Special Update from America's Frontline Doctors

www.aflds.org

  • Today the facts remain the same: SARS-CoV-2 poses virtually no mortality risk to people up to 70 years old. For those beyond 70, survival approaches 95%, and with early treatment is nearly 100% survivable.
  • Today the problems with the "vaccines" remain the same: none have been studied for long-term effects, and the short-term toxicity is alarming. The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), run by the CDC, shows over 15,000 deaths following COVID vaccines.
  • Today the lies about vaccines remain the same: The CDC lied when it said: “If you get the shot, you are protected from COVID. If you get the booster, you are protected from COVID.” Finally, CDC Director Walensky had to admit this was false because the shots are completely worthless against Delta and Delta is all there is now.

One of the biggest lies is that people with natural immunity need the shot. This lie is dangerous. If you are COVID-recovered and take the shot, you are not only not getting any benefit, but you are at HIGHER risk of a serious adverse event including death.

Protecting the COVID-recovered is the basis for two of our lawsuits. If you are being coerced to have the vaccine by your employer, do not quit your job in protest. And do not resign if your employer pressures you to resign. Keep showing up and doing your work. By forcing your employer to fire you, you may be entitled to unemployment benefits, and your employer must pay the costs for this. Companies that choose to force vaccination upon their employees as a condition to maintain their job must be made to feel the financial pain associated with their choices.

Special Update on the Arizona Audit

  • Nearly 300 dead people voted.
  • Over 17,000 votes were duplicates.
  • 2,382 ballots were cast by people after they moved out of Maricopa County (either they came back to vote or their names were used without their permission).
  • 23,344 mail-in ballots were "cast" by people after they moved and after the deadline (it appears those people's names were used without their permission).
  • 9,041 mail-in "voters" returned more ballots than were sent (X were sent, but X+9041 came back).
  • 5,295 people appeared to have voted in multiple counties.

There are over 50,000 problem ballots, way more than necessary to change the outcome in the 2020 election in Arizona. Remember, Joe Biden “won” Arizona by just over 10K votes. See more details in this issue's Security article.

Special Update on the Texas Audit

No doubt as a consequence of the Arizona audit results, the Texas Secretary of State’s office is carrying out a forensic audit of 2020 election results in four large counties, including Dallas and Harris counties. You may be wondering why this would matter, since Texas is a free state, is not a swing state for the POTUS elections, and went to Trump in 2020. Some reasons:

  • Election integrity matters, regardless of party affiliation.
  • Every time one state starts an audit, that's a green light to the other states considering doing the same.
  • Arizona's 11 EC votes falsely went to Biden, as did Pennsylvania's 20 and Georgia's 16. If those EC votes are decertified for Biden due to the fraud and then recertified to Trump to reflect how people actually voted, that's 47 EC votes taken from Biden and correctly awarded to Trump. Add the 47 to the 232 for Trump, and that puts Trump at 279. We also know Wisconsin's 10 falsely went to Biden. So we are talking about 57 EC votes incorrectly certified. That is not a minor error. It is a disenfranchisement of the American People to put the loser of this election in office when the winner beat him by 67 EC votes.
  • Socialists win lower level elections in TX. Dallas, in particular, is full of "yankies"; most people there don't even have a Texas accent. The audit can underpin election reform to make sure the only way they can get elected is honestly.

1. Good News: Where the Intel is Good

  1. Thousands of people in socialist-held NYC held a "freedom rally" to protest the "vaccine" passport "laws". For this to happen in the home of the New York "we love Karl Marx" Times is astounding.

  2. Also astounding, the socialist propaganda piece known as "The New York Times" has run pieces critical of Joe "Brainless" Biden. Apparently, the reality of the carnage caused by handing the White House over via coup to an America-hating retarded man has overcome their delusion that socialism is somehow a good thing. Let's hope they finish coming out of their intellectual comas at the NYT and turn the paper into an information source. Or at least not a leftwing echo chamber.

  3. All around the world, people are refusing to go along with silly charades like wearing a mask to stop Covid as if somehow a mask could stop Covid. People around the world are also refusing to be jabbed with the experimental medications that do nothing to stop the spread of Covid.

