1. Good News: Where the Intel is Good
So much dirt on the socialists these days! I've tried to make this
educational and fun, so don't let the sheer size of this section feel
overwhelming. Read a little at a time if you want, it's two weeks until the next
edition. Thank you for reading. Please share this with others!
The Covid Scam (aka, the Scamdemic)
- Watch this video:
https://youtu.be/PKP3G7cZJkM
- I rarely post comments on social media or similar platforms. But I
posted the following comment on a Steve Kirsch Substack article and got a
ton of "Likes":
A K95 blocks "up to 95%" of particles .300 microns or larger. The Covid
virus is only .070 microns. Any second grader can tell you that 300 is
larger than 70. We don't need studies, we need 2nd grade educations for
people who insist that wearing a mask will somehow be effective against
Covid or any other virus. BTW, my housecat knows that a 30lb animal is much
larger than a 7lb animal; maybe she should replace Quacktor Fauci since she
is clearly more qualified.
- This is how far the brainwashed will go with their insanity, rejecting
all morality and all factual evidence. Read the full story here:
https://www.theepochtimes.com/hospital-refuses-father-to-son-kidney-transplant-over-covid-jab_4384193.html
- Remember, the immunity-lowering jab does not reduce Covid transmission.
Mandating it does not serve society in any way, but it does make money flow
to Big Pharma. Covid is not, and never was, a serious threat to otherwise
healthy people. Fauci, on the other hand, is a serious threat to humanity.
He and his ilk are the real virus we need to worry about.
-
About a week ago, Quacktor Fauci appeared to finally
to have said something from the science. Will wonders never cease?
His Eminence, the Holy Lord Fauci, recently said something we sane people
put into practice over a year ago (ignoring pointless mask mandates,
etc.)--that it's up to us to evaluate our own Covid risk. Yes, he's a dimwit
but he finally got it! Here is an article about the first accurate thing His
Eminence, the Holy Lord Fauci has said since this whole scam started:
https://www.theepochtimes.com/fauci-now-up-to-americans-to-assess-their-own-covid-19-risk_4396215.html
My guess is His Eminence, the Holy Lord Fauci recently realized we
non-idiots don't listen to him and don't follow his idiotic advice. So he
decided to say something sensible for a change, in hopes of becoming
relevant. If he ever becomes relevant again, then shame on us. Sadly, his
combination of idiocy and power has already cost thousands of lives and
billions of dollars. Such a senseless waste. Such a senseless man.
-
Also comes this gem, which is a quote from an
article: "An extension on the federal mask mandate on airplanes and in
airports is being considered, White House COVID-19 coordinator Ashish Jha
said on April 11, even as cases and hospitalizations around the United
States have dropped significantly in recent months." Do you see the error in
that? The last sentence should end with, "even though masks are totally
useless against Covid or any other virus." Fauci is not the only idiot
making policy. (Note, we can't call Joe Biden an idiot because his IQ would
need to rise 40 points for him to qualify).
-
It should come as no surprise that the 10 states
with the worst Covid performance (economy, mortality, and education) are
socialist. See more about that, here:
https://americanactionnews.com/politics/2022/04/11/all-the-states-that-handled-covid-the-worst/.
-
Rather than admit that 300 is much larger than 70,
the Brainless administration is still mulling on the idiotic idea of
extending the air travel mask mandate. Let's see, now. Bank robbers
traditionally wear masks, as do kidnappers and other kinds of dangerous
criminals. Since masks do ZERO against Covid, what is the purpose of
mandating masks on commercial jets? Are they just trying to make another
September 11 that much easier? It's a fair question.
-
Despite the fact masks cannot possibly do anything
to protect against Covid but do help spread bacterial infections, the
Centers for Disconnected (from reality) Craziness has extended the federal
mask mandate. While they are at it, they should mandate dirty socks and
dirty underpants. As for Brainless Biden, a better solution than a mask is
Super Glue. A line of it on each lip should do the job, but to be safe they
should also Super Glue his fingers together.
-
Be informed! This video is 21:30 long. It's Doc
Tracy, Season 1 Episode 1. Definitely worth watching and sharing:
https://rumble.com/vytqog-doc-tracy-pi-s1-e1-lawsons-hunt.html
-
Apparently, the City of Philadelphia does not have
enough cases of acne and various sorts of bacterial infections. To correct
this, they are bringing back mask mandates. And as with other
health-damaging or jus plain stupid mandates, they are using Covid as their
excuse.
-
The pushers of the experimental gene therapy that
lowers immunity have no conscience. Check out this "side" effect:

Nobody Likes Brainless Biden
Watch this video:
https://rumble.com/vzy8p3-tucker-this-video-of-biden-and-obama-is-one-of-saddest-things-youll-ever-se.html
Nobody has a reason to like Joe Biden. Most people find him repugnant. A recent Rasmussen poll
showed 1 in 5 DEMOCRATS want Trump back in office.
