1. Good News: Where the Intel is Good
- The CDC database shows that only 5% of reported deaths from Covid list
Covid only. Think about this. It means Covid was merely a complicating
factor or comorbidity in a person who was already ill--95% of the time!.
The CDC reported a total of 724,317 deaths where people had Covid, which
means the CDC shows 36,216 people died from Covid. But wait. The Covid test
has a 75% false positive rate. That brings the total to 9,054 deaths from
Covid--and 95% of those people were already sick with something else. That
brings the total deaths from Covid (by itself) down to 452 people. Compare that to the 480,000 deaths annually from smoking or the
780,000 deaths per year from hospital errors.
Why are we even talking about Covid? There's more to consider. In The
People's Republic of California, there were 3,723 motor vehicle deaths in
2020 alone. Yet in the whole country only 452 otherwise healthy people have
died from Covid since this whole scam started.
But aren't we being protected by a vaccine now so we don't see Covid kill
another 452 otherwise healthy people? Not at all. The "vax" has already
killed over 5,000 otherwise healthy people (see the numbers here:
https://vaers.hhs.gov/) .
- Ann Coulter has a new book out. It's insightful and witty even for
her. The book is "Resistance is Futile" and its subtitle is "How the
Trump-Hating Left Lost Its Collective Mind". This book can help sane people
understand where we are and how we got here. The book concludes by stating a
fact I realized back in 1981 and have mentioned many times in this very
newsletter. We must kill the lamestream media. They lie incessantly and
focus on the negative. They are a serious threat to the concept of The Rule
of Law (the alternative being tyranny), our way of life, and civil society.
Boycott newspapers, newsfeeds, television, and big tech media (e.g.,
Facebook), and strongly (very strongly) encourage others to do the same.
- Serious effects of the jab:
https://m.beforeitsnews.com/eu/2021/10/a-comparison-of-official-government-reports-suggest-the-fully-vaccinated-are-developing-acquired-immunodeficiency-syndrome-much-faster-than-anticipated-2678010.html
- There is hope for sanity even in communist countries such as The
People's Republic of Illinois.
Cook County, aka Crook County, which is the second most populous county in
the USA (after LA County) and home to Chicago and the people-hating deranged
person known as Laurie Lightfoot, legislated yet another criminal protection
measure that would be especially helpful to criminals preying on the less
affluent. Comrades in the peasantry sued and the case eventually wound up in
the Illinois Supreme Court where this criminal protection measure was struck
down. Read the full story here:

- There is also hope for a prairie grouse that was once on the verge of
extinction. Read the full story here:

- The socialists were forced to remove their IRS snooping scheme from
their "Destroy America" agenda. That's just one of many defeats they have
racked up recently. After stealing the Presidential election through blatant
and obvious fraud in 2020, they knew they would lose the House and Senate in
2022. So instead of picking a few things to inflict on the country, they
unleashed many attacks at once. That was a strategic mistake. They have most
likely alienated the electorate (other than socialism devotees) for the next
dozen or so elections to come. They still own the "media" to push out their
absurd lies, but the vast majority of people tune out the media now.
Facebook is hemorrhaging users and its socialist CEO is personally in legal
trouble.
- Significant numbers of libtards in the libtard region known as "the
northeast" rely on fuel oil for heating. This winter, many of them will
become Republicans if they don't freeze to death first. Fuel oil shortages
will be severe, and the cost will be staggering.
- A District Court judge has put a temporary stop to Brainless Biden's
"get vaxxed or get out" attack on federal workers. This is yet another
defeat for the occupying forces who were, only last year, insurgents on the
outside looking in. The question of "Is it time to see our 2A rights as a
responsibility to repel the invaders and end the tyranny, lawlessness, and
killing?" appears, thankfully, to be rendered moot. Simply winning a civil
war is only the beginning. They also must govern, and for that job the
ill-suited and unprepared. Lying and cheating can take you only so far, and
they are hitting a brick wall at every turn.
- Many people have been asking whether the nation can last long enough for
the new House and Senate to convene in 2023, and whether there will be
elections in 2022 or just a repeat of the many rigged contests that occurred
in 2020. The good news is we are probably not going to have to wait that
long to stop the enemy. We are using a combination of civil disobedience and
lawsuits to tie their hands. Of course, having a mentally retarded pedophile
as their front man is not exactly playing with a strong hand.