  4. Any time any kind of flu vaccine is designed, it is designed for a virus that no longer exists by the time the vaccine is released. In military history courses, this is called "fighting the previous war". It just doesn't work, and it gets a lot of people killed. Rather than using a designed vaccine, the smart thing to do is take the vaccine that protects you against all pathogens. It's called the produce department. It is 100% safe and 100% effective.

  5. Australia's gun ban has often been cited as a boon for violent criminals, not that this should surprise anybody. But now Australians have even more to fear, and it should not surprise anybody either. Its own government is literally shooting them in the back. As they are running away. Read one account of that "utopia", here:
    https://thenationalpulse.com/analysis/the-left-cheered-when-australians-gave-up-their-guns-now-theyre-being-shot-by-their-own-government-in-the-streets.

Our Second Amendment was written from the idea that government will go bad unless it has armed citizens to fear. A good government has no need to fear its citizens, thus no need to ban guns. What this means is every politician in favor of "gun control" is bad and cannot be trusted; they are saying that very thing by taking that position.

  6. Back in the third week of September, half the nation's governors wrote Brainless Biden a letter pleading for a meeting about the border crisis. What needs to happen in each of those states is they need to use the border crisis and about a dozen other epic failures by Brainless as examples of what happens when elections are stolen. And then enact strong election reforms. They also need to audit their 2020 elections and the recertify for the POTUS and other federal positions. Anything less than this is a massive dereliction of duty. The border crisis has a single cause, which was made possible only because the actual winner of the 2020 POTUS election was denied victory due to blatant and obvious corruption. Bypassing the democratic process this way, or any other way, has consequences. The foremost of those is tyranny. Incompetence, lawlessness, stomping on civil liberties, financial disruption, and high inflation are all near the top of the list.

  7. I received a fundraiser letter from the Democratic National Committee, saying they need donations so they don't lose everything. I wrote this reply: "If you win, it will not be without the same blatant lying, cheating, and stealing that replaced an excellent President with a mentally retarded jackass who has done immense damage to this country.  It is not the Democrats who have everything to lose, it is America that is now losing everything thanks to the Democrats.  There is a special place in hell for you and your ilk."

  8. Adding to the misery of our extreme shortage of police officers, the "protein spike mandate" that is referred to by liars and ignor-anuses as the Covid "vaccine" is causing people who are concerned about their health to resign their police officer jobs instead of having their health impaired by an unnecessary, untrialed, ineffective medication.
    Read an example here: https://www.bizpacreview.com/2021/09/27/dozens-state-troopers-resign-mandate-report-1140855

Question: Have you ever seen a State Trooper bearing the telltale sign of metabolic syndrome (the extended liver / big gut)? Neither have I. In fact, troopers don't eat that way (the highly processed food, poison yourself diet) because they have to perform a physical fitness qual that is fairly rigorous. They ALREADY have the vaccine, the one that is 100% effective and 100% safe. It isn't made by Pfizer. It's grown in the soil.

  9. MTG rips into Congress: https://rumble.com/vn0ukn-rep.-mtg-rips-apart-the-green-new-deal-on-the-house-floor.html

  10. USA military personnel who apply their human rights as protected by the Nuremberg Code of 1947 are, under the Biden administration, facing dishonorable discharge. But in states like Kansas, there is good news. Read about it here: https://www.ksn.com/news/capitol-bureau/kansas-senators-bill-would-block-dishonorable-discharge-for-refusing-covid-19-vaccine/

  11. Covid is a threat only to the immunocompromised and those with metabolic syndrome (e.g., sugar addicts). For the average person, it's nothing. The measures taken to allegedly fight this non-threat have caused quite a bit of death and disruption, while doing nothing measurable to actually fight it. The big dots here never get connected by the people making public policy. So I make my own policy, and it works because unlike theirs it really is from the science. I just don't eat processed food, and that has worked for over 50 years. What is your policy?

3. Brainpower tip

Let's talk about diversity.

According to libtards, diversity means people who differ in superficial physical traits but follow the same toxic ideology with zero tolerance for any variance. There is intense pressure to conform to the "correct" (and constantly changing) viewpoint, with bullying and other tactics being used viciously against those who think for themselves.

Libtards use words incorrectly as a matter of course, speak a language of their own.

Among English speakers, however, diversity means the people in question (a board of directors, a conversation, a company roster, etc.) have different viewpoints and many areas of disagreement.

