1. Good News: Where the Intel is Good
What does "woke" mean, and where did it come from? It's actually a short
way of saying, "My bwain is bwoke." Anybody who is "woke" clearly has a
bwoken bwain.
Defending against socialism
Socialism is an economic system in which the government controls the
means of production and distribution, and the results have always been
disastrous. Implementing socialism requires the loss of personal freedom,
personal security, personal opportunity, and government accountability.
Communism is socialism without property rights.
A primary weapon of the socialists today is "wokeism". They use this to
divide people but also to brain-deaden people, under the (well-established)
theory that only brain-dead people want socialism. The "woke" need to wake
up and understand their delusional views are being amped up and forced onto
everyone else in an effort to divide us so we can't or won't stand up to the
mental illness we call "socialism".
- The latest polls show that Brainless' approval rating is "only" 36%. I
find this number unbelievably high, considering how badly he has damaged the
country. It is likely the case that, as with the "election" that installed
him in the White House, dead people are being added to the "for" column.
Probably in alphabetical order.
- Vermont is home to Bernie Sanders and other communist crackpots. Even
there, freedom and sanity are taking root. Rep. Jarrod Sammis, a freshman
legislator in the Vermont House of Representatives, has switched his party
affiliation to Libertarian. He was formerly a Republican. Now, if only he
can get a few Vermont "Democrats" (socialists) to also make the switch.
- Senator Cruz at the (former) southern border (the junior Senator from
Kansas is just on his right):
https://twitter.com/i/status/1656831176244449281
- The Lamestream Media are shrinking. The Communist News Network is
closing divisions and selling off parts, the Communist Bull*** System is
downsizing, the New York Lies had huge layoffs recently, and so on. People
are tuning them out and turning them off. This is a very good sign.
- Funding for Black Lives Manipulated dropped 88% over their most recent
fiscal year. Apparently, black people don't like being manipulated. The
primary donors are most likely "white" libtards, who tend to believe
that people of color are inferior and need their help.
The ongoing Covid scam
- Now that the damage is done, Brainless is lifting the clot shot
requirement for federal workers and contractors and also ending a proof
of injection for foreign travelers to the USA.
Here's the hilarious part. He's citing as the reason, "Considering the
progress that we have made, and based on the latest guidance from our
public health experts, I have determined that we no longer need the
international air travel restrictions that I imposed in October 2021".
The progress? Covid-19 has been extinct for nearly 3 years, so a vaccine
for it (if we had one) would be pointless at this time. As for public
health experts, he's referring to frauds like Fauci instead of people
who look at the data and who understand immunology and related areas.
The clot shot doesn't stop infection, doesn't reduce symptoms if you get
infected, and doesn't stop transmission. So mandates for it never made
any sense from the beginning. The clot shot should never have been
approved, because the early trials showed it wasn't safe and wasn't
effective. Now we have empirical data showing you'd be better off
getting Covid than getting the shot, but of course the shot doesn't
prevent Covid anyhow. There's a much higher all cause death rate among
the "vaxxed" than among the "unvaxxed".
- Rochelle Walensky, the inept head of the Centers for Disinformation
and Censorship (CDC) since January of 2021, has resigned after
misleading the agency and the country during the Covid scam. Of course,
she got praise from Brainless Biden. It would not be surprising to see
her land a job at Pfizer next.
- Various news sources are reporting that the illegal, immoral
employer mandates to get the clot shot are being rolled back following a
wave of successful lawsuits against this population control measure.
- A federal judge in TX ordered the Federal Disinformation Agency
(FDA) to release the Pfizer Clot Shot prerelease trial information by
mid-2025, about 21 years ahead of the previous date on which this would
happen. That may give time for us to see Mr. Fauci, Rachel Wallensky,
and some Pfizer execs tried and executed (by hanging) in Nuremberg.

The Rocket Pen Reader is an affordable, powerful reading assistant and reading
tutor that erases the barriers created by dyslexia and other reading problems.
It can be used privately in the classroom, avoiding stigma, thanks to the
earbuds included in the kit (it can alternatively be used without earbuds).
