughter enough, yet another
Democrat gave $6 billion to Iran which then predictably rained rockets on
Israel. This is the same Democrat who has just about depleted our munitions
vis a vis Ukraine--where we have no business being involved.
The Republicans aren't perfect, of course. And the Libertarians are
struggling to be consequential. Given their track record, it would seem to
any rational observer that voting for a Democrat or supporting the
Democratic Party in any way is an act of self-destruction. The fact that
people do it is kind of a Stockholm Syndrome thing, and we need to get them
to stop.
Defending Against Socialism/Communism
- The disgraced Mike Pence dropped out of the 2024 Presidential race.
Pence had the authority under the Constitution to remand the 2020
election to the states, but sold out America and let the fraud go
through. The consequences to the country in blood and treasure have been
immense. How many other weaklings will drop out?
- President Trump has been elected twice, so isn't eligible to run for
a third term. The mitigating factor is the results of the last election
were changed by massive and obvious fraud, preventing him from actually
taking office--so perhaps he legally could run again. The fact is the
socialists, RINOs, and other criminals possess great wealth and power
and they will not let him take office again. They really chafed over the
50 year low in unemployment, energy independence, peace in the Middle
East, and our meeting the CO2 target without hobbling the economy (all
of which Brainless has destroyed).
- The best thing our current President (the one who won the last
election) can do is stand aside and let some other poor sap inherit both
Biden's mess and the wrath of the America haters. Perhaps the second
best thing he can do is stop repeating himself every time he speaks. Or
any time he speaks.
The Ongoing Covid Scam: Tidbits
- The makers of the "Covid vaccines" have yet to show ANY benefit from
these experimental medications. However, we now have reams of data
showing immense harms. Even if these drugs were harmless, why bother to
take them? But they aren't harmless, they are essentially a game of
Russian roulette. And many people are convinced that pulling the trigger
is a good thing.
- Visit Steve Kirsch' Substack and you'll find research showing the
"vaccine" has killed a large number of people. Research showing it saved
anybody does not exist.

The Rocket Pen Reader is an affordable, powerful reading assistant and reading
tutor that erases the barriers created by dyslexia and other reading problems.
It can be used privately in the classroom, avoiding stigma, thanks to the
earbuds included in the kit (it can alternatively be used without earbuds).
How it teaches reading
Before the early 1980s, public schools relied on phonics to teach reading.
This allowed any student to "sound out" a new, unfamiliar word and also
recognize its root and thereby often grasp its meaning even without a
dictionary. Then schools switched to the "Look See" method, which treated words
as individual pictograms to memorize. The results were dismal, plummeting the
USA from the top of the literacy ranks to the bottom among industrialized
countries.
The Rocket Pen puts phonics back in.
It also adds a context-driven dictionary and a context-driven thesaurus, both
powerful tools for improving reading skills. See the reading tutor functions in
the chart below.
It is the answer
The Rocket Pen Reader is the answer for helping the reading-challenged in the
classroom, special needs classes, home-schooling, and adult education. Because
of its mobile-friendly design, you can carry it with you and use it anywhere.
Not only does it read to you, it helps you learn to read (for example, by
showing you the syllable breakdown and the definition). It is super easy to use,
no need to watch a dozen videos to figure out what to do.
Based on the highly
successful ReadingPen 2 and vastly superior to the cPen Reader Pen, the
RocketPen is the latest generation in a reading tutor scanning pen. It is a
quantum leap or two beyond anything else on the market. This amazing device
retails for $499, sells for $399 on Amazon and Walmart.com, but is on sale
now for a limited time only via our eBay store at only $379!
It beats the competition

3. Brainpower tip
The population control measure deceptively called "Daylight Savings Time" works
pretty well. For a three week period following each of the two annual clock
changes, there's a spike in traffic fatalities and industrial accidents. If
you're into reducing the population and don't mind being one of the "reduced",
then you may see nothing wrong with playing this particular lottery. However,
there's more to it than simply eliminating living human beings. Also
documented with the deaths are disfigurings, dismemberments, and a significant
productivity drop. It's this third item that is the subject of this Brainpower
Tip. The productivity drop is due to the brain fog that develops from sleep
deprivation. The Sleep Institute has found that being only 10% sleep deprived
reduces your mental acuity to the same level as if you were legally drunk
(according to thresholds established by most states). But why the brain fog?