Where diversity is leveraged for its real value, different viewpoints ae explored and discussed. There is no pressure to force everyone to concur with the "correct" viewpoint. Thinking is actually encouraged.

4. Finance tip

Thanks to the socialist coup, taxes are rising like crazy. The inflation tax, which is the single largest tax most Americans pay, is increasing at an alarming rate. On top of this, gasoline has doubled in price since the coup took effect and they are still heading higher.

Brainless Biden wants to bring on 90,000 new terrorists to abuse and rob innocent people via the IRS, and with the socialists controlling the legislature he will probably get whatever his sick little mind desires. Though even he may not get the bank reporting that so blatantly violates the 4th Amendment and that will require hundreds of additional carbon-spewing, energy-consuming data centers to implement. Small consolation.

Historically, when a government aggressively robs its people by inflating the supply of currency (that is, debauching the currency) people turn to barter and other "outside the system" means of trade. Most of us have skills that can allow us to trade services or even goods between each other. Years ago, I hired an attorney who told me he needed his Jeep Cherokee tuned up. I super-tuned it and told him he could give back in uncharged time whatever he thought was fair.

Small-scale bartering isn't taxable and need not be reported, at least of this writing. Even if the Tax Code changes to make all bartering taxable and reportable, people will simply refuse to report it. If you are bartering on any kind of scale, keep in mind that it is taxable and reportable. Note also that IRS determines the market value of what's reported and it taxes on that basis. So you can't just give a lowball number.

You have a couple of choices in regards to bartering:

  1. Keep it small and informal. For example, you mow your neighbor's lawn if that neighbor will help you wax your car. Or you agree to help wax their car if they will help you wax yours. Or you make an excellent pumpkin pie and your friend makes wonderful home-made bread using oat flour; trade!
  2. Do it as a side business and report all transactions. This is where you evaluate your skill set and determine what goods or service you can offer in trade. For example, you are a good math tutor so you offer that in exchange for goods and services you need or can use. Or you are good at building useful items using wood, so you come up with a few product designs and offer to build one in exchange for $X worth of garden-grown produce or some other item.  If you go this route, set up an LLC for the purpose and register it under an EIN (IRS will provide you with an EIN at no cost). Keep records of each transaction, using Quickbooks or some other software suitable for the purpose.

Another barter kind of thing is resource-sharing. For example, you share office space or warehouse space with another business. Or let's say you have a box at The UPS Store but it's on the smaller side and you don't have after-hours access due to the cost. So like many apartment dwellers, you take on a "room mate" to split expenses. Before just going ahead and doing this, tell the owner of that The UPS Store this is what you intend to do and it will all be billed to the one account. You are just adding a second business for that address to make this box affordable to your business. And if they bail, you will still pay for the box. Or agree to pay for a 6 month term in full in advance.

Another kind of barter thing is where you have the "I'll make good some day" situation and you really don't keep track. For example, my neighbor wants to park her car on my driveway for two days. There's an implicit, not explicit, trade going on. And not necessarily equal value. So when I ask her to watch my cat for a couple of days, she does it. I had a next door neighbor who took turns with me mowing our adjacent properties. If I happened to be mowing my lawn, I would mow all the way over to his driveway. If he happened to be mowing his lawn, he would mow an equal area of my lawn. We never kept track.

With the economy under assault as it is, and civil discourse receding into the rearview mirror, this last form that I mentioned is very good to pursue. You build trust and you build good will, even if you don't really save money. But by not having to hire a pet sitter or park on the street and get robbed, you do save money. Spending time in neighbor's homes helping them fix things and getting the same in return is always good, it saves money and reduces stress.

A currency allows us to exchange goods and services without needing to hunt around for the correct value match. So going big time with barter seeks an advantage that does not exist (untaxed) while also causing you or the other party to lose value through poor matches. You are better off to simply charge a fee for your goods or services. A "side gig" has many advantages, so think about what you can do or make to offer via a side business or even a full business.

Going small time with barter is a way to make life easier, avoid excessive costs, and cushion the effects of socialism in your life.

5. Security tip

America's international, financial, military, and cultural security has taken gut blows ever since Joe "Brainless" Biden and his socialist gang succeeded in their coup.