How it teaches reading
Before the early 1980s, public schools relied on phonics to teach reading.
This allowed any student to "sound out" a new, unfamiliar word and also
recognize its root and thereby often grasp its meaning even without a
dictionary. Then schools switched to the "Look See" method, which treated words
as individual pictograms to memorize. The results were dismal, plummeting the
USA from the top of the literacy ranks to the bottom among industrialized
countries.
The Rocket Pen puts phonics back in.
It also adds a context-driven dictionary and a context-driven thesaurus, both
powerful tools for improving reading skills. See the reading tutor functions in
the chart below.
It is the answer
The Rocket Pen Reader is the answer for helping the reading-challenged in the
classroom, special needs classes, home-schooling, and adult education. Because
of its mobile-friendly design, you can carry it with you and use it anywhere.
Not only does it read to you, it helps you learn to read (for example, by
showing you the syllable breakdown and the definition). It is super easy to use,
no need to watch a dozen videos to figure out what to do.
Based on the highly
successful ReadingPen 2 and vastly superior to the cPen Reader Pen, the
RocketPen is the latest generation in a reading tutor scanning pen. It is a
quantum leap or two beyond anything else on the market. This amazing device
retails for $499, sells for $399 on Amazon and Walmart.com, but is on sale
now for a limited time only via our eBay store at only $379!
It beats the competition

3. Brainpower tip
I recently filled out a survey from my dentist's office. For Gender, they had
only two selections. Nothing for race. No long list of genders, because the
medical reality is gender is binary. Gender/sex is determined in a binary
fashion, you either get the testosterone bath due to XY or you don't.
Racial characteristics, on the other hand, are determined by a complex mosaic
of genes and actually are on a spectrum. Just looking at skin color, for
example, there's a gradient. People's skins aren't black or white, but one of
the many colors in between. A determination of race ends up being useless
because it is so varied. And, of course, it tells you nothing about the
individual.
It hit me that libtards see the world has having a large array of genders,
but they also define people as either black or white. Notice the deeply flawed
"thinking" at work, here?
What brain power lessons can you derive from just this one example? Put your
mind to it, and engage a smart friend in a conversation kicked off by this
example. |
4. Finance tip
In 2019, the year before both Insurrection Summer and the Covid scam, the median
family income grew to $73,000, with an increase of $4,600 during that year
alone. That was 45% more growth in that one year than in all eight years of the
Obama administration. All boats rose, not just those of the middle class. Nor
was "white privilege" at work here. It was a 6.4% increase generally. People who
call themselves "black" saw an increase of 7.9% while those who are called
"white" saw a 5.7% increase. Read those numbers again. The poor benefitted disproportionately. The
poverty rate dropped to 10.5%, the lowest rate since the government started
tracking it in 1959. Ike was still POTUS then.
This triumph of Trump's
policies lifted 4.1 million Americans out of poverty. By contrast, Obama's
idiotic policies increased the number of Americans in poverty by an additional
787,000.
Only two months after the coup put Brainless in office, the 2019 numbers went
the other direction. The socialists created massive inflation via some
cynically-named pork barrel spending bills such as The American Rescue Plan. How
to measure the effect? Look at savings. Before the coup put Brainless in office,
we had the highest saving rate ever and wages had been outpacing inflation. Now
we have the lowest savings rate since 1959 and inflation is outpacing wages.
Credit card debt at the time the coup put Brainless in office was $748
billion. Now it's $986 billion and the Federal Reserve is ratcheting up the
prime rate and thus making that debt very expensive for those who hold it.
So here we are, with a clearly stolen federal election in 2020 that put a
radical socialist in the Oval Office. Brainless has never forgiven Americans for
rejecting his bids for President, including our rejection of him in 2020. He is
addled and can't remember where he is half the time, but he can remember the big
chip on his shoulder.
What is the solution? Since our military is focused on being woke rather than
defending our country and our Constitution doesn't really provide for a military
solution to this kind of invasion, we can't look to them. We've had our fill of
assassinations, nothing good comes of them; that also is not a solution.