The brain does not have the same waste removal system the rest of the body
has. It relies on the lymph system, or more specifically to the brain the glymph
system. Waste builds up during waking hours, and the brain has to go into
"maintenance mode" (sleep) to remove it. It takes X amount of time to remove the
waste, shorten the time and you don't get the job completed. With the clock
changes being a full hour, the amount of remnant waste is significant. You lose
not 1/8th of your cleansing time but more like 80% (depending on when you go
into REM, etc.).
The IQ drop is significant and according to decades of data it lasts for at
least three weeks. You end up developing maladaptive coping strategies, for
example doing less than your best because you can't do your best. Go through
this twice a year, and you train yourself to operate at a lower level of
intelligence no matter what your IQ is. A dependency can set in, making this
problem permanent.
Now, think of those waste products again. They are toxic, which is why your
body wants them outa there. Leave them in, and you not only have brain fog but
you have significantly increased risk of Alzheimer's (the hippocampus dissolves
until you are basically a vegetable, then you die). That is one documented
effect of repeated sleep deprivation, and if you just think about those waste
products it is no leap of logic to conclude there are other negative effects on
your mental and physical health. Reduced immunity is one such documented
negative effect. And it's not just that and premature death to consider, but the
impairment during the sickness and along the way to that premature death.
All of this means that we have strong incentives to deal rationally with the
clock change problem. Here are some possible solutions.
- Go on "military time", aka "Zulu Time". When you have operations in
every time zone, it can be confusing as to what is meant by 2:00. The same
holds true for astronomers, shipping companies, and others who need an
absolute time reference. In the little town of Greenwich, UK, there's a line
that is set as "zero hour" or the reference point for all time systems. That
is how we came up with "Greenwich Mean Time" (GMT), which in 1972 was
renamed Coordinated Universal Time. No, the acronym is not CUT, it's UTC.
I don't find this to be a good solution, because the vast majority of
businesses, agencies, and individuals set their clocks to local time. That
said, it can be useful to also include UTC when communicating with people
several time zones away.
- Work up to it, change the clock, but change your schedule by half. Make
a half hour adjustment to your schedule each time. Go ahead and change your
clock, but about 6 weeks out start going to be 5 minutes earlier each week.
The change is gradual and it adds up to only half the total offset. So
instead of eating lunch at 1200, I would eat it at 1130. Or I would do 1145
and 1215. I used this approach for many years, it worked well for me.
I recommend this approach for most people.
- Work up to it, change the clock, change your schedule by one hour. This
is essentially full "DST" but it doesn't hit you all at once. Start two
months out and go to bed 5 minutes earlier each week. You won't be fully on
the new schedule circadian rhythm-wise by the time the clock changes, but
you've blunted the worst of it.
I recommend this approach for people who don't want to change their schedule
by 15 minutes. But the problem with this approach is during the winter you
are always in adjustment mode because there are only 4 months of DST.
- Don't change your clocks or your schedule. This is my current approach,
and it has worked well for me for many years. It should go completely
unnoticed by others, unless they see my clocks (other than the ones that
change automatically such as computers and phones) or unless they are used
to my eating lunch at noon in the summer and can't fathom why I'm eating it
an hour earlier (or in reality, at the same unchanged time as before--it's
their clock that changed).
I recommend this approach to people who don't want any brain impairment at
all from the clock change.
Obviously, I don't recommend simply going along with this insanity. Take some
measure to reduce or eliminate the damage from it. The lazy way out (change the
clock like an obedient slave twice a year) is the worst possible way to deal
with the problem.
What about petitioning Congress to do away with DST? That would be a waste of
time, because Big Pharma makes billions "treating" the results of DST. Take care
of your brain by either fully opting out or using an adaptation plan. Anyone can
do this, regardless of what you do for a living or whatever other obligations
you have.
Another note, here. When Congress went ahead with the clock change in the
spring of 2020, they tacitly admitted they were not concerned that Covid-19 was
a public health threat. You don't deliberately reduce the immunity of an entire
nation (except for those of us doing what I recommended above) if you believe
there is actually a public health threat.
Get your sleep. Your brain needs it. |
4. Finance tip
My neighbor told me she needed to take her car to the dealer to get the
batteries changed in her garage door opener. I told her I've always done that
myself, and I'd be happy to show her how to do it. I told her she can look up
the battery type online with a simple search and then buy the batteries at the
grocery store. It would be, I said, the same kind of button battery you put in a
wristwatch and it's probably the CR2032. When I tried to change the battery, I
couldn't figure out how to get the device apart. It wasn't like mine. So I
showed her how to type in those magic words in her phone's browser "YouTube" and
then in the YouTube search box how to type in a string to find a video on how to
change her battery. All of this took under 5 minutes, and we were done. No more
spending half an hour at the dealer plus the round trip drive there and paying
them $50 to change a 50 cent battery.
