1. Good News
Many of the people who lost their full-time jobs due to the Job Destruction and
Unaffordable Care Act have been able to find part-time work. Often, with their
old employer. Some have found a second or even third part-time job (thus
explaining the inflated "job creation" numbers. |
2. Product Highlight

...and mention that if they are looking for business-quality scanners, this
is a great source. Thanks! |
3. Brainpower tip
As mentioned previously in this newsletter, a major driver of the stupidity
epidemic is the horrendous diet that, inexplicably, most Americans choose to
poison themselves with. I've pointed out some of the problems with processed
"foods," and you know to avoid them. Well, actually, you know to not eat them at all.
Between the neurotoxins, excitotoxins, and other toxins most people put into
their bodies, it's actually quite remarkable that the average person can walk
and chew gum at the same time. It's also worth noting that these brain-deadening
"foods" also contribute to our massive obesity rates (the understated official
figures are something like 65%) and atrocious cancer rates (1 in 3 Americans
gets cancer now).
So, what foods are safe to eat? If you walk through your local grocery
store's produce aisle, you will see many examples of food that's safe to eat.
Those foods are also noted for fighting cancer and helping reduce the percent of
body fat you carry around. You just cannot lose by eating those foods.
Most
spices are also highly beneficial, as are (properly produced) eggs. Grains are
also good, if you avoid the GMO type and make grains a small part of your diet.
Whole oats and whole rice are very helpful, as are the more exotic grains you
find in the "health food" area.
Here's an article on healthy snacks that help boost your brainpower (I like
to change the word "snack" to "small meal" with the idea you eat 6 small meals
each day, spread evenly through the day, and don't really snack on anything):

4. Finance tip
Big banks have their advantages, but they are very dangerous places in which to
put your money. And I don't mean just because of their many fees, service
charges, and downright rip-offs. It's worse than that. Watch this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=jPsOopzp7e4
If you have a checking or savings account with a major bank, you would be
wise to move your funds to a credit union, regional bank, or local bank.
If enough of us do this, we can take away the massive power that the big
banksters have. They may be "too big to jail," but we don't need to support them
with our own funds. You cannot actually vote in our fake "elections" but you
very much vote with every dollar you send--or don't send--to one of these
criminal corporations. |
5. Security tip
The purpose of fracking in the Bakkan formation is obviously not to obtain natural gas.
That's just the cover story. How do we know this? The companies extracting the gas are burning off a third of
it. Why are they fracking there, if they aren't really after the gas?
The real motivation is control of water. By making water more scarce, the
criminals who control so much else will have control that is almost
unbelievable. The Bakkan is near the world's third largest aquifer. There isn't
a "risk" that fracking will destroy that aquifer, it's inevitable. The
criminals who run things can pretend it was an accident, thus presumably
avoiding their own badly needed executions.
Even not accounting for this destruction, Scientific American magazine
recently reported that 2/3 of the world's population is expected to be living
under "severe water stress conditions" by 2025. That's not far off. And without that aquifer, North Americans will be in
that 2/3.
Already, there are severe water stress conditions throughout much of the USA.
California and Nevada are fighting over water, and someone must go without. And
in central Wisconsin, Nestle is stealing water from the aquifer there and
selling it in bottles (a WI Supreme Court judge on the Nestle payroll overturned
a lower judge's court order barring this theft). Now people in the area don't
have well water, and hundreds of streams have simply dried up (causing much of
the local wildlife to die from dehydration). What a painful way to go. I wonder
how many PETA members drink Nestle's bottled water?
Water security is a huge issue, yet Americans are oddly silent about it. Our
misrepresentatives in CONgress seem oblivious to it, also.
We need to stop the stealing and destroying. Since we can't do that through
our fake "elections," we must do that by other means. Pay attention to how you
vote with your dollars. Don't buy bottled water, and do make a huge effort to look
at ways to reduce how much petro fuel (oil and gas) you use. Consider donating
to organizations that are fighting the plundering. Note: Nestle is a huge
corporation with a huge portfolio of products. They offer some truly great
products, such as their corn-free pet foods (through Purina, which they own). We
just need to let them know, with our consumer dollars, that we don't want them
to steal water. |

6. Health tip/Fitness tips
From Cathy:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LSDEkoPwMfk
Many people are unaware just how health-damaging and disease-inducing GMO
"foods" are. This video, long as it is, merely provides a quick overview.
GMO "foods" are also:
- Economically destructive (for example, Monsanto's GMO corn put 30
million Mexican farmers out of work and you wonder why Mexicans cross the
border looking for jobs?)
- Ecologically destructive. The RoundUp that is part of this scheme is
persistent. Monsanto claims otherwise, but research conducted by at least
three different organizations in the EU conclusively prove it does. It's why
the bees are dying.
- Intellectually destructive. The RoundUp is a powerful neurotoxin. The
GMO grain diet is a primary reason people are becoming more stupid.
Bottom line: Do not consume products that contain, or are derived from,
wheat, corn, or soy unless you can positively confirm it's not GMO. By default,
these grains today are GMO. You can help! There are farmers who grow
these grains responsibly. They are up against incredible odds to get their
products to market (it does not help that the FDA is essentially a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Monsanto, charged with eliminating the competition via abuse of
govt power). Talk to your grocer about sourcing some of these responsible grain
growers by stocking non-GMO flours and grains. |

7. Factoid
Communications giant Nokia was founded in 1865 as a wood-pulp mill by Fredrik
Idestam. How's that for adapting to changing circumstances? This is much
different from how CONgress operates; those wankers have been conducting the
same shams and scams for decades. The only thing they adapt to is finding a
different location for meeting with the criminals who pay them to steal from the
rest of us. |
8. Thought for the Day
As noted previously, Will Rogers was brilliant. Here's another of his gems:
"We always want the best man to win an election. Unfortunately, he never runs."