*****Biden really should concede
the election to Donald Trump.******
Stupid Socialists
- Roseanne Barr has long been a leftwing extremist. But did you know she
was not left-wing enough for Disney? They fired her in 2018 for some tweet
in which she said (the communist) Valerie Jarrett helped hide Obama-era
secrets. And she did not even refer to Jarrett as a communist, she merely
commented on Jarrett's behavior. If she had tweeted the same thing about
someone who hid a Trump-era secret, she no doubt would have been lauded and
probably cast as Cinderella in Disney's next remake of that film. Unless, of
course, the role would be going to Rachel Levine.
- What I wrote before the SCOTUS injustice (no pun intended) that occurred
on
07APR:
Lisa Murkowski, a prominent Democrat who runs on the Republican ticket,
said she will back "Judge Black" (aka, the unqualified Ketanji Brown). Mitt
Romney has said he will do the same.
Unless some Democrats who run as Democrats see how stupid it would be for
the Democrats to be responsible for putting this radical empty suit on the
SCOTUS and thereby convert millions of Democrat voters into Republican
voters for perhaps decades to come, the Court will have a big problem. At
least until such time as this woman (who says she can't define what a woman
is, even though Biden said his nominee would be a black woman and hint,
hint, she is a woman) either does the honorable thing and steps down or
finally retires someday.
Strategically, it make sense for the Republicans to help get Ketanji on the
SCOTUS. She would merely be replacing a Constitution-hostile moron, so in
one
sense the composition of the Court would not change. But the degree of
hostility to the Constitution would move Justice Kagan away from providing
balance against conservatism and toward offsetting radical woke-ism. Even
Sotomayer, who refuses to step down even though her mental impairment
disqualifies her for the job, might find Kentanji too much and feel
compelled to side with conservative Justices. The SCOTUS would likely go 8
to 1 in most cases before it, making Ketanji the lone voice of lunacy and an
icon of why people should never again vote Democrat.
I think reasonable people would rather have a SCOTUS in which there is
disagreement on intellectual grounds, rather than a bloc that votes the same
way out of sheer revulsion over the views of one "woke" who was appointed
for reasons that have nothing to do with being qualified for the job and, in
fact, violate federal laws that govern hiring practices.
- In Delaware, this stupidity is now policy:
https://nationalfile.com/k-3-sel-curriculum-in-delaware-county-includes-jacobs-new-dress/
Yeah, there's a big problem with thousands of boys in K-3 wearing dresses to
school and being made fun of. So this is an appropriate use of taxpayer
dollars and classroom time. Graduating illiterate and innumerate students
will just have to continue being normal until we get these bigger issues
sorted. We should also do something about kids being made fun of for coming
to school believing they are actually walruses and their parents have been
lying to them about being human; that's a really BIG thing, right? Anything
to suck bandwidth out of the actual education process is wonderful! It means
more Democrats!
Just making sure you know that commentary on the stupidity was
tongue-in-cheek....
- TheRealBroChris @TheRealBroChris: "The first Black “Birthing Person” on
the SCOTUS doesn’t know what a woman is — and is soft on child porn cases.
This isn’t a win for us Black People or America — it’s a sure loss."
- I live in the 3rd Congressional District of KS, so I do not have a
representative in Congress. Nancy Pelosi has her representative to us,
however. Sharice Davids sends a "news" letter to her "constituents" (Pelosi
propaganda targets). I wrote to Davids with specifics and substantiation,
and concluded by asking her to consider representing the people of this
District to Congress instead of representing Nancy Pelosi to the people of
this District. I was removed from the newsletter distribution.
- The socialists are too stupid to impeach Brainless Biden or have him
removed for medical reasons. Consequently, Brainless is continuing to turn
registered Democrats into registered Republicans at a blistering pace.
Here's one accounting of this huge shift in voter sentiment:
https://www.blabber.buzz/blab/pop/1036789-blue-state-blues-this-statistic-reinforces-the-fact-that-democrats-are-in-a-lot-of-trouble
- Santa Monica, an insane asylum located inside the People's Republic of
Cancerfornia, has been extremely lax in prosecuting criminals and extremely
bad toward its police. This kind of idiocy is what causes retailers to exit
a neighborhood or even a city. And now, this idiocy has caused the USPS to
stop service to some neighborhoods. Read about it here:
https://www.theepochtimes.com/usps-stops-service-to-santa-monica-neighborhood-following-attacks-on-mail-carriers_4397852.html
In my county, if you follow a UPS or USPS truck around and the driver calls
the police, you can expect to be pulled over and arrested. You'll at least
do jail time, and if the court finds you were interrupted in the commission
of a crime you're not going home anytime soon.