Brainless can't be removed by impeachment, because the Senate has to do that by
a supermajority. And even if the DINOs in the Senate decided to rescue America
from Biden this way, they'd have to turn around and impeach Kamala right away.
Or impeach her first. Brainless isn't the only problem, there are socialists in
the Republican Party and all but a few in the Democratic Party are socialists.
Our Constitution divides power between three branches, and also between the
federal government and the states. One part of the solution is to get our states
to fight back, the way Florida has been fighting back. We also need to try to
get valid elections enabled for federal offices such as the POTUS; that would
require a lot of election integrity legislation and that's done at the county
level.
For the most part, we will have tough it out until Brainless is defeated in
2024 (assuming his handlers don't steal that election too). But we do not have
to suffer silently. Make a point of engaging collaborators in a way that
challenges them to think past the narratives, the lies, the obfuscations, and
the absurdities. Speak truth to stupidity (or power or whatever), but do so in a
way that makes that truth appealing to the intended listener. Cite facts (as I
did here) and ask people what they make of those things. Refer to Brainless as
Brainless, not as President Biden. Refer to Mr. Fauci as Mr. Fauci, don't join
the fraud and put a "Doctor" in front of his name. Strip our rulers of their
titles, speak plainly and clearly of their failings.
You were probably expecting tips on how to save money in clever ways, as I
have provided such tips many times. But when your money is being vacuumed away
faster than you can make it, no amount of cost reduction is going to save you.
Yes, you will need to reduce costs to lessen the pain. But to make the pain go
away, we need to solve the underlying cause. Which is runaway socialism. |
5. Security tip
From Capital One
Keep yourself safe from new fraud scams
With the recent news about a few bank failures, many vendors are updating
their banking information. Scammers are using this moment of change to take
advantage of unsuspecting customers. By preying on common anxieties,
fraudsters can trick you into sending money to a phony bank account or
providing your personal banking information.
Remember to stay calm and be skeptical of banking update requests. By
following these tips, you can keep yourself safe from potential scams:
• Don’t click on anything in an unsolicited email or text message asking you
to update or verify account information.
• Never send funds to a merchant until you can confirm that the request to
change a payment destination is legitimate, like a statement from them or a
verified customer service phone number.
• Don’t rely only on caller ID to confirm someone’s identity, as scammers
can compromise that too.
• Look up the company’s phone number through a legitimate source like a
statement provided by the company, and don’t use the number a potential
scammer is providing.
• Take your time. A legitimate Capital One associate will never pressure you
to immediately make a decision. They’ll provide you with all the necessary
information and specific time frames to make your decision.
• When in doubt, hang up the phone and call your Capital One service team
directly. You may call us at the number listed on the back of your debit or
credit card and bank statement.===
Adding to this:
- If you get a call from the IRS, do not answer any questions or offer
any information. Tell them to contact you in writing. Do not explain
why, just tell them that and then hang up.
- If someone calls asking for your vax status, hang up.
- If you get a call from "the Microsoft support team", hang up.
Microsoft does not provide support. This is especially true if you use
Apple instead.
- Don't fall for the "free solar power" scam. These companies will
install solar panels on your roof, even if you don't have enough
sunlight to justify the installation. They own the panels and they can
charge you all sorts of fees while your savings are minimal at best.
- Don't fall for the electric car scam. The electric car is bad for
the environment, bad for your pocketbook, and bad for the reliability of
your electric power grid. Buy a high MPG internal combustion engine car,
instead. The Toyota Camry Hybrid is an excellent choice.
- If someone comes to your door offering to clean an area of your
carpet for free, tell them no. They are trying to sell you a $3500
vacuum cleaner. It's a great machine, but way too expensive.
- Join a credit union. Better rates, less BS, not subject to the
Frauderal Reserve dictates, less vulnerable to government spying.
- Have accounts at multiple banks and credit unions.
- Have a special account for depositing government checks and paying
government agencies. Don't have any other account at the bank where you
have this account.
- Always remember there is a trade-off between convenience and
security.

