1. Good News
- Titular POTUS Joe "Brainless" Biden insulted fallen military heroes by
dismissing Memorial Day weekend as "a long weekend." Kamala Harris did the
same thing. Multiple times. Not once did either of these retards mention
anything about our fallen soldiers. This attitude sent a message that
offended millions of Americans, regardless of their political affiliation or
lack thereof. The good news is the timing of this
insulting behavior weakens the socialists at a time when the free states are
working on election reform. The socialists, who gain office only through
deception, corruption, and fraud, are of course fighting election reform and
thus fighting the very concept of an election.
- The Supreme Court, which has for many years sided with the
socialists, recently handed its second defeat to President Pelosi (the
apparent puppet master of Joe "Brainless" Biden). And, like the earlier one
it was unanimous. The socialists took things too far, and this has already
cost them much of the power they stole through deceit, murder, corruption,
and moral bankruptcy.
- Traditional Democrats want their party back. They are taking action,
standing up to the socialists whose policies of exclusion, intolerance,
lawlessness, impoverishment, and child abuse conflict with traditional
Democrat values. The current administration faces serious compliance
challenges that even their bullying, intimidation, and physical threats
cannot conquer. Their assumption that every Democrat would join them in
their debauchery is proving to be a serious underestimation of the moral
fiber of those Democrats. Pelosi's election corruption bill was stopped by a
Democrat in the Senate.
- One of the bills that traditional Democrats helped kill (in the Senate)
was the "INFORM Consumers Act" which did nothing to inform consumers but it
sharply tilted the playing field from small businesses (where jobs are
created) to the big corporations that have funneled millions of dollars to
socialist politicians. Had those traditional Democrats not exerted their
moral authority, the vote would have gone 50-50 with Kamala Harris providing
the tie-breaking vote.
- In an honest and fair election, socialists can seldom win. The free
states continue to roll out election reform, which means that in the 2022
elections many socialists will be booted out of office. That is good news
for all decent people.
- Fed up already with "distant fourth" Joe "Brainless" Biden and deeply
embarrassed by "Last Place" Kamala Harris, Nevada Democrats have introduced
legislation to have the state run the Primary election instead of letting
the caucuses do it. That Primary in 2020 was as farcical as the November
general election of the same year. The top three winners are, to this day,
excluded from participation in power.
- Bernie Sanders publicly stated the Democratic Party has become
malevolent and bad for the country. That's good news, because many people
trust Sanders and his saying this helps them to see it as well. The "cancel
culture" can't cancel everybody. And now among hardcore Democrats and
dedicated leftists, there is finally some independent thought. Pelosi's
gangsta government and her gangsta tactics are not sustainable. Her kingdom
is under attack from within, and the more she tries to punish dissenters the
more dissent there will be. Perhaps there is a orange jumpsuit in her
future?
- The latest analysis by the Treasury Department (based on IRS data
tracking state-to-state migration) shows that socialist states saw a net
outflow of hundreds of thousands of taxpayers who took nearly $27 billion in
taxable gross income with them to free states. This was in 2018-2019, at the
tail end of eight years of Soetoro and including the first year of Trump's
pro-freedom, pro-jobs, anti-poverty, non-hatred term in office. The flight
rate from the socialist states started growing during the bloodiest part of
our ongoing civil war (the summer of 2020). After only a few months of
President Pelosi (and her sock puppet Joe "Brainless" Biden), who was part
of the insurgency that took the White House by coup, those earlier numbers
look tame. The People's Republic of California has experienced a record
level of sane people fleeing that communist regime for free states like
Texas and Florida. And by most accounts, they are not bringing their failed
ideology with them.
- There is no doubt that the 2020 election was rigged. The latest
discovery? Pallets of photocopied ballots for Biden. Read the full story
here:
https://www.theepochtimes.com/mkt_morningbrief/why-a-judge-has-georgia-vote-fraud-on-his-mind-pristine-biden-ballots-that-looked-xeroxed_3849309.html
The mounting evidence of excessive fraud proves Americans did not go insane
and "elect" a mentally retarded man to replace one of the most accomplished
Presidents in our history. And that is very good news. It means there is yet
hope for humanity.
- It is looking like Pennsylvania will conclude its audit of the 2020
"election" next month. Unless they totally botch it or perpetuate the
original fraud, it will show Trump won that state by a significant margin.
