Customers ask us this question
frequently, and many wonder why we don't show stocking information for
products such as the translators. Essentially, if we offer it then
it's in stock, unless it's noted as "pre-order only" or "out of stock."
This means if you order it before noon central
time on a
business day, it's almost guaranteed to ship that day. The later your
order is placed, the less likely it will ship that day. For electronic
delivery products, of course, there is no stocking
because there is no physical inventory.
Be sure to inquire about your order if you don't
receive it within 5 business days. Just e-mail sales @mindconnection.com
with your product info, contact info, and date of order. The easiest
thing to do is jsut to reply to one of your confirmation e-mails, and
type your message in above it. We'll follow
up on that.
Please plan ahead!
Special notes for translator buyers:
- Don't
wait until the last minute before a trip. Order well ahead of time,
so you are assured of having your unit when you need it. Even overnight
deliveries can run into snags and not be there when you expect.
- You will
need to set aside some quiet time for you to become familiar with the device--don't try to do this
while you are on a crowded, noisy plane.
Special notes for international buyers of
products that must ship physically:
- If you order from outside the USA, there will be
customs delays because of increased inspection of all packages in this
post-September 11 era.
- The spread of statism has resulted in out of
control, predatory taxation by nearly all governments. So even
though you have already paid tax on products from the USA (via any
merchant, not just us), you may have additional taxation in your
country. We don't vote your politicians in, so we can't control what
taxes you pay. If you order from the USA, you will likely pay VAT or
other sales taxes at the point of delivery--in addition to the
embedded tax present in all USA products. Consult your local
taxation authorities to see how much they are going to rip you for,
before placing your order. And vote the bums out of office.
