The Hoyt Fiasco:
PDFT Funding Information
| The IRS is attacking former Hoyt investors--and
they're doing so with
virtually unlimited resources. Thus, it takes some funding for the PDFT to defend
defrauded investors in light of their 1st, 4th, and 5th Amendment rights, the tax
code (which they have not violated, but the IRS has), the intentions of Congress (tax
collection, not financial annihilation), and ethical considerations. In other words, the
goal is to do what is right. And that is not what is on the IRS agenda. Here is the
contact information:
PDFT
P.O. Box 299
Orovada, NV 89425
You can make out your PDFT contribution check to the "Partnerships' Defense Fund
Trust"--ask your accountant about tax deductibility.