It is a ridiculous proposition that a mentally retarded man with zero
accomplishments during 50 years of government "service" who did not even
bother to campaign except for a few sparsely attended "rallies" somehow
defeated an incumbent President whose accomplishments are nothing short of
stunning.
When Pennsylvania and Arizona audits empirically disprove this
proposition for their own citizens, the Supreme Court would not easily
dismiss a suit brought by any one of the 36 free states challenging the
obviously wrong outcome of that election. The remedy for this fraud is
unclear at this time, but whatever it is the SCOTUS should not be swayed by
the threat of a resumption of socialist violence. We have the military for a
reason, and it should be deployed to defend our nation against such an
attack. It would be very good news indeed if justice is not thwarted by yet
more lawlessness.
Pennsylvania Republican lawmakers have already introduced a comprehensive
election reform bill. It remains to be seen how many Pennsylvania
"Democrats" are Democrats or socialists.
- The free state of Iowa recently passed its second election reform bill
this year, showing they are serious about protecting voters from fraud.
- The re-taking of America from the Socialists and the defeat of President
Pelosi are already happening. "In what was by far the most contested outcome
from either party Tuesday night in Virginia’s primaries for the House of
Delegates, attorney, and Trump supporter Wren Williams removed seven-term
incumbent Charles Poindexter by a landslide — 63%." Source: BlabberBuzz.
Look for a total repudiation in 2022. Hatred, the primary engine of the
socialist insurgency, always burns those who use it.
- Even during the socialist occupation of our federal government, civil
liberty is advancing. Remember, our founding fathers had the foresight to
distribute power widely instead of concentrating it. Four states passed
Constitutional Carry laws in 2021: Arizona, Iowa, Montana, and Tennessee.
This gives hope not only to the nation, but also to the victims of New
Mexico, California, and other socialist regimes. Those regimes are
undergoing a mass exodus of victims and a political backlash from those left
behind. All of the hatred, killing, burning, looting, and lying the
socialists have done to take over the federal government will ultimately
prove to have been done in vain. You do not win hearts and minds by those
methods, you breed resentment.
- Delegates from over a dozen states have visited the Arizona ballot
investigation to see in detail how that's being done. This degree of
interest has a significant import. For example, the Wisconsin delegation of
legislators said a similar audit is needed in their state.
The socialists, who can win elections
only by cheating, are of course very upset that civil liberties will be
upheld by dint of having
honest, real elections in the USA. These criminals have launched an all out propaganda
campaign, citing honest elections as a threat to our "democracy". Maybe they
should read the Pledge of Allegiance as a primer to taking a Civics 101
course.
- The socialists inadvertently created another powerful force to help us
in the struggle to restore our civil liberties and the rule of law:
https://www.theepochtimes.com/mkt_breakingnews/mark-mccloskey-explains-guilty-plea-by-god-i-did-it-thats-what-the-guns-were-for_3864449.html
- Across the country, parents are stepping up to stop the child abuse
program known as "Critical Race Theory" from being inflicted on their
children. The socialists do not understand that here, in the USA, stupidity
and cruelty mandated by government can go only so far. The idea is embedded
in our Constitution, a document socialists despise and disregard.

3. Brainpower tip
Negative emotions can significantly lower your IQ. Take, for example, the
socialists with their obsessive-compulsive hatred. You've probably noticed these
hateful people do not appear to have any cognitive ability. That's why, for
example, their leaders like Nancy Pelosi spew absurdities and lies instead of
putting forth rational arguments supporting their views. How exactly does this
work?
The brain has evolved over millions of years. If you look at the brains of
the great apes, we have five major structures. As you descend the evolutionary
tree, these structures start to disappear. Finally, you get to the one structure
we vertebrates (and some invertebrates) share. It is the "central processor" and
it controls things like flight or fight responses. When it's engaged, it takes
priority over the other structures. Your higher cognitive functions are seated
in the cerebral cortex. Libtards and other socialists are almost always in a
primitive emotional state (usually a toxic mix of hatred, fear, and insecurity).
Thus, they do not have access to reasoning powers. This explains their absurd
viewpoints, incivility, intolerance of others, violence, and other undesirable
characteristics.
We all have negative emotions. But they are not necessarily bad. Whatever
those emotions are, we sane people experience them and then move on. They don't
shut our brains off and we don't deliberately generate them. By contrast,
Libtards generate negative emotions as part of their identity process and try to
infect other people with their negativity to create a cocoon of stupidity around
themselves. We sane people experience negative emotions as a result of something
real that happens. Libtards make stuff up and get angry about that.