- In the communist country of New York, 40% of businesses inspected for
compliance with the illegal vax mandate are non-compliant. Smart people will
boycott the other 60%.
- The retarded man who is illegally occupying the Oval Office continues to
alienate American "voters". In the solidly communist New Jersey, where
common sense was projected to never gain a foothold, only 43% of the people
approve of his "performance". Even more telling, 49% say they disapprove.
The other 7% are in the middle. Every time the comrades in New Jersey are
polled, the numbers move away from approval and toward disapproval of
Brainless Biden. What's really great about this is the comrades can't do
anything about Brainless Biden, but they can rebel against the Communist
Party of New Jersey (aka, Democratic Party) and start voting for the
opponents of communists in the "elections". Of course, there are no election
integrity laws in New Jersey so the crime will continue. And that will make
the people there even angrier toward the communists.
- A Dutch entrepreneur uses worthless coconut husks instead of
increasingly rare wood to make shipping pallets. This reduces the waste
stream while saving millions of trees per year. Read the full story here:
https://www.theepochtimes.com/mkt_breakingnews/dutchman-uses-worthless-coconut-husks-to-make-profitable-pallets-to-save-millions-of-trees-per-year_4046259.html
- So far, the only thing Brainless Biden has "built back better" is the
Taliban. Everything else has gotten significantly worse.
- First, it was the obviousness of the situation that informed us. There's
no way a mentally retarded pedophile with advanced dementia and a dismal
record could possibly beat a principled incumbent with a stellar track
record, despite the incumbent's weaknesses such as his bragging and mean
tweets. Then it was the difference between the retard with less than 6
people at a rally versus the incumbent with 30,000 people at one of his.
Then Arizona's audit showed the retard lost there by a wide margin instead
of beating the incumbent. Now, Wisconsin's audit is shaping up to be a
repeat of the one in Arizona. There's no reason to expect the Georgia and
Pennsylvania audits to be any different. Those four states, if corrected for
voting fraud, would give the election back to Trump--the one actually voted
by the people to be our President.
The socialists and RINOs will say nothing can be done because there is no
precedent. This is like saying after Pearl Harbor, which also had no
precedent, that nothing can be done. Here we are now 10 months into the most
destructive and costly first year of any President. It would be insane and
irresponsible not to correct the grave injustice done to us by the massive
fraud of the 2020 election. We need our President reinstated, we need
criminals behind the fraud arrested not just on fraud but on treason, we
need election reform in all the 36 free states (no hope of it in the
socialist states), and we need people to push back hard against the deceit
spewed by the socialists, libtards, and America-lasters.
- In Iowa, one of the 36 free states, people who lose their jobs because
they refuse to endanger their health with the "Russian Roulette" jab are
automatically eligible for unemployment compensation per a bill recently
signed into law there. In the other 35 free states, it is still possible to
collect but it's not (yet) automatic.
- In The People's Republic of Illinois, a federal judge ruled that a
hospital system cannot put unjabbed hospital workers on unpaid leave. Read
the full story, here:
https://www.theepochtimes.com/mkt_morningbrief/federal-judge-blocks-hospital-from-putting-unvaccinated-workers-on-unpaid-leave_4080397.html
- In The People's Republic of Illinois, the crazy mayor of Chicago has
gone one step too far several times. Even here, where corruption, deception,
and robbery are normal practices among the "elected" officials and people
have put up with it for decades, the inmates of Illinois are increasingly
losing their tolerance for being abused this way. Even with the brainwashing
done by the media and the indoctrination centers (they used to be schools),
it is looking like Illinois is well on its way to becoming a free state by
popular demand. If Chicago is liberated, the rest of the state will soon
follow.
- Research shows that some people actually believe that Brainless Biden
won the 2020 election without massive fraud. This is good news, as it means
scammers have a supply of morons to target. They can prey on the terminally
stupid instead of collecting federal welfare checks. The morons
self-identify, which makes finding and targeting them easy; that also means
less crime perpetrated against the rest of us. Even better, many of these
morons "work" for the lamestream media, and they deserve whatever misery
they get.
- Republican Glenn Youngkin defeated the socialist criminal Terry
McAuliffe, 50.7% to 48.6% in the governor's race in Virginia. The socialists
were the heavy favorites in this race. People are increasingly sicker of
socialism, both literally and figuratively. Virginia has now flipped from
Blue to Red, due to the results of this election. Welcome to the fold,
number 37!