- Many socialists are stupid enough to believe it is feasible to achieve
zero carbon emissions, so they are sabotaging the energy sector. Brainless
Biden is one of those, and he is also on a tear to achieve a zero percent
approval rating even among the dumbest of us. Now he wants to end the Trump
executive order that allows expelling illegal immigrants at the border.
Arizona Senator Kyrsten Sinema, who is unapologetically liberal, has already
opposed some of the most destructive libtard proposals such as ending the
filibuster. If Brainless goes through with this idiocy, he will further
alienate Sinema whose cooperation he badly needs if he wants to continue his
attacks on this country.
Through both words and deeds, Sinema has shown that destroying the country
is not high on her list of priorities. Through his words and deeds,
Brainless has made it clear he sees destroying the country as Job Number
One. If there are any other Democrats (other than Manchin) remaining in the
Senate, they need to join Sinema and Manchin in opposing Brainless. And
voters need to punish those who do not.
Bad Company (not the music group)
- The socialists made Twitter their tool for spreading mental diseases like
socialism and wokeism. But now Elon Musk has become Twitter's biggest
shareholder and that gives him a seat on the Board if he wants it. He
already turned it down. He's already hinting
that he wants reforms that would make Twitter less of a socialist media
platform and more of a social media platform. The libtards are very unhappy
about this, which means it's a very good development.
- Socialist, "woke" (aka, delusional and intolerant) Twitter has been to
our country like a family of mice is to a grain silo. Elon Musk tried to
remedy that by taking this cesspool of stupidity under his private control
with a takeover bid. Our Muslim pals, who are probably delighted that "the
Great Satan" has suffered so much due to Twitter, refused Musk's bid. Now
the stock price is sliding. Read more about it, here:
https://www.theepochtimes.com/twitter-shares-slide-after-saudi-investor-rejects-musks-bid-for-twitter_4405018.html
- "Wokeness gives people a shield to be mean and cruel, armored in false
virtue." -- Elon Musk.
Once Musk became the single largest shareholder of Tw(oke)itter, the
speculation was that he would take a
seat on its board, a lot of that meanness and cruelty would be dampened.
But he announced he isn't taking that seat. For one thing, his appointment
to Twitter’s board would have effectively capped his ability to own more
than 14.9 percent of the company stock. Musk takes the long view by habit,
and it seems he wants to have more influence by having more shareholder
voting power by amassing even more shares. Being the lone voice of sanity on
the Board would not have given him all that much power.
The many Woke
parasites who are employed by Tw(oke)itter were in a frenzy
over having a sane person on their board. Perhaps those parasites understand
that their hateful, deceitful, bullying ways do not belong in any corporate
culture and thus if Tw(oke)itter were competently run they'd all be fired.
They have created a hostile work environment and then used their employer to
project hostility into the wider world. Until Tw(oke)itter is reformed away from being a cultural weapon, we sane
people must boycott it and let T(woke)itter know why. This will also lower
its share price and help Musk in his mission.
- Also boycott Facebook, obviously. What about Disney? That is a harder nut to
crack because the company is a media and entertainment conglomerate. Many of
their properties have a different brand. Marvel Comies, for example. After
Stan Lee died, the successful Avenger series got rebooted with a strong Woke
flavor. It's a flavor that makes sane people spit it back out and say, "This
tastes like sh**!". It may be more effective to boycott anything with that
foul taste rather than boycott a specific company. This way, you give a
company like Disney an A/B test where Woke products lose money.
- Always, always contact the company you are boycotting. I canceled a
subscription to an allegedly "conservative" magazine, noting it reads like a
leftwing propaganda publication because every issue has multiple instances
of strongly asserting that Biden won the 2020 election fairly and squarely
even though the evidence of massive fraud is overwhelming. I told them to
contact Wendy Rogers in Arizona. Subscription cancellations take a little
time to work through, and I am still receiving the magazine. Since my phone
call, there has not been even one sentence pushing the pro-Biden false
narrative. That is how we sane people can make a difference. One clear
voice, and they will hear you. Sometimes, they will even listen.
The Coup
- Here's an interesting article on the ERIC organization and their part in
the 2020 coup that changed us into the Socialist States of America:
https://www.conservativehq.org/post/dissecting-the-beast-eric-laid-open
- Due to a total lack of honor and integrity among those who can fix the
problem, it is unlikely that the 2020 election will be correctly
recertified. But at least they know that we know. Dr. Kelli Ward of Arizona
recently wrote, "Arizona Attorney General Brnovich issued an Interim Report
on the 2020 Maricopa County election. It states there was fraud in the
election and major chain of custody violations for 100,000 to 200,000 early
ballots."