You can't avoid having negative emotions. You can avoid dwelling on them.
Move from reaction to solution or from reaction to acceptance.
You can also choose to generate positive emotions. This is the best way to
deal with negativity. When there's a conflict, try to move to a solution
gracefully. Saying "I'm sorry" is a good way to move the conversation
forward.
Relaxation exercises, random acts of kindness, looking for the good in
others, and finding joy in everyday things are all ways to have positive mental
energy instead of being crippled by negativity. Take the time to read part of a
book each night, to pet your cat, to walk your dog, to give your significant
other a foot rub. These things help to clear the mind while also generating
those feel good hormones like oxytocin.
Compare the preceding practices to those of the person who gets worked up
from absorbing (and actually believing) socialist propaganda, commits random
acts of meanness, looks for ways to demonize "others", and chronically takes
offense where none was even possible.
You can keep your brain in its "on" mode just by being a nice person! Also
consider that life is so short and being hateful, intolerant, and stupid is a
way to waste what little time you have.
Granted, with the socialist assault destroying so much of our country and our
way of life it is easy to sink into a state of despair. But that's what the
socialists want, because it disables us. Let the power of being positive work
for you.
And remember, no matter how bad things get while Nancy Pelosi is de facto
President, she is 81 years old. She won't be in charge forever. She is likely to
be gone from office in less than two years. That light at the end of the tunnel
is not an oncoming train.
Another factor is our founding fathers distributed power widely when they set
up our system. Every city, county, and state has power the federal government
does not. And there are 36 free states. We have many reasons for optimism.
Stay positive, so that you can stay smart. |
4. Finance tip
The financial consequences of the socialist takeover of the federal government's
executive and legislative branches are already severe, but will worsen as the
effects have time to mature. It appears that Nancy Pelosi is the de facto
President, because Joe "Brainless" Biden is pushing the very agenda Her Highness
has been advocating for years. We've already had a "year of fear" (the Covid
Plandemic), so I am not saying we need to be fearful of this next assault on our
country. In fact, we need to cast fear aside and act boldly.
Fear would dictate curtailing our spending and living miserably. Let's not
give the socialists that victory. But at the same time, let's not disregard the
spending part of the problem. Some tips:
- Replace toxic, expensive household cleaners with vinegar and baking
soda; read up on how to use these together and singly. For example, whiten
your sheets by using white vinegar in the prewash.
- Practice health care more consistently so that you do not need to spend
on medical services.
- Contact your insurance company(ies) about adjusting your coverage. It
may be too low, requiring higher premiums to ensure adequate coverage. Or it
may be too high, meaning your premiums can be lowered.
- Look for low-cost alternatives to high-cost activities. For example, a
$30 coffee maker costs less in a month than a stop at Starbucks each morning
(after that month, the coffee maker is essentially free).
- If you want to replace your automobile, consider two-year old used ones.
This is where you get the best value. Do not consider any vehicle that gets
less than 30MPG highway (that's a low bar).
- Instead of hitting the firing range twice a month, set up a "dry
shooting" range at home and use it alternatively with the range; this cuts
your ammo usage in half.
I have to point out that no matter how efficient you are with your
discretionary spending, it will never be enough to cover President Pelosi's
massive tax hikes. It will help, so is worth doing. Pelosi said she won't run
again next year, but since she seems incapable of writing or speaking without
lying that is probably not the case. The 81 year old dictator is power drunk now
that she runs the country via her outsized influence in the socialist party. She
will most likely stay in office until she's forced out. Do what you can to
support the Pelosi opposition on the one hand and the pro-America people on the
other.
Local government is another source of economic damage. My own city was
overtaken by socialists. They used hatred, deceit, and the other typical
socialist behaviors to seize control. They rammed through an unnecessary $36
million vanity project for a city with only 5200 households; you do THAT math
and it's scary.
The gist of it is this. We are in for a very rough ride until such time as
the insurgents can be removed from the means of governing and we once more have
the Rule of Law. One way you can help make that happen is to encourage everyone
you know to boycott the socialist propaganda outlets: newspapers, television
"news", Facebook, Twitter, and the like. |

Surprising sources of body fat calories If you don't eat, you don't
get fat. But not eating isn't an option. We have seen what that did to
Holocaust victims, prisoners of war, and people on hunger strikes. What is
an option is deciding what to eat and when.