How many such things can you find in your life? Think about it and start
doing these simple tasks yourself.
While on this subject, here are some money-savers:
- Ensure your AC starting capacitor is at the high end of the recommended
size. A low "oomph" from this capacitor means more heat in your compressor
motor and thus a shorter life for it.
- Change your AC filter regularly. Make a recurring appt in your calendar
app.
- If you use pleated filters, upgrade to an electrostatic replacement for
same. I did this, the replacement filters down to 0.10 microns (HEPA is
0.30) and has less back pressure than even base-level pleated.
- Pull your refrigerator out and clean the coils. If you have a linoleum
floor, put an acrylic desk mat or similar under the refrigerator (you can
find these on Amazon). The mat will protect the linoleum and also make it
easy to roll the refrigerator.
- Put a mat under your range so you can slide it in and out. I used a big
leftover linoleum scrap.
- Use vinegar instead of bleach in your clothes washer. By "vinegar" I
mean the 5% white vinegar that is commonly available. Vinegar is ascetic
acid, and it's a great descaler and cleaner. Use it also to keep toilet
tanks clean. You could step up to 30% vinegar, which is also available, but
it's quite potent so it requires PPE and special handling techniques.
|
5. Security tip
If someone breaks into your home and beats you to death, most experts would
consider that a security breach occurred. Can the same be said when someone
deceives you into harming yourself? Yes, of course. The whole world
underwent a massive "hurt yourself" deception not long ago. I refer to it as
"the Covid scam" and in this case I am referring specifically to the
experimental gene therapy that was illegally, unethically, and dishonestly
called a "vaccine". The main effect of this wasn't protection from Covid. It
was the generation of so many spike proteins that they form clots in the
victims. Thus, "the clot shot".
It turns out that millions of doses of "the clot shot" were inert, just
placebos. The people who got those fake shots were lucky. Those who got the
actual gene therapy now have a compromised immune system and the damage is
probably permanent. We have seen a huge spike in heart attacks, strokes,
cancer, and other ailments among the "vaccinated" population but not among
the "unvaccinated".
How do you protect yourself from health-related con jobs, especially
those that carry severe consequences? (I'm assuming the reader considers
death a severe consequence, pardon me for my presumptiveness).
Here are some tips:
- Look for empty, unsubstantiated assurances like the "safe and
effective" ones that had no human trials or other evidence to back them
up.
- Assess your own health care practices. If you practice good health
care, you are not in a high risk pool for any pathogen. Ignore the scare
tactics.
- Amp up your health care for extra protection and peace of mind. For
example, take more C, D, and zinc. If you've been dabbling in wheat,
corn, or processed sugar then cut these out completely.
- Understand that any medication called a vaccine (whether it is one
or not) is basically unregulated. No testing is required, so practially
none gets done.
- Understand that a vaccine is pointless if it's for a mutating virus.
And most viruses mutate. HIV certainly does, which is why after 40 years
of Mr. Fauci's "leadership" we still have no vaccine for HIV and never
will.
- Understand that no vaccine can stop transmission. To do that, you
need to hermetically seal the infected person. Maybe it's me, but I did
not see anyone develop a plastic bubble around their body after getting
injected. Did I miss something? And do these people eventually molt? How
do they use the toilet once sealed up like this?
- The more pressure there is to get you to comply, the more certain
you can be it's a scam.
- Monitor the CDC so you know what is false. By not following their
"advice" you will be much healthier.
- Practice good hygiene, keep fragrances out of your home, and don't
use harsh cleaning products when vinegar and baking soda will do just
fine.
You can literally smell some scams
Nor do you need to do crazy, ineffective things like wear a mask in an
absurd attempt to stop a virus. Not only does a virus go right through the
mask material, the mask doesn't seal. The "six foot rule" was also idiotic.
If someone standing six feet away cuts a fart, you are going to smell it (if
you don't believe me, experiment in any public place and watch the target's
reaction).
If someone standing six feet away in a grocery store line moves up six
feet and you move to where they were standing, did someone magically remove
the virus from that air? Try the fart experiment again.
The sheer stupidity of the CDC's recommendations and the fact that state
and local governments actually followed them says something about how
gullible people can be. Always take the time to assess whether a
recommendation makes any sense. In Mr. Fauci's case, not a single thing he
said came from the science, which is why he kept insisting he WAS the
science. What a con artist.