I find it a test of sanity that certain powerful people would prefer a
vastly destructive socialist moron to an annoying but competent president to
such a degree that they would be complicit in denying the duly elected
President his rightful place in office. They fail that test. They are
insane. And now we all suffer.
- The Republican Party was complicit in the coup against our duly elected
President. They may be chess players. Brainless has done immense damage to
the socialist cause and to the "Democrat" Party. This fall, even with the
usual and rampant election fraud perpetrated by the "democrats" there will
be a reckoning. The Republicans may come away from the election with a
supermajority and they will have at leas a strong majority in the Senate.
Then they can impeach Brainless and his mentally retarded sidekick Kamala.
We would then have a Republican POTUS except it won't be Trump. That person
will run in 2024 and will be eligible to run for re-election in 2028. That
means they let the socialists steal the White House for two years and
demonstrate to the world how unfit the socialists are to rule, and in return
they have the same person in the Oval Office for a decade (minus a few
weeks).
While repairing the damage done by the two years of socialist control will
likely take decades, immediate improvement is possible and that is what
people will see. In only a few years, we could have not just 36 free states
but 46. And California could be one of them, amazing as that sounds!
- Pennsylvania, one of the states Trump won but that went to Biden anyhow,
just passed an election reform bill in its State Senate. The bill prevents
future use of unsecured lock boxes. Only an idiot or a crook could oppose
such a measure, right? Well, all of the Democrats did! What does that tell
you about Pennsylvania State Senators?
Other Socialism Items
- Apparently, free speech is not entirely outlawed in the Socialist States
of America yet. Even though Martin McFadden was denied his 6th Amendment
right to a speedy trial, he was acquitted of all charges against him. Read
the full story here:
https://www.theepochtimes.com/judge-acquits-jan-6-defendant-on-all-charges_4388979.html.
No doubt, he will be attacked by anti-social media nutjobs and suffer other
sanctions but at least he's no longer rotting in jail. How he will pay his
legal fees is yet another question.
- The people of Kenosha, WI have repudiated socialism for the first time
since 1998. That is a harbinger of things to come, for a state that is noted
for high taxes and other socialism. Read more about that, here:
https://www.blabber.buzz/blab/pop/1036732-kenosha-turns-red-in-the-first-opportunity-since-riots-city-residents-vote-out-woke-dems
- Governor DeSantis comments on Stupid Stacy's gubernatorial run in
Georgia:
https://twitter.com/i/status/1512566934910480384
- The socialists have stolen both the Executive and Legislative branches of
the Socialist States of America. Their mission of total Venezuela-ization
will not be complete until they also steal the Judicial branch. Now in the
People's Republic of New York, a whacko judge has ruled that lower court
judges can be removed from office if they have not been duped into
undergoing a dangerous experimental gene therapy (aka, the immunity
reduction jab). If this holds, the lunacy will spread to the federal courts.
And we will not make it until the next Congress convenes. That means no
replacing Brainless with a person who will actually try to do a good job for
the country.
It would be GAME OVER for sane people. Once you reach the tipping point,
that's it. Venezuela was once a great and prosperous country with the civil
liberties and the rule of law. Today, it is a socialist hellhole. That is
our future if we lose the third branch. But there is a counterforce at work;
- Comrade Newsom, the ersatz Governor of the People's Republic of
California, is out of synch with voters on 9 out of 10 major issues. See
Larry Elders' short video on it, here:
https://www.theepochtimes.com/newsom-voters-agree-with-larry-elder-on-almost-everything-larry-elder_4351894.html.
Perhaps even the proletariat of the PRC are losing their fondness for
socialism and its unworkable, destructive implementation?
- Socialists do not tolerate truth, fairness, honor, facts, or anything
else related to reality except for one thing. They tolerate their own
failures amazingly well.
- Not content to be disliked by just about everybody, Brainless is going
all out to ramp up his "convert Democrats to Republicans" plan with yet
another assault on law-abiding gun owners. This bodes well for the mid-term
elections, so let's hope Brainless lights a fire under this and ends up
burning down the House of Socialism. He may well end up being the last
President of the Socialist States of America, and if he keeps up what he's
doing he will be out by March of 2023 at the latest.
- Comrade Zuckerberg has announced that he's not using his illegal
vote-buying scheme this year. Not in so many words, of course. So you know
he's going to be much sneakier about how he does vote-buying this year,
which of course he will do regardless of what he says now about it.
This announcement is not part of his efforts to stay out of jail, because in
the Socialist States of America certain types of crimes confer automatic
immunity. Stealing elections for socialists, for example, brings with it
automatic immunity. This announcement is part of his desperate efforts to
save Facebook from its increasing unpopularity and its shrinking user base.
It is almost axiomatic that a world without Facebook would be a far better
world. Let's continue our boycott and continue to get others to join us.