Excess body fat is not due to your glands, your genes, or bad luck. It is
due entirely to what you put in your mouth. You can look at that reality as
a source of guilt and thus deny it. Or you can look at that reality as a
source of opportunity and embrace it. Let's look at where these body fat
sources are!
- Protein powders. With most brands, the calorie count on the
container is a lie. This is true whether it's animal-based or
vegetarian. Most of these have flavorings that also add calories.
Massive calories can be hidden under "natural and artificial flavors"
and "proprietary blend". If the serving size is one scoop and that scoop
is 180 calories, you may well be sucking down 600 calories to make that
one protein shake that you think is helping you improve your physique.
Do this six days a week (say after a workout) and you've added over a
pound of fat.
- In the bodybuilding world, it's long been advised to consume 1.5 to
2 grams of protein per pound of body weight. Yet, there are no studies
or other actual evidence to support this. The conventional
recommendation ranges from .45 to 0.8 grams per pound of body weight;
eating two 3-egg omelets per day will just about get you there even if
you eat nothing else. If you also eat kale (40% protein) and other
protein sources (e.g., beans and rice) you can easily reach 1 gram per
pound of body weight with no supplementation. So if you're using protein
powder, avoid using more than one smallish serving per day. If you've
been eating a big protein shake once or twice a day but can't seem to
get rid of the fat, now you know the solution.
- Amino supplements. The answer to the protein calorie issue is
obviously to use amino complexes, right? The problem is many of the
powders are jacked up with various sweeteners and flavorings and many of
the capsules have other fat-inducing ingredients.. Read the ingredients
panel carefully.
- Preworkout supplements. I have yet to find one that is not a total
rip-off. Most contain caffiene to give you the feeling something is
happening. Other hedonic substances such as sugar are usually included.
Creatine is commonly included, but you don't need to take it right
before your workout. As long as it's in your system, you're fine; timing
is irrelevant. The big danger with these is the sugar most of them
contain.
- Endurance drinks. You get endurance from training. These drinks
usually contain sugar, and they do zilch for your endurance. The
caffeine high is not more endurance, it's a dopamine overstimulator and
at these levels it fatigues your adrenal glands.
- Energy drinks. Usually, these drinks contain huge amounts of both
sugar and caffiene. At these levels, you can expect your testosterone to
go to zero and your adrenal glands to be severely fatigued. You can also
expect behavorial changes that will undermine your workout. Your body
will react sharply to the massive sugar overload, releasing maximum
insulin to convert that sugar to fat.
- Postworkout supplements. More garbage. You are better off making
your own with an amino complex, L-glutamine, and L-Arginine.
- Vitamin D supplements. Vitamin D is "the master hormone" and you
should try to consume 5 to 8 times the RDA. While vitamin D toxicity is
rare because the body can tolerate very large quantities, it does
happen. But that's not the main reason to limit your intake to 8 times
the RDA. The main reason is D is fat-soluble so is always dissolved in
fat when provided in liquid form. Liquid form is vastly superior to any
other form (it's an absorption thing), but it does mean consuming oil.
And oil is calorie-dense. So you need to watch your macros and count the
D supplements when you do. Another complicating factor is many of these
supplements are now formulated to appeal to sugar addicts. So instead of
25 calories of oil in a day's dose, you might get 400 calories.
- Vitamin E, fish oil, and similar lipid supplements. Don't forget to
count these when figuring out what portion of your diet is fat.
- Anything in gummy form. Gummies are made with sugar. They are
fattening, and adding something beneficial to them does not change that.
- Unscheduled snacks. A friend of mine is always snacking. If he's in
the car, he's chewing on something. If he's on the phone, he's eating
something. He counts calories for his meals, but not for all this extra
snacking. Consequently, he overeats even though he does not think he
does. The cause of the hunger is a combination of meal-skipping (he eats
only three meals per day, a big mistake) and habit.
I'm not saying to avoid any of these items (except the sugar). I am
saying to plan your consumption according to how much you need, rather than
overdoing it. |

7. Factoid
A study conducted by the Anti-American Association of Retired Proletariats
(AARP) found the average American 45 or older takes 4 prescriptions daily.
Now, this is typical libtard statistics (think about why). We do know that
Americans 65 and older are typically on at least two prescription medications
and in over 99% of those cases the medications are for preventable conditions.
It is not inevitable that people require prescription medications once they
enter late middle age. |
8. Thought for the Day
When the only tool you own is a hammer, every problem
begins to look like a nail. Unless you're the Democratic Party. Then every