As socialism continues to create shortages of oats and other food staples
and hungry Americans endure high winter heating bills thanks to socialist
party ineptness and stupidity, more voters will reject socialism not only in
the "battleground states" but in the non-free states such as Virginia. Even
The People's Republic of New Jersey is undergoing major rumblings of
freedom. Might Hawaii and California some day be free states operating under
the Rule of Law and the US Constitution? One can hope!
- In the wake of the backlash in response to the intense damage done to
the country by the socialists, 14 House Democrats are not seeking
re-election in 2022. Keep in mind that House (mis)Representatives tend to
stay in for a very long time due to the many illegal benefits of being on
office. There are also some legal benefits, but when someone relatively poor
is a multi-millionaire after only a few years in office I think we can draw
the obvious conclusion. It is now too late to recruit replacements for the
incumbents who are leaving and recruitment is a problem because defeat is
almost certain and there's the whole "I don't actually hate my country"
thing. Not a single Republican incumbent plans to jump ship. This means it
is very likely at least 12 of those seats will switch from Socialist
(Democrat, socialist, communist, America-haters, and the merely insane) to
American (RINOs, Republicans, and patriots). And in those Congressional
districts where the incumbent socialist wants to give it another go, we are
going to see a route in many cases. It is very likely the Americans will
gain a supermajority.
- As reported on Gateway Pundit, "Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich
has opened a formal criminal investigation into the fraudulent 2020 election
and his office is now examining the suspects." This is a severe blow to the
ruling communist/socialist party. They have long relied on lies, deception,
fraud, and corruption in the lamestream media plus their ability to invoke
the same at the ballot. Now they will have only the media, and there are
powerful freedom fighters who have declared it their intention to destroy
the media.
In a fair contest, socialists never win. That's because they offer nothing
positive and a whole lot of negative. And now, contests throughout the
country will be an order of magnitude more fair. As election cheaters get
indicted, fewer dishonorable people will be willing to take the personal
legal risks involved in disenfranchising voters.
Will our duly elected POTUS take his rightful place in the Oval Office, or
will we still have to put up with the highly destructive, mentally retarded
pedophile put there by several million counts of felony misconduct? Given
that Brainless Biden is the best advertisement we have for soundly rejecting
socialism, it is likely that the anti-socialism leadership will let this
destruction run a while longer. There's also a fear that Black Lives
Manipulated and other terrorists will, in response to a fair election being
legally enforced, go back to inflicting murder and mayhem as the did during
the Civil War of 2020. I say, let them do what they feel they have to do.
Fully empower the police, National Guard, and other means of protecting the
peace to arrest these violent offenders by whatever means necessary
including lethal force. Appeasement brings more misery, not less.
- Several economists have estimated inflation for 2021 to be between 23%
and 29%. Retirees on Social Security will get a 5.9% COLA adjustment for
2022. You can thank Joe Biden.

3. Brainpower tip
Battery-powered tools are now available with high-energy lithium batteries.
While it was true until a few years ago that an electric mower is suitable for
only a small lawn, that is no longer true. Seeing this development, libtards in
the People's Republic of California now want to ban gasoline-powered lawn tools.
Their "reasoning" is that doing so will somehow reduce pollution (especially
carbon emissions).
The problem is libtards have no grasp of reality. None.
In one of Daniel Kahneman's works, he discussed the logical fallacy of "All you
see is all there is." The libtards see a tool that doesn't emit pollution at the
point of use, and from that mistakenly conclude there is no pollution emission
associated with the tool. This is akin to checking the left side of a car that
has a right side tailpipe and concluding the car does not emit exhaust because
none is coming out the left side.
Electric power generation is mostly coal. The libtards also want to replace this
with wind and solar, despite the fact we do not have enough land mass for the
number of installations needed and doing so does not change the net carbon
emission per KW over the lifespan of the power source regardless of whether it
is coal, wind, or solar.
On top of this
"zero advantage" problem, there's
a 30% or more transmission loss by the time the power is available to recharge
the battery. Unlike coal, gasoline does not emit mercury or radiation when
burned. It's a cleaner fuel. What about the carbon? Pure coal IS carbon, while
gasoline is a chemical mix that contains hydrocarbons. Gasoline has far higher
energy density than coal. So lower carbon output burning gasoline.
