Ingredients
- 1 bag Whole grain pasta spirals
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 10 olives, pitted
- 1 small bell pepper.
- 2 cloves, garlic
- 4 Tbspn basil
- 2 Tbspn capers
- 2 Tbspn Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbspn balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbspn cup olive oil
- 1 Tbspn parsley
- Tspn oregano
- 1/2 Tspn black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup yogurt

Instructions
- Chop tomatoes into small bits.
- Chop garlic into small bits.
- Chop olives into small bits.
- Boil pasta per instructions on bag, using a large boiling pot. Do not overboil.
- Drain pasta after boiling.
- Immediately place pasta back into boiling pot
- Put heat on low.
- Add oil, mustard, vinegar, and yogurt. Mix.
- Add one spice at a time, and mix, until you have added all the spices.
- Add the chopped ingredients.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Chop the bell peppers and add.
