Socialism isn't an ideology.
It's a pathology. Apply the vaccine this November 3rd.
1. Good News
Item 1. It's too early to bring you the good news that the
socialists have failed to bully and brainwash enough American
voters to put Harris/Biden in the Whitehouse. But here is some encouragement so
you don't lose sleep while waiting to see if that dreadful possibility becomes
reality. Read this
uplifting analysis:
https://garygindler.com/2020/10/15/can-the-stock-market-predict-a-trump-victory/
Item 2. There are consequences to socialism, and the good news is the
CEO of a Florida company armed his employees with some knowledge in that regard.
Read the full story here:
https://www.theepochtimes.com/florida-company-president-warns-possible-layoffs-if-biden-beats-trump_3542670.html
Item 3. "A total of 353 of the 3,141 counties in America located in 29
of the nation’s 50 states have 1.8 million more registered voters than
residents, new data analysis reveals"; read the full story here:
https://www.theepochtimes.com/new-data-analysis-finds-353-counties-with-1-8-million-more-registered-voters-than-residents_3543242.html.
How can this possibly be good news? The fact we know about it is good news.
There may be something that can be done about the rampant fraud that results in
socialists and other damaging people being "elected" again and again (Joe Biden
immediately comes to mind, what a terrible track record). There's an old joke
about the Chicago "election" process that is controlled by the Democrats. In
Chicago, huge numbers of dead people vote in every election. They always vote
Democrat, and they vote in alphabetical order.
The Democrats also like mail-in voting because they can count on their acolytes
to interfere with the process, preventing non-Democrats from even receiving
their ballot. See this, for example:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zVRWOmQj5sE. With the civil war (Antifa, BLM,
defund police, riots, looting, killing police, etc.) being waged by "Democrat"
(socialist)
insurgents with active encouragement from AOC and other high-profile "Democrats",
the stakes are far higher now. So there is more vigilance against the rampant
fraud. The 2020 election may be the cleanest one in decades, taking away from
the Democrats their main advantage (the ability to blatantly cheat). That could mean a return to sanity and
civility in American politics and government.
Item 4. Twitter, like most tech companies, has an extremely leftist
culture. And like most leftwing organizations, it helps distort reality for
millions of voters. Its latest attempt to do this backfired, causing a doubling
of shares of the Post article about Hunter Biden's criminal misconduct. This in
itself is good news, and even better it is resulting in a sharp decline of trust
between these kinds of firms and their users. It is getting harder and harder to
brainwash people. The violations of trust are just so frequent and so egregious
that the credibility of these companies is gone. The same thing happened with the legacy media.
They spewed so much BS so often that people just began tuning them out.
Newspaper circulation barely exists today for this reason. The reality
distortion was so great and the BS so disgusting that people stopped
subscribing.
Item 5. The Evil Empire (Google) finally got into serious legal
trouble in the USA. This nefarious outfit lost four, count them, four, huge
cases in Europe and is still appealing the massive fines. In the USA, where
Google enjoyed having powerful politicians and even judges on its payroll, the company
long avoided not only paying income taxes but ignoring laws that other
businesses are required to follow. The good news is, thanks in no small part to
Trump's swamp draining, the DOJ and 11 states have filed a federal lawsuit
against Google. Read the full story here:
https://www.theepochtimes.com/trump-administration-11-states-launch-antitrust-lawsuit-against-search-behemoth-google_3546331.html.
It's always good news when morally bankrupt companies get reined in by the
authorities. Let's hope some Google executives go to prison where they belong.
You can help the cause of justice by not using Google for search.
Item 5. The state-run, Marxist media have been spinning yarns as
usual, and the "Hunter Biden" lies are finally catching up to them. Thanks to
actual journalists (people who research the facts and report them rather than
make up stuff to defend their political narrative), we now have proof that
Hunter himself dropped off that laptop.
https://redstate.com/bonchie/2020/10/19/repair-shop-receipt-for-hunter-biden-laptop-revealed-media-narrative-burns-to-the-ground-n262861.
I personally have not followed this story. Why bother, since we know this
charade of an election is between a mentally retarded man with a dismal record
and a high IQ man whose performance in office has been mostly A+. Seems like the
whole point of the Democrat strategy is to avoid putting a Democrat in the White
House. Then again, Biden is not really a Democrat. He was the only one on
Soetoro's team to object to sending Seal Team 6 to take out Osama Bin Laden.