By US law, the only way the people can make politicians accountable is through the ballot box. But that box has been rendered impotent due to massive fraud and corruption. While this was obvious on its face in 2020, US law also requires due process to address the fraud. First, a forensic investigation is required to establish that fraud occurred and that it was significant. That now has been done, see the details below. For the security of all of us, we need to support this effort. Election fraud is the single biggest threat facing the USA today, and it's also the threat that has the most obvious solution. We must act. All of us. Keep the issue in front of your state legislature by contacting your reps about it on a regular basis. Donating funding to the effort is also very helpful, because (though it shouldn't), this costs money.

Now, read the details below. Astounding!

****

ATTENTION: BIG NEWS!

Hi Mark,

The audit report is finally in. And I am FURIOUS about the fraud it uncovered.

I'm Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers. I am the Arizona State Senator fighting nationwide for audits and election integrity! Now we need to prosecute those who participated in this fraud. Help me fix the problems in Arizona and spread audits to all 50 states!

The report is in. And the results are.... unbelievable. When you hear them, you'll understand why I'm calling to decertify the 2020 Arizona election.

Let me break it down for you:

-3432 more ballots cast than people who voted.
-9041 mail-in voters retuned more ballots than they were sent.
-More ballots cast at precincts than people who showed up to vote, by 1551.
-2382 ballots cast by people who voted after moving out of Maricopa County.
-Nearly 300 dead people voted.
-Over 17,000 duplicate votes.
-23,344 mail-in ballots voted after they moved, and after the deadline.

Here is the explanation:

Logan first explained that duplicate ballots, which are not the same as duplicated ballot envelopes, were co-mingled with original ballots. Many of these ballots had incorrect and missing serial numbers. However, these were very small numbers, which eventually corrected gave few hundred votes back to Biden, as the mainstream media originally mentioned before the Senate hearing – Logan attributed these to simple human error.

He confirmed that ballot form numbers did not match up. EV32 voting forms, which match with votes sent, did not match the number of EV33 forms, for early votes returned. 9,041 more mail-in voters were shown as being returned than having been sent out with the EV32s. 397 mail-in ballots were never sent, and do not have a corresponding EV32. 255,326 early votes did not have a complimentary EV33.

Many issues were also seen with voters who were registered as having moved. 23,344 voters voted via a mail-in ballot where nobody else of the same name was at the address, eliminating students and other people in similar family situations from the potential mix. Mail-in ballots cannot be forwarded, meaning the only legal way for these Maricopa voters to have received their ballot was to have picked it up in person, something the audit team considered unlikely. 2,081 voters even moved out of state and received a full ballot, not a “federal only” ballot.

Logan claimed that potentially up to 5,047 individuals voted in more than one county, with voters having the same names and same birth year – 393 voters also had an incomplete name. 198 voters registered after the October 18th cutoff and still voted. Issues were also seen with the voter roll, where there were 2,681 unique AFSEQ numbers, which are supposed to be applied to voters for a singular transaction, being shared between voters. The Maricopa audit team said this suggested an election integrity issue with the ballot data itself. Other claims included 282 potentially dead voters and 186 people with potential duplicate IDs.

There are over 50,000 problem ballots, way more than necessary to change the outcome in the 2020 election in Arizona.

In other words, yes, there WAS fraud!

Any one of these discrepancies would be enough to merit decertification.

Any one of them would make the Audit worth while.

So now, we have PROOF of discrepancies sufficient to overturn the 2020 official election results in Arizona.

It would be nice if the Fake News media didn't continuously LIE, boldfaced, about the Audit or its findings...

So clearly we have some work to do, because the Audit does NOT say anything of the sort. The media can always be counted on to lie, just like the Democrats can always be counted on to cheat.

The only way we will get the word out about the Audit, and the truth of it, is to get it out ourselves- and that takes money.

So, getting the truth out is our next step.

Another next step? Decertifying the election. And referring the illegal activity for criminal prosecution.

Next step after that? We clearly need audits across the country. If all this can happen in one county in Arizona- can you really tell me that it couldn't happen in key counties across the country?

We have to do something more.

Lose weight, be strong, burn fat, gain muscle
See my climbing videos here: https://tinyurl.com/ClimbingSigChannel

One of the long-running debates in the world of weight-training is whether to go for intensity or volume.