Other News
- Real heroes still exist, even in this age of libtard domination. See
this example:
https://www.theepochtimes.com/brave-man-jumps-into-icy-river-to-rescue-dog_4364612.html
- The world's most feared and hated terrorist group is overwhelmed and far
less of a threat than usual for that reason. As of mid-March, they were
still "processing" more than 20 million tax returns they had received the
previous year (2020 returns filed in 2021). What waylaid them from their
normal mission of illegally attacking innocent people without due process
and without respect for basic human rights is they were tasked with writing
and mailing hundreds of millions of checks (and other payments) related to
the Covid-insanity relief that Congress provided to businesses and people.
The Institute of Reprobates and Sociopaths has been under attack by many
factions since its heyday when Kevin Brown used his IRS position to steal
$103 million and then blame 4300 innocent people in an attempt to cover up
the theft. Today, this terrorist group has 75,000 members and that's about
how many it had in 1970. Those 75,000 members suffer from low morale, lack
of motivation, and little or no sense of being useful. It is a dispirited
and broken organization that we need to break further.
When the terrorists built their concrete bunker eyesore here in Kansas City,
it was intended to be their primary paper processing center. A reliable
source informs me that employees there spend a "surprisingly large" amount
of time just looking for staplers to staple things together and carts on
which to put files. I always send them paper, because they have to
hand-stamp each page they receive and then file it. If we all did this, IRS
would not be able to keep up with hand-stamping and we would all be so much
safer for it.
Right now, they have a backlog of about 24 million paper filings. There's no
reason we can't make that 72 million paper filings by this time next year.
- Sea turtles have made a strong recovery from near extinction. It would
be good if we could do the same with other ecologically important species,
such as sharks. Read the full story here:
https://www.discovermagazine.com/planet-earth/sea-turtle-numbers-explode-after-decades-of-protection
- The actual winner of the 2020 election for POTUS has still not said he
won't run again in 2024. For him to do that is a bad idea. For one thing, he
was already elected twice; but due to the corruption in the six swing states
were dead people and other phantom voters were counted, he's not actually
serving as POTUS in his second term.
But the libtards would try to have it both ways and say he's unqualified.
Another issue is the libtards gave us all no end of grief during Trump's
first term. They would resume their violent and unconscionable behavior,
abetted by the lamestream media and Congressional criminals like Maxine
Waters. The best thing he could do at this point is to say he has no
interest in being elected a third time and let it go at that. This would
free up other candidates to move forward.
- Joe Manchin, a (real) Democrat, objected strongly to how inflation is (not)
being addressed by the POTUS of the Socialist States of America:

3. Brainpower tip
The socialists have been aggressively asserting that any
information or viewpoint not generated from inside their echo chamber is
"misinformation".
For example, if you point out that a K95 mask filters out
"up to 95%" of particles that are .300 microns or larger, they call that
"misinformation" even though that is the definition of K95 per the ASTM standard
and even though this filtration level is printed on every box of K95 respirators
you pick up off the shelf in a hardware store or home center. The Covid virus is only 0.070 microns so obviously a mask won't filter
it out.
Recently, I bcc:d a socialist on an e-mail sharing the fact
that the State of Washington had just passed a law that will ban new internal
combustion engine cars from being sold. I provided a link to an Epoch Times
article with the story. I then explained how it actually INCREASES pollution and
carbon footprint to go with coal-powered (aka "electric") cars and put a link to
a Bing search of images of lithium mines. He wrote back that I was spreading
misinformation, based on the fact my source about the car regulation was The
Epoch Times. All he had to do was search for the story online, and he would have
seen that even radically leftwing "news" sources said the same thing.
Or he might have considered that unlike the lamestream misinformation-spewing
media, the Epoch Times is more like a journal than a newspaper because their
news articles are supported by serious citations and sources. Even their
editorial pieces apply sound reasoning; that is also something noticeably absent
from the lamestream media. But then, you can't be a socialist and know what you
are talking about because as a socialist your whole worldview is based on willful ignorance.
We all know the socialists are close-minded and intolerant
of people who do not share their ignorance and alternate reality viewpoint. They
lambast anything outside their echo chamber as "misinformation". So instead of
using their own minds, they outsource their "thinking" to the echo chamber.
The question is, how do we ensure we don't make that same
mistake?
One solution might be to take in all sources and filter
through them. I know someone who is fooling himself into believing this is both
possible and practical. It is neither. This "solution" wastes huge amounts of
time, and is akin to tossing dog turds into your guest's salad bowls and
expecting your guests to enjoy their salad while eating around those turds (just
don't snag one with your fork, you'll be fine!).