In the libtard universe, lithium batteries grow wild in the ocean or somewhere,
and they are 100% safe to eat. Also, strip mining is not at all ecologically
damaging in the libtard universe (maybe libtards should visit a few strip
mines). In the normal universe, the lithium is extracted through a very
eco-damaging process from places like China and Afghanistan (Joe "brainless"
Biden took us out of Afghanistan--way to go, retard(. The batteries also have
battery separators (they require hexane--a hydrocarbon--to extrude and the
pellets are made from hydrocarbon plastic so there goes your carbon again) and
plastic cases.
The
mental illness called "being a liberal" is so profound that there is no way to
teach these mentally incapacitated people the basics of how power is generated,
transmitted, and stored. Yet, they are allowed to vote and the equally
brain-challenged fools they favor have a similarly delusional view of reality.
This issue of battery powered versus gasoline powered illustrates perfectly the
need for establishing some minimal level of mental competence as a requirement
for voting. It would mean not a single Democrat every gets elected, at least
where elections aren't rigged.
It also means
that for optimum application of brainpower, take care not to limit yourself with
the "all you see is all there is" fallacy. |
4. Finance tip
Under Donald Trump, tax rate reductions led to a $1 trillion infusion of capital
into the USA from around the world [Source: Michael Moore, Economic Consultant
with FreedomWorks]. The Joe "Brainless" Biden misadministration is trying to ram
through a $5 trillion spending package (remember, spending = taxes because the
equation must balance). This is on top of spending that has already impaired
America's economic supremacy and brought severe inflation. A year ago, we were
an energy exporting nation with the lowest carbon emissions per capita of any
industrialized nation. Now, under the Brainless misadministration, carbon
emissions are up. And we are importing tens of billions of dollars from OPEC and
Russia.
This rampant destruction of our economy will continue no matter how much we
sane people tell our misrepresentatives to stop their attacks on America. And as
individuals, we cannot possibly save and invest enough to offset the debasement
of our currency, the tax hikes, the significantly higher energy costs (and the
ripple effects), etc.
What is the solution? Unfortunately, we must ride this out until we can "undo
the coup." That may or may not include correctly awarding the 2020 POTUS
decision to Donald Trump. It certainly does include investing in voting
integrity by supporting the efforts in Arizona with decent-sized monetary
donations, lobbying for election reform in our own counties (it's easy to write
to your county election board), and unabashedly speaking out against the fraud.
It is not "racist" to insist that people's votes should count rather than be
mooted by fraud. It is stupid to stand by and let it happen again.
We have less than 14 months until the new Congress holds session. Let's make
sure that, this time around, it is a Congress that supports our economic and
financial interests.

5. Security tip
Covid is not a public health threat, and masks do not effectively reduce its
transmission or protect the wearer from it. Yet, many places require people
to wear a mask. Not for any medical reason, but there is a reason. Masks
allegedly reduce the saliva aerosol that carries the virus. I was thinking
about this recently. It's a myth, not a fact. There isn't a big cloud of
saliva particles created when people speak. If there were, we would see wet
spots everywhere. Two people riding in a car, having a conversation--why are
the windows not coated with saliva after 30 minutes? Why are their clothes
not wet? Simple experiment: Stand two feet from a mirror and talk. Now check
the glass, it's totally dry.
And if human saliva is such a Covid-harboring substance, why does the
Covid test involve sticking a very long swab way up your nose? Because they
are hoping to find something, anything, they can mislabel as Covid. And your
saliva is not a good place to look else they would look there. Since the
masks don't work as advertised because there's no saliva aerosol to stop,
why are the masks required?
I'll tell you why masks are required.
If you'll notice, these requirements are most strict in places that also
have "gun owner control." Gun owner control is bad public policy that seeks
to ensure only criminals have guns. At the same time, we have "defund the
police" and "abuse the police" policies. Now connect these dots.
If everyone is wearing a mask, how do you identify someone who robs you
or holds up a store or bank where you are a bystander? Libtards are
fetishists about protecting violent criminals from their victims and
probably believe this mask wearing "completes the set". We generally
recognize people by their facial features, but that doesn't work well when
everyone is wearing a mask.