What would that actually make him? Something not good, that's for sure.
Item 6. This is huge. Read the full story here:
https://www.quantamagazine.org/physicists-discover-first-room-temperature-superconductor-20201014/
Item 7. Not only is spinach a super food that you should be eating
copious amounts of regularly (if you eat wheat, for example, replace that toxic
grain with spinach for a massive health boost), it beats platinum as a fuel cell
catalyst. Read the full story here:
https://spectrum.ieee.org/energywise/green-tech/fuel-cells/spinach-gives-fuel-cells-a-power-up
Item 8. The Cleveland Clinic has stopped (ab)using live animals to
train surgeons. I wonder how many people would approve of using live humans to
train veterinarians in surgery?
Item 9. You're no doubt aware by now that on 26 OCT, Justice Barrett
was confirmed. This is good news in multiple ways. If you don't already
subscribe to the Epoch Times, read their take on it here:
https://www.theepochtimes.com/amy-coney-barrett-confirmed-to-supreme-court-in-52-48-senate-vote_3552893.html
Item 10. Under Barry Soetoro, you never heard of reports like this
one:
https://www.theepochtimes.com/109-human-trafficking-victims-rescued-157-arrested-in-ohio-operation_3555146.html.
The socialists and others demented with Trump Derangement Syndrome talk about
"defeating Trump and healing America". So they would discontinue the Trump
administration's successful program to end human trafficking cartels. They would
also let violent criminals out of jail, defund the police, and disarm
law-abiding citizens while continuing to encourage rioting, looting, and
burning; all of which would be exacerbated by another economic shutdown to
"protect" us from the relatively tiny threat posed by Covid-19.*
The good news at
Biden rallies hardly anybody shows up but at Trump rallies the crowds are
massive and excited. That's a good sign for the upcoming rigged election,
because there is a limit to how many people can vote three times or vote while
dead. The vast majority of working, middle class Americans support Trump. The
growing number of Trump supporters is much larger than in 2016, so even with all
the dead Democrats voting and all the other normal election fraud, a victory for
sanity is almost certain. In a few days, we will see whether my positive
assessment is reality (unless the socialists drag things out with court
challenges, etc.).
Item 11. The Trump economy grew 33.1%, a record, during the third
quarter. Here's one article about this:
http://dailytorch.com/2020/10/great-again-trump-economy-grows-record-33-1-percent-in-third-quarter-amid-rapid-recovery/
Of course, this reality does not fit with the libtard narrative so libtards
still say they want to "defeat Trump and heal America" even though Trump's
actions have hugely benefitted America and the only healing that needs to be
done is due to the outrageous incivility, looting, burning, murder, and mayhem
conducted entirely by the left. Let us hope that in the "battleground states"
voters overwhelmingly believe in the truth instead of the preposterous
narrative. Do your part, and reach out to people you know in any of those
states. The six that appear to be most critical are Michigan, Wisconsin,
Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Arizona, and Florida. Item 12. The execs
at Wal-Mart stood up to socialism and decided they don't have a right to do an
end run around a basic civil right. Who woulda thunk? That's good news in
itself, read the full story here:
https://www.theepochtimes.com/walmart-scraps-decision-to-pull-guns-and-ammo-from-store-shelves_3559481.html.
What's also good news is this sets an example for other retailers. Take Dick's
for example. The CEO believes that only Nancy Pelosi and other criminals should
be able to exercise their Second Amendment rights. Dick's even went so far as to
violate age discrimination laws by refusing to sell ammunition to customers
under 21, including a Dick's employee! That's why Dick's is under a national
boycott. Be sure you don't shop there for anything. Wal-Mart's decision as we
approach the 03NOV referendum on whether to deep six our entire system in favor
of Venezuelan-style socialism or to keep America is rather telling. Wal-Mart was
either reading public sentiment (which is for keeping America) or is trying to
influence it (because Wal-Mart would lose probably 80% of its revenue if the
socialists take over). Item 13. The community of black rappers is very
supportive of the President. This story is one account:
https://www.theepochtimes.com/rapper-lil-wayne-meets-with-trump_3559136.html
* Here is where that asterisk leads to, regarding the statement Covid-19 is a
relatively tiny threat:
- Infection doesn't mean death, it merely means a person has the virus in
their system. If my body encounters the virus, my body will annihilate it.