At the other extreme, where you filter out only "correct"
sources, you end up with an echo chamber problem. And with the libtards, those
salad bowls have only the dog turds, no greens. They dine on it, all the same.
Here is my approach:
-
Eliminate known sources of disinformation. No dog turds
in my salad, period.
-
Consider sources where there is probably some bias of
interpretation, but the presentation is fact-based. Yeah, I'll try this
vegetable even though I've never had it before.
-
Read with an open mind, not with a view to substantiate
what you already think. OK, I'll not drown this vegetable in mustard but
will instead try to understand why people like to eat it.
-
Apply the "smell test" to any sources you may sample,
pondering the plausibility or logic of what they are saying. Does something
in this salad have the aroma of dog turd?
Remember that all sources have some bias, because people
perceive and value information differently:
-
In the case of the Epoch Times, the bias comes from
conservative values mixed with negative experiences of communist
persecution. But they don't actively go out of their way to deceive people.
-
In the case of Nutcase Nancy, her bias comes from a
lack of values and lack of honor. She goes out of her way to deceive people.
-
Then there's Imprimus, which strives for an objective
analysis of whatever the topic is. I think they hit the target with 99%
accuracy.
You may find a left-leaning publication that doesn't go out
of its way to deceive people, but I have not come across one yet. I have come
across many "conservative" publications that read like leftwing propaganda
outlets on some issues. For example, The Washington Examiner kept aggressively
stating the idea that Biden "won" the 2020 election fairly and squarely, despite
overwhelming evidence to the contrary. I contacted them and told them they read
like a leftwing propaganda outlet by doing this, and I cancelled my
subscription.
If you are looking for an information source that is
outside the libtard/socialist echo chamber, you won't find it by traditional
means because of widespread censorship. But you can start with something like
Brietbart or Epoch Times and then visit Substack to see what uncensored
commentators have to say.
Now, another aspect of my approach is I put limits on all
this. I am not obsessed with current events. I can't control them, and it does
me no good to work myself into a lather about them or use a large chunk of my
limited time on earth staying up to date on them. I just want to be somewhat
reasonably well-informed about major issues. It helps me to have intelligent
conversations. And I am able to counter official propaganda (like all the Covid
nonsense coming out of CDC and Quacktor Fauci) with a reality-based retort. I
spend maybe 20 minutes per day getting this education, and for me it is enough.
I hope I am helping you by distilling key points into the Good News area of this
newsletter, that is my intention anyhow.
Most of my subscriptions are to hobbyist magazines,
professional journals, and other informative non-political, non-newsy
publications. So while many other people are burning up brainpower pointlessly,
people who take my approach are adding to their bank of useful knowledge and
having a good time doing so. |
4. Finance tip
We are in the middle of the worst war on our economy since Comrade Roosevelt
unleashed one on us and thus brought about The Great Depression. FDR ordered
huge quantities of cow's milk to be destroyed while children were starving. Apparently, he didn't like kids. Biden is content to sniff kids' hair, but
still.... Things are different today than they were in FDR's time. We have
more ways of being resilient than we did then, for one thing. Even so, there
is cause for concern and for prudence. What should you do as the price of food
doubles and gasoline becomes ever more costly?
Start by considering you have only so much money. Whether that is actually
true for you or not, it's true for most people. You rake in X per month from
your job. Maybe you get a little on a side gig. Almost none of us can just crank
up our income to offset these climbing costs. We must look to the other side of
the balance sheet. And that means one thing: Keep Your Overhead Down.
- Don't "move up" to a bigger, more costly house. You'll increase your
overhead with higher taxes, higher maintenance costs, etc.
- If you really need to replace your car, don't pay for a "status symbol".
The status you are communicating is that you are easily duped into
overspending on a car.
- Cut back on thoughtless spending by thinking about what you spend. Do
you really need a manicure twice a month?
- Methodically examine your home for small projects that can produce
energy savings. For example, install foam receptacle plates behind
receptacle plates where receptacles are on an outside wall.
- If replacing an appliance, make energy efficiency a major criterion.
- Use synthetic oil in your car. Not a blend, as that defeats the feature
(same size molecules) that make a synthetic so efficient.
- Do you have season tickets to something? Maybe for you, that is
extremely important. But consider whether you can share those with someone
else or stop buying them.
- How much data do you really use on your smart phone? What if you could
cut back?
- Do you have a bunch of memberships similar to Sam's Club or Amazon
Prime? You don't need all of them.
These are just some examples. Look at your recurring expenses to reveal where
you are bloating out your overhead and find ways to reduce the bloat.