Make a habit of identifying people based on other characteristics:
- Any visible tattoos. Try to look at someone who is disfigured this
way and then look away and recall what the "body art" looked like.
Often, these are just a blur of ink to other people. But pick out one
thing such as its approximate size and location.
- The degree of head forward posture. Be able to quantify this. For
example, "the person's head is tilted 15 degrees forward".
- Do this person's feet point outward (duckfoot), inward (pigeontoe),
or straight?
- What is the size of that person's belly? Is there a noticeable
paunch? Try to use a basketball or other familiar measure. "His belly
sticks out about 3/4 of a basketball from flat."
- Voice. Is it high pitched, low-pitched, gravelly? Nasal?
- Speech patterns and idioms. Any slurs, mispronunciations, or other
distinct features? "He says 'store' with an sh sound"?
- Are that person's hands bigger than yours, smaller than yours, or
about the same size?
- Long hair, short hair, buzz cut, ponytail, etc.?
- Are the eyebrows bushy, thin, medium, or shaved off? Unibrow?
- Nose hair, ear hair?
- Hair on the back of hands? How thick, what color?
- How does this person move? Athletically graceful or lunky?
- What about posture? Is there a noticeable slouch?
- What does this person smell like? Is this a smoker? Does the person
smell fruity, a sign of diabetes?
Yes, people can change their clothes. But identify these anyhow:
- Is the person wearing sneakers or leather shoes? What color? If
leather, are they neatly polished or unkempt?
- Is he wearing jeans or slack? What color? What condition?
- What is that person's overall color palette (this seldom changes)?
And I hate to say it, because I generally do not use this characteristic
to identify a person because there are so many other ones. But notice the
degree of color in the skin. Rather than say a person is "black" (which is
ill-defined), use the colors of foods. "His skin is the color of coffee with
cream added". "An olive complexion". Or relative to your own color: "His
skin is several shades lighter (darker) than my own." Look at all the ways
we can paint a mosaic to identify a person. To be able to do this, you must
practice regularly so you have the skill if you ever need it. Now don't go
ogling everyone as a means of practice; you just might get a whoopin' for
being creepy and you've have that coming to you. One way to practice is to
pick one aspect such as a person's feet and see what you can notice. Feet
are great for practice because people tend not to notice if you are gawking
at your feet. Or glance at someone and look away (simulating all the time
you will have in a real crisis). What three things did you notice that might
identify this individual. |

It's a common belief that lifting heavier weight makes you stronger. People
"prove" this with charts that show how many reps per set they do on, say,
the bench press. When they reach 12 reps, then for the next workout using
the bench press they add weight and drop to 8 reps. Look at Joe! Six months
ago, he was benching 120lbs. Now he's benching 180lbs! He is so much
stronger! Yes, let's look at Joe. He's arching his back and rounding his
shoulders forward to move that weight. And each "rep" is about a quarter of
the range of motion. When a personal trainer, a knowledgeable one, corrects
Joe's form, it turns out Joe can bench only 95lbs. Not 120, and certainly
not 180. I didn't just create these numbers, a personal trainer related this
exact account to me. Joe (not his real name) wanted to increase his bench
press because he "stalled out" at 180 lbs. In reality, he could bench only a
bit more than half that amount. The "exercise" he was actually doing wasn't
the bench press. But he did lift more weight, as if that somehow matters to
a rational person.
What happens when you use too much weight is you compensate. Lifting too
heavy for your (median delt) lateral raises? You'll work your trapezius and
other muscles, taking most of the load off those delts. They will stay puny.
It's not how much weight you lift that matters. In fact, clever trainers
are always coming up with ways to use less weight to get the same adaptive
response. One technique is "pre exhaustion." To hobble yourself for an
overhead press, you do a set of lateral raises right before going into the
overhead press. The shoulders get the same hard training as if you were
using a heavier weight, but your spine isn't subjected to as much
compression.
Another trick is to use an exercise with a different leverage. Back
squats look impressive because of all the weight on the bar. Change to front
squats, and you must reduce the weight dramatically. You get the same hard
training either way, but with front squats you subject your knees, hips, and
spine to less compressive force.
Remember, this is training not performance.
If your goal is to impress yourself or others with how much you can lift,
they won't be impressed. But you will have arthritis and other painful
problems later in life.