Covid is one of many scams
There are other medical scams, too. Annual check-ups, various invasive
tests, and the litany of prescriptions are simply ways to make you lose both
your health and your wealth (unless you have an actual condition, and most
of us do not). Rather than an annual checkup, do a daily checkup on your
diet, rest, training, and social interaction. If you are doing these right,
you almost certainly do not need to see a doctor.
It simply is not the case that humans are inherently sick and thus need
regular medical intervention. Some people, yes. But not the vast majority of
us. Nor is it the case we sit defenseless when confronted with a pathogen.
You have multiple defense barriers, starting with your skin. |

I've seen people take up a fitness program with seemingly great commitment,
then drop it after a few months. This is usually due to a lack of progress.
But maybe they lift or run for a few years and then quit; this is due to
other factors. People start in martial arts and get to some belt (usually
black in the commercial schools, equivalent to a green or purple in stricter
ones) and quit. In climbing, people tend to quit after they boulder V4 or
toprope 5.10b.
I have not missed a workout in over 45 years, still practice martial arts
after almost 45 years, and climb nearly every weekend (well past V4 and
5.10b). So how do I do this? Here are some tips that apply to at least one
of these endeavors, sometimes all three:
- Make it a priority. I train in the morning. I don't let other things
cancel that appointment.
- Decide you won't quit. I decided in 1977 I would never miss a
workout. So I haven't missed.
- Be totally there when you do it. Training or doing a sport
half-heartedly guarantees you won't stick with it. For a lot of reasons,
think about it.
- Have your own equipment. Driving to and from the gym is just one
more barrier to being able to not miss workouts because of the added
time and effort. Now if you have a training partner or two and look
forward to the gym vibe and camaraderie, forget this tip.
- Know what you are doing. This is my biggest tip. People who don't
know how to train get injuries and little progress. Same for climbing. I
think with martial arts, it eventually dawns on the martial artist they
are learning how to dance not how to fight and their skills are useless
against people who don't fight the same way.
- Set improvement goals. This isn't what most people think. They
measure the wrong things. In climbing, my goal is to perform X sequence
of techniques more smoothly and efficiently. Same in martial arts. In
weight training, I don't try to get more reps or more weight and call
that progress. I focus on how well I execute technique and call that
progress.
- Have a plan. I have designed each of my weight workouts and
scheduled them. So I know what I will be doing on any given day. No need
to stand around figuring it out and no risk that I'll be haphazard and
thus destroy any chance it will produce the desired results.
- Mix it up. Introducing variety will produce better results and keep
things interesting. This is true for weight lifting, martial arts, and
climbing. Changes can be small, and they can be infrequent. But they
must happen.
- Look back on what you have achieved. Sometimes people reach a
plateau and give up (it's why so many climbers quit at V4). Or they
compare themselves to some elite athlete and get discouraged. Instead,
look at where you started and compare that to where you are. For many
people, this is a real eye opener. Now once you have done this, think
about one or two things you can improve to get you to the next level.
For example, if your pecs just don't seem to grow are you taking them
into the stretch position? If not, it's probably because you are using
too much weight. Cut the weight in half and get that stretch. Next
workout, increase the weight a bit and keep the stretch. Repeat with
each workout until you are at the correct weight.

7. Factoid
The legacy media have produced stories about "President Biden's apparent
decline", when in fact he has always been an idiot. |
8. Thought for the Day
The Jew Hating fad that has recently been such a big thing might not be
nearly so big if those caught up in it would do a search for "Jewish
contributions to science" or "Jewish contributions to mankind". Or even,
"Israeli inventions and discoveries". So much has been given by such a
relatively small population.

Authorship
The purpose of this publication is to inform and empower its readers (and save you money!).
The views expressed in this e-newsletter are generally not shared by socialists or
other brainwashed individuals. That's because those fools live in an alternate reality
and have not bothered to learn the basics of how life works. They cannot do
basic math, cannot apply logic, and cannot be bothered to learn the basic facts
relevant to any topic that they are passionate about.
Except where noted, this e-newsletter is entirely the work of Mark Lamendola. Anything presented as fact can be independently verified.
Where sources are not given, they are readily available to anyone who makes the effort.
Mark provides information from either research or his own areas of established expertise. Sometimes, what appears to be a personal opinion is the only possibility when applying sound logic--reason it out before judging! (That said, some personal opinions do appear on occasion).
Personal note from Mark: I value each and every one of you, and I hope that shows in the diligent effort I put into writing this e-newsletter.
It is an act of service, almost no money is generated for me through this
effort. Thank you for being a faithful reader.