I have a high testosterone level not just for a man over 60, but for a man
of any age. It's nowhere near what a steroid user will have, but it is above
the normal range. Both men and women need testosterone. Women have a
naturally lower level and their systems are tuned to that level.
Unfortunately, low testosterone levels are common among men and women.
Here are some tips on how you can have the testosterone level your body
needs for proper functioning, lean mass, bone health, and endocrine system
balance.
Eat clean
This is rule number one. It's also where people typically stumble the
worst.
- No wheat, corn, or soy. All three are contaminated with glyphosate,
and most products made from these will spike your insulin. Insulin
drives testosterone toward zero.
- No refined sugars. Again, an insulin spike. A middle ground, if you
have a sweet tooth, is to use moderate amounts of raw honey or molasses.
- No fruit juices. Again, an insulin spike.
- No trans fats. Margarine is poison. Treat it accordingly. A good
substitute is organic butter made from the milk of grass-fed cows. No
documented downside to it, and it contains fats that your body can put
to good use.
- No "fat free" or "low fat" substitutes for food. These always use
some kind of poison to simulate the fat texture and usually contain HFC
or some other endocrine modifier.
No vegetable oils or seed oils. Contrary to the idiocy spewed by the
FDA, CDC, and other medically-illiterate "information" sources, these
oils are poison. The reason is the lipids are shredded due to the heat
needed for extraction.
Perhaps a few decades hence, the medical industry will catch up with the
science and realize the obvious fact that these sharp-edged lipids cause
the punctures that cause blood vessels to leak thus prompting the liver
to produce cholesterol to seal the leaks. They might also connect the
huge dots between the damage to brain cells and the accumulation of scar
tissue (amyloid plaque) characteristic of Alzheimer's. Canola oil, often
recommended by these useless agencies, is one of the most toxic oils
sold for human consumption. You can also find it in pet foods, be kind
to your pets and don't feed it to them either. Safflower oil is another
poison; you can find conjugated lineoleic acid in the "weight loss" area
of a supplement store. It's made from safflower oil, which is not only
high in omega 6 but also is a shredded lipid oil. The cheaper olive oils
are cut with linoleic acid; you can tell by their "mild" taste. An olive
oil that is safe to consume has a strong taste.
Don't wait for these dullard "experts" to catch up with the science, act
now and eliminate these poisons from your diet. Good oils include
coconut, olive, walnut, avocado, and almond. Yes, they are pricey
compared to the toxic oils, but don't make an apples to dog turds
comparison please.
- Eat cholesterol-containing foods. These include eggs, whole-fat (and
grass-fed) dairy products (butter, cottage cheese, plain yogurt), and
nuts. Contrary to the idiocy spewed by the FDA, CDC, and other
medically-illiterate "information" sources, eating cholesterol does not
raise your blood cholesterol. That's because stomach acid breaks it down
into the building blocks of, among other things, testosterone.
- Focus on whole foods, especially whole plant foods. These are loaded
with nutrients and plant sterols.
- Stop eating meat. This is heresy in the body-building world, but
there's a problem with meat--it's loaded with toxins. Fish is
contaminated to such an extent you should not eat it at all. Not just
heavy metals, but plastics and various chemicals. Farm-fishery fish is
the worst; all such fish lead diseased, stressful lives and are
regularly doused with chemicals so toxic that the people tossing them
into fish corrals wear hazmat suits. Beef is bad for a long list of
reasons, including contamination with antibiotics, glyphosate, stress
hormones, etc. From an environmental standpoint, livestock farming
is the single most damaging human activity of all (clearing rain
forests, depleting aquifers to grow the feed soy/corn/wheat, methane
emissions, poop runoff into streams, etc..); plus the cruelty factor is
a chart-topper.
- Eat beets. I eat beet greens and beet root twice daily. If you don't
like the taste, try dicing beets into small bits and adding raw to other
foods. And/or buy a beet powder.
- Eat spinach. This and other high-nitrogen foods will help.
- Don't go light on carbs. A classic mistake is to cut carbs, which
means you will lack the fuel for the hard workouts that stimulate
testosterone production.