Be sure to look at your total overhead, rather than saving money at great
cost. For example, here is counterintuitive hack you can use. Look for something
you can pay someone else to do so you save time that you would otherwise use to
make money. For example, Joan is an attorney. She does the basic cleaning in her
house and the basic yard care outside it. But sometimes, she has to take half a
Saturday to deep clean and another half a Saturday to do pruning. If she hired
someone to do each of these jobs, she could work a half Saturday plus gain a
half Saturday of free time plus have money left over. What if Joan needed to
repaint her home's interior? Would she save money by doing that herself or by
hiring it out? Consider the opportunity costs.
Maybe you have something that just drains your time and energy or maybe you
really hate to do it. Bill lives in a sty, with clutter everywhere. This
produces stress in anyone, as many studies show. Bill has spent many hours over
the past few years trying to declutter. If he hired a clutter cleaner to just
declutter half his house, he would be able to do the rest. But as it is, he can
never make meaningful headway or get his mind in the right frame for this work.
With that head start, he should be able to finish the job while also seeing a
huge reduction in his stress level.
Just make sure you don't try to justify needless expenses as reducing total
overhead or as having some benefit they do not actually have. |
5. Security tip
Make out your will. Nolo has a great product called Willmaker. A dozen
tips:
- Before you start, decide on an executor. This should be a person
residing in your state. It should not be a family member or particularly
close friend. It cannot be a beneficiary.
- Before you start, decide on two people to witness you sign your
will. They will need to initial each page and sign at the end. They
cannot be beneficiaries, and they cannot be executors.
- Name a backup executor.
- For each beneficiary, name a backup beneficiary if the item in
question is important to pass along to somebody.
- Decide where to store your will. It has to be the original paper
version to be valid. An ideal location is with the executor. Do not
store it in your home; if you die in a house fire, there is also no
will.
- Think in broad terms. The main purpose of a will is not to allocate
every little thing you own, but to prevent your estate from going to
probate.
- Create a master file for your executor. It can be electronic. It can
be a list of directories (aka folders) on your computer data drive
and/or cloud storage.
- Don't use your will to punish people. If bestowing a particular item
on a particular person has sentimental meaning, fine. Let the will do
that. But don't try to use it to air greivances.
- Consider who will take care of any surviving pet(s). Have your pet(s)
meet this person. You need to write very specific instructions for this
person. Be sure to include medical information, especially the name of
any veterinarians. If your pet is on a wheat-free, corn-free diet that
is wonderful. But most people do not understand why this is necessary
(those toxins are extremely bad for cats and dogs), so make that clear
in your will or supplemental document and allow funds for that purpose.
- Don't force your executor to beg third parties for usernames and
passwords. In your Letter to the Executor, specify where those are.
- Put as many things on autopay as you can. This will prevent
bill-chasing after your demise.
12. My most important tip: Do a dry run in which you pretend to be the
executor. This will take time, but it's worth doing. Note any issues you
come up against, for example the access info for one of your checking
accounts.

Let's talk about "cleansers". I keep seeing products that allegedly cleanse
your liver, cleanse your pancreas, or cleanse your colon (meaning the large
intestine). There's no "cleansing" of the pancreas. This idea got started
after a few celebrities died from pancreatic cancer. The number one way to
protect your pancreas is to eliminate salmon and other ocean predators from
your diet; the correlation between salmon consumption and pancreatic cancer
is extremely high. Four decades ago, there was no correlation. The
difference is in the toxins salmon absorb and pass on to you.
The liver is not a filter that gets clogged and needs "cleansing". It
takes care of that process itself by shuttling garbage to where it's
supposed to go. The number one way to protect your liver is to eliminate
processed sugar from your diet. Also eliminate alcohol, if you care about
your liver.
Now we get to the colon. Here is where things are not so black and white.
A colon detox may be helpful. Herbal detoxers often include licorice root in
the formula. Milk of Magnesia and similar magnesium-based products will do
the same thing. A claim that is made is these products (especially the
herbals) "break apart" waxy plaques and other junk stuck to your colon. What
actually happens is your colon spasms in response to these substances and
that causes hardened plaques to crack and slough off. These herbals are
strong laxatives. They don't act directly on any build-ups, the colon does
all the work.
People on a low fiber diet have colon atrophy. This is a term I made up
for the purpose of this article. If you have a high fiber diet, your colon
gets plenty of exercise. On a low-fiber diet, the colon is not making its
muscular contractions and under the "use it or lose it" principle, it gets
weaker.
If you subject a weak colon to a harsh treatment of an herbal "cleanser",
you will over stress it. At the very least, you will experience severe
discomfort. But you could initiate something that leads to tears of colon or
rectal tissue, and that might require surgery to fix. If you're really
intent on using an herbal cleanser, use it at 1/4th the recommended dose.
See how that works. Wait a couple of weeks, and try it again. Then wait two
weeks and take the remaining half dose. If all this transpires with not much
adverse effect, then wait a month and try the herbal at the recommended
dose. Why all the waiting? You don't want to get laxative dependence. It can
happen fairly quickly. The process is usually something like this. The
laxative causes excess water drain, which then results in dry stool and then
constipation. The obvious fix is to take a laxative, and a vicious cycle
starts in.