  • Intensity: This means more work in a given time, thus fewer reps. Intensity triggers the adaptive response that includes elevated testosterone. It builds strength but does little for size. Intensity burns fat long after the workout has stopped but not much during the workout.
  • Volume: This means more reps, thus more time to do the same amount of work. Volume triggers the adaptive response that includes increasing the size and quantity of capillaries. It builds size but does little for strength. Volume burns fat during the workout, but not once it has stopped.

A traditional approach among bodybuilders has been to alternate these but then before a show focus on volume. The Nautilus method focuses on intensity and specifically omits volume.

For some sports, such as the martial arts, volume training is (among many) explicitly avoided under the theory that more muscle means more weight to move and thus less speed. I have personally proven this theory wrong, most notably while being timed by radar in a karate dojo. Shotokan grand master Nishiyama himself was conducting the speed trials. I was only a green belt at the time, yet except for Nishiyama, I was the fastest one there. I was also the only one without a black belt asked to participate (by Nishiyama, over the objections of my weenie of an instructor who wanted a "ringer" for tournaments). Today's MMA fighters also prove this wrong. And if you look at Usain Bolt, the fastest sprinter in recorded human history, you can see he also proves this wrong.

There's also the theory that big bodybuilders have "gym muscles" instead of "real muscles", as if that makes any sense. This comes from observing how poorly some of the big guys perform on tests of functional strength. The problem is they do not train over the full range of motion. However, to get the symmetry and development that wins bodybuilding contests, full range of motion training is required. The people who do well in these contests have balance, coordination, and functional strength.

I also want to note that Arnold was known for extending below the lower limit of the range of motion and then exceeding in the other direction. He was also known for crazy volume, achieved in various ways. And yet, he was also known for the intensity with which he performed each rep of each set.

So let's set aside ideas based on half-truths and misinformation. That includes the misinformation that you must choose between intensity and volume. You can, and should, get both in the same workout. Here one way it's done.

Intensity

  • Start your session with compound exercises, and work your way down to isolation exercises.
  • Do each rep in perfect form.
  • Focus on what you are doing.
  • Tense the muscle that's being worked.
  • Don't pace yourself to reach a particular rep count. Generally: Aim for 8 to 12 reps per set, but if you can't do that many it's OK; Adjust the weight down or rest a bit longer before doing the next set. For some exercises, such as pullups or hanging leg extensions, low rep counts per set go with the territory.
  • Take short breaks between sets. Ideally, start the next set while you are still catching your breath from the last one. This means you get the same growth stimulation with less weight; much better on your joints than using more weight. You also get an excellent high intensity cardio workout this way, something that is impossible with jogging or aerobic dancing.

Volume

  • Do four sets for most exercises (the ones where you can crank 8 to 12 reps). Do more sets of low-rep exercises. For example, make a total of 24 reps of hanging leg raises by doing 6 sets of 4. It is better to do 4 reps in perfect form 6 times than to do 8 reps in poor form 3 times.
  • Do multiple exercises for the same muscle, but alternate with exercises for other muscles. For example, rear delt followed by median delt followed by rear delt instead of two rear delt exercises in a row.
  • Finish your workout with a low weight, high volume exercise for each muscle being trained. For example, I might crank 20 to 30 reps with 8lbs for my median delts. The point of it is to pump blood; this not only stimulates capillariization, it helps speed recovery by pumping out the waste.

Note that this strategy is possible only with a split routine. I do not take "full body workouts" seriously as a training method, because they necessarily sacrifice intensity and volume for a given muscle group. You have only so much energy for each workout, and only so much recovery ability afterwards. A split routine over 6 days/week means you get your maximum testosterone boost 6 days per week. Once you are beyond rehab or beginning, a full body workout makes no sense because you limit both intensity and volume. With the split routine, many people choose one or the other. But you can maximize both.

At www.supplecity.com, you'll find plenty of informative, authoritative articles on maintaining a lean, strong physique. It has nothing to do with long workouts or impossible to maintain diets. In fact:
  • The best workouts are short and intense.
  • A good diet contains far more flavors and satisfaction than the typical American diet.

7. Factoid

None of the silly rituals mandated to "slow the spread of Covid" do an iota of good toward that end. That conclusion actually is from the science. Believing masks and social distancing will appease the virus gods is right up there with believing that constructing a wooden airplane on a Pacific island (as Pacific islanders did after WWII) will bring you chocolate. We are in the grips of an irrational, science-free panic that is actually exacerbating illness.