That is the fate of every pathogen my body encounters.
- In the USA:
1. 80% of people who test positive have no symptoms.
2. Among the other 20%, the symptoms for most are minor (fever, loss of
sense of smell, etc.) and pass within two weeks
3. 40% of the Covid deaths are in nursing homes.
5. In July and August, the CDC reported that all of the documented cases of
non-nursing home people who died from Covid showed all of them had metabolic
syndrome. There is only one way you get metabolic syndrome, and that is to
have a diet heavy in ultra-processed food.
- There is a very simple solution to Covid:
1. Stop subsidizing meat, wheat, corn, soy, and cane sugar. These are the
causes of metabolic syndrome, especially when heavily processed (note, the
meat is corn-fed beef).
2. Take that same money and use it to subsidize fruits and vegetables.
3. Strictly enforce a policy of social distancing and face coverings. This
doesn't stop the virus, but it does slow down its spread. If you combine it
with #1 and #2 above, the virus will run out of non-immune hosts and
disappear--within weeks.
- Of course, this is the sensible, rational, fact-based approach. A major
failing of it is that it actually would work, thus taking away the primary
benefit of the Covid-19 panic-demic (yes, panic), which is to use fear to
increase the power of the control freaks who hate our freedoms.
- We will always have a virus. This is Covid-19, there were other
variations of Covid in prior years. The SARS outbreak was Covid. There's a
disinfectant spray in USA called Lysol. Right on the can, it says that it
kills Covid. It has said that since the 1960s.
- We have had the vaccine since before there was Covid, it's called the
produce department. People who take this vaccine do not exhibit symptoms of,
much less die from, Covid.
- Each day, more people die from sugar than from Covid. Yet, you do not
see any reaction to the sugar epidemic; people accept it as just part of
life. Sugar-related deaths can be painful, and sugar addicts have many
debilitating health problems. This highly addictive drug is also what has
driven our medical costs so staggeringly high. I hear all this idiotic talk
about "national health care" and making it "affordable" with no mention of
ending the sugar problem that causes our national medical care cost crisis.

3. Brainpower tip
Being late wastes the time of all concerned. If you call a meeting and decide to
"wait five minutes for stragglers" and 10 other people are sitting there, you
have just wasted 55 minutes of brainpower. Do you know people who arrive at
work just in the nick of time? Do they seem relaxed to you? Are they productive
for their first hour? Yes, no, and no. Is that any way to set the tone for your
work day? No. If you fall into this category, you can jump right how of it. I
will tell you how, in a moment.
How I used to drive to appointments
- Determine driving time. Round up to nearest 15 minutes. So for 20 minute
trip, I allow 30 minutes.
- Set reminder for me to leave so reminder alerts me 5 minutes before
that.
How this turned out: I'd see the reminder, but not stop what I was doing
because I wasn't at a good stopping point. Then I'd have to get ready (maybe
change clothes, put on shoes, brush teeth, brush hair). And, oh, wait, did I
remember to bring this or that? Or, gosh, these shoes need shining or this shirt
isn't clean (how did THAT get back in my closet?), yet another thing making it
hard for me to just leave the house.
So I would use up any extra time I had built in, and have to rush to get
there. I would often arrive a bit frazzled.
How I drive to appointments now
- Determine driving time. Round up to nearest 15 minutes.
- Set reminder for me to leave, so reminder alerts me 30 minutes before
that.
- Stop what I am doing, maybe 5 to 10 minutes.
- Get ready; clothes, hair, phone, headset, whatever. Things that go with
me get set by the door.
- When I am totally ready to go, there's plenty of time before I have to
leave. I might check e-mail, do something in the kitchen, whatever, but only
a quick task or two.
- Leave with about 10 to 15 minutes plus driving time.
How this turns out: I have a relaxed, unrushed drive to where I am going. If
I encounter traffic, the extra time nearly always absorbs any delay and I'm
still early. I arrive in a calm state of mind. I am far more efficient than I
was using the old method. The early arrival can always be used for something and
is never a waste of time. Because I don't arrive late, I don't cause others to
waste their time waiting for me. Nor do I lose my "spot" to someone else, for
example at the dentist, and consequently add 30 minutes to my appointment.
- The first method is 95% reaction and 5% planning. Oh gosh, I have to
leave in 5 minutes. Run around and rush out the door.
