Support

Your business is very important to us--and to the various people who work with us to bring you the best products and services.

  • For support with Crystal Reports products, go here.
  • For all other support issues, contact Mark: sales @mindconnection.com.

Yes, we do respond on weekends. Note that e-mail works much better than calling. Which is why there's no  phone number here.

When asking for tech support, you can best help us to help you by doing the following:

  1. State the problem, clearly and succinctly. Type in sentence case, not all caps or all lower case.
  2. Include your purchase receipt (which came via e-mail). This shows what you purchased and when, plus it contains contact information.
  3. Use a good subject line. We get over 1,000 e-mails each day. Help us quickly tell yours from spam.

Thanks--for your purchase and for letting us help you make the most of it.

If you do not have a reply within 2 hours, please re-send the original e-mail. Also, check to ensure you used the correct address.

Note to AOL users

You are grossly overpaying for a product that is stuck in 1996 standards. This causes problems for you and your e-mail recipients, in addition to costing you about double what you should be paying..

One of the conventions in e-mail for the past 10+ years is you always include the previous string in your reply. AOL must be the only e-mail client that refuses to send complete replies. Disembodied replies require multiple attempts to determine what sender is discussing. For now, just copy and paste the original e-mail into the body of your reply and type above that text.

Some time in the next few days, switch to any other e-mail client. Outlook Express is free, Outlook comes with Office, and there are many other good e-mail clients available at low cost. You do NOT need to use your ISP's name as part of your e-mail address. You can get an e-mail acct with your own name for 5 bucks a year, or use a free Yahoo acct. AOL gives you that "myname552@aol.com " address so that you will be afraid to switch. Don't worry about it--the sooner you switch, the better off you will be.