Rather than mess around with dubious supplements, here is what you do.
- Assess your current fiber intake. This is a simple as writing down
how many pieces of fruit and how many "cups" (or equivalent) of whole
food vegetables you have each day. This is your baseline
- Slightly increase your fiber intake. See what happens.
- Sustain the increase for several days. Once you're used to it,
increase again.
Some ways to increase fiber:
- Eat an additional piece of fruit each day.
- Buy fermented (not brined) sauerkraut and use it as a garnish on
something you eat each day. It's great on a veggie mix.
- However much spinach you eat now, double the serving size for one
spinach-containing meal.
- Eat a bowl of oatmeal, made with organic rolled oats. I like to eat
these raw in a coffee cup, with just water and cinnamon.
- Reduce your portion of something low-fiber (e.g., yogurt) and make a
corresponding increase in something high-fiber (e.g., squash).
Is it enough?
I sometimes come across these article by "experts" who claim you should
have a bowel movement no less than once every two to three days. I can tell
you what they are full of!
If your diet is whole-food based (and thus human body compatible, and
it's the only diet that is) and you are eating six small meals per day, you
will take a healthy dump 2 or 3 times per day. Not 2 or 3 times per week.
If you are not having that kind of frequency, either your diet is wrong
or you have a problem with your colon. If your diet is correct, then try a
magnesium laxative before bed (or, to be totally safe, early Saturday
morning if you can stay home for the morning). Then see if you find your
"output" suddenly increasing. Once that happens, keep up your five or six
whole food meals per day. If it doesn't happen, wait a day and try again
with a stronger dose. If you don't get two number twos at a minimum, you
have issues beyond what a laxative can solve. Yet, there is still hope...
Meditate
My climbing buddy Brett often takes up a lotus pose between hard climbs.
It's very restorative, and I sometime do it with him. As I did, he learned
this in his martial arts training.
We share an inside joke about this. In traditional Japanese or Korean
martial arts, which we both have taught, there's usually a big starting
class due to some promotional outreach. It may be 30 or more people. Day One
involves teaching people how to relax and get centered. There's a lot of
this "wax on, wax off" type of training, and relatively few people have the
patience for it. After a few sessions, the class is down to usually 4 to 6
students.
If you are constipated or think you are, it could be entirely due to
stress. There's a reason why people talk about "sphincter clutching". If you
can relax your mind martial arts style (or yoga style) and then again while
sitting on the throne, you may find a nice release. Many people who are not
normally the uptight type are suffering today from stress due to the
socialist takeover of our country and all the damage that has ensued. Life
has become noticeably harder under the socialist regime, and many of us
worry about the "woke" insanity and how it's destroying everything from our
schools to our military. You can't let these sickos have that kind of power
over you. Meditate your way to emotional freedom.
Contract hard
I always have to go within an hour of completing a training session,
simply due to all the massage value my innards get from all the strong
contractions of my abs. I would not advise jumping into something if you
feel constipated. I am saying that if you already are in a program of hard
training, you might want to see if a workout causes things to get moving.
If nothing works
If laxatives, meditation, and hard contractions won't free up your
backup, there's a problem that you are not going to solve on your own. You
need to see a gastroenterologist. It could be anything from a tumor (catch
it early enough, you hope) to an obstruction that has to be removed to a
twist that a surgeon can undo. |

7. Factoid
People spend their health for wealth, then spend their wealth for health. Is it
not better to strike a balance so you have a sufficient supply of both? |
8. Thought for the Day
Nothing is really work unless you would rather be doing
something else. If you would rather be doing something else, and are thus
disengaged in your work then you need to make a decision. Think on it. |

Authorship
The purpose of this publication is to inform and empower its readers (and save you money!).
The views expressed in this e-newsletter are generally not shared by socialists or
other brainwashed individuals. That's because those fools live in an alternate reality
and have not bothered to learn the basics of how life works. They cannot do
basic math, cannot apply logic, and cannot be bothered to learn the basic facts
relevant to any topic that they are passionate about.
Except where noted, this e-newsletter is entirely the work of Mark Lamendola. Anything presented as fact can be independently verified.
Where sources are not given, they are readily available to anyone who makes the effort.
Mark provides information from either research or his own areas of established expertise. Sometimes, what appears to be a personal opinion is the only possibility when applying sound logic--reason it out before judging! (That said, some personal opinions do appear on occasion).
Personal note from Mark: I value each and every one of you, and I hope that shows in the diligent effort I put into writing this e-newsletter.
It is an act of service, almost no money is generated for me through this