- The second method is zero reaction and all planning. Stop well ahead of
time and get all the preparation done. Then when it's time to go, I do not
feel rushed.
People often say they perform best under pressure. This not only has no basis
in fact, it is totally false. People perform markedly worse under pressure, and
dozens of studies have shown this. The reason is when you are under pressure,
your higher cognitive functions are shut down and your reptilian brain takes
over. In sports when an athlete does this, we say that person "choked". He
missed an easy putt on the golf course because he was under pressure, or he
dropped the fly ball or whatever.
The second method does not involve "lollygagging" in any way. It moves
preparatory actions "off the clock" so they are done better and more efficiently
and so they don't need to be done in the too little time allotted by the first
method.
You actually save time using the second approach. |
4. Finance tip
5. Security tip
If you don't have your health, you don't have much. With all the talk about
"being safe" during the Corona Virus Panic-demic, how can you secure your
greatest asset?
- The standard advice from medical experts is contrary to good health
practices, with rare exceptions. For example, social distancing is
pretty good advice. Using hand sanitizers is stupid; use soap and water,
instead (soap disintegrates the virus shell). All of this relates to
preventing contamination, which means if there is one little slip it
could all be for naught.
- Assume you will get infected. Have a plan such that in such an
event, your body will destroy the virus. The core of that plan must
involve zero tolerance for ultra-processed foods. Eliminate all wheat,
corn, and soy from your diet. No sodas, crackers, cake, bread, etc. If
it contains wheat, it is something you should not eat. This alone will
increase your immunity by 10 orders of magnitude if you currently
consume these items.
- One of the apparent goals of this Panic-demic is to create even more
anxiety than we have right now. The primary means for making people feel
stressed out is "the news". Since "the news" is always negative, nearly
always wrong, and almost never of any practical value, ignore it. Do not
do news feeds, news shows, etc. Disable any such functions on any and
all devices. Some people say they scan the headlines only, so they can
be "informed". Yet, those headlines are usually misleading and this
method gives you nothing other than a sound bit.
- Rather than isolate socially, stupid advice in the extreme, make
your social connections stronger. Go through your contact information
and identify people who have made your life better in some way or people
for whom you could do the same. Make a phone call, send a handwritten
note, send a text, send an e-mail. Contact your closest friends more
often, and make a point of having a substantive conversation. But set
ground rules, such as no discussing politics (most people now identify
by politics more than by family, and there is not civil discourse in
this arena).
- Most employers are severely stressed, due to inappropriate and
ineffective rules decreed by government. To help your company survive,
bring your A game every day.
- If you decide to declutter, which a lot of people are doing during
this slow economy, don't have a garage sale or yard sale. It makes no
sense to spend an entire day collecting nickels and dimes. Set a two
hour window and give the stuff away. Or advertise it on Nextdoor or
Craigslist and sell it cheaply or give it away.
- Understand that stealing (of the non-governmental type) has
escalated dramatically. Do not have packages delivered to your home,
unless you are "always" there during normal delivery times. UPS has a
free program that allows you to have your package signed for and held
for you at many locations, such as CVS and grocery stores. Sign up for
that. Check FedEx, they may have the same thing. For USPS, sign up for
their "signature required" program.
- Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden have both said they are "in a fight for
the soul of this country". That is true to the extent that a vampire
does the same thing in regard to an individual. Unfortunately, our
screwball "winner takes all" system of elections means that if you
really feel threatened by these ghouls and the socialist party, your
only rational choice is to support their Republican opponents.
- Help stop the spread of the virus by strongly encouraging other
people to take the vaccine, by which I mean shop in the produce
department. Aside from people with compromised immune systems due to a
condition such as old age, organ transplant, or cancer, the ONLY people
dying from this are people with metabolic syndrome or those jammed into
people warehouses such as prisons and nursing homes (pretty much the
same kind of facility). Metabolic syndrome is also the cause of obesity,
95% of osteoporosis cases, 100% of Type II diabetes cases, 100% of
insulin sensitivity cases, most gingivitis, most cases of bowel cancer,
most cases of pancreatic cancer, and many cases of arm pit odor and
halitosis. Why people would choose these well-known outcomes with each
bite of food they put in their mouths, I have no idea. But you can help
provide them with motivation and encouragement to do better.
Above all, don't let the panic be the real epidemic at least as far as
your own life is concerned. Remember, there are evil forces at work. How do
we know this?