Train hard
While walking is beneficial, it will not stimulate the body to produce
testosterone to any significant degree because walking does not require much
muscle. To stimulate testosterone, you need to engage in very rigorous
activity systematically and consistently. This is why body builders train 5
or 6 days per week. Each session uses big compound exercises that inflict
heavy metabolic stress, and the body's response to that stress is to crank
out the testosterone. No activity or training method does this as well as
weight lifting.
Avoid cortisol
Consuming excess refined sugar causes a release of insulin, which is
antagonistic to testosterone. But even if you eliminate sugar and thus the
insulin problem, cortisol can easily be there to do the job. Some tips:
- Don't sweat the small stuff. Annoyances happen all the time, getting
upset won't solve them or prevent them.
- Don't sweat the big stuff. You can't control what lunacy happens in
national politics. It happens, just accept it as part of life. Speak out
against it and vote against socialists, but don't let it occupy much
mental space.
- When your pet/child/spouse/friend does something that you might find
upsetting, immediately switch to thinking of the benefits s/he brings to
the relationship.
- Spend some time daily in meditation, relaxing stretching, relaxing
reading, or some other calming activity. Stroking a cat who is purring
on your lap is especially effective.
- Don't do the news.
- Don't do antisocial media. If you have a Facebook account, cancel
it. You won't be missing much.
- Drive defensively. This helps reduce stress. Don't react to the
increasing number of insane drivers. When someone tailgates you or
passes you at 30MPH over the speed limit, don't react to that person.
This person doesn't care what you think, or would not be driving in such
a manner in the first place. For tailgaters, flash your flashers
briefly; the tailgater will perceive brake lights and either back off or
go around you.
- Don't live in fear. Assess threats rationally, and take the
appropriate counter measures. For Covid-19, for example, a rational
assessment of threat and countermeasures would have precluded something
as ineffective as wearing a mask or something as unsafe and ineffective
as getting an experimental medical treatment. Risk of death from Covid
for those under 70, nearly zero. For those over 70, a vaccine (if we
actually had one), would pose high risk with negligible benefit. Going
into a panic when encountering an unmasked person spikes cortisol
unnecessarily, yet many people did exactly that.
- Plan your schedule and allocate your time based on what is important
to accomplish. This nearly eliminates the high stress of running late
for appointments or trying to juggle multiple things at once.
- End your day at a specific time. When it's quitting time, quit. The
world won't end if that "one more thing" doesn't get done today. Do it
tomorrow.
- Take time to relax before bed. You fall asleep faster, have a more
restful sleep, and reduce sleep interruptions. Read a book, pet your
cat, or give your significant other a gentle foot massage.
- Have good friends and take care of those relationships. In many
ways, this will reduce your overall cortisol production.
Get sufficient sleep
Study on this subject and implement the needed changes. The average
person can implement fifteen simple tactics to improve sleep. I won't list
them here, look for yourself.
Test
Take a testosterone test before starting to implement these tips. Then
take another one a month later. You'll see not only that what I told you is
right, but that you should continue on this path. You can get the test kits
from Pure Clean Performance.

7. Factoid
Covid-19 has been extinct for about three years now, rendering any vaccine for
it totally useless. Not only that, there has not been a vaccine produced for it.
There has been an experimental medical treatment that stimulates the body to
produce a spike protein, and that is dishonestly referred to as a CV-19 vaccine.
Despite the science here, many employers still require employees to undergo the
treatment--something that is definitely not safe and definitely not effective. |
8. Thought for the Day
What are a few weaknesses you can shore up with little effort? For example, a
person who isn't a sharp dresser can switch from sneakers to leather shoes (and
keep them polished)--instant low-effort upgrade. A person with a chronically
messy desk can simply schedule five minutes each day to put things away--it may
take several days of this to achieve a "bare desk at quitting time" look that
says you are are an efficient, organized person. Someone who has problems
expressing affection can make a point of complimenting one person each
day--start by making a list of people and write a compliment to each name so you
already know what to say.