- Look at what happened to eight-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman. He
lifted far more weight than he should have, and his arms are now
considerably smaller than mine due to multiple surgeries, long
convalesces, and other problems resulting from his injuries. I am
chronologically four years older than he, but in terms of physical aging
he is a couple of decades older than I. Instead of trying to push his
body beyond its mechanical limits, he should have worked each session to
get the adaptive response. He could have had the same amazing physique
without destroying his body.
- The other eight-time Mr. Olympia, Lee Haney, is 10 months older than
I. And he still looks amazing (and yes, his arms still dwarf mine). He is
active and shows no sign of slowing down any time soon. He is a
disciplined, goal-oriented person.
There is a saying among the best trainers. Check your ego at the door.
The gym is not the place to hurt yourself trying to prove something. It is
the place where you stimulate the adaptive response with "the long view" in
mind.
The adaptive response is triggered by:
- Metabolic stress. This is a function of how much fuel you burn in a
given time. Short rests, instead of long ones, between sets increases
this. So does doing two different exercises back to back with no rest
between them; the bulk of my training uses this method.
- Metabolic damage. This is a function of intensity; how much you "rev
up" the muscles you are working. Using excessive weight is one path, but
not the best path. Weakening muscles by techniques such as
pre-exhaustion or making them work harder due to leverage and strict
form achieves this without the injury that comes from excessive weight.
The drawback is as you increase the intensity you must reduce the time
under tension.
- Time under tension. This is how long a muscle is being tensed during
a set. Doing more reps increases time under tension. The drawback is
there's a trade-off with intensity.
Though they seem to be mutually exclusive, you can have both #2 and #3. Here is how:
- Use lighter weight, as discussed above.
- Use short rests between sets. This forces you to try to lift with
inadequate fuel (glycogen), which makes each rep feel harder. If you try
to get 12 reps, you will really be straining on those last 4 or 5. The
intensity is about the maximum possible. And look at where your time
under tension is; yes, it's also at a maximum (it seems going more than
12 reps is counterproductive, so 12 is probably your best number but it
could be a bit lower in your particular case).
- Do four sets instead of the commonly advised three.
- Do several exercises for the same muscle in a given workout. This
ratchets up the intensity with each "next" exercise, allows you to hit
the muscle from different angles, and produces a slew of metabolic
damage.

7. Factoid
Sharks are essential for controlling the animals that eat plankton, which is our
primary source of oxygen. They have been around for 450 million years, having
survived 5 major extinctions. Now in the last 30 years, shark fin fishing and
shark food fishing have reduced the world's shark population by 99%. Shark fin
fishing means they hack off the shark's fins and toss it back into the water to
die (imagine having your arms and legs hacked off and then being left to fend
for yourself, that's what this is for the sharks).
Shark food fishing is stupid, as sharks are top of the food chain predators and
thus highly toxic; but shark is sold under other names as Flake; Huss; Dogfish;
Catfish; Grayfish; Steakfish; Whitefish; Lemon Fish; Moki; Cape Steak; Rock
Salmon; Smoked Rock Salmon; Smoked Dogfish; Rigg; Gummy; Sea Ham; Sokomoro; Tofu
Shark; Ocean Fillet; Surimi (Imitation Crab Meat). So don't eat those "foods".
The vast majority of shark sold as food is eaten in Asia, the same continent
where three countries produce 70% of the world's pollution and contain 50% of
the world's population. One of those countries, China, produces over half of the
world's CO2 emissions. There are over 7 billion people on Earth, and only 1
billion of us live in the western hemisphere. |

The views expressed in this e-newsletter are generally not shared by socialists or
other brainwashed individuals. That's because they live in an alternate reality
and have not bothered to learn the basics of how life works.
Except where noted, this e-newsletter is entirely the work of Mark Lamendola. Anything presented as fact can be independently verified.
Where sources are not given, they are readily available to anyone who makes the effort.
Mark provides information from either research or his own areas of established expertise. Sometimes, what appears to be a personal opinion is the only possibility when applying sound logic--reason it out before judging! (That said, some personal opinions do appear on occasion).
The purpose of this publication is to inform and empower its readers (and save you money!).
Personal note from Mark: I value each and every one of you, and I hope that shows in the diligent effort I put into writing this e-newsletter. Thank you for being a faithful reader.