- When President Trump was first alerted about a possible pandemic, he
asked the World Health Organization about it. They told him it was a
hoax. So that's what he announced to the public.
- Anthony Fauci, always an alarmist and a bit paranoid, was not
satisfied with what WHO said. He looked into it. He told the President
it's not a hoax.
- In response to Fauci's well-constructed arguments, Trump shut down
flights from China. Then there was an outbreak in Europe and despite
WHO's position "nothing to worry about", Trump shut down flights from
Europe.
- Nancy Pelosi said the President was over-reacting. She and Chuck
Schumer repeatedly announced it was a hoax.
- Trump withdrew from WHO, turned his attention to our own CDC, and
profusely thanked Fauci for his dogged persistence.
The socialists, never ones to let a crisis go to waste, have been milking
this situation for every political advantage they can get. Ordering sick
people into nursing homes to cause a massive kill-off and subsequently
elevate fear, was one trick they pulled. They have relentlessly ridiculed
and undermined the President at every step. In mid-October, they began
criticizing him for having every state determine its own policy (while also
providing CDC technical support). They said, "New Zealand has a national
policy and eliminated Covid. The President failed to develop a national
policy so he should not be re-elected." New Zealand is a tiny country with
about 4.7 million people. The United States has 4 times zones in the
mainland alone (more in Alaska and Hawaii), about 320 million people,
hundreds of ethnicities, hundreds of varying local conditions, varying
population densities, etc. With 50 states providing similar, but different,
policies, it's also been possible to see what really works and what is just
not worth doing. |

A reader wrote for advice: "What can I do to tone my mid-section? I
recently hit 40, and could stand to lose 20 pounds. I don't want to go to
the gym or eat protein shakes, I'm too old for that and have too much going
on. I bought an ab roller, and it doesn't seem to change anything."
This reader brought up several misconceptions.
- The idea of "tone" has no basis in physiology. Muscles either grow
or they atrophy. And the body wants to be proportional, so for a strong
midsection you need to work everything.
- People often say they "need to lose 20 pounds" when in fact they
have gained 40 or more pounds of fat (and lost considerable muscle and
bone mass). Tip: Eliminate all ultra-processed food, wheat, corn, and
soy from your diet. You will see your body fat level decrease
dramatically.
- You don't have to go to a gym to train. It's one option of many.
Consider some dumbbells and bands for at home.
- A healthy diet that promotes a lean, strong physique isn't a matter
of consuming protein shakes. It's a matter of consuming nutrient-dense,
calories-sparse foods like vegetables instead of nutrient-poor,
calorie-intense foods like wheat or corn.
- Age isn't a reason to let your health slide. I'm half again his age
and don't miss workouts. Nor is being busy. I also have a lot going on.
- There is no exercise equipment that will solve your fitness
problems. These things get pitched as if all you have to do is buy one
and use it once a week. You need whatever equipment is necessary for you
to challenge each body part such that you stimulate the adaptive
response.
I've said many times that if you could do only one workout, make it legs. I do not mean
by that you should work only legs. I mean by that this is your most
important workout to get right and to really push hard in training. To get
good results, you must train at least four days a week and challenge a
different muscle group in each session. That muscle group rests until its
turn comes up again. Training for six days allows you to get a stronger
adaptive response each time, because you've broken up your groups even more
so there is more rest between sessions.
Fitness is a lifestyle and you need a program. You can't just use some
gizmo or consume some supplement and expect good results. |
|
|
At
www.supplecity.com, you'll find plenty of informative, authoritative
articles on maintaining a lean, strong physique. It has nothing to
do with long workouts or impossible to maintain diets. In fact:- The best workouts are short and intense.
- A good diet contains far more flavors and satisfaction
than the typical American diet.

7. Factoid
Cindy Crawford has an IQ of 154. She has a degree in chemical engineering and
practiced engineering before becoming a model. Sharon Stone also has an IQ of
154. Steve Martin is a member of Mensa. Donald Trump has a higher IQ
than Cindy Crawford or Sharon Stone, thus qualifying him for Mensa.
Joe Biden's IQ is estimated to be 80, which would clinically classify him as
retarded. He is so stupid, he was the only one on Team Obama to object to the
Seal Team 6 mission that took out Osama Bin Laden. On top of that, he has
advanced dementia. See:
